本试验旨在研究载锌蒙脱石(zinc-montmorillonite,Zn-MMT)对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫功能及肠道形态的影响。选择1日龄健康科宝公雏288只,按体重随机分成6个处理组,每处理6个重复,每个重复8只仔鸡。对照组(CK)饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,正对照组饲喂基础日粮添加40 mg·kg-1 ZnSO4,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加20、40、60和80 mg·kg-1 Zn-MMT(均以Zn含量计算),自由采食饮水,试验42 d,采集肠道和脾组织,并测定脾IL-2、TNF-αIgGIgA基因表达及肠道绒毛高度与隐窝深度。结果表明:1)与CK和ZnSO4组相比,Zn-MMT对肉鸡平均日采食量(average daily feed intake,ADFI)无显著影响(P>0.05),但80 mg·kg-1 Zn-MMT显著降低了1~21、22~42及1~42日龄的仔鸡平均日增重(average daily gain,ADG)(P<0.05),且40 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著降低1~42日龄的料重比(feed to gain ratio,F/G)(P<0.05)。2)相比CK组,添加ZnSO4和60 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著提高21日龄法氏囊指数(P<0.05),且60 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT提高42日龄法氏囊指数(P<0.05)。同时,ZnSO4、20和40 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著提高42日龄脾IgG的表达(P<0.05)。同时,ZnSO4组显著提高脾IgA的表达(P<0.05)。相比CK和ZnSO4组,20 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著提高脾TNF-α表达,添加40、60和80 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著提高脾IL-2的表达(P<0.05)。3)与CK相比,Zn-MMT对肉鸡屠宰性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)相比CK与ZnSO4组,添加40 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT可以显著提高十二指肠、空肠的绒毛高度(villus height,VH)和绒毛高/隐窝深(villi height to crypt depth ratio,V/C)(P<0.05),且显著降低十二指肠的隐窝深度(crypt depth,CD)(P<0.05),但对回肠的CD无显著影响(P>0.05)。同时,相比CK组,40 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著提高回肠的VH和V/C(P<0.05),但与ZnSO4组无显著差异(P>0.05)。添加ZnSO4对肉仔鸡十二指肠和空肠的VH、CD、V/C及回肠的VH、CD均无显著影响(P>0.05),但能显著提高回肠的V/C(P<0.05)。结果显示,日粮添加Zn-MMT显著提高饲料转化率、增强机体免疫力,促进肠道绒毛的发育。  相似文献

本研究旨在确定日粮中添加不同水平碳酸钴对奶牛泌乳性能、营养物质消化率和血液生化参数的影响。试验选用30头泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为5组,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)和试验日粮(4个试验组),试验日粮为在基础日粮中以碳酸钴(CoCO3)的形式,分别添加钴0.15、0.30、0.75和1.50 mg·kg-1 DM。试验期56 d,其中适应期14 d,正试期42 d。测定每日采食量和产奶量,并采集奶样测定乳成分含量,采集饲料和粪样测定营养物质表观消化率,采集血样测定血液生化指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮中添加不同水平的碳酸钴后,奶牛干物质采食量(DMI)和乳成分含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。但添加钴0.30和0.75 mg·kg-1 DM提高了产奶量(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加钴0.75 mg·kg-1 DM组显著提高了酸性洗涤剂纤维(ADF)和粗蛋白(CP)的消化率(P<0.05)。此外,添加钴1.50 mg·kg-1 DM组的血浆葡萄糖含量和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性降低(P<0.05),日粮添加钴0.75 mg·kg-1 DM降低了谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性(P<0.05);红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)含量和红细胞压积(HCT)随日粮碳酸钴水平升高而升高且呈二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。综上,泌乳中期的荷斯坦奶牛日粮Co水平推荐在0.30~0.75 mg·kg-1 DM,最适添加水平是0.73 mg·kg-1 DM。  相似文献

【目的】 探究饲粮中添加两种不同有机锌源对新生犊牛生长性能及锌代谢的影响。【方法】 试验随机选取30头新生荷斯坦母犊牛(体重39.4 kg±0.8 kg),随机分为3组,每组10头牛,对照组只饲喂牛乳,不添加有机锌;蛋白锌组和蛋氨酸锌组每头牛分别添加522.82 mg/d的蛋白锌和467.88 mg/d的蛋氨酸锌(均相当于80 mg Zn/d)。试验期14 d。在犊牛1日龄及14日龄晨饲前,测量每头犊牛体重,计算平均日增重。每天记录牛乳采食量,用于计算平均日采食量和料重比。每天晨饲前,由专人对犊牛粪便进行评分,计算犊牛腹泻率。在14日龄晨饲前,采集犊牛血清样品,用于测定血清中的钙、磷、锌、铜和铁浓度、碱性磷酸酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性、金属硫蛋白、丙二醛浓度以及总抗氧化能力。【结果】 与对照组相比,添加蛋氨酸锌显著提高了犊牛平均日增重(P<0.05),添加蛋白锌和蛋氨酸锌均降低犊牛腹泻率并提高血清锌浓度(P<0.05),且蛋氨酸锌组犊牛的血清锌浓度显著高于蛋白锌组(P<0.05)。添加蛋氨酸锌显著降低犊牛血清铜浓度(P<0.05),而蛋白锌组犊牛的血清铜浓度与对照组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。添加有机锌源显著增加了犊牛血清中金属硫蛋白的浓度(P<0.05),但仅蛋氨酸锌提高了犊牛血清碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.05);蛋氨酸锌能够显著提高犊牛血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性及总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),但是蛋白锌对其无显著影响(P>0.05);蛋白锌和蛋氨酸锌均可显著降低血清丙二醛浓度(P<0.05)。【结论】 饲粮中添加蛋氨酸锌能够提高犊牛的生长性能,降低腹泻率,改善机体锌代谢水平,且其效果优于蛋白锌,因此建议在犊牛饲粮中以蛋氨酸锌形式添加80 mg Zn/d。  相似文献

