体育馆大跨度预应力次梁楼盖竖向振动模态分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以重庆市铜梁县新城核心区小学建设项目3#楼(体育馆)工程为背景,对其大跨度预应力次梁楼盖竖向振动模态进行模拟分析,并与实测结果相比较,评价其控制竖向振动舒适度的效果。根据建模思路精确建立的该大跨楼盖有限元模型,其模态分析结果与模态实测结果接近,相对误差约为5%;模拟分析及工程实测结果表明,该大跨楼盖前三阶振型均以竖向振动为主,结构自振基频满足我国现行相关规范的要求,竖向振动舒适度符合标准;与无底板的大跨次梁楼盖相比,增加底板后,其增幅最小的一阶频率增长了19.9%,表明增加底板可有效地控制大跨度预应力次梁楼盖的竖向振动。  相似文献

The robust control theory is used to solve the uncertainty of the optical extra-precise vibration isolation system. The wavelet theory is used to analyze the random vibration signal in the time-frequency domain and get the low frequency signal from the random vibration signal. The robust controller designed by the robust control theory is used to restrain the low frequency vibration. The active vibration isolation exploits the theory of robust control, which overcomes the uncertainty of model and the disturbance, and makes the control system to restrain the uncertainty of the model and the disturbance of the vibration. The simulation results prove that this method has shown good robustness and control precision in the vibration isolation of the optical extra-precise instrument and have good performance on restraining the low frequency vibration.  相似文献

The paper proposes the design method of robust H controller of vehicle seat suspension system. The dynamic model of seat suspension is developed,and the parameters uncertainties (mass, stiffness, damping) and stochastic vibration are introduced into the model system. Based on stochastic differential theory and Lyapunov functional, a semi controller is designed, and the controller parameters are solved by linear matrix inequality (LMI) which guarantees H performance index. The simulation results in time domain and frequency domain show that the controller designed for parameter uncertainties and stochastic vibration can attenuate the vertical acceleration of suspension system and improve riding comfort of human.  相似文献

The effect of damping on vibration is analyzed during the suspension deformation based on the 1/4 vehicle model. The Fuzzy logic control strategy for the semi-active suspension was proposed. By means of dissipating the energy of vibration and decreasing the peak value of the body acceleration via the action of damping, the parameter-self-adjust fuzzy controller was established. The united simulation of ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink were used for demonstrating the efficiency of the controller. Comparing with the practical passive suspension possessing the nonlinear character and the present fuzzy controller, the control system based on the new-style strategy provides better ride comfort and road handling.  相似文献

In order to fully research the effects of external excitations, such as wind speed, wind direction and voltage disturbance, on a grid connected wind turbine with doubly fed induction generator, a co-simulation model of MW-class wind turbine system is established by using Simpack and Matlab/Simulink software. Also, by considering the actual control strategies in the process of simulation, the relationship between external excitations and mechanical system is studied. According to time-domain simulation under the turbulent wind condition, the dynamic meshing forces of gears are analyzed. Besides, the vibration responses of tower are calculated under the different external excitations. Research results lay a foundation for dynamic performance optimization and reliability design of a wind turbine.  相似文献

In this paper,the method of establishing the torsional vibration model of drilling string and rock bit and the process of simulation analysis are introduced.The interaction between bit and rock and elastic deformation of drilling string in the process of petroleum drilling which caused the torsional vibration of the drilling string and rock bit is main considered in establishing the model.The torsional model is solved by difference method.Based on the models,the simulation analysis software of drilling string and rock bit is designed,and simulation calculation and analysis of the tortional vibration of drilling string and rock bit under different conditions are computed,and the dynamic behavior and kinetics regularity of drilling string and rock bit in drilling are obtained.  相似文献

The double drive hoist reducer developed in the planetary gear is a new generation of energy saving and environment protecting hoist product. The multi flow transmission system theory of hoist is analyzed. With the theory and method of bond graph,a bond graph model with coupled vibration is established for hoist multi flow transmission system for the first time. The state equation of the system is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is also carried out. The internal changing law and relationship of the system for the state variable are got. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearing features of this system are revealed comprehensively. 为探究大攻角及桥面粗糙度对扁平钢箱梁涡振性能的影响,对寸滩长江大桥主梁进行了风洞试验。应用Matlab软件模拟桥面粗糙度变化范围,根据模拟结果选取对应的砂纸在试验中模拟桥面粗糙度,分析了攻角及桥面粗糙度对扁平钢箱梁涡振区间及幅值的影响。试验研究表明:在大攻角下扁平钢箱梁的涡振振幅和范围明显增大,对桥址位于山区等容易发生大风攻角的地区的桥梁应进行大攻角试验。扁平钢箱梁的涡振响应随着桥面粗糙度增大而减小。正攻角范围内,桥面粗糙度对涡振响应的影响随着攻角减小而增大。桥面粗糙度发生变化时,扭转涡振响应更加敏感,变化幅度大于竖向涡振响应变化幅度。  相似文献

