Functional brain alterations induced by lindane were examined in Rat chronically exposed to low doses of lindane (1 and 2 μg L−1 in drinking water) from conception. Histological and electrophysiological investigations were conducted at 14 weeks of age. Lindane did not induce histological changes. It did not significantly modify the sleep-wakefulness cycle and EEG did not show major alterations. The spectral EEG analysis, by recording cortical variations in both energy spectrum and energy levels of different frequency bands, showed an increase in the 11-15 Hz activity in both groups exposed to lindane. This activity was characterised by spindles well-depicted during slow wave sleep or associated with fast activity during wakefulness and theta activity in paradoxical sleep. These data suggest that chronic exposure to lindane doses as low as 1 μg L−1 in drinking water could lead to central electrophysiological effects possibly involving GABA-benzodiazepine mechanisms.  相似文献

Malathion is an organophosphate (OP) pesticide that has been shown to induce oxidative stress in brain through the generation of free radicals and alteration of the cellular antioxidant defense system independent of its anticholinesterase effects. The aim of this study was to investigate the possible protective role of rolipram as a selective phosphodiesterase (PDE) type 4 inhibitor, on toxicity of malathion, by measuring the activities of brain mitochondrial and plasma peroxynitrite (ONOO), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), superoxide dismutase (SOD), Mn-SOD, catalase (CAT), and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in rats. Effective doses of malathion (200 mg/kg/day) and rolipram (200 μg/kg/day) were administered alone or in combination for 7 days by intraperitoneal injection. At the end of the experiment, the brain mitochondria and plasma of the animals were separated. In the brain cells mitochondria and blood plasma, the LPO, ONOO, and GPx were higher in the malathion group as compared with controls. Rolipram ameliorated all of malathion-induced changes. Plasma CAT decreased in malathion-treated animals while it increased in brain mitochondria comparing with controls. Co-administration of rolipram with malathion improved CAT in both brain mitochondria and plasma. Malathion and rolipram did not alter total SOD or Mn-SOD in the plasma while both caused a significant elevation in brain mitochondria. In conclusion, this model of study that we employed, in a large extent, characterized the relationships among malathion-induced neurotoxicity, mitochondrial dysfunction, and significant increase in systemic and local oxidative/nitrosative stress in plasma and brain, respectively. Intracellular cAMP-elevating agents like rolipram, may be considered beneficial for the protection or recovery of malathion-induced toxic damage in brain mitochondria and blood.  相似文献

In the present study, 40 male Wistar albino rats were used and divided into 4 groups. The first group served as the control group; the second group was administered Saw palmetto extract at the dose of 20 mg/kg/bw; the third group was administered flumethrin at the dose of 15 mg/kg/bw; and the fourth group was administered a combination of 20 mg/kg/bw Saw palmetto extract and 15 mg/kg/bw flumethrin, for 21 days, orally. After the trial period, blood and tissue (liver, kidney and brain) samples were taken from the rats. Saw palmetto extract did not cause significant alterations in plasma and tissue malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, serum and tissue nitric oxide (NO) levels, erythrocyte and tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities when compared to the controls (p > 0.05). Flumethrin led to increased plasma and tissue MDA levels, serum and tissue NO levels, tissue GSH-Px activities and decreased erythrocyte and tissue SOD and CAT activities, and erythrocyte GSH-Px activity, compared to the controls (p < 0.05). The flumethrin and Saw palmetto extract combination increased erythrocyte SOD activity and decreased brain GSH-Px activity as compared to flumethrin (p < 0.05). In conclusion, it was determined that Saw palmetto extract did not cause any negative effect on the prooxidant-antioxidant balance. While flumethrin stimulated lipid peroxidation; Saw palmetto extract at the dose of 20 mg/kg/bw did not exhibit enough antioxidant effect in rats.  相似文献