本试验旨在探究凝结芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及胫骨强度指标的影响。选取180只1日龄健康AA肉仔公鸡,随机分为3个处理,分别为对照组、抗生素对照组及凝结芽孢杆菌处理组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加5 mg·kg-1黄霉素、20 mg·kg-1吉他霉素和75 mg·kg-1金霉素,凝结芽孢杆菌处理组在基础饲粮中添加3.6×109 CFU·kg-1的凝结芽孢杆菌,试验期为42 d。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌显著降低了肉鸡前期(1~21日龄)平均日采食量(P<0.05),对平均体重和平均日增重无显著影响(P>0.05);2)凝结芽孢杆菌处理组和抗生素组显著增加了肉鸡前期(1~21日龄)血清中总胆固醇和甘油三脂的含量(P<0.05),并显著提高了血清碱性磷酸酶的活性(P<0.05);3)相比于对照组和抗生素组,凝结芽孢杆菌显著增加了肉鸡前期(1~21日龄)血清中总蛋白、白蛋白及球蛋白的含量(P<0.05),并显著降低了血清中尿酸和血氨的含量(P<0.05),对42日龄血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量无显著影响,但降低了血氨含量;4)饲粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌显著提高了肉鸡前期胫骨钙含量(P<0.05),对胫骨灰分和磷含量无显著影响;凝结芽孢杆菌显著提高了42日龄肉鸡胫骨钙和磷的含量(P<0.05),其胫骨强度在三个处理组中最高,但差异未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。综上所述,肉鸡饲粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌可在不影响肉鸡前期日增重的前提下降低平均日采食量,提高饲料转化效率,促进脂类和蛋白质在肉鸡体内的代谢与周转,并促进钙、磷在胫骨中的沉积。  相似文献

试验旨在研究饲粮中两种全株玉米青贮比例及额外补充碳酸氢钠对疆岳驴生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响。选取体况良好的6~8月龄疆岳驴断奶公驴40头(106.02 kg±11.81 kg),随机分为5组:全株玉米青贮占粗饲料的比例分别为0(Ⅰ组)、30%(Ⅱ组)、60%(Ⅲ组)及额外补充碳酸氢钠的Ⅳ组(全株玉米青贮占粗饲料30%+碳酸氢钠)和Ⅴ组(全株玉米青贮占粗饲料60%+碳酸氢钠),碳酸氢钠正常添加量按照精料干物质的0.5%计算,额外添加量按照精料干物质的0.5%+全株玉米青贮干物质的1%计算,每组8头驴,按照等能等氮原则设计饲粮。预饲期12 d,正试期120 d。结果显示,随着全株玉米青贮添加量的增加,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组料重比逐渐下降,其中试验Ⅲ组显著低于试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、粗灰分的表观消化率最高,显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),总蛋白、肌酐含量和碱性磷酸酶活性均显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组葡萄糖含量极显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组总胆固醇含量显著低于试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。与同等比例添加全珠玉米青贮的组相比,试验Ⅱ组平均日增重显著高于试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组平均日增重高于试验Ⅴ组(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组料重比显著低于试验Ⅴ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组料重比低于试验Ⅳ组(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅳ组间粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、能量和粗灰分的表观消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ、Ⅴ组营养物质的表观消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅳ组总胆固醇含量及谷丙转氨酶活力均显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ~Ⅴ组疆岳驴每千克增重成本分别为16.40、15.10、14.79、17.34和16.10元,整个试验期每头驴毛利润分别为711.27、837.53、871.98、629.46和738.16元。综上,在本试验条件下,以生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标为评价依据,综合经济效益比较,以在基础饲粮(以DM为基础)中添加0.28%碳酸氢钠时、全贮玉米青贮占粗饲料60%(在基础饲粮DM中添加26.67%)饲喂疆岳驴公驴效果最优,无需额外补充碳酸氢钠。  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨日粮添加不同水平芦丁对缓解热应激小鼠睾丸组织损伤的影响。将30只5周龄体重相近(20~22 g)的ICR系雄性小鼠随机分为5组,各组小鼠分别饲喂基础日粮添加0(CON组)、0(HS组)、250(HS+R250)、500(HS+R500)和1 000(HS+R1000) mg·kg-1芦丁的日粮,饲养10 d后,除对照组(CON)外,所有小鼠在每天10:00至14:00之间置于42℃恒温箱中连续处理8 d后屠宰取样分析。