Automobile comfort dynamic simulation is necessary when we predict and evaluate the comfort of a automobile or optimize performance of automobile. The nine DOF vibration model of automobile is established , which acts root mean square value of body in multiple work conditions as comfort evaluation indices. Based on the comfort simulation, the Hongyan 1160 is predicted in the way of comfort. The programmes can be used in many different automobiles . The computational result indicates that the model can simulate vibration of automobile truly. It is significant to research automobile comfort evaluation to optimize performance of automobile and comfort simulation .The computational program can be applied to optimize or simulate which has some reference value.  相似文献

Then an engine mounting system with double - lined type isolator is presented. The influence of blasting vibration on the adjacent buildings is inevitable if blasting is employed for excavation. Daping station tunnel of Chongqing light railway project, on which there is dense with population and buildings, has a minimum buried depth of only four meters and maximum span length of 26.3 meters. The stepped excavation mode with short hole, multi round and V shaped cut are adopted. The maximum charge weight of one delayed interval is determined by the permitted vibration velocity. The smooth blasting technology with adding vibration reduction holes is used. Meanwhile, the charge weight per hole is strictly controlled. With the simulation and on site test, it is found that the proposed technology for tunnel construction is feasible.  相似文献

A multi rigid body dynamic model of an all terrain vehicle (ATV) is established in MSC.ADAMS. The model takes into consideration the body, suspension, frame and the steering system. According to the method of superposition of harmonic wave, a Grade B road file is created in ADAMS for the riding comfort test. The engine excitation is analyzed. The infliction for engine excitation to ADAMS is achieved. The ATV ride comfort simulation is carried out with the excitation of the engine, and the seat vibration is evaluated using an evaluation method programmed via MATLAB. In the process of oil drilling, drilling string and rock bit are main drilling tools. The fact of their failure would cause serious accidents. To solve this problem, the vibration law of string should be found. The longitudinal vibration model, torsional model and lateral vibration model are founded simultaneity. Many methods are used to build up this model, including finite element technique, numerical technique and computer simulation. In order to study the vibration characteristics and radiation noise of wind power speed-increase gearbox, a torsional vibration model of wind power speed-increase gearbox is established based on the analysis of supporting stiffness of bearing and contact stiffness of gear pairs. By solving the vibration differential equation with the help of Matlab, the frequency and corresponding vibration mode are obtained. With taking stiffness excitation, error exaction and meshing impact exaction into account, the dynamic finite element model of speed-increase gearbox is set up, and the dynamic response simulation is carried out. Regarding vibration displacement of the nodes on gearbox surface as boundary condition, an acoustic boundary element model of speed-increase gearbox is built. The surface acoustic pressure of gearbox and the radiation noise of field points are solved by the direct boundary element method. The results show that there is a great difference between torsion frequency and excitation frequency of wind power speed-increase gearbox, and so the resonance doesn't occur. The maximum structural noise and radiation noise mainly appear near the double octave of the gears meshing frequency of high-speed grade.  相似文献

Firstly, the uncertain factors in drawing process, which cause the changes of the sensor's displacement and the sensor's vibration, are analyzed in terms of mechanics and statistics. Systemic randomictiy and non linearity affect the performance of traditional auto regulation equipment. Using the minimum error variance adaptive controlling technique to solve the uncertainty of controlled system is the ideal method. Secondly, using generalized least square method to achieve the principle and method of the system identifying model is described. Thirdly, the design steps of the minimum error variance adaptive adjustor and the method of the computer simulation are discussed. The result of test running shows that the output of the system follows the input of the system better, the system restrains the random disturbance more efficiently, and the performance of auto regulation is improved apparently.  相似文献

Wind speed time series obtained with numerical simulation methods are adopted in structural analysis of wind - induced vibration. In this paper, based on the natural wind properties and the correlativity of nodal wind speed time series, AR model is employed to simulate wind speed time series, and the AIC rule is used to fix the rank of the AR model. Statistical analysis results of numerical wind speed time series show that AR model is efficient in simulating nodal wind speed time series which has time and space correlativity, and that the simulation precision, simulation efficiency and calculation stability answer the needs of practical engineering.  相似文献

With the development of high-speed and high-power, the motorcycle vibration from engine become one of the major factors affecting the performances of motorcycle. Elastic suspension structure is adopted between the engine and frame for the vibration during the process of designing a certain type of motorcycle with 200 cc engine in some enterprise.Through optimization of the suspension system performance parameters, inherent frequency of suspension system keeping away from the activated frequency of engine in common use is essential. Sensitivity analysis of motorcycle frames is useful for improving the design success rate. Based on sensitivity analysis theory and using the Monte Carlo and numerical simulation methods, a new 250 type integral motorcycle model was built and dynamic sensitivity analysis conducted. Sensitive design parameters that have great influence on frame vibration were discovered. By modifying the values of sensitive design parameters, the vibration of some measuring points was reduced. This reduction shows that the sensitivity analysis method is reliable and practical, and it can be used in sensitivity analyses of other complicated structures.  相似文献
