实施种业品牌战略的思考

<正> 近几年,种子企业正在走向品牌化生产和经营,纷纷注册了自己的商标,但知名种业品牌实乃屈指可数。那么,中国的种子企业如何做大做响自己的品牌。对此,笔者谈几点管锥之见,供大家商榷。1 实施种业品牌战略是大势所趋 随着我国加入WTO和《中华人民共和国种子法》的颁布实施及其配套规章的相继出台,种子产业朝着多元化和集团化的方向发展,一方面是国际跨国公司在中国的扩张,一方面是非农领域的企业进行涉农项目资金的投入,种子市场竞争更加激烈。市场竞争已经从价格竞争、质量竞争发展到品牌竞争。仅我院的种子品牌就有12个。当今社会,一个企业如果没有自己的优质品牌,就很难在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。因为品牌不仅代表了产品质量,而且也代表了企业的形象和信誉。     

北京种子协会举办种子企业安全生产研讨会

今年6月是第九个全国“安全生产月”，农业部2010年5月发出《关于开展2010年安全生产月活动的通知》。为了贯彻农业部要求，根据农业部提出“安全发展、预防为主”的活动主题，2010年6月30日北京种子协会举办了“种子企业安全生产研讨会”，请2家中国种业50强企业，河北三北种业有限公司范会民副总经理主讲《种子生产环节的安全管理》、     

企业经营，日本不是好榜样

在中国。有许多企业，尤其是一些国有大企业和农产品龙头企业非常热衷于企业多元化扩张和企业品牌的打造。他们认为日本企业就是这样做的。不是获得了很大成功吗？ 事实上日本企业获得大面积的成功那是在上世纪五十年代至八十年代的事了。那个时代商业竞争尚处于产品竞争阶段．日本人依靠质优价廉的产品而不是品牌取胜全球市场不足为奇；进入九十年代以后。由于美国企业普遍实行专业化经营，打造专业品牌，最终反败为胜。     

热烈庆祝科润种业成立五周年

公元2001年1月，河北科润种业正式创建。 河北科润种业技术有限公司坐落于河北省省会石家庄，是河北省农林科学院组建的股份制科技型种子企业，注册资金500万元，主要从事农作物新品种的选育、引进、示范和推广。     

种业产品差异与市场结构分析

中国农作物种业发展现状及对策分析

种业是国家战略性、基础性核心产业，是促进我国农业长期稳定发展、保障国家粮食安全的根本。为全面、深入研究我国农作物种业发展现状，从种业政策、企业竞争力、优势种子产供需现状3个维度进行梳理与分析，总结我国不同阶段农作物种业政策支持重点，展示我国种业龙头企业核心竞争力并与国际种业企业进行优势对比，同时剖析杂交玉米、杂交水稻2类优势种子的产业化特点。基于分析内容总结了我国农作物种业发展中取得的成效和存在的问题，提出创建财政保障制度、加强种质资源的保护与利用、加快育种技术创新、推动科企联合育种以及健全法律法规体系的对策建议，以期为我国农作物种业创新发展提供参考。     

创建农业企业自主品牌有效路径探索

随着经济全球化进程的日益深化与推进,企业所面临的竞争环境也愈加复杂.而市场竞争的实质在很大程度上是品牌的竞争.就我国而言,相较于第二三产业已初步成型的品牌创建模式,作为国民经济基础的农业在品牌建设方面却相对滞后.本文围绕农业品牌建设这一课题,从与之相关的品牌理论与农业企业品牌建设现状出发,集中探讨农业企业在自主品牌创建过程中所面临的一些问题.其中,主要面临的问题有:农业企业自主品牌创建意识不足、自主品牌的管理与运营意识缺乏、产品质量的标准化生产有待规范、农业市场化和信息化程度较低、农业企业自主品牌定位模糊、企业服务意识不足等6个方面.笔者在分析制约农业企业品牌建设因素的基础上,就此一系列问题提出对策.并立足我国农业发展的具体情况,参考国外农业品牌创建的先进经验,尝试建构农业企业品牌创建模型,从而对农业企业自主品牌创建的有效路径进行初步探讨,助力解决农业企业品牌建设问题.     

