Currently,the activated sludge models in which the ASM of IWA(International Water Association) have been widely used in the design rebuild and operation of the waste water treatment plant and the development of new technic. By analyzed the composition of water and modified the paramters of ASM2, we use ASM2 to simulate the removing of COD nitrogen and phospherus in the sprial up-flow reacto(SUFR) system. The result indicates that the simulation value tally the fact on the whole. It shows that the ASM2 can primely reflect the change of COD nitrogen and phospherus in SUFR system. When the operational paramters have been changed, the model will be an effective forecast platform.  相似文献

Results of numerical simulation for viscous incompressible turbulent flow field over a tiny rearward facing step on circular cylinder are presented.The Domain Subdividing and Matching method and the Simplified SOLA solution are engaged in the simulation. The effects of the step's height,installed position and Reynolds number on the flow field are obtained and discussed. The results show that, if the rearward facing step is installed on the cylinder surface at a suitable point, a reattached boundary layer will be produced at the downstream of the step lagged in a small distance on the cylinder s surface and will re separate from the cylinder s surface.The reattachment point and the re separated point will exchange as the step's height and installed point exchanging.There is an effective reattachment region. If the fluid flow separated from the sharp edge of the rearward step reattaches in the effective region, the re separated point will occur at the downstream of the cross section of the cylinder and the drag will be reduced. The steady flow in the catalytic converters of CNG was simulated. The gas can breakaway in the entering pipe and the flow of the gas can convergence well in the exhaust pipe. The flow distributing mainly depends on the flow capability of the expanding pipe. The pressure falls apparently in the carrier of catalytic converters. The noble metals in the center of the catalytic converters are consumed more quickly than the edge zone.  相似文献

Compared with the traditional welding truss-column in shape of A, the members of the bolting top-joint are much smaller than the common welding joint. Furthermore, the members are more convenience on fabrication, transportation and installation. It should be noted that the zinc process is much easier and cheaper. In this paper, by using the finite element method, the effect of many factors to the global stiffness and the intensity of the bolting truss-column are analyzed; the factors include the column height, the root width to column height ratio, the tube thickness, etc. The results obtained are favorable references for design and optimization of the bolting  相似文献

The steady flow resistance in the Three Catalytic Converters(TWC) with guide components of CNG(Compressed Natural Gas)cars is simulated.The location set guide flow equipment has great impact on pressure losing which can be adjusted to the optimal while adopting some measures.Pressure losing by adding combination flow-guide plate which can evidently improve flow field uniformity has a little impact on engine.Pressure losing will be small while adopting optimal location and guiding-flow construction.  相似文献

The fluid flow mathematic models in converter combined blown are set up.It is simulated for flow state and velocity distribution of gas and stir action in different behaviours of bottom blown,top blown and combined blown by software PHOENICS(Parabolic Hyperbolic or Elliptic Numerical Integration Codes Series).In normal operation condition of ejection guns,the fluid flow in bath is axisymmetric three-dimensions flow.The results reveal out dynamic main area and slowness cyclone zones,also asked dead zone abating or erasing in practice.These shows that bottom blown gun ought to 0.5~0.7 circumference diameter of fused bath using top-bottom combined blown process.  相似文献

以固液混合油辣椒多相流的灌装过程为主要研究对象,采用流体力学计算软件Fluent对其灌装过程进行数值模拟,分别对直径为36、48、60 mm的计量缸在灌装过程中的密度场、各相体积分数的分布状况进行研究。数值模拟结果表明:随着灌装机构计量缸直径的增大,灌装流场的密度均匀性变好,高密度和低密度区域明显减少,直径为60 mm的计量缸其固液混合油辣椒多相流流体的各相体积分数和密度分布比其他两种较好,体积分数与初始设定基本吻合,研究结果为灌装装置的结构设计和灌装工艺提供了理论依据。  相似文献

