In order to alleviate the congestion economically and effectually under the competitive circumstance of electricity market,an applied method of congestion management,which based on FGR(Flow Gate Rights),has been proposed.The share of line has been used to define the power plant's influence on congestion.The proportional principle has been used to compute local marginal price.Then they are both used to balance the charge of FGR.The ISO(Independent System Operator) will dispatch the system to meet the FGR holders' rights.This method is used to alleviate congestion effectually,activate power plants to take part in scheduling positively,and level off the price.An instance is used to illustrate the feasibility of this method with FGR. 相似文献

After analysis on the direction relationship betueen primary side and secondary side of existing contactless power transmission system, a random rotatable pick-up is proposed. Two connecting modes of three orthogonal wound coils are studied. Based on analysis and mathematical calculation, instantaneous output voltage and its ratio to the maximal and minimal value when the pick-up rotate in three-dimensional space is given. In order to realize the performance target of “no collapse under rare earthquake” based on the seismic design according to structural influencing coefficient, three moment-resisting steel frames have been designed with similar probability of collapse in accordance with Chinese Seismic Code. The structural influencing coefficient of steel frames were determined through the incremental dynamic analysis method, and within equal collapse design rule. Competition in the electricity markets requires identifying the responsibility in the use of transmission networks or the associated effects. Power Flow Tracing algorithms have been developed recently to enhance the transparence of transmission system. This paper focuses on power flow tracing procedures and provides a detailed comparison of three classified algorithms: 1) power flow tracing based methods; 2) current tracing based methods; and 3) power flow analytic methods. The advantage and disadvantage of each method are discussed. Finally, the potential applications and development of the methodology is presented for furthermore research. 相似文献

叶类蔬菜因其不耐贮运而在北京市场的自给率高于果类蔬菜,在空间流通方向上也与果类蔬菜有明显区别。价格作为自动调控蔬菜空间运销方向的指挥棒,对调节蔬菜供求有明显作用。通过研究京津冀鲁辽代表性批发市场间的芹菜价格传导关系发现,北京市场的芹菜价格向河北、天津有较强的传导作用;河北市场对北京芹菜价格变动呈同向反应且传导强度由强转弱,天津市场对北京芹菜价格冲击的反应更迅速。京外市场芹菜价格变动方差由北京解释的部分在30%以下,但北京市场价格变动对河北和天津芹菜价格方差的贡献度均在80%以上。可见,京外市场芹菜价格变动对北京市场的影响较小,但距北京较近的河北和天津市场,其芹菜价格变化受北京影响则较大。提高芹菜为代表的北京叶类蔬菜自给率,及其在环北京市场的价格与供求信息互动程度,对保证芹菜价格平稳并提高资源配置效率具有重要意义。 相似文献

In order to calculate and analyze the effect of two transmission lines in parallel on the reliability evaluation of bulk power system, a model including independent outage, common mode outage and dependent outage of these lines is deduced and a new algorithm corresponding to the model is presented. Two transmission lines in parallel including common mode outages and dependent outages can be really simulated as a multi-state component. While reliability indices are calculated, the probability and frequency of independent outage, common mode outage and dependent outage of a system failure state can be calculated at the same time, and computation complexity is reduced. The proposed model and algorithm are applied to the RBTS system, IEEE One Area RTS96 system and a real power system for reliability computation and analysis. 为科学地规划区域农业的发展,通过构建区域基尼曲线和计算区域基尼系数,同时选用单位面积耕地所拥有的水资源总量法,对安徽省2000—2012年的水资源和耕地资源进行匹配分析。结果显示:安徽省多年平均水土资源空间匹配的区域基尼系数G=0.4449,水土资源空间匹配状况优于中国(0.5664)、世界(0.5864)平均水平。安徽省水土资源匹配在地市尺度上具有明显空间分异,呈现皖南地区水土资源匹配状况优于江淮之间,而江淮之间又优于皖北地区的水土资源匹配格局。 相似文献

dSPACE is a prototype development and real-time control testing platform which is based on MATLAB/Simulink software. By establishing mathematic model of hydraulic automatic transmission system, the shift rules are achieved. A testing platform for hydraulic automatic transmission system is developed whose control software is programmed by simulink and using the dSPACE as the centre controller. The experiment of electric throttle control and power performance matching control of hydraulic automatic transmission system is carried out. the result shows that well matching performance of hydraulic automatic transmission system can be realizedby using the control strategy proposed in this paper, it provides a fast and efficient approach for researching and developing the hydraulic automatic transmission system. 相似文献