Chlorpyrifos (CPF), a chlorinated organophosphate insecticide that is widely used in agriculture and public health, has been implicated in male reproductive toxicity. Apart from acetylcholinesterase inhibition, CPF has been shown to induce changes characteristic of oxidative stress. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of vitamin C on oxidative changes in the testes and pituitary gland of rats chronically exposed to CPF. Twenty adult male Wistar rats were divided into four groups of five animals each: Group I (S/oil) received soya oil (2 ml/kg); Group II (VC) was administered with vitamin C (100 mg/kg); Group III (CPF) was given CPF (10.6 mg/kg; ∼1/8th LD50); Group IV (VC + CPF) was pretreated with vitamin C (100 mg/kg) and then given CPF (10.6 mg/kg), 30 min later. The regimens were administered orally by gavage once daily for 15 weeks. Thereafter, the rats were sacrificed and the testes and pituitary glands were evaluated for the concentration of malonaldehyde (MDA) and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT). The result shows that CPF increased MDA concentration and reduced activities of SOD and CAT, which were ameliorated by pretreatment with vitamin C.  相似文献

It is known that organophosphate pesticides and their metabolites are generally eliminated through urine and are likely to affect nephrons. Despite the widespread application of Dichlorvos only limited studies appear to have been done on its toxicity to kidney. Intraperitoneal administration of 400 μg/kg Dichlorvos in mice exhibited maximum reduction in total protein concentration of kidney after exposure to 120 h (52-fold decrease, t-test, P < 0.001). Variations in renal clearance and percent reabsorption of acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase and nonspecific esterase enzymes were significant at P < 0.01 and at P < 0.001 (2-way ANOVA), respectively. Maximum significant increase in renal contents of Na+ and Ca++ was induced by 200 μg/kg dose after 120 and 240 h exposure (P < 0.001), while significantly highest retention of K+ and Cl ions was caused by 400 μg/kg dose after 24 and 72 h exposure (P < 0.01). Histopathological changes in glomeruli, PCTs, DCTs and CTs along with altered renal tubular function and renal clearance of enzymes and various ions indicate the development of acute renal disturbances under the influence of Dichlorvos.  相似文献

In order to gain insight into the development of insecticides with novel modes of action, the effects of salicylidene aniline (a), salicylidene-4-chloroaniline (b), salicylidene-4-bromoaniline (c), and salicylidene-4-nitroaniline (d) on partially purified phenoloxidase (PO) from Pieris rapae L. were investigated. The results showed that the 4 compounds could inhibit PO activity, and the inhibitor concentrations leading to a loss of 50% activity (IC50) were estimated to be 0.025 mmol L−1, 0.732 mmol L−1, 0.471 mmol L−1, and 0.675 mmol L−1, respectively. Meanwhile, all the inhibitors showed reversible competitive inhibition, except (d), which showed reversible mixed inhibition. The KI values were determined as 0.106 mmol L−1, 10.059 mmol L−1, 8.390 mmol L−1, and 20.198 mmol L−1 for the four compounds, respectively. The UV-vis spectra of (a) and (d) in the presence of copper ions and the enzyme showed that (a) could directly chelate the copper ions of PO; however, (d) could neither chelate the additional copper ions nor the copper ions of PO.  相似文献

Organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) are of environmental significance due to their high toxicity to animals. Binding to plasma proteins may effective influence the toxicological properties of xenobiotics. In an attempt to evaluate the affinity of phenthoate (PTA) to bovine serum albumin (BSA) and inhibitory ability of bound PTA to acetylcholinesterase (AChE), we investigated the interactions between phenthoate (PTA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) using tryptophan fluorescence quenching and subsequent inhibition on AChE activity by PTA. The results showed that PTA caused the fluorescence quenching of BSA because of the formation of a PTA-BSA complex. Quenching constants (Ksv), determined using the Sterns-Volmer equation to provide a measure of the binding affinity between PTA and BSA at 303, 306, 310 and 313 K were (3.4295 ± 0.0763) × 10−4, (3.2446 ± 0.0635) × 10−4, (3.0434 ± 0.0856) × 10−4 and (2.8262 ± 0.0569) × 10−4 M−1, respectively. The thermodynamic parameters, ΔH and ΔS were −25.04 kJ mol−1 and 168.94 J mol−1 K−1, respectively, which indicated that the electrostatic interactions played a major role in PTA-BSA association. The presence of BSA consistently reduced the inhibitory ability of PTA on AChE, with the relative activity being increased from 46.98 to 61.71% for the concentration range of BSA between 0 and 4.0 g L−1.  相似文献

