Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),a qualitative and quantitative method for multi target decision, was first brought up by T.L.Saaty in 1970s. By using AHP, the author establishes a mathematic model of hierarchy relationship among competitive factors, evaluation indexes for performance and level of performance, To analyze influences of each competitive factor on performance and create arrangement of competitive factors in terms of importance to performance of enterprise own or rival firms, and ascertain core competence according to qualitative and quantitative analysis to support competitive decisions in markets. Finally the result of this research is applied to DaFeng Ltd. and its' feasibility and practicality in decision can be tested and verified.  相似文献

Although the commercial real estate in our country has made a great progress in these years,the vacancy rate is very high.It is not only a loss to the developer,but also a waste to the social resources.As keen competition between the commercial real estate developers is on coming,the market orientation will be decisive.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(or AHP) is a qualitative and quantitative analysis method,the application of which to the business orientation can make our item more easily to succeed.In this paper,the AHP is applied to the market orientation of an item in Shenzhen.It is hoped that this will contribute to raising the decision accuracy,by formatting pair wise comparative matrixes according to the rate of contribution the variant factors applied to the target.  相似文献

The economy index used in investment project is usually influenced by many uncertain factors because the basic data of which comes from forecast and budget. This paper studies such common uncertain analysis method as balance analysis of profit and loss, sensitivity analysis. The problems in these methods are pointed out and a new method of uncertainty analysis based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Monte Carlo method is advanced, along with its compute method in economy analysis of investment project. To an investment project, the authors set the NPV as the goal, set investment amount, prosecution cost and product price as the simulant values, which have relatively great effect on NPV. By using the new method in uncertain analysis, the conclusion can be drawn that the project is greatly influenced by the uncertain factors of future and it has high risk. A case study demonstrates that the new method can synthetically analyze the financial variety caused by uncertain factors.  相似文献

At present.there is fewer discussionon old urban district regeneration from its economic and social effect; In this paper.by means of an-alyzing old urban district regeneration and its investment effect, a set of criteria evaluating the in-vestment effect of old urban district regeneration is eastablished. For the first tirne, a new method. 占补平衡实现由数量平衡向数量-质量平衡管理的升级,已成为当前土地管理的迫切要求。以南方丘陵山区为例,综合考虑耕地质量的影响因子,筛选台面坡度、海拔高度、有效土层厚度、土壤质地、土壤养分、水源保证率、地下水埋深、排灌设施、道路通达度作为评价指标,应用特尔斐法、层次分析法确定权重,对耕地质量作以评价,确定占、补耕地地块的综合指数。以单位标准粮为桥梁,确定耕地质量数量折算系数.从而实现耕地占补的数量——质量型平衡。  相似文献

为建立休闲农业景观评价体系,并了解各指标在农业景观构建中的作用,本文基于层次分析法(AHP)、构建农业景观评价指标体系。运用专家咨询法和1-9标度法构造判断矩阵,计算了各指标在景观要素中的权重值。结果表明:项目层权重值排序为自然景观>生产景观>人文景观;因素层中农田的整体感官、地域文化、有机生态环保性权重值比较大;指标层中带动旅游创收权重值最大,道路通达性、自然生态体验、农事操作参与、可持续性、生态系统多样性也占有一定的地位。本文研究结果将为进一步建立和完善农业景观评价体系提供参考依据。  相似文献

To analyze the safety of elevator system quantitatively, the risk factor weights aiming at the risk evaluation for elevator system are analyzed based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in this paper. The Accident Tree Analysis (ATA) is also introduced to analyze accidents leading to the dangers during elevator running as the basis of weight assignment. The risk evaluation model of elevator system is built and its safety grade is set. The quantitative assessment for elevator system through linear weighted sum law is implemented. This method combining AHP and ATA in this paper avoids subjectivity and one-sidedness of weights indexes caused by expert-scoring method. This elevator system risk evaluation system provides feasible method of assessing safety grade subjectively.  相似文献

为了更好的协调人口结构变动与区域经济社会的发展,运用灰色关联分析和层次分析相结合的方法对黑龙江省人口结构和区域经济社会发展的耦合性进行了定量分析,最终得出区域经济社会发展体系内的不同指标与人口结构间的加权关联度。结果表明:黑龙江省社会发展指标与人口结构的关联度普遍较高,经济发展指标与人口结构的关联度相对较低,黑龙江省经济发展模式亟待转型升级。  相似文献

