Empirical Analysis on Stock Market and Real Estate Market Wealth Effect in China

Based on the Modigliani's Life-Cycle Hypothesis of consumption,and relevant data,the paper empirically studies stock market and real estate market wealth effect in China by using the method of unit root test and cointegrating regression.The results show that,regardless of short-run effect and long-run effect,the stock market wealth has significantly negative effect on civil' consumption level,but real estate market wealth or housing market wealth has significantly positive effect on civil' consumption level.     

EMH of Stock Market by the Method of R/S

First,we comment on the theory of stock market validity of China. Basing on the analysis of the actuality of stock market validity of China, the market validity by R/S method empirically is studied also, and the conclusion is given that china's stock market is in vice-effective.

The connection between China's Stock Market and Economic Growth is always regarded by economic and finances studies. For the time limit of the developing of stock market and the difficulty of data's collection, it is still in studying that the connection between stock market and economic growth, especially the causation versus regression. By the method of Demirguc - Kunt and Levine,this paper empirically tests the connection between China's stock market and economic growth on the season serial data from 1995 to 2000.The test indicates that there are insignificant between them.

Pricing Methodology of the New Issue of Public Offerings in Shanghai Stock Market

Based on the efficiency market theory, considering the relationship between A share prices in Shanghai stock market and factors such as earnings per share, net asset value per share, industry price/earning ratios, this paper builds the multiple regression model between the opening A share prices at the time point of March 1st,2001 and their corresponding financial indexes. Then, according to the fact that the net asset value per share after the new issue will change in the same rate with the issuing prices, this paper calculates the relationship between them and gives out the new issue pricing model which considers 5 factors, including such factors as the A share composite indexes in shanghai stock market. This model is very meaningful and compensates the deficiency of the traditional pricing methodology which considers only the P/E ratios.     

Research on Market Targeting Model of Selecting Manager and Cooperation Mechanism in Commercial Bank Based on Stock Option

Selecting manager by market and improving team cooperation efficiency are two basal tasks to construct an effective human resource management system of commercial bank in China,but there are the limitations the traditional methods in explaining the players' cooperation.The paper constructs a market targeting model of selecting manager of commercial bank and a game model of team cooperation based on stock option,and then the talent identification mode and team cooperation mechanism in commercial bank are established.It is concluded that talented managers is selected but talent-less is refused owing to stock option incentive mechanism,and employee and managers holding stock plan is an incentive force to whole team if residual remains of shareholder is less than half team residual remains.

Total construction of this environment , developing characteristics and function of this system are given.     

Modeling and Simulation Analysis of the Electromechanical Coupling Facts about Precision Transmission System

Electro-mechanical coupling facts about transmission system influence dynamic characteristic and response characteristic of servo system. The coupling factors of precision transmission system are put forward, and the modelling methods of electro-mechanical system are analyzed. Based on the large-scale precise horizontal machining center, the dynamic chart of servo feed system is gained through analyzing mathematical model of the taehes, and the influence on transmission stiffness and transmission error is simulated in precision transmission system. Through changing parameters in servo feed system, the influence on dynamic characteristic and response characteristic is analyzed, so it provides a mathematical model for parameter optimization.     

Approach to Vendors and it''s Purchasing Quantities Selection Based on Improving Market Efficiency

The market efficiency in DEA is used to evaluate vendors under the hackground of vendors and it's purchasing quantities selection in supply chain management. An ideal targets set by the buyer is determined in order to make inefficiency vendors improving the efficiency score and competition. This paper proposes a buyer-sell game model that has distinct advantages over existing methods in selecting an optimal set of bids and it's purchasing quantities that satisfy the buyer's demand, and the improving market efficiency is also considered.

