高浓度CO2 对紫星凤梨光合作用和生长发育的影响 总被引:11,自引:1,他引:11
研究了塑料温室内CO2 加富对紫星凤梨叶片净光合速率( Pn) 、植株生长、光合酶活性和花期的影响。结果表明: CO2 加富提高了紫星凤梨净光合速率, CO2 (600 ±40) μmol·mol- 1处理90 d时, 紫星凤梨叶片的净光合速率比对照增加了26.18% , CO2 (900 ±40) μmol·mol- 1处理则增加了43.49% , 但CO2 加富使叶片的气孔导度与蒸腾速率下降。CO2 加富提高了其生长速率, CO2 (600 ±40) μmol·mol- 1处理90 d时, 紫星凤梨叶面积、株高比对照分别增加了15.01%和11.12% , CO2 (900 ±40) μmol·mol- 1处理分别增加了8.99% , 16.98%。此外, CO2 加富促进了紫星凤梨叶片中可溶性糖和淀粉积累, 降低了乙醇酸氧化酶活性, 提前了紫星凤梨花期。 相似文献

研究了预处理和瓶插处理方式下不同浓度6-BA对‘四季黄’切花菊瓶插期间花与叶的水分状况等生理效应和瓶插寿命的影响,参数包括:含水量、相对紧张度及饱和亏缺、气孔开度、叶绿素和可溶蛋白动态等。结果表明,6-BA延衰保鲜作用与上述指标密切相关,预处方式下低浓度6-BA、特别是1mg/L对瓶插品质及寿命影响效果最好,瓶插方式下,超过1mg/L即出现抑制效应。讨论了6-BA缓解叶片早萎的现象。 相似文献

Stem elongation of Lilium cultivars ‘Black Beauty’, ‘Jamboree’ and ‘Nutmegger’ was lessened by treating the bulbs with ancymidol (10 p.p.m.) or ethephon (500 p.p.m.). Ancymidol was the more effective inhibitor of stem elongation, although applied at a much lower concentration. Application of the growth regulators prior to a dormancy-breaking cold treatment provided more effective control of stem elongation than post cold-treatment application. The total number of flowers and the number of secondary flowers per stem of ‘Black Beauty’ and ‘Nutmegger’ were increased by treating the bulbs with ancymidol. However, unlike the optimal time for lessening stem elongation, enhancement of flower production was greatest when ancymidol was applied after completion of the cold treatment. Ethephon was unsatisfactory, since it inhibited flower production by ‘Black Beauty’ and ‘Nutmegger’, while ‘Jamboree’ was relatively insensitive to it, as indicated by a lack of inhibition of flower production and a small degree of inhibition of stem elongation. 相似文献

The role of NAA during in vitro seed germination and subsequent growth was examined in three Bromeliaceae: Guzmania minor var. ‘Vella’ Mez, Guzmania lingulata var. ‘Splendens’ Mez and Vriesea splendens var. ‘Fire’ Lem. NAA incorporation in the medium resulted in a strong stimulation of root and shoot growth, with an optimum response at 0.5–0.8 mg l?1. It is hypothesized that the usual slow growth of bromeliad seedlings in soil is primarily due to poor rooting, which is the result of auxin deficiency. 相似文献

通过喷施不同浓度的GA_3(以喷水为对照),记录初花和谢花日期,于盛花期时调查花枝长、花柄长、株高及叶片长宽比等生长指标,研究赤霉素处理对露地栽培切花月季‘卡罗拉’生长发育的影响。结果表明,不同浓度GA_3处理对其株高、花枝长、花柄长均具有不同程度的促进作用。300 mg·L~(-1) GA_3处理,平均花枝最长,叶片长宽比值最大;300和400 mg·L~(-1) GA_3处理,平均花柄最长;500 mg·L~(-1) GA_3处理,平均株高最高。对300 mg·L~(-1) GA_3处理的植株材料进行扫描电镜观察及RT-PCR分析结果发现,RhGA2ox、RhGA20ox、RhGA_3ox及RhGID1基因表达上调,表明促进了体内GA_3的积累,诱导了生长素合成相关基因的表达,导致植物细胞伸长、细胞体积增大,因而促进植株增高、叶片变长;开花相关基因RhAP1、RhKSN和RhSOC1的表达先上升后下降;RhAP1、RhFT和RhSOC1的表达,尤其是开花素基因RhFT在21 d时的高水平表达可能造成比对照提早开花;而RhKSN基因高水平表达抑制了开花基因表达导致开花期延长。 相似文献

An experiment was carried out to reduce the effective concentration of ethephon for flower induction in pineapple by adding urea to the ethephon solution and adjusting the pH to 9.0 with sodium carbonate. It was found that a 2 % urea solution adjusted to a pH of 9.0 and containing 10 p.p.m. ethephon induced over 90 % of plants to flower within 50–60 days of treatment. This treatment was as good as, or better than, that obtained with several α-naphthalene acetic acid-based products. At a pH of 9.0 and with the addition of urea, the effectiveness of ethephon at a concentration of 10 p.p.m. will lead to economic use of this chemical. 相似文献
