ASP Platform of Networked Sale and Customization System for Small-and-medium Enterprises

Aiming at the problems in the development and implementation of Networked Sale and Customization system by small-and-medium enterprises, the study on ASP development supporting Platform of Networked sale and Customization system for small-and-medium enterprises has been done. The whole frame of ASP development supporting Platform of Networked Sale and Customization system for small-and-medium enterprises was proposed. Then a series of function modules of this platform was designed. At last, ASP-based service model and development service workflow for small-and-medium enterprises was created. And, this platform has been applied in dozens of enterprises.     

基于微信公众平台的橡胶树栽培技术服务系统

随着通信网络的完善以及智能手机的普及,手机已经成为农民获取信息的主流方式。但由于上网技能的缺失以及文化水平的限制,农民往往很难获取到他们所需的农业信息。有必要研究一套更有效的建立在橡胶树栽培技术推广机构与农户之间的信息服务系统。微信公众平台是公众号运营者通过公众号为微信用户提供资讯和服务的平台,为实现农业信息服务模式的创新提供了新的契机。为此,尝试基于微信公众平台构建一套橡胶树栽培技术服务系统。系统包括橡胶知识和技术服务2 个主要模块,实现了橡胶树栽培管理知识查询、专家对用户的一对一远程技术服务、橡胶树施肥配方查询、橡胶资讯服务的主要功能。橡胶树栽培技术服务系统搭建了专家与农技员、农技员与农民、农民与产业间高效便捷的信息化桥梁,创新了服务模式和渠道,切实解决了科技信息传播的“最后一公里”问题。     

中国主要热带作物产业信息服务平台建设构想

在国家高度重视农业信息化和中国主要热带作物产业发展的背景下,提出构建中国主要热带作物产业信息服务平台,同时对该平台建设的背景、意义、内容及系统开发等进行阐述。认为该平台对推进中国热带农业信息化建设和科技水平的提高,推动新阶段中国热带农业产业和农村经济发展,促进农业增效、农民增收和农产品竞争力增强,统筹城乡经济社会发展,实现全面建设小康社会的目标,具有十分重大的意义。

Analysis of Choosing the Platform in Power Geographic Information System

Geographic Information System(GIS) is playing more and more important role in information management of power system. The popular GIS platform products include GeoMedia, Arc/Info, MapInfo and MicroStation. The choosing and using of power GIS platform should obey the rule in power system reality. Based on their preponderant application in geographic industry, Arc/Info and MapInfo have been successfully used in power system. The scheme of power GIS platform is put forward in this paper, referenced to the judgement and analysis of these prevailing platform, and the example of "GIS information system in Chongqing YuBei Power Supply Bureau" is given. This example shows the powerful twice developing ability, the profound network topology analysis ability of this method, which could also satisfy the needs of excessive and separate work nodes and parallel operation. All researches showed in this paper demonstrate the method could satisfy the need of power GIS.     

Minimum Error Variance Adaptive Controlling Technique Applied on the Auto Regulation System of the Draw Frames

Firstly, the uncertain factors in drawing process, which cause the changes of the sensor's displacement and the sensor's vibration, are analyzed in terms of mechanics and statistics. Systemic randomictiy and non linearity affect the performance of traditional auto regulation equipment. Using the minimum error variance adaptive controlling technique to solve the uncertainty of controlled system is the ideal method. Secondly, using generalized least square method to achieve the principle and method of the system identifying model is described. Thirdly, the design steps of the minimum error variance adaptive adjustor and the method of the computer simulation are discussed. The result of test running shows that the output of the system follows the input of the system better, the system restrains the random disturbance more efficiently, and the performance of auto regulation is improved apparently.

The paper presents the systematical structure with client/server taking the information management system of Chongqing Science and Technology Commitee background.Discuss the design and implementation of the system platform wth client/server based on Novell Local Area Network (LAN) and Sybase Database Management System(DBMS).     

农业标准化生产及其管理系统开发平台研究

分析中国农业标准化生产现状，发现其中存在的问题，提出与农业信息技术结合是解决问题的途径之一。而专家系统开发工具（平台）是农业信息技术的关键技术之一，它作为一种开发专家系统的通用工具，使农业领域专家无需掌握过多的编程知识就能建造性能良好的专家系统，从而能有效克服目前农业标准化生产中存在的问题。基于此介绍了将农业标准化生产和专家系统开发平台结合起来建立农业标准化生产管理系统开发平台的建立基础、设计思路、技术路线以及平台功能，并阐述了农业标准化生产管理系统开发平台的应用前景。     

基于需求驱动的茶叶产业互动式信息服务技术

信息服务技术是用户与信息源之间的沟通桥梁,是信息服务质量优劣的决定性因素。笔者针对茶叶产业信息服务特点,强调信息服务的需求驱动性和信息服务的互动性,以用户和市场作为检验信息服务质量的重要标准,以实现信息服务价值的最大化为目的,提出基于需求驱动的互动式信息服务模式。该模式将用户的需求作为驱动因子,并引入信息需求循环优化的互动思想,结合信息的推送和反馈机制,进一步优化信息服务机制,使信息服务更加贴近用户的实际需求。     

热风干燥智能控制系统的设计

根据热风干燥工艺特性,借助自研开发的热风干燥实验台,基于PLC设计了热风干燥智能控制系统。针对热风干燥实验台温度非线性、大滞后和惯性大的特点,采用模糊—PI控制器,保证了温度控制精度和稳定性。该控制系统实现了温度、湿度、风速和干燥时间的分阶段设置和显示,趋势曲线显示和历史数据下载功能。     

基于熵权法的中国玉米产业系统安全度的模糊估算与分析

为了对中国玉米产业安全进行动态评价与变化趋势分析,采用基于熵权法和模糊综合评价法建立玉米产业系统安全综合评价模型,利用历史及预测数据对1999—2017 年玉米系统安全度进行估算,据此对中国玉米产业系统安全状态进行总体评价。结果表明：近年来中国玉米产业安全形势不容乐观,2007—2017 年中国玉米产业的安全状态波动加剧,玉米及其副产品进口量大幅增加,进口依赖性增强,国际资本对中国玉米产业股权控制加强则是影响玉米安全的主要因素。据此提出积极应对玉米产业外资进入、降低玉米进口国别依存度、努力掌握玉米贸易定价权等对策。

从我国果蔬产业发展现状出发,论述了构建果蔬等农产品贮藏产业体系的必要性,概述了果蔬产业体系的结构与功能及其构建该体系必须考虑的若干问题。     

Reliability Analysis of Human-Machine System in Continuous Industry

As the research objective changing from a small simple system to a large complex one, traditional reliability theory can not adapt to the requirement of the great transformation. Based on the specialty of continuous process industry, the necessity and urgency to study the reliability of this kind of system is stated out. The research structural model of the reliability of complex continuous industries is presented also which involved in the reliability of human, network, software and devices.

Two-level Fuzzy Method for Evaluation of the Supplier''s System in Automobile Industry

This paper analyses the importance of the suppliers' evaluation in automobile industry. Based the conception of system, all the corporations' suppliers are regarded as an integer. On condition that the corporation has evaluated the single supplier's performance, the model for evaluate the performance of supplier's system is established, the performance by two-level fuzzy method is evaluated. Finally, the method sets with an example as the illustration.
