Aiming at multi type and batch production system with flexible process, an optimization method for input plan based on Witness simulation is proposed. The scientific problem researched is described. Aiming at the characteristics of multi type and batch production with flexible process, the simulation logic is designed. Taking Witness as simulation platform, the simulation model combining input plan with scheduling for multi type and batch production is constructed. In order to realize optimization of production organization and put forward a reasonable calculation model for the turnover number of steel ladle, the turnover process and time of steel ladle are analyzed with steel ladle of Q steelmaking plant. Gantt charts of steel ladle turnover for single casting schedule and double casting schedule are drawn. Calculation model for turnover number of steel ladle is put forward by analyzing the relationship between casting schedule and the turnover time of steel ladle, and the accuracy of the model is verified by simulation method. Researches show that the turnover number of steel ladle can be reduced 1-2 by adjusting cast starting time, and have significance for the optimization of steel ladle production organization.  相似文献

To solve potential scheduling problems in production after renewal of continuous casting process in Vanadium-extracting and Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation (PISCO), how to model and simulate logistics system in steel-making processhas been discussed. A series of simulatingtests for logistics system in steel-making processhave been conducted based on inputs of presentsteel-making processof PISCO. In the tests, cases of regular schedule case and cases with repairing converter have also been regarded as essential simulation condition. It has been shown that three casters can not start at same time in order to ensure continuous hot metal supply for casters when three kinds of steel are made. It has also been shown that the simulation system for logistics system in steel-making processis valid and can be used for simulating logisticsin upcoming 100% continuous casting process of PISCO. The better schedule scheme of production and reasonable match of converter-caster in time and capacity can be achieved with the help of using simulation approach.  相似文献

Considering the uncertainty and complexity of production planning and scheduling in steel making and continuous casting, an optimal simulation model is built. Based on the analysis of the logistics in steelmaking process, the casting plan is regarded as the global goal, and the procedural information is taken into account, as well as the local evolution rule that abstracted from scheduling rule. To simulate transferring of materials in the process, the state of operation sites are updated as a result of the global goals, process information and local rule. The goal directed simulation is carried out based on the self organization evolution mechanism. Finally, an optimal integrated production plan is made by a continuous simulation evolution. A simulation case for eight hours production plan shows that the model is valid and efficient.  相似文献

An integrated batch planning mathematical model based on multi-object optimization is proposed to solve the orderly and efficient flow of material between different working stations in iron and steel enterprises, where production technology constraints, material variations and coupling between steelmaking-continuous casting and hot rolling are analyzed first. According to the requirements of the hot rolling steel strip contracts, the integrated batch planning is divided into sub-plans of rolling plan, casting plan and furnace plan which are independent and coupling to each other, forming rolling plan and furnace plan simultaneously to influence casting plan. Heuristic method based on modified co-evolutionary algorithm is advanced to resolve this problem. The results of simulation and analysis in an iron and steel plant for strip steel production shows that it is feasible to provide effective guidance for integrated batch plan making.  相似文献

It is of great significance in steel complex to link production flow between work stations and control production rhythm by cranes. Crane scheduling is a multi-machine multi-task problem which limits temporal and spatial constraints and production plan. A simulation model based on evolution rules to solve temporal and spatial constraints is proposed. Its objective is to guarantee execution of production plan in steelmaking plant. And match between cranes and production task on working span is conducted to fulfill temporal constraints between multi-tasks and spatial constraints among multi-cranes. Simulation rules including task allocation, conflicts eliminating and task finishing are also proposed to dominate simulation process. This model avoids difficulties of theoretical calculation for crane scheduling problem. Offline test in a steelmaking plant shows that it is available to make a crane scheduling without conflicts between cranes and plans, which provides a guideline for production scheduling.  相似文献

In this paper, the alloying of the as-rolled dual-phase steel treated with trace B and Ga is discussed. On the basis of Mn-Si-Cr alloy system, a new type as-rolled dual-phase steel containing trace B and Ga is developed, with a lower production cost equally high technological property, and similar CCT curve compared with that of the Cr-Mo system as-rolled dual-phase steel.  相似文献

Reasonable production planning effectively ensures smooth operation. According to the analysis of the characteristics of steelmaking-continuous casting production process, a production planning method for steelmaking - continuous casting process based on time backward inference method and process simulation is presented. Production plan meeting certain criteria is rapidly gained by time backward inference method, and is regarded as input of simulation model in steelmaking process. Considering time randomicity in production process and transporting equipment restriction, production plan meeting more restrictive conditions, such as no equipment conflict, continuous casting, and etc, is acquired through simulating. It assures that the plan is carried out in practice. The instance demonstrates the feasibility of the method.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the main problems in the operation control for ball mill pulverizing system, proposes the dynamic mathematical model for the steel ball mill pulverizing system , simulates and analyzes the dynamic character of the system. A Fuzzy-PID controller with on-line self-tuning parameters based on fuzzy control technology is proposed .The simulation results show that the Fuzzy-PID control system can improve the controlling effect and the ability of suppressing disturbances.  相似文献