结果显示:1)与CON组相比,HS组小鼠睾丸指数无显著变化(P>0.05),而日粮添加250 mg·kg-1芦丁显著提高热应激小鼠睾丸指数(P<0.05);小鼠睾丸组织切片结果显示,与CON组相比,HS组小鼠生精小管直径和横截面积显著降低(P<0.05),生精细胞脱落比率显著增加(P<0.05);与HS组相比,HS+R250组小鼠生精小管横截面积显著增加(P<0.05),生精细胞脱落比率显著降低(P<0.05),HS+R500组生精细胞脱落比率也显著降低(P<0.05),HS+R1000组小鼠生精小管直径显著增加(P<0.05);小鼠睾丸指数、生精小管直径及生精小管脱落比率在芦丁处理组与CON组之间无显著差异(P>0.05),但HS+R250组小鼠睾丸生精小管横截面积显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。2)与CON组相比,HS组小鼠睾丸组织丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)与还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量以及血红素酶-1(HO-1) mRNA的表达量均显著降低(P<0.05);日粮添加250 mg·kg-1芦丁显著降低热应激小鼠睾丸组织中MDA含量(P<0.05),提高T-AOC与GSH含量(P<0.05),并增强核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)、HO-1和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px) mRNA的表达量(P<0.05),而添加500和1 000 mg·kg-1芦丁也显著提高了GSH含量(P<0.05);与CON组相比,除HS+R250组Nrf2 mRNA表达量显著高于CON组(P<0.05)外,芦丁组热应激小鼠睾丸组织抗氧化相应基因与酶活指标均无显著性变化(P>0.05)。3)热应激小鼠睾丸中核因子-κB (NF-κB)、TOLL样受体4(TLR-4)和Bax的mRNA表达量显著增加(P<0.05),而Bcl-2表达量显著降低(P<0.05);日粮添加250 mg·kg-1芦丁显著降低NF-κBTLR-4、髓样分化因子88(MyD88)、白细胞介素-Iβ(IL-1β)和Bax mRNA表达量(P<0.05),增强Bcl-2的表达水平(P<0.05);添加500 mg·kg-1芦丁显著降低NF-κBTLR-4表达量(P<0.05),而1 000 mg·kg-1芦丁能够显著增加Bcl-2的表达(P<0.05);小鼠睾丸组织中免疫和增值凋亡相关基因的表达量在添加芦丁组及CON组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,日粮添加适宜剂量芦丁具有改善热应激小鼠睾丸组织形态及功能的效果,其机制可能与芦丁通过Nrf2信号通路缓解氧化应激,通过TLR-4/NF-κB信号通路抑制炎症反应及调控Bax/Bcl-2 mRNA的表达密切相关。本试验条件下日粮添加250 mg·kg-1芦丁的效果较好。  相似文献

试验旨在研究氨基酸副产物(amino acid by-products,ABP)对全株红高粱和全株甜玉米发酵品质及消化率的影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)探讨ABP对青贮饲料发酵品质及消化率的作用机制。试验设无添加剂的对照组和添加2.0% ABP的试验组Ⅰ、2.0% ABP与饲用菌混合添加的试验组Ⅱ,分别进行红高粱和甜玉米的发酵试验,检测其发酵品质及消化率。结果表明:①试验组Ⅰ红高粱和甜玉米青贮pH降至3.90和3.28,感官评定均属于优质青贮饲料。②对于红高粱青贮,与对照组相比,试验组干物质(DM)含量略有提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),粗蛋白质(CP)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组Ⅱ纤维成分略低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组乳酸和乙酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组Ⅱ丁酸含量显著低于其余组(P<0.05);试验组干物质和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)消化率均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。③对于甜玉米青贮,各试验组干物质和纤维含量均低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),粗蛋白质含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组Ⅰ乳酸含量显著高于其余组(P<0.05),试验组Ⅱ乙酸含量显著高于其余组(P<0.05),而各试验组丁酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组各养分消化率均低于对照组但高于未发酵原料,其中干物质和酸性洗涤纤维消化率差异显著(P<0.05)。④SEM结果表明,青贮过程中ABP通过破坏红高粱表面蜡质层促进饲用菌的黏附,并降解其细胞壁纤维成分而改善了青贮发酵品质并提高消化率;但ABP对青贮甜玉米蜡质层及细胞壁纤维结构破坏作用不明显。综上,添加ABP可提高红高粱青贮的发酵品质和养分消化率,但对甜玉米青贮的作用不大。  相似文献

【目的】试验旨在研究全株小黑麦干草对育成牛营养物质表观消化率、血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵的影响,为小黑麦干草在畜牧业中的合理使用提供数据参考。【方法】在相同的饲养条件下,选取10月龄、平均体重为(325.0±20.0) kg、健康、生理状态良好的荷斯坦育成牛30头,随机分为3组:对照组、Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,每组10头牛,每头为一个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(苜蓿干草:小麦秸秆=1:1),Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别以全株小黑麦干草替代饲粮中50%(苜蓿干草:小麦秸秆:全株小黑麦干草=0.5:0.5:1)和100%干草(100%全株小黑麦干草),试验预饲期7 d,正试期66天。于正试期前后对每头牛称重,并每天记录采食量,计算平均日增重和料重比;正试期最后4 d采集粪便和饲粮样品,测定各营养物质表观消化率;正试期第66天晨饲前采集血液,晨饲后2 h采集瘤胃液,测定血清生化和瘤胃发酵指标。【结果】①各组育成牛体重、日增重均差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ组料重比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。