This paper introduced FLUENT CFD simulation software and based on this software, the numerical modeling of the rotational flow sedimentation tank is set up and calculated. The separation efficiency curve and accumulation efficiency curve have been obtained and the deposition character inside the rotational flow sedimentation tank is shown. Through applying the theory of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),this paper describes the numerical simulation of a typical HVAC in vehicle air conditioning system for improving on the structure of HVAC,shortening the time periods of product design and reducing the costs of design. By applying CFD to simulate designs and improve on the inconsepuential designs,it can make the symmetrical distributing of velocity and temperature of air in HVAC,obtain a proper value of velocity and reduce the yawp value.From the result of simulation,the numerical model has been optimized.It advances the capability of air-conditioning system.While applying CFD to the design of HVAC,it carry the purpose of shortening design the periods of HVAC and reducing the costs of empolderings and tests.  相似文献

Overall effects of HRT ( 11 h, 9 h, 8 h, 6 h ) on the Spiral up-flow reactor (SUFR) system are analyzed. The results of the operation under different HRT condition shows that the removal efficiencies of COD, TN and TP decreased not obviously with decreasing HRT when HRT is longer than 8h. Anaerobic retention time, anoxic retention time and aerobic retention time were 1.51 h,2.25 h and 4.24 h,respectively. The removal efficiencies of COD, TN and TP is kept over 93%,87% and 90.2%, respectively. Although the removal efficiencies changed obviously when the HRT was 6 h. Anaerobic retention time, anoxic retention time and aerobic retention time are 1.13 h,1.69 h and 3.18 h,respectively. COD-removal efficiency is always up to 85%, the removal efficiencies of TN and TP is kept over 76% and 72%,also has upper removal efficiencies. It is indicated that the SUFR system, which is similar to plug-flow-reactor, has strong stability and can compensate negative effects of increasing hydraulic loading.  相似文献

With societal development, wastes exist in industry, agriculture and human life. In particular, a large volume of urban industrial sewage is discharged and pesticides and fertilizers are widely used, leading to groundwater pollution in many areas. Based on a water quality model of hydrodynamic dispersion and the multi element balance (MEB) method, a general program for simulating groundwater flow and quality is carried out using the program VC++ for visual presentation. Using this program in a case study, the transportation mechanism of groundwater flow and quality is simulated numerically. The result indicates that the program is visual and can be manipulated well. It offers a point of reference for the reasonable exploitation, protection and utilization of the groundwater.  相似文献

Flows of the confluence of Yangtze River and Jialing River in the city of Chongqing are numerically simulated by using Delft3D Model with staggered grids and ADI integral method. The water level, flow velocity and drogue trace are studied. Comparing the numerical results with observed data shows good agreement. Therefore the computational model and the simplified parameters are of good accuracy and have practical meaning. The results show that the contamination will linger near the Caiyuanba area and drift to Chaotianmen and the right bank of Yangtze River upstream. The results can be used to forecast flood, inspect contamination and management of riverway in the city.  相似文献

Combined microwave-convection drying characteristics are investigated by numerical simulation. Combined microwave-convection drying has advantage of swift drying and sterilization. Based on qualitative analyses on the mechanism of combined microwave-convection drying, the differential equations are established and the numerical simulation method is described. The humidity, vapor pressure and temperature, along the radius in a spherical pill, are calculated by the numerical simulation during drying process. The calculation results show the relationship between humidity, vapor pressure, temperature and drying time, and that drying process is greatly influenced by input microwave power. The calculation results are good consistent with the experimental datum.  相似文献

With numerical simulation, an analysis is done on the three-dimension air flow in the helix intake port of a diesel engine. The anthors acquire the distribution of characteristic parameters of air in the port, such as velocity, pressure, turbulence kinetic energy, as well as the flow coefficient and rotate moment around the erect axes at the outlet. The results of simulation indicate that the negotiability of the port is very good while the ability of forming eddy can be enhanced, so several improve measures have been put forward. Comparing with simulation results of these measures, it finds out that the method of combining increase the distance between the definition curve of volute cavity and central line of valve protruding support as well as increase the eddy shell angle can obviously enhance the ability of forming eddy, which is an efficient and rational method.  相似文献