The effect of avermectin was studied on King pigeon brain nerve cells by cytotoxicity [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide, MTT] and apoptosis [acridine orange/ethidium bromide (AO/EB) assay, transmission electron microscope (TEM) evaluation, measurement of mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm), phosphatidylserine (PS) exposure, caspases activities, DNA fragmentation, reactive oxygen species (ROS) and caspase-3 mRNA expression] within the 2.5–10 μg L−1 concentration-range. The results revealed that within the concentrations of 2.5–10 μg L−1, avermectin showed obvious cytotoxicity and induced apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner to neurons of King pigeon in vitro. Cell viability were 99.93 ± 8.52%, 82.02 ± 4.99% and 78.23 ± 5.67% after 24 h of treatment with avermectin at the concentrations of 0, 2.5 and 5 μg L−1, which decreased to 56.36 ± 2.17% of 10 μg L−1. Treated cells showed typical apoptosis morphological changes including cytoplasmic vacuolation, chromatin condensation, unclear nuclear membrane and decreased/swollen mitochondria. Typical biochemical hallmarks of apoptosis including Δψm loss, PS exposure, activations of caspase-3, caspase-8 and caspase-9, DNA fragmentation were observed too. Moreover, the levels of ROS in the avermectin treatment groups increased significantly compared to control group. Furthermore, the caspase-3 mRNA levels increased significantly following AVM treatment. In conclusion, our experimental results show that avermectin has cytotoxicity to brain neurons of King pigeon in vitro and the mechanism of neurotoxicity induced by avermectin is closely related to apoptosis.  相似文献

In the present study, the toxic effects on the embryos and larvae of the common carp were used as a model to investigate the organophosphorus pesticide, diazinon, which contaminates aquatic ecosystems. Data obtained from the diazinon acute toxicity tests were evaluated using the Probit Analysis Statistical Method. The control and six test experiments were repeated five times. The number of dead embryos significantly increased in response to diazinon concentrations 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, and 8 mg L−1 (p < 0.05 for each case). The 48 h LC50 value (with 95% confidence limits) of diazinon for common carp embryos was estimated at 0.999 (0.698-1.427) mg L−1. Dose-response decreases in hatching success were recorded as 84.60, 75.2, 54.1, 31.0, 6.0, and 0.0%, respectively (p < 0.05). The number of dead larvae significantly increased with increasing diazinon concentrations exposed for 24-96 h (p < 0.05). The 24, 48, 72, and 96 h LC50 values (with 95% confidence limits) of diazinon for common carp larvae were estimated at 3.688 (2.464-8.495), 2.903 (2.019-5.433), 2.358 (1.672-4.005), and 1.530 (1.009-3.948) mg L−1, respectively. There were significant differences in the LC50 values obtained at different exposure times (p < 0.05). The results of the study suggest that low levels (0.25 mg L−1) of diazinon in the aquatic environment may have a significant effect on the reproduction and development of carp.  相似文献

Trehalase, with the target to control insects, nematodes and fungi, is of increasing interest and has been investigated extensively in recent years. Validamycin compounds, as competitive trehalase inhibitors and lead compounds with broad applications have attracted substantial attention as well. In this study, the characterizations of termites trehalase were investigated and the inhibitory effects of validamycin compounds on the termites trehalase were studied as well. Results showed that the termites trehalase is presumably belonging to the acid trehalase with optimal pH of 3.3 and optimal temperature of 37 °C. It was investigated that the concentrations of validoxylamine A (VAA), validoxylamine B (VBB), validamycin A (VA) and validamycin B (VB) required for 50% inhibition IC50 of termites trehalase were calculated to be 14.73 mg l−1, 20.80 mg l−1, 3.17 × 103 mg l−1and 2.24 × 103 mg l−1, respectively. The inhibition kinetic constant Ki values for the above validamycin compounds were 3.2 × 10−6 mol l−1, 1.03 × 10−5 mol l−1, 4.02 × 10−4 mol l−1and 2.69 × 10−4 mol l−1, respectively. Validoxylamine A appeared to be the most potential termites trehalase inhibitor among the four compounds.  相似文献