A simulation system for logistics in steel-making process has been developed by analyzing the state of logistics in steel plant, integrating the approach of coloured Petri nets with time and queuing network and using object-oriented methodology. The software functions for building-up simulation model, executing simulation, managing simulations, playing demo, analyzing statistics and online help. The objectives and principles of the simulation software have schematically been introduced. At last, the software is visually validated with measured input data of primary logistics in Vanadium-extracting, Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation. A Gantt diagram and statistics of simulation case are included in simulation results and can be used to assist decision-making for scheduling in steel-making process.  相似文献

为了对温室蝴蝶兰生育过程的基本规律和量化关系有一个清楚的理解和认识,并对其生长系统的动态行为进行预测,从而辅助进行对蝴蝶兰生长和生产系统的适时合理调控,研究建立了以太阳辐射为基本驱动因子的温室蝴蝶兰生长发育动态模型,进一步开发出基于WindowsXP的计算机模拟系统。模型系统采用C++ Builder6.0语言编程技术,主要包括太阳辐射、碳同化、干物质分配等重要模块,可以输出干物质积累量、光合作用率、叶面积指数、叶片数与花朵数等参数变量,具有较完善的功能,模拟系统在界面和功能上能够达到较好的统一。对山东省济宁市农业高技术园区温室内蝴蝶兰进行模拟检验分析表明,模拟结果与实测结果符合较好,模型系统可以动态预测蝴蝶兰光合产物积累量等重要变量指标,研究认为该模型系统是研究蝴蝶兰生长发育特性及优化管理的重要工具。  相似文献

In view of the extensive growth of China's steel production in recent years, this paper analyzed the industrial development background and economic geography theory, and discussed the possible spatial interaction mechanism. Based on panel data of China's inter-provincial steel output from 2001 to 2015, using spatial econometric model, this paper also explored whether China's provincial steel production shows material orientation, market orientation and traffic orientation, and isolated spatial interactions of interprovincial steel output. The results showed that the inter-provincial steel production in China did show both material orientation, market orientation and traffic orientation and that there was a significant negative spatial interaction, indicating that there might be strong competition and a crowing-out effect between neighboring provinces, and that the smaller the spatial scope, the more significant the spatial interactions of steel production.  相似文献

Yangtze River is abundant of water and can provide enough water as cooling and heating source for water source heat pumps (WSHP). A pair of contrast experiments with open loop system and close loop system of WSHP were finished in order to get the heat pump's COP, the system's COP and the distribution of water temperature in the heat exchanger etc. This paper compared the characteristic and the COP of these two kinds of system. The heat pump's COP of the open loop system and close loop System are 3.08 and 3.77 respectively, and the system's COP are 2.83 and 2.80 respectively. At last, applications of open loop system and close loop System of WSHP at Yangtze River were analyzed and the key problem for attention was pointed out in the paper.   相似文献

The characteristics of the knowledge discovery for basic oxygen furnace(BOF) steelmaking are analyzed by using the Rough Set Theory. The production data of BOF steelmaking are preprocessed by using the methods of data withdrawal, standardization, discretization and so on. The main influencing factors of steelmaking production are set as the knowledge discovery property. The endpoint control objectives of BOF steelmaking are used as the decision attribute of knowledge discovery. Then the knowledge discovery model of BOF steelmaking based on rough set theory is established, which makes the automation of the production knowledge discovery, access and rule extraction come true. The model is tested by using the production data of 210 t BOF, and takes the temperature variation of smelting endpoint as the decision attribute. The results show that the influencing factors, such as silicon content, iron ore weight, oxygen consumption and so on, are of very importance to the endpoint temperature of molten steel. Besides, the rules of molten steel temperature extracted by the model vary with current converter steelmaking process, which proves the validity of the model.  相似文献

It is an important way for co production efficiency improvement and system robustness to deeply understand the relationship between the structure and function of interfirm collaborative production networks (ICPN) . This paper develops the topological model for ICPN based on the analysis of the characteristics of interfirm collaborative production modes. By introducing complex networks, a case of Polyurethane industry is simulated. The results show that ICPN has the characteristics of small world, scale free and centralities of nodes. Using precise design principle, a multi-objective programming mathematical model of the BOF-Caster matched is established for single production line in the steelmaking plant of all plate and strip, according to the segmentation of steel grade and product specification of product mix. Objectives of the model have less investment, less difference between production capacity of the converter and continuous caster, higher operating rate of converter and higher level of weighted average casting speed. The model is solved by the improved delaminating sequence method. Then, the overall configuration method of BOF-continuous casting in the steelmaking plant is proposed through integrating single production lines. According to the production outline of a new large steel plant, the result of the model shows that the configuration scheme of the steelmaking workshop of the steel plant is a better design scheme.  相似文献

Considering on the characteristics of the transmission system and some key units of continuously variable transmission system with reflux power, a dynamic simulation model and a control strategy are established. The design method of the new continuously variable transmission system is verified by simulation. The simulation result on this continuously variable transmission system shows that the rotating speed of the driven plate can rise up rapidly during starting clutch engagement, and the sliding friction power is lower than 3 kJ which is nearly equal to one third of the friction power of the traditional vehicle.  相似文献
