Each city includes memory elements. As a precious resource, the city memory exists, changes and continues in reality through visual material objects and cultural sub-consciousness. It is the basic context clue for urban people to apperceive, to experience themselves and their existent environment with the lapse and change of time. Beginning with the concept of memory, this article analyzed the relationship of time, space, human being and environment. 芸薹属物种(甘蓝型油菜,白菜,甘蓝,芥菜型油菜和黑芥)是重要的经济作物,它们均含有硫代葡萄糖苷(简称硫苷),硫苷的合成受MYB转录因子的调控,其中MYB28能够调控甲硫氨酸合成脂肪族硫苷。目前,普遍认为芸薹属物种在进化过程中发生了全基因组三倍化,并且用禹氏三角表示来表示它们间的亲缘关系。本研究利用生物信息学方法,鉴定了5个芸薹属物种MYB28,分析了芸薹属MYB28的基本特征、同源性和系统发生关系,探讨了芸薹属物种MYB28家族的分子进化。结果显示,芸薹属MYB28在不同物种间的同源性存在高于种内同源性的现象,芸薹属MYB28位点的进化符合禹氏三角理论,但不完全符合三倍化学说。  相似文献

Policymakers across the Southern U.S. have directed considerable attention to regional economic development plans, with mixed results. Questions remain over what types of industries, firms, and/or policies can drive long‐range growth. Over the past two decades, researchers have started to focus on high‐growth firms (HGFs) due to their potential innovation spillovers and job creation prospects, both of which drive further economic development. Employing databases from the Inc. 500, this study explores the dynamics of HGFs within Southern and comparative contexts. The first goal of this paper is to explore Southern HGF activity in comparison with the U.S. at‐large. The second is to examine the geographical characteristics of HGFs within the South, which will include an exploration of locations, industrial mix, and the factors that could encourage HGF development and agglomeration. This paper will also analyze the longer‐term ownership and acquisition patterns of HGFs across the South. Are such firms remaining embedded in the South or moving elsewhere through mergers or acquisitions? The paper concludes with a discussion of the impacts of HGFs on regional economic development and moreover, whether existing policies are conducive to these firms.  相似文献

Founded in 1912, the Plant Breeding Institute (I.v.P.) has been active in a wide field, particularly since 1923. Many projects have been initiated and developed in this time.Research and instruction in plant breeding have been important items in its working programme. They are supported by a well-organized library.Breeding work and the maintenance of varieties developed by the Institute have been carried out on a modest scale for instructional purposes. Many hybrid populations have been placed at the disposal of Dutch breeders and some important varieties were raised from them.The need of establishing and maintaining international contacts is met by the editing of Euphytica and the co-operation in the European Association for Research on Plant Breeding, Eucarpia.Advice to breeders of agricultural crops, the composition of the List of Varieties of Field Crops, legalisation of varieties and the seed inspection of these varieties were left to the authority of other institutions which were specially founded for those purposes. Close contacts with these organisations were maintained leading to much fruitful co-operation.The successive directors (O. Pitsch, C. Broekema, J. C. Dorst, J. Sneep) have aimed at developing a balanced combination of plant breeding, research on varieties and seed production.  相似文献

HD-ZIPⅢ基因家族参与植物胚胎发生、分生组织形成、叶极性建立和维管组织分化等过程。本研究利用生物信息学方法,对HD-ZIPⅢ成员之一PHABULOSA (PHB)进行鉴定,在甘蓝型油菜、白菜和甘蓝中共获得7个PHB成员,并对其核苷酸和氨基酸序列的基本特征、结构域、保守基序、基因结构和系统进化关系进行了分析。结果表明,这些PHB蛋白编码不稳定的亲水性蛋白,所有成员均含有Homeobox、bZIP、START和MEKHLA保守结构域,PHB位点在三个物种间的进化符合禹氏三角理论。序列分析及测序结果显示白菜的两个PHB基因在miR165、miR166结合位点处存在一个碱基差异。本研究为进一步揭示芸薹属物种PHB基因功能提供了依据。  相似文献

The output of the enterprise changes with the change of natural states, therefore it brings relatively great risk to enterprise. The enterprise hopes to reduce the same kind of risk through more contracts than one kind of contract of risk sharing. This paper presents a new method to disperse the same kind of risk in two kinds of ways. Basing on principal-agent theory, through the optimum contract of risk sharing, the Pareto-optimum solving is solved-the optimum contract of risk sharing. The employee shares some risks through the optimum contract of risk sharing between the enterprise and the employee-when the output is high, the employee's income increases; when the output is low, the income decreases. In order to reduce the risk of the enterprise further, the dealer also shares the risk. To maximize the utility of the enterprise, the Pareto optimum solving is given-another optimum contract of risk. The dealer offers following contract of risk sharing to the enterprise-when the output is high, the dealer receives the repayment; when the output is low, the enterprise is compensated. The enterprise, the employee and the dealer share the risk together, thus the risk of the enterprise is reduced to relatively great degree.  相似文献

Summary The F1 hybrid (S. indicum ×S. melongena) resembled the wild parent and exhibited hybrid vigour. In spite of normal meiosis, it was partly sterile with 48.9% stainable pollen. Its sterility is attributed to cryptic structural hybridity.The amphidiploid (S. indicum — melongena) obtained through colchicine treatment was fully fertile. It showed a low multivalent formation during meiosis and it is classified as a segmental allopolyploid. p ]The practical value of the hybrid in eggplant breeding has been indicated.Part of Ph.