Laboratory tests were conducted to compare the effects of various concentrations of lindane and deltamethrin on mature earthworms (Eisenia fetida) cultured in artificial soil during typical acute (14d) and subchronic (42d) exposure periods. The effects of the two pesticides on earthworm mortality, growth inhibition, and cellulase activity were determined for different exposure durations. The toxicity order for earthworm mortality from the 14-day exposure was lindane > deltamethrin, with median lethal concentrations (LC50) of 162.1 and 432.9 mg kg−1, respectively. Earthworms exposed to deltamethrin showed dose-dependent toxic effects on growth and cellulase activity only from the acute exposures, whereas lindane’s effects on these activities were seen correlated with both the acute and subchronic doses. Also, changes in biomass and cellulase activity during the subchronic exposure period appear to be a more sensitive parameter than the LC50 value in assessing pesticidal injury.  相似文献

In vitro inhibition of electric eel acetylcholinesterase (AChE) by single and simultaneous exposure to organophosphorus insecticides diazinon and chlorpyrifos, and their transformation products, formed due to photoinduced degradation, was investigated. Increasing concentrations of diazinon, chlorpyrifos and their oxidation products, diazoxon and chlorpyrifos-oxon, inhibited AChE in a concentration-dependent manner. IC50 (20 min) values, obtained from the inhibition curves, were (in mol/l): (5.1 ± 0.3) × 10−8, (4.3 ± 0.2) × 10−6 and (3.0 ± 0.1) × 10−8 for diazoxon, chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos-oxon, respectively, while maximal diazinon concentration was lower than its IC50 (20 min). Calculated KI values, in mol/l, of 7.9 × 10−7, 9.6 × 10−6 and 4.3 × 10−7 were obtained for diazoxon, chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos-oxon, respectively. However, 2-isopropyl-4-methyl-6-pyrimidinol (IMP) and 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol, diazinon and chlorpyrifos hydrolysis products, did not noticeably affect the enzyme activity at all investigated concentrations. Additive inhibition effect was achieved for lower concentrations of the inhibitors (diazinon/diazoxon ?1 × 10−4/1 × 10−8 mol/l i.e., chlorpyrifos/chlorpyrifos-oxon ?2 × 10−6/3 × 10−8 mol/l), while an antagonistic effect was obtained for all higher concentrations of the organophosphates. Inhibitory power of 1 × 10−4 mol/l diazinon irradiated samples can be attributed mostly to the formation of diazoxon, while the presence of non-inhibiting photodegradation product IMP did not affect diazinon and diazoxon inhibitory efficiencies.  相似文献

Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) juveniles were exposed to different concentrations of Folidol 600® in static toxicity tests. The 24, 48, 72 and 96 h LC50 values of Folidol 600® to O. niloticus were 17.82, 8.91, 4.00 and 2.70 mg L−1, respectively. The values of hematological parameters increased, and inhibition of cholinesterases activity (AChE, BChE and PChE) in plasma of fish exposed to the higher concentrations of pesticide reached 94%. Furthermore, the exposure of Tilapia to Folidol 600® caused an increase of 4%, 20% and 38.4% in oxygen consumption at 0.1, 0.5 and 1.0 mg L−1, respectively. However, exposure to 2.5, 5.0 and 10 mg L−1 caused a decrease of 33.6%, 35.2% and 42.4% in oxygen consumption relative to the control. The ammonium excretion of fish exposed to 0.0, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0 and 10.0 mg Folidol 600®/L was 0.12, 0.18, 0.30, 0.33, 0.37, 0.36 and 0.33 μg/g/min, i.e., 50%, 150%, 175%, 208%, 200% and 175% increase, respectively, relative to the control.  相似文献