②Ⅰ组育成牛干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)和粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),但极显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组牛中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),且极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。③育成牛血清中葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、总蛋白(TP)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量在各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ组牛血清白蛋白(ALB)浓度极显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组牛血清尿素氮(UN)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但与Ⅱ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。④育成牛瘤胃pH、总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸含量及乙酸/丙酸(A/P)在各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ组牛瘤胃NH3-N浓度显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),与对照组间无显著差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ组牛瘤胃微生物蛋白(MCP)含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。【结论】将育成牛粗饲料中50%的干草替换为全株小黑麦干草,对其血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵均具有一定的改善作用,且显著提高了饲粮中营养物质表观消化率。  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨饲粮代谢能(metabolic energy,ME)和粗蛋白质(crude protein,CP)水平对雄性水貂生产性能、营养物质消化率、血清生化指标及脏器指数的影响。选取180只(145±5)日龄、体重相近[(1 765±26)g]的健康雄性水貂,随机分为6组,每组30个重复,每个重复1只。试验采用2×3双因素设计,CP水平为30.45%和34.58%,ME水平为13.11、14.94、16.76 MJ·kg-1,饲养试验于2018年9月29日至2018年12月10日完成。结果表明:1)175~213日龄阶段,34.58% CP组水貂体重极显著高于30.45% CP组(P<0.01),且低ME水平13.11 MJ·kg-1组水貂体重极显著低于其它ME组(P<0.01);175~190及213日龄阶段,A组(CP 30.08%、ME 13.03 MJ·kg-1)水貂体重极显著低于其余各组(P<0.01),205日龄时,E组(CP 34.86%、ME 15.08 MJ·kg-1)水貂体重较高;2)34.58% CP组水貂鲜皮长和鲜皮重极显著大于30.45% CP组(P<0.01),14.94 MJ·kg-1 ME组水貂的鲜皮长显著大于其他ME组(P<0.05);但16.76 MJ·kg-1 ME组的鲜皮重极显著大于13.11 MJ·kg-1组(P<0.01);E组(CP 34.86%、ME 15.08 MJ·kg-1)水貂的鲜皮长、鲜皮重极显著大于A组(CP 30.08%、ME 13.03 MJ·kg-1)、B组(CP 30.46%、ME 14.80 MJ·kg-1)两组(P<0.01)。3)34.58% CP组水貂脂肪消化率极显著大于30.45% CP组(P<0.01);且饲粮ME水平为13.11 MJ·kg-1时,水貂的脂肪消化率极显著低于其它ME组(P<0.01);A组(CP 30.08%、ME 13.03 MJ·kg-1)、D组(CP 34.17%、ME 13.19 MJ·kg-1)水貂的脂肪消化率极显著低于其它各组(P<0.01)。4)30.45% CP组水貂血清LDL极显著高于34.58% CP组(P<0.01),但血清HDL极显著低于34.58% CP组(P<0.01);13.11 MJ·kg-1 ME组水貂血清Alb、GLU、CHO、TG和HDL均极显著低于16.76 MJ·kg-1 ME组(P<0.01);C组(CP 30.80%、ME 16.99 MJ·kg-1)、E组(CP 34.86%、ME 15.08 MJ·kg-1)、F组(CP 34.72%、ME 16.53 MJ·kg-1)水貂血清Alb、GLU显著高于其他组(P<0.05);E组(CP 34.86%、ME 15.08 MJ·kg-1)、F组(CP 34.72%、ME 16.53 MJ·kg-1)水貂血清HDL极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01)。5)30.45% CP组水貂心脏、肝脏指数显著高于34.58% CP组(P<0.05);13.11 MJ·kg-1 ME组水貂心脏指数显著高于其它各组(P<0.05);A组(CP 30.08%、ME 13.03 MJ·kg-1)水貂的心脏、肝脏指数显著高于E组(CP 34.86%、ME 15.08 MJ·kg-1)(P<0.05)。综上所述,当饲粮CP水平为34.86%,ME水平为15.08 MJ·kg-1时,水貂可获得较好的生长性能、毛皮品质和较高的营养物质消化率。  相似文献

本试验旨在探究日粮中添加50 mg·kg-1的低聚壳聚糖(chitosan oligosaccharide,COS)替代抗生素对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标、肠道屏障功能和肌肉品质的影响。选取540只1日龄的樱桃谷肉鸭,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸭,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组,control group)、基础日粮+40 mg·kg-1杆菌肽锌(抗生素组,antibiotic group)以及基础日粮+50 mg·kg-1 COS (COS组,COS group),试验期42 d。试验结束时,从每个重复中随机选取1只公鸭(接近平均体重)称重,采集血样、肠道与肌肉样品用于血清生化、肠道屏障功能和肌肉品质等指标的测定。