植物光竞争关系及其影响因子研究进展

为了探讨在植物群落中相邻植物间的光竞争关系,在总结不同生活型植物需光特性的基础上,综合分析了木本植物、草本植物和藤本植物所组成的常见复合体系中不同的光竞争关系,并深入剖析环境因子、人为干扰和时间尺度等因子对邻株植物光竞争关系的影响规律,提出今后应对邻株植物光竞争关系的内在调控机理及其预测模型进行深入研究。     

基于产地型冷链物流市场的冷库布局规划

由于西北地区物流行业滞后,农产品冷链运输设施匮乏,冷链物流制约着农产品产业在该地区的持续发展。以西北地区为例进行具体分析,首先运用灰色预测模型对未来西北地区冷链物流产品产量进行预测,并利用层次分析(AHP)综合评估法确认冷链物流中转节点冷库位置;在此基础上构建线性规划模型,并在基于冷库建设成本和运输成本最小化的约束条件下,运用LINGO软件求解,得到西北地区冷库建设布局最优解。最后通过上述分析,提出西北地区未来冷链物流发展方向和建议,即区域发展和依托发展更有益于我国西北地区冷链发展。

农业循环经济的主体系统协同优势与制度建设

能否成功地推行农业循环经济模式在很大程度上取决于其主体系统的动力。政府、企业或农户、公众组成的循环经济主体系统,由于缺乏技术创新的支持,明显动力不足。为此,本文提出政府、企业或农户、公众及农业R&D机构等四元组成的“四元并联”主体系统模型,通过运用数学知识、经济学知识分析其协同推进农业循环经济的优势。此模型对指导农业循环经济具有一定的现实意义。

基于GAHP模型对沿海省份渔业社会经济发展定量测评

为了定量研究沿海省份渔业产业发展的状况,设计渔业社会与经济发展的评估指标体系,运用专家调查法和模糊群组层次分析(GAHP)模型确定各层组指标的权重。选用2012 年沿海渔业社会经济发展总产值排名靠前的7 个省份以及上海市作为渔业发展量化评估的对象,综合测评其发展状况并进行排序分析。研究结果显示,沿海8 省渔业社会与经济发展程度由高到低的排名次序为上海、福建、辽宁、山东、浙江、江苏、广东、广西。根据测评结果提出沿海省份要统筹渔业经济与社会协调发展,调整渔业产业结构,提高渔业生产效率,保障渔民生活质量等对策建议。     

Modeling and simulation of the upper limb artery system using three section electric network model

A three section electric network model is built for human upper limb arterial system according to the Windkessel model. Blood pressure waveform of brachial artery is inputted into the electric network model. The state space equations of the electric network model are refined by using the state space analysis and solved numerically by the fourth order Runge Kutta method to obtain the blood pressure and flow waveform of radial artery. Effects of changes of the electric network model’s parameters on the blood pressure and flow waveform are also analyzed in normal and different pathological conditions(arteriosc lerosis and hypertension). The results of simulation show that the parameters of the model can well reflect the physiological significations of the upper limb arterial system; the analytic and computational methods are of fairly high precision and fast convergence for the model; and the model can simulate effectively the hemodynamic characteristics of upper limb arteries under normal and different pathological conditions.     

基于非线性动力学的省辖市大学生村官竞争与互利模型研究

大学生村官的可持续发展逐步成为省辖市需要统筹协调的复杂系统。论文从非线性动力学角度建立省辖市大学生村官竞争与互利模型,定量探讨处于同一发展区域内的省辖市实施大学生村官计划的竞争与互利战略,并分析了系统平衡态的稳定性。结果表明,在竞争与互利的模式下,可以根据稳定性条件,对不同省辖市大学生村官计划进行分析比较后,估计判断大学生村官发展规模的均衡性与稳定性,并参考该条件对省辖市大学生村官发展模式进行适当的调整。     

基于GIS的分布式侵蚀产沙模型及其空间尺度转换研究进展

地理信息系统（GIS）与模型的结合是分布式侵蚀产沙模型的发展方向,而模型的空间尺度转换是其研究的重要方面。笔者对国内外基于GIS的分布式侵蚀产沙模型及其空间尺度转换研究进行了全面综述,结合中国的实际研究情况,总结了目前研究存在的主要问题,最后提出了今后一定时期内中国基于GIS的分布式侵蚀产沙模型及其空间尺度转换研究的发展方向。
