The robust control theory is used to solve the uncertainty of the optical extra-precise vibration isolation system. The wavelet theory is used to analyze the random vibration signal in the time-frequency domain and get the low frequency signal from the random vibration signal. The robust controller designed by the robust control theory is used to restrain the low frequency vibration. The active vibration isolation exploits the theory of robust control, which overcomes the uncertainty of model and the disturbance, and makes the control system to restrain the uncertainty of the model and the disturbance of the vibration. The simulation results prove that this method has shown good robustness and control precision in the vibration isolation of the optical extra-precise instrument and have good performance on restraining the low frequency vibration.  相似文献

体育馆大跨度预应力次梁楼盖竖向振动模态分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以重庆市铜梁县新城核心区小学建设项目3#楼(体育馆)工程为背景,对其大跨度预应力次梁楼盖竖向振动模态进行模拟分析,并与实测结果相比较,评价其控制竖向振动舒适度的效果。根据建模思路精确建立的该大跨楼盖有限元模型,其模态分析结果与模态实测结果接近,相对误差约为5%;模拟分析及工程实测结果表明,该大跨楼盖前三阶振型均以竖向振动为主,结构自振基频满足我国现行相关规范的要求,竖向振动舒适度符合标准;与无底板的大跨次梁楼盖相比,增加底板后,其增幅最小的一阶频率增长了19.9%,表明增加底板可有效地控制大跨度预应力次梁楼盖的竖向振动。  相似文献

To make up the vacancy of the evaluation methods for ATV ride in the world, the pratical feature of ride comfort of ATV are studied and analyzed. Based on the ISO2631 and ISO5349, the objective methods of ride com-fort of ATV are proposed. This method uses the total root mean square of weighed of three axles to evaluate the vibration of the handle and seat. Road tests and experiments on rolling drum experiment table with the test system on ride comfort of some typical ATVs are conducted, the result of the two tests are matched each other, so the evaluation method can well reflect the effects of the vibration on human body.  相似文献

The cable's motion was modeled by a spring-mass-damper system. The flow field was calculated by RSM combined with the enhanced wall function model and the vibration equation of the cable was solved by the Four Step Runge-Kutta Algorithm, which was written into FLUENT software to be analyzed. It was adopted to analyse the factors influencing vortex-induced vibration of submerged floating tunnel cable, such as mass ratio, damping ratio of the cable and whether to consider streamline movement. The main conclusion included: mass ratio has little influence on the transverse vortex induced vibration amplitude of the cable, but has a big influence on the region of the reduced velocity; damping ratio almost has little influence on the region of the reduced velocity of cable's viv, but has an influence on the cable's vibration amplitude significantly; In the case of low-mass ratio, considered the impact of the cable streamline movement, the transverse vortex-induced vibration amplitude is bigger than not considered the case.  相似文献

The analytic method for the free vibration of plane frame structure is presented. It is achieved by transforming the general eigenvalue problem of natural frequency and vibration mode of continuously distributed property system into typical boundary value problem of ordinary differential equation (ODE). A series of ODE, corresponding to the general eigenvalue problem, is formed, and then is solved by an general ordinary differential equation solver-COLSYS. Each component of a frame structure is regarded as an element in the analytic method. This makes it more efficient than that of finite element method which needs to increase elements to get the value of high-class natural frequency and vibration mode accurately. Some applications of the method show that it can solve the free bending vibration of plane-frame structure with various types of displacement constraint. The result indicates that this method is precise and efficient.  相似文献

A method of detecting the signal frequency which is disturbed by the noise based on the autonomous chaotic system is proposed. A signal with noise was added to an autonomous chaotic system, and then a negative feedback was imposed to it. The feedback gain was appropriately adjusted, so as to let the noisy system orbit be a limit cycle. The number of times that the orbit went directly through a plane was calculated by loop phase technology, and the vibration frequency was found according to it. The frequency of system is determined by the frequency of the test signal, yet free from noise, so the frequency of the test signal is the vibration frequency of the system. Simulation results further demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