The present study was conducted to determine the 96 h-LC50 of benomyl to the Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus and to investigate the biochemical or hematological indices of blood and the alterations in the antioxidant enzymes of this fish in response to sublethal concentrations of benomyl. Fish weighing 71.61 ± 12.05 g were used in this study; they were subjected to fasting for 4 weeks before treatment. An aqueous solution of benomyl (0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, and 16 mg L−1) was administered for 96 h to determine the LC50. The 96 h-LC50 value of benomyl was 4.39 (3.23-5.60) mg L−1 in the present study. For 5 weeks, the aqueous solution of benomyl (0, 100, 200, and 400 μg L−1) was administered to investigate its effect on the hematological parameters and antioxidant enzymes. The predominant hematological findings in fish exposed to benomyl were as follows: no significant change in the Hb (g dL−1) level, MCV (μm3), MCH (pg) and MCHC (%) as compared to the control. Benomyl exposure led to greater increases in the GPT, GOT (Karmen-unit), LDH (Wroblewski unit), total cholesterol, Fe, and Ca (mg dL−1) values, whereas the levels of ALP (KA unit), total protein, triglyceride, albumin, and Mg (mg dL−1) did not increase. Benomyl increased the in vivo HSI (%), GST (nmol min−1 mg protein−1), and SOD (U mg protein−1) values in the fish livers in the test group, unlike those in the control group for 5 weeks. At concentrations higher than 100 μg L−1, benomyl affected the GST and SOD levels of Nile tilapia in a dose- and time-dependent manner. The present findings suggest that the in vivo hepatotoxicity associated with benomyl may, in part, result from the hematological index, and antioxidants may provide limited protection against benomyl toxicity.  相似文献

Recovery study was performed at regular intervals to establish the time course of 50% and 100% recovery in neurotransmitter enzyme (acetylcholinesterase, AChE, EC 3.1.1.7) and locomotor behaviour response of mosquito fish, Gambusia affinis exposed to lethal concentration (20.49 mg L−1) of an organophosphorous pesticide, monocrotophos (MCP) for 96 h. In vitro AChE activity studies indicated that MCP could cause 50% inhibition (I50) at 10.2 × 10−5 M. A positive correlation was observed between brain AChE activity and swimming speed during the recovery study. Also, the recovery response of the antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD, EC 1.15.1.1), catalase (CAT, EC 1.11.1.6) and glutathione reductase (GR, EC 1.6.4.2) as well as lipid peroxidation (LPO) as biomarkers of oxidative stress were assessed in viscera of G. affinis. The results showed that the MCP besides its inhibitory effect on target enzyme AChE activity and induction in antioxidant enzyme activities as a characteristic of oxidative stress, which can be used as biomarkers in the pesticide contaminated aquatic streams.  相似文献

Diazinon is commonly used for pest control in the agricultural fields surrounding freshwater reservoirs. So this study was conducted to determine the acute toxicity of this organophosphorous pesticide, contaminating aquatic ecosystems as a pollutant, and its effects on behavior, and some hematological parameters of fingerling European catfish, Silurus glanis. Diazinon was applied at concentrations of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 mg L−1. The water temperature in the experimental units was kept at 16 ± 1 °C. The number of dead fishes significantly increased in response to diazinon concentrations 2-64 mg L−1 (p < 0.05). With increasing diazinon concentrations, the fishes exposed duration 1 to 96 h significantly increased the number of dead fishes (p < 0.05 for each cases). The 1, 24, 48, 72, and 96 h LC50 values (with 95% confidence limits) of diazinon for fingerling European catfish were estimated as 14.597 (12.985-16.340), 12.487 (11.079-14.471), 8.932 (7.907-10.348), 6.326 (no data because of p > 0.05), and 4.142 (no data because of p > 0.05) mg L−1, respectively. Compared to the control specimens, fish after an acute exposure to diazinon was significantly lower erythrocyte, leukocyte, hemoglobin, hematocrit, MCV, MCH, and MCHC values (p < 0.05). In addition, it was also showed a significantly negative correlation between these hematological parameters and exposure times of diazinon (p < 0.01).  相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of commercial formulation of herbicide 2,4-D on metabolic parameters, acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity and liver histological evaluation of silver catfish (Rhamdia quelen) exposed for 96 h. AChE activity increased in brain (600 and 700 mg L−1) and decreased in all concentrations tested in muscle tissue. Hepatic glycogen was reduced after 2,4-D exposure ranging from 47.67% (400 mg L−1) until 59.3% (700 mg L−1). Hepatic tissue showed lactate reduction at all 2,4-D concentrations tested and glucose was reduced only at 700 mg L−1. In the highest concentration tested hepatic glycogen and glucose reduced instead plasma glucose levels increased. White muscle tissue showed glycogen reduction in fingerlings exposed to all herbicide concentrations and glucose reduction at 700 mg L−1. Muscle lactate levels increase at all 2,4-D concentrations tested. Vacuolation of hepatocytes and changes in its arrangement cords were observed by histologic analysis in group treated with 700 mg/L of 2,4-D. These results suggest that silver catfish exposed to concentrations of 2,4-D near of CL50 showed metabolic and histological response to compensate some stress caused by herbicide exposure. Taken together parameters measured can be used as biomarkers to monitor herbicide contaminated water.  相似文献