试验结果表明:1)与对照组和抗生素组相比,日粮中添加COS显著提高了樱桃谷肉鸭的平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)、脾脏指数和胸腺指数(P<0.05),但对肉鸭屠宰性能影响不显著(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,日粮中添加COS或抗生素显著提高了血清球蛋白(GLB)含量、腿肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05)以及十二指肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白A (sIgA)和免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量(P<0.05),降低了血清尿素氮(BUN)含量和A/G值、腿肌丙二醛(MDA)含量和滴水损失(P<0.05)。3)与对照组和抗生素组相比,日粮中添加COS显著提高了空肠和回肠黏膜的免疫球蛋白M (IgM)含量(P<0.05),显著降低了血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)和脂多糖(LPS)含量(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮中添加COS显著提高了十二指肠黏膜咬合蛋白(OCLN)基因mRNA表达水平和腿肌a*值(P<0.05),显著降低了血清D-乳酸含量(P<0.05)。此外,抗生素组的空肠黏膜OCLN基因表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果指出:日粮中添加COS提高了樱桃谷肉鸭的生长性能,增强了免疫力,改善了肠道屏障功能和肉品质。COS可以替代抗生素用于樱桃谷肉鸭生产。  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of zinc polyaspartic acid (PASP) monohydrate on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility, serum indexes, tissue and organ zinc accumulations and zinc emission of growing pigs, and to determine the substitution effect of zinc polyaspartic acid for zinc sulfate. Ninety Duroc×Landrace×Large White growing pigs with the body weight of (31.73±3.50) kg were randomly assigned into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 5 pigs per replicate. The zinc level and source of the control group was 80 mg·kg-1 zinc sulfate, while group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were 60 and 40 mg·kg-1 zinc polyaspartic acid monohydrate, respectively. Pre-trial period was 7 days, and formal experiment period was 30 days. The results showed as follows: 1) There was no significant difference in average daily gain, feed to weight ratio and diarrhea rate among control group and test groups (P>0.05). 2) The calcium (Ca) apparent digestibilities of test group I and test group Ⅱ were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference among groups in apparent digestibility of crude protein (CP), crude fat (EE), crude fiber (CF), crude ash (Ash) and phosphorus (P) (P>0.05). The apparent digestibility of zinc in the test group Ⅰ was significantly higher than those of the control group and the test group Ⅱ (P<0.05). 3) Compared with the control group, the fecal zinc content in the test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were decreased by 21.65% and 30.87%, respectively, and the difference was significant (P<0.01). 4)The glutamate transaminase (ALT) activity of control group was significantly higher than those of test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05), the globulin(GLB) level of test group Ⅰ was significantly higher than those of control group and test groupⅡ(P<0.05), the indexes of blood glucose (GLU), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), total cholesterol (TC) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) were not significantly different among groups (P>0.05). 