The vibration is a great obstacle of motorcycle enterprise development. To solve this problem, matching performance technology of the motorcycle is presented in the researches on the general design of the motorcycle. Based on finite element method and vibration theory, matching performance of the motorcycle has been studied, and the international general software MSC. PATRAN/NASTRAN has been used to analyze the best match between the engine and the frame of a type of motorcycle. An effective method has been formed, which can solve the problem of the vibration of the motorcycle essentially, and shorten the development period of motorcycle, reduce the development cost. Aiming at the problem that the gain amplitude is hard to identify in advance and the gain value can not be set properly, an auto gain control (AGC) strategy using Kalman filter is presented to deal with the uncertainty in vibration acquire system. The design principles, algorithms and circuit implementation are described. The experimental results show that this method can not only control auto gain in dynamic data acquiring system, but also get wide gain amplitude range without setting the initial value. 针对一级行星两级平行轴风电齿轮传动系统,综合考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼、传递误差等因素,建立31个自由度的弯扭轴耦合集中参数动力学模型,采用变步长Runge-Kutta法对系统动力学微分方程进行求解,得出齿轮传动系统各级传动误差;借助软件建立风电齿轮箱刚柔耦合动力学模型,并导入传动误差,采用模态叠加法求得齿轮箱轴承支反力,并将其作为声振耦合模型的边界条件,采用声学有限元法对风电齿轮箱进行振动噪声预估,并与试验结果对比分析,两者吻合良好。  相似文献

The three ring reducer is a kind of gear drive developed in the past decade. Adopting the new conception of "parallel and movable axis" of multiple mechanisms, this kind of gear drive has many characteristics such as large transmission ratio, high efficiency and so on. As the three ring reducer has been invented only for ten years, up to date the design of the gear drive is only made with analogue method, no design theory can be followed, there exist serious vibration and noise in transmission, which limit its wide application in industry. In this paper, the transmission principle of SHQ50 reducer is studied, the surface noise distribution of the reducer, transmission ratio 49.5 , is measured and analyzed by means of sound intensity method. The 3D distribution maps of noise on top of reducer, input side and output side of reducer, and left side and right side of reducer are drawn. With the sound intensity frequency maps of each measuring point, the sources of giving out noise are analyzed. The reducer of low vibration and noise can be designed rightly according to the analysis.  相似文献

With the development of high-speed and high-power, the motorcycle vibration from engine become one of the major factors affecting the performances of motorcycle. Elastic suspension structure is adopted between the engine and frame for the vibration during the process of designing a certain type of motorcycle with 200 cc engine in some enterprise.Through optimization of the suspension system performance parameters, inherent frequency of suspension system keeping away from the activated frequency of engine in common use is essential. In recent years wood trusses are widely used in buildings due to their excellent performance and ease of construction. As with solid lumber joists, however, the vibration of wood truss joist floors can cause occupants to feel discomfort. To understand the relationship between the vibration performance of wood truss joist floors and the perceptions of occupants, experimental and subjective evaluations were conducted on six truss joist floors. The results show there is close relationship between perceptions of occupants and the fundamental natural frequency, static deflection and vibration acceleration of truss joist floors. The installation of bracings and straps greatly improved the vibration performance of light truss joist floors. We suggest that two or more factors should be included in the design criteria for controlling wood floor vibration, such as static deflection and fundamental natural frequency. Peak acceleration can be adopted as a factor in the evaluation system of vibration performance of wood truss joist floors.  相似文献

The combined deformation and mechanical properties of filament wound cylinder of filament reinforced composite materials were investigated in this paper. A method of using filament winding composites was established to reduce the amplitude of torsional vibration in the case of special stimulating vibration. A design formula of anisotropic filament wound cylinder to reduce the torsional vibration of axle components was obtained. The results indicated that by putting the filament wound cylinder on an axis, the torsional vibration of the axis can be reduced effectively.  相似文献