为了确定大庆市生态环境质量状况,根据《生态环境状况评价技术规范(试行)》(HJ/T 192-2006)中的方法对大庆市生态环境质量指数进行定量计算,选用基于层析分析法(AHP)的综合评价方法对大庆市的生态承载力进行计算。生态环境指数计算结果表明:“十一五”期间,大庆市各评价区域的生态环境状况指数均无明显变化,年度变化幅度在-0.12~0.18之间,生态环境状况较为稳定。生态承载力计算结果表明:大庆市生态系统处于较稳定状态,水资源是影响评价区域生态弹性度的主要因素;大庆市资源承载力处于较高水平,其中矿产资源承载力较高,水资源承载力较低;大气环境承载力处于较高水平,水环境承载力较低;大庆市目前的承载压力度(CCPS)小于1,具有一定的发展空间。  相似文献

An artificial neural network (ANN) model was established based on data of paint waste water treated by coagulation oxidation process, using the improved back propagation algorithm. The model was then used to fit and predict some experimental data. The results indicated that the errors between computed data and experimental data were much small. Furthermore, the ANN model could correctly reflect the mechanism of some factors which affected the efficiency of paint waste water treatment.  相似文献

以四川盆地稻田保护性耕作制为研究对象,运用目标取向法对其可持续性进行系统评价。将稻田保护性耕作制分为经济、生态、社会3个子系统,进而分为7个指标层和若干个变量层,经过3轮专家咨询,最后筛选确定18个指标(变量层)作为稻田保护性耕作制可持续性评价的指标集,建立可持续评价的指标体系。以Delphi法和AHP(层次分析)法相结合,建立相关判断矩阵,分别计算各指标层和变量层的权重,最后运用模糊数学方法即模糊综合评判方法对四川盆地稻田保护性耕作制进行可持续性评价。作为一种尝试,本研究为优化选择当地最合理的保护性耕作发展模式,为稻田保护性耕作制的推广应用提供了技术评价理论参考。  相似文献

Customer involvement in product innovation can improve design efficiency effectively. Identifying customer knowledge quickly and applying it into the process of product design can enhance the product design capability of manufacturing enterprise. Rough set theory is used to simplify the variety of customer knowledge and identify the important customer knowledge. In order to select the customer with great contribution, a customer knowledge contribution measurement model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Shapley (FAHP S) is proposed to determine the importance weights of customer knowledge and member influence weights in group decision. 为了让政府在产销对接中对农产品交易市场进行有效的信息引导。以政府在产销对接中的职能为核心,基于层次分析法建立产销对接效果评价指标体系,选取3个一级指标和11个二级指标,在确定评价指标权重的基础上采用加权平均法建立产销对接效果评价模型。通过模拟3个区县级产销对接主管部门开展的对接情况为研究对象,应用该模型对模拟数据进行实例研究。结果表明,该模型能够在已知各对接主管部门对接情况的基础上计算得出对接效果评价的评价值及排序结果。  相似文献

乡村是乡村旅游发展的重要载体,以乡村为单位发展乡村旅游,是发展村域经济、促进产业转型升级、增加农民收入、解决当前乡村众多社会问题的重要途径。与其他类型旅游目的地相比,乡村旅游目的地的本质特征是乡村性。基于乡村性、乡村旅游的内涵,从居民、聚落和产业3 个维度建立起乡村旅游目的地乡村性评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,构建起乡村旅游目的地乡村性综合评价模型。以石榴红村为对象,聘请5 名专家对石榴红村乡村性评价指标进行打分,运用综合评价模型对石榴红村乡村性进行定量评价。结果显示,石榴红村的聚落乡村性最明显,其次依次是产业乡村性和居民乡村性,其整体乡村性较高。本研究建立的乡村旅游目的地乡村性评价模型简单明了、实用性强,可用于对乡村旅游目的地乡村性进行横向比较与动态监测,为乡村旅游目的地的开发与管理提供决策支撑。  相似文献

The Ongniud Geopark in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has rich geoheritage resources,such as granite landform,river landform,sand-accumulated landform,structural feature,and waterscape.On the basis of detailed researches,the geoheritage resources are divided into four categories,i.e.fossil heritage,structural geoheritage,geomorphological heritage,and waterscape.The monomers or types of geoheritage resources are taken as the objects of evaluation.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method is used to evaluate the geoheritage resources.The results showed that the Ongniud Geopark includes 1 world-class geosite,3 national geosites and 7 provincial geosites.The results deduced by the authors can help understand the geoheritage resources in the Ongniud Geopark,and also provide a basis for the protection,development and utilization of geoheritage as well as the planning and management of the geopark.  相似文献

In order to get a method of decision-making in the program for Chinese little towns' sludge utilization,an index system is set up for evaluation the direction of disposal and utilization of the sludge from Chinese small town according to the result of investigation and research.In this system,Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),Delphi method and entropy method are comprehensively used to confirm the weight of every evaluative index,and the Fussy Comprehensive Evaluation is applied to make the decision of.The result indicates that composting and agricultural use are the best optimum for the Chinese little towns' sludge utilization,landfills and land application are the seconds,incineration is the last one.  相似文献