5)There were no significant difference of the zinc accumulations in liver, kidney, spleen, pancreas, bone, hair, longgissimus dorsi among groups (P>0.05), the serum zinc concentrations of test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). In summary, under this experimental condition, 40 mg·kg-1zinc polyaspartic acid monohydrate could satisfy the needs of growing pigs at this stage, the fecal zinc content was significantly reduced, thus proving the feasibility of adding polyaspartic zinc instead of high dose zinc sulfate in growing pigs’ feed, and the emission reduction of zinc.  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of supplemental different levels of sugar beet pulp on the nutrients of digestion and metabolism in Yanqi horse.12 Yanqi horses were randomly divided into three groups according to performance,body weight,body measurement and age.The groups were referred to as the control group,group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,each group with 4 Yanqi horses.Yanqi horses in the control group,group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were supplied with 0,0.6,1.2 kg/d of sugar beet pulp on the condition of feeding the same basal diet and roughage (oat straw).The total duration of the experiment was 20 days,the first 15 days of the experiment was the preliminary period,and the formal experiment lasted for 5 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of OM,NDF,ADF and digestibility amount of NDF,ADF in group Ⅱ was extremely significantly improved (P<0.01),the digestibility amount of crude protein,calcium and the apparent digestibility of OM in group Ⅱ was significant difference (P<0.05);The digestibility amount of NDF,ADF of group Ⅰ was increased by 8.19% (P<0.05) and 9.43% (P<0.05),respectively,and the apparent digestibility (amount) of OM,crude protein,calcium were no significant difference (P>0.05).Compared with group Ⅰ,the apparent digestibility (amount) of OM,NDF,ADF of group Ⅱ were significantly or extremely significant difference (P<0.05;P<0.01),but the apparent digestibility (amount) of crude protein,calcium were no significant difference (P>0.05).Compared with the control group and group Ⅰ,the digestible engergy of group Ⅱ was increased by 14.92% (P<0.01) and 11.23% (P<0.01),but no significant difference was observed between group Ⅰ and control group (P>0.05);The metabolic engergy of group Ⅱ was increased by 11.73% (P<0.05) and 14.83% (P<0.05),respectively.Therefore,the digestion amount of OM,CP of Yanqi horse and the digestion amount and the apparent digestibility of NDF,ADF could be significantly or extremely significantly improved by the supplementation of 1.2 kg/d of sugar beet pulp,and the ability to use the nutrients were obviously improved for Yanqi horse.  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平甜菜粕对焉耆马营养物质消化代谢的影响。选取运动成绩、体重、年龄和体尺相近的焉耆马12匹,随机分为3组,每组4匹。对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组在饲喂相同的基础日粮和粗饲料(燕麦秸)的条件下分别补饲0、0.6和1.2 kg/d甜菜粕。试验期20 d,其中预试期15 d,正试期5 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组焉耆马对有机物、NDF、ADF的消化量和对日粮NDF、ADF的表观消化率均有极显著提高(P<0.01),对粗蛋白质、钙的消化量和对有机物的表观消化率影响差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组焉耆马对NDF和ADF的消化量分别增加了8.19%、9.43%,均达到了显著水平(P<0.05),而对有机物、粗蛋白质、钙的消化量和表观消化率均差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组焉耆马对有机物、NDF和ADF的消化量和表观消化率与试验Ⅰ组相比,均达到了显著或极显著水平(P<0.05;P<0.01),但对粗蛋白质和钙的消化量和表观消化率影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅱ组焉耆马的消化能与对照组和试验Ⅰ组相比分别提高14.92%(P<0.01)和11.23%(P<0.01),而试验Ⅰ组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);对代谢能而言,试验Ⅱ组比对照组和试验Ⅰ组分别提高11.73%(P>0.05)和14.83%(P<0.05)。