According to the motors working principle, the authors design and complet an electronic fuel injection system based the monolithic processor of MC68HC08. Then the authors complete a matching experiment of single-plunger fourstroke engine CG125 applying this system to the trestle. As the system used, fairly well has been settled the contradiction among the driving force of engine, the economization of fuel consumption and the letting of exhaust gas. After the testing, the power of motorcycle engine has increased about 10%, the oil consumption has decreased about 15 %, and the exhaust gas has decreased about 20%,  相似文献

Aiming at the urgent requirements of project management from roadway design enterprises, key technologies and application of networked roadway design project management are studied. First, requirements analysis and a general technology scheme are proposed for networked roadway design project management. Next, key technologies are studied systematically, including workflow analysis and improvement, networked and dynamic project monitoring and coordinating, and integrated project information management. Based on the key technologies, an application system of networked roadway design project management is developed and applied in some real projects of roadway engineering design. A case study is presented to illustrate the management process based on the networked project management system. The engineering applications show that the system can effectively improve the management efficiency, reasonably configure and optimize design resource, monitor and coordinate project plan and schedule, and accurately evaluate the performance of design team members.  相似文献

During a minibus's practical road driving and engine test rig test for vehicle and engine reliability, the phenomenon of generator compressor bracket fracture appears and leads the generator compressor crankshaft belt rupture. It seriously affects the vehicle's operation performance. The article carries through engine test rig test and analysis, using frequency and spectrum technology to identify the bad vibration source combining FEA. It also researches vibration's occurrence, formation, propaganda and fracture mechanism. Based on this, the authors put forward countermeasure, which improves the dynamic characteristic of the system, decreases the vibration intensity and avoides the fracture of bracket and belt.  相似文献

Four techniques of dynamic mesh are Spring-based Smoothing, Dynamic Layering, Local Remeshing and the ALE method in the CFD transient simulation of engine. Based on those techniques, The authors analyze the improved measure of technique of dynamic mesh in the CFD transient analysis of the engine and propose the combined technique of dynamic mesh based on the finite volume method which is appropriate for. The CFD transient simulation of engine. At last, the 2D dynamic mesh method is applied to the typical pent-roof engine and the paper simulates the transient 3-D flow field at the tangent inlet of engine by applying the combined technique of dynamic mesh based on the finite volume method. Compared to bi-fuel engine,it uses completely CNG(Compressed nature gas) to replace diesel which can save more oil fuel than bi-fuel engine that reffited diesel engine into CNG engine. A 4102 diesel engine is refitted into CNG engine and a mechanical ignition timing system is designed by the method of gear and belt. The principles and the construction of the system is introduced and the characteristics of the design is analyzed. The system performed well and had good liability when run in a platform. Compared with the previous one, it kept higher dynamic character and emitted lower. It is a cheap one and can be use to reform the diesel engines.  相似文献

为进一步深化科研机构改革,尽快建设“职责明确、评价科学、开放有序、管理规范”的现代院所制度,根据新形势下农业科研试验基地的定位和职责,针对无目标约束的综合评价问题,提出了一套农业科研试验基地绩效评价的评价系统。采用模糊评价理论和数据库构建技术,设计开发了系统管理软件,实现绩效评价工作过程中的工作流程管理、评价指标管理和上报数据管理,从而实现绩效评审、计算评分、数据统计和结果发布等功能,并应用于新疆农科院试验基地的实际测度。测评结果符合新疆农科院试验场站发展的实际情况,能揭示出新疆农科院各试验基地在全院总绩效中的位次和贡献份额,为新疆农科院评优工作提供了依据,为绩效工资的发放奠定了基础,为中国农业科研试验基地的管理和发展能力评价提供了科学的方法。  相似文献

A dual closed-loop automatic cruise control system is proposed according to the properties of the AMT system with cruise control function inside, which is developod by the authors. The human simulated intelligent fuzzy control is applied to the inner loop of throttle position control while the conventional fuzzy control is applied to the outer loop of vehicle speed control. The scheme of the whole control system and the design process of the controller are presented. The experimental results show that with the proposed dual closed-loop control system, the unstable phenomena of engine speed can be eliminated and the throttle control responses fast without buffeting. Moreover, the system has the advantages of easy manipulation and reliable operation. The controller has the advantages of free of accurate mathematical model and easy to carry out and high robust and so on.  相似文献

During the study of noise emitted by accelerating mini-vehicle control, using theory of sound intensity measurement, it is actualized spotting the noise sources with the mini-vehicle engine. In the procees of the contour of sound intensity and frequency spectrum analysis, main noises of the engine are from oil sump tank and delivery menifold shield and two-way branch exhaust pipe shield. These noises are produced from the engine combustion. According to all analysis, the authors bring forward methods of modifying structure of shield-shell parts and consider them as main methods of reducing noises.  相似文献

The authors analyze major factor influencing the vehicle starting and shifting character of electronic-control AMT. By taking the mini-vehicle of Chan'an Star as carrier, electronic-control hydraulic AMT is developed, comprehensive shift-control strategy and clutch joint-control strategy are constitued, and related factors affecting clutch joint disciplinarian are complemented. The authors also put forward control aim of engine speed in the process of vehicle start and shifting, and automatic control to engine speed is realized by adopting electronic throttle. A last tests on prototype vehicle start &shift are made under different working conditions. This paper studyies the method of controlling SC6360B's accelerated vehicle Exterior noise. First, the main noise is found, which is from engine compartment and from exhaust noise by the identification of vehicle noise resource. Second, this paper carris out the farther noise identification experiment on engine and the insert-loss experiment on the exhaust gas muffler. In the end, the authors make sure that the noise is mainly infected by direct leaked noise from engine compartment, radiation-noise caused by the vibration of engine accessories and loud exhaust noise because the muffler has dficient elimination . The corresponding methods has been adopted according to the analysis. Through the test, the noise is lowered 2.5 dBA than it was and reach the new requirement.  相似文献

针对单电机插电式混合动力汽车在纯电动行进间电动机启动发动机时由于系统输出转矩变化进而引起整车冲击的问题,分析得到发动机点火时刻的不同及离合器接合状态的不同是造成转矩波动的原因。在此基础上,提出了基于离合器主、从动盘转速差和电机角加速度为输入量的离合器压力模糊控制的混合动力汽车模式切换动态协调控制策略,并对比了发动机目标转速点火和怠速转速点火的控制效果。最后通过台架试验以及实车道路试验对提出的控制策略进行了验证。结果表明,基于目标转速点火的协调控制策略能减小整车的冲击度。  相似文献

With the development of high-speed and high-power, the motorcycle vibration from engine become one of the major factors affecting the performances of motorcycle. Elastic suspension structure is adopted between the engine and frame for the vibration during the process of designing a certain type of motorcycle with 200 cc engine in some enterprise.Through optimization of the suspension system performance parameters, inherent frequency of suspension system keeping away from the activated frequency of engine in common use is essential.