Methyl parathion is an organophosphate insecticide that has been used in agriculture and domestic for several years. Vitamin C (200 mg/kg bw per day) + vitamin E (200 mg/kg bw per day), methyl parathion (0.28 mg/kg bw per day) and vitamin C (200 mg/kg bw per day) + vitamin E (200 mg/kg bw per day) + methyl parathion (0.28 mg/kg bw per day) combination were given to rats orally via gavage for 7 weeks. Body and testis weights, sperm counts, sperm motility, sperm morphology and histopathological changes in the testes were investigated at the end of 24 h, 4th and 7th weeks comparatively with control group. No pathological changes were observed in all parameters at the end of 24 h. When methyl parathion-treated group and vitamins C and E + methyl parathion-treated group were compared to control group, body and testis weights decreased significantly at the end of 4th and 7th weeks. It was observed that, at the end of 4th and 7th weeks there was a statistically significant decrease in sperm counts and sperm motility, increase in abnormal sperm morphology when methyl parathion- and vitamins C and E + methyl parathion-treated group were compared to control group. While sperm counts increased at the end of 4th and 7th weeks, sperm motility increased at the end of 7th week when vitamins C and E + methyl parathion-treated group compared with methyl parathion-treated group, no changes were observed in abnormal sperm morphology at the end of 4th and 7th weeks. In our light microscopic investigations, after 4 and 7 weeks of methyl parathion exposure, necrosis and edema were observed in the seminiferous tubules and interstitial tissues. After 4 and 7 weeks of vitamins C and E + methyl parathion exposure, degenerative changes were detected in the seminiferous tubules while no pathological findings were observed in the interstitial tissues. According to the present study, we conclude that vitamins C and E reduces methyl parathion testicular toxicity, but it does not protect completely.  相似文献

Deltamethrin, a synthetic pyrethroid pesticide contaminating aquatic ecosystems as a pollutant, was investigated in the present study for toxic effects on embryos and larvae of common carp, Cyprinus carpio as a model. The control and five test experiments were repeated five times. The water temperature in the experimental units was kept at 24 ± 1 °C. The number of dead embryos significantly increased in response to deltamethrin concentrations 0.005, 0.05, 0.5, 5, 25, and 50 μg L−1 (p<0.05 for each cases). Dose-response decreases in hatching success were recorded as 75.2, 64.6, 47.4, 26.0, 14.4, and 9.0%, respectively. The lowest concentration of deltamethrin (0.005 μg L−1) produced a significantly decrease in number of dead larvae compared to control group (p<0.05). With increasing deltamethrin concentrations, the larvae exposed duration 1-48 h significantly increased the number of dead larvae (p<0.05 for each cases). The 48 h LC50 values (with 95% confidence limits) of deltamethrin for common carp embryos and larvae were estimated as 0.213 (0.103-0.404) and 0.074 (0.011-0.260) μg L−1, respectively. The results provide evidence that deltamethrin pollution may have an adverse effect on the reproduction and development of carp, which should be considered when this chemical is used in agricultural areas near aquatic ecosystems.  相似文献

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes-polymeric methyl red film modified electrode (MWNT-PMRE) was made. The electrochemical behavior of carbendazim on modified electrode was studied with Cyclic Voltammetry, Linear Sweep Voltammetry, Stable Polarization Method and Chronocoulometry. The results indicated that the electrical oxidation of carbendazim on MWNT-PMRE in H2SO4 supporting electrolyte with concentration of 0.6 mol/L was irreversible and was mainly controlled by diffusion. Some parameters of the electrochemical process were evaluated. The impacts of experiment conditions on the electrochemical behavior of carbendazim were studied. A good linearity relationship between peak current and concentration of carbendazim in the range of 2.0 × 10−7-1.0 × 10−5 mol/L was found, of which the equation was Ip(A) = −1.149 × 10−5 − 2.301c (mol/L), the correlative coefficient R = −0.9953 and detection limit was 9.0 × 10−9 mol/L. The recovery was between 90.3% and 94.7%.  相似文献