Double-track railway over-cross tunnels were stuied by numerical simulation and regression analysis. A series of research on the influence of the construction of newly built tunnel to the existing one in different surrounding rock grades was carried out. According to the numerical simulation, 48 mechanical models were established, which considered various clearance, rock conditions and different construction sequences(building above or beneath existing one). Based on regression analysis on the calculation results from the 48 models, the deformation prediction formulas for the existing tunnel's surrounding rocks and ballast bed were deduced. According to the high-speed rail allowed standard of roadbed deformation during operation, the minimum clear distance value by which the existing tunnel's operation would not be affected was recommended. Some analysis on the surrounding rock pressure's variation of the existing tunnel caused by new tunnel construction was done. Taking the variation amplitude as the evaluation criteria, a critical value of influenced clearance for railway over-crossing tunnels project is provided. Meanwhile, the results found that the tunnel cross the building had a smaller impact on itself compared with that of the tunnel which goes through the building. 相似文献

The problem of determination to weighting coefficient is a key and difficulty for combination forecast. A method of determining weighting coefficient based on rough set theory is showed in this paper. Determining weighting coefficient is translated into estimating significance of attributes among rough set. A relation data model about combination forecast is established. Knowledge systems are built through making attribute value into eigenvalue. Under data moving, the weighting coefficients of a combination forecast model are computed by analyzing the dependence and significance of forecasting method for the predicted object. The proposed approach overcomes the subjectivity of traditional determination to weighting coefficient, avoids computing linear or nonlinear extremum problem and makes combination forecast more objective. The validity of the proposed approach is verified with a case. 相似文献

A hybrid power supply is composed by both a linear and a switching source connected in parallel and it can improve the dynamic response. But the hybrid power supply cant not effectively reject the perturbations in the power supply. A hybrid power supply based on one cycle control theory is proposed in order to improve the capability and the control precision. A switching source based on one cycle control is adopted in the hybrid power supply. The analysis results indicate that the hybrid power supply can effectively reject the perturbations in the power supply. And the analysis results also show that not only the control precision is improved, but also the control circuit is simple. For that the characteristics of low voltage power line channel are complicated and variable, how to use low voltage power line to realize reliable and high speed communication has always been the hottest question in power line communication field. This article introduces how to apply MSK to the low voltage power line communication. It analyses the application elements of MSK and structures the model of low voltage power line communication based on MSK. simulation result indicates that MSK modulation technology can satisfy the characteristics that the bandwidth of power line communication channel is narrow and the attenuation to the amplitude of signal is time variable and frequency selected. With interconnecting and developing of power system, the problem of power flow computation on dispersed data resource need to be solved. A new distributed computation method of power flow based on Ward equivalent is presented. According to master-slaver splitting principle, multi-area interconnected power system is divided into master-slaver areas. Boundary buses in different areas are defined as different bus-types. Neighborhood areas are equivalent by Ward equivalent principle, and the equivalent injection power and equivalent impedance are worked out. Power flows from master area to slaver areas are solved by Newton method, and the equivalent injection power and equivalent impedance on the boundary are modified by their solutions. The process above repeats until to convergence. The proposed distributed power flow method takes full advantage of the information of power, voltage, network configuration in neighborhood areas, so it is better on convergence and quality of solution. In this paper, a predictive control approach using neural networks for active power filter is proposed. The control system of active power filter using this method make using of the internal model control technology based on neural networks, meanwhile, to solve its questions such as lag because of calculating using neural networks, a predictive model based on neural networks is introduced.
