Bomsster is a key load-bearing part of railway lorry bogie.Because of its inherent defects casting-steel bomsster could not meet the demands of the heavy load,acceleration and security for lorry.So forging process is proposed to form it.The forming performance of forging-steel bomsster is analyzed.A forging technology is presented which realizes two forging-steel bomsster parts formed in one die.With the plastic forming simulation software DEFORM-3D,the simulation and optimization of the forming process of forging bomsster has been taken based on 3D rigid visco-plastic FEM theory.Optimized scheme has been used to direct the pilot product.The results of product's testing and application suggest that the new forging technology is feasible and the performance of the product is credibility and stabilization.The factory has realized large scale production of a series of forging-steel bomsster.Remarkable benefits of both economy and society have been achieved.  相似文献

This paper introduces the efficient computer aided design method to optimize the section of steel-concrete continuous composite beams by combining FEM for structure analysis with optimization arithmetic and an efficient shearing force link model of steel-concrete composite beams.The authors established a finite element analysis model,optimization parameter model,optimization mathematics model of steel-concrete continuous composite beams and programs analysis file and optimization control file by using the ANSYS parameter design language. The optimum of the steel-concrete continuous composite beams section is obtained after computing and the optimization result indicates that this method is efficient in optimizing the section of steel-concrete continuous composite beams.So it could be applied extensively in the steel-concrete continuous composite beams section optimization design.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the design of eleven rollers straightener. An elastic plastic FEM model is introduced to cope with the difficulty of pre estimating the performance of straightening during the design process. To obtain straightening force, stress, strain, elastic plastic ratio, relations between reduction amount of roller and roughness of plate per square meter, a three dimensional element model is established and straightening process is simulated. In addition, an experiment is conducted to measure the reduction amount of roller and the roughness of plate per square meter. It is shown that the results of numerical simulation are consistent with the experimental results. The developed computing model can provide essential references for the optimization of straightener.  相似文献

Facing the complicacies of motorcycle frame and the fact that the motorcycle frame is subjected to ground dynamic loads,considering the interaction between all parts of the motorcycle,the paper takes all these factors into account and builds a detail transient intensity explicit finite element analysis model,to simulate the motorcycle frame''s dynamic intensity time variation during the motorcycle working.The studies indicate: according to the result of transient analysis,the paper joins the characteristic of the motorcycle frame and stress distribution status,can make the transient intensity analysis more accurate and offer some reliable suggestions for dynamic intensity design of motorcycle frame.  相似文献

the distribution of earth pressure behind the panel of post-panel retaining wall is analyzed with 3-D FEM. Eight-crunode isoparametric element is adopted, concrete is regarded as linear elastic object, soil is regarded as elastic-plastic object, an interface model is introduced to simulate the interaction between concrete and soil.It is demonstrated that the earth pressure behind the panel of post-panel retaining wall is greatly different from the classical earth pressure theory, its distribution is close to a parabola. Based on FEM analysis, a modified formula is induced to calculate the earth pressure behind the panel of post-panel retaining wall, the engineering design by this modified formula will be more economical and reasonable.  相似文献

Dual-clutch transmission and double-turbine torque converter’s flexible flywheel is the newly developed type which has applied the design of a two-body flexplate. Corresponding 3D modeling of this new type of flywheel has been constructed by virtue of the software Pro/Engineer. Further comparative analysis has been studied in terms of structural stress, modal, and harmonic by the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, Through all these studies, the simulation results show that two-body flexible is a kind of the structure has a better performance. On this basis, the shape of the flexplate in the flywheel has been optimized with different flexibility to meet the requirement of dynamic characteristics, the test verifies the correctness of analytical approach and the rationality of product structure. A feasible design and practical analytical approach has been brought up through this study.  相似文献

The simplified mechanical model was proposed for frame supported multi ribbed composite wall beam. And the internal force of joist was calculated with the method of beam on the elastic foundation which takes the horizontal friction resistance into consideration. Moreover, a comparative analysis was employed with FEA program. It was found that it was necessary to consider the interfacial shearing force between wall and joist for the frame supported multi ribbed composite wall beam, otherwise, the performance of the composite would not exhibited sufficiently and the calculation error would be large.  相似文献

The common finite element method microcomputer software for simulation of the temperature field is developed by authors. It is used for calculating the temperature field duringthe mending process of iron casting defects by means of the dissolution-diffusion bonding technology. The correctness has been proved by testing results. We proposed a fast iterative algorithm for the multi section signals with the same length and known frequency difference to increase precision and real time performance of frequency estimation for multi section stationary signals while extending the applicable ranges of the existing methods. The algorithm includes the following technical features: The parameter matrix for frequency domain analysis was generated to treat the unequal frequencies of different sections; The phase difference compensation factor matrix was designed to obtain the frequency spectrum as well as the phase continuous signals; The search frequency sequence was generated to amend the unknown parameters in the phase difference compensation factor matrix while obtaining the frequency spectrum amplitude matrix in a specific form; and, indirect iterative computation was adopted to improve the real time performance of the algorithm. In addition, five important properties were given and proven to demonstrate the correctness of the algorithm. Simulated experiments were carried out under various complicated application environments. The results show good universality, noise immunity, real time performance and better frequency estimation precision compared with the existing methods.  相似文献