Transformation of a star into a planet in a millisecond pulsar binary

Millisecond pulsars are thought to be neutron stars that have been spun-up by accretion of matter from a binary companion. Although most are in binary systems, some 30% are solitary, and their origin is therefore mysterious. PSR J1719-1438, a 5.7-millisecond pulsar, was detected in a recent survey with the Parkes 64-meter radio telescope. We show that this pulsar is in a binary system with an orbital period of 2.2 hours. The mass of its companion is near that of Jupiter, but its minimum density of 23 grams per cubic centimeter suggests that it may be an ultralow-mass carbon white dwarf. This system may thus have once been an ultracompact low-mass x-ray binary, where the companion narrowly avoided complete destruction.

Identification of a sex pheromone from a spider

The compounds (R)-3-hydroxybutyric acid and its dimer, (R)-3-[(R)-3-hydroxybutyryloxy]-butyric acid, have been identified as sex pheromones of a spider. These compounds elicit web reduction behavior by males of Linyphia triangularis (Clerck) on the webs of unmated adult females.     

Capture of a single molecule in a nanocavity

We describe a heptameric protein pore that has been engineered to accommodate two different cyclodextrin adapters simultaneously within the lumen of a transmembrane beta barrel. The volume between the adapters is a cavity of approximately 4400 cubic angstroms. Analysis of single-channel recordings reveals that individual charged organic molecules can be pulled into the cavity by an electrical potential. Once trapped, an organic molecule shuttles back and forth between the adapters for hundreds of milliseconds. Such self-assembling nanostructures are of interest for the fabrication of multianalyte sensors and could provide a means to control chemical reactions.     

Development of a receptor on a foreign nerve fiber in a Pacinian corpuscle

When the sensory fiber of a Pacinian corpuscle (in cat mesentery) is transected (at the inferior mesenteric nerve) transduction fails within 30 hours: the nerve ending produces no generator potentials in response to mechanical stimulation. Electrically elicited nerve impulse conduction continues for at least another 18 hours. A transducer mechanism develops on a regenerating nerve fiber when this fiber enters the denervated corpuscle. Such transducer development takes place on myelinated fibers from the inferior mesenteric nerve, which normally supplies corpuscles, as well as on myelinated hypogastric nerve fibers, which normally do not go to corpuscles, including fibers larger than the original corpuscle afferents.     

Conversion of a peroxiredoxin into a disulfide reductase by a triplet repeat expansion

Pathways for the reduction of protein disulfide bonds are found in all organisms and are required for the reductive recycling of certain enzymes including the essential protein ribonucleotide reductase. An Escherichia coli strain that lacks both thioredoxin reductase and glutathione reductase grows extremely poorly. Here, we show that a mutation occurring at high frequencies in the gene ahpC, encoding a peroxiredoxin, restores normal growth to this strain. This mutation is the result of a reversible expansion of a triplet nucleotide repeat sequence, leading to the addition of one amino acid that converts the AhpC protein from a peroxidase to a disulfide reductase. The ready mutational interconversion between the two activities could provide an evolutionary advantage to E. coli.

研究了一类p-Ginzburg-Landau（p〉0）模型的渐近性态.通过局部分析的技巧,推出了泛函的正则性估计.在此基础上,利用Euler方程解的正则性估计及渐近行为,得到了极小元的C1,α收敛.     

Discrimination of successiveness: a test of a model of attention

Interpreting attention as a periodic phenomenon, we show its relevance to discriminating the successiveness of signals presented to separate sense modalities. Experiments confirm the expected linear relation between the probability of discriminating pairs of successive from pairs of simultaneous signals and make it possible to infer the period of attention.