因此,日粮中添加1.2 kg/d的甜菜粕,可显著提高焉耆马对日粮有机物和粗蛋白质的消化量,极显著提高NDF和ADF的表观消化量(率)及消化能,可明显改善焉耆马对营养物质的利用率。  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to study the effect of soybean meal replacement by fermented rapeseed meal on growth performance,meat quality and serum biochemical indexes of broilers.A total 400 23-day-old Yellow-feathered male broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 25 broilers per replicate.The broilers in control group were fed a basal diet,and the others were fed the basal diets with the 3% (group Ⅰ),6% (group Ⅱ) and 9% (group Ⅲ) fermented rapeseed meal equal-nutritionally replacing the soybean meal,respectively.The experiment lasted for 43 days.The results showed as follows:① Compared with control group,the ADG,ADFI and F/G of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ showed no significant differences (P>0.05);The ADG of group Ⅲ were 16.47% (P<0.05),15.03% (P<0.05) higher than that of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ,the F/G of group Ⅲ were 7.71% (P<0.05),4.27% (P>0.05) lower than that of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ.② There were no significant differences in the pH1,pH24,meat color (L*,a*,b*),cooking loss and tenderness of chest muscle among all groups(P>0.05);Compared with control group,the water loss rate of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly decreased (P<0.05).③ Compared with control group,the serum GLU content of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were decreased by 13.06%(P<0.05),8.12%(P>0.05) and 9.57%(P>0.05);The serum TP content of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were increased by 2.50%(P>0.05),20.86%(P<0.05) and 33.92%(P<0.05);The serum GPT content of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were decreased by 7.99%(P>0.05),18.85%(P>0.05) and 26.98%(P<0.05).It was concluded that it would be feasible to replace the soybean meal with 3% to 9% fermented rapeseed meal in broiler feeding,and the optimum supplemental level of fermented rapeseed meal was 9%.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究发酵菜籽粕替代豆粕对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及血清生化指标的影响。选用23日龄黄羽肉公鸡400只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加3%、6%和9%发酵菜籽粕等营养替代豆粕。试验期43 d。结果表明:①与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比差异均不显著(P>0.05);与试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组相比,试验Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日增重分别提高16.47%(P<0.05)、15.03%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低7.71%(P<0.05)和4.27%(P>0.05)。②各组肉鸡胸肌的pH1、pH24、肉色(L*、a*、b*)、蒸煮损失和嫩度差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肉鸡胸肌的失水率与对照组相比均显著降低(P<0.05)。③与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肉鸡血清中葡萄糖含量分别降低13.06%(P<0.05)、8.12%(P>0.05)和9.57%(P>0.05);总蛋白含量分别提高2.50%(P>0.05)、20.86%(P<0.05)和33.92%(P<0.05);谷丙转氨酶含量分别降低7.99%(P>0.05)、18.85%(P>0.05)和26.98%(P<0.05)。综上所述,肉鸡日粮中添加3%~9%发酵菜籽粕等营养替代豆粕是可行的,其中添加9%发酵菜籽粕效果最好。  相似文献

为研究精料维生素A(VA)添加水平对生茸期马鹿日粮营养物质消化、血液生化指标及鹿茸产量的影响,以阿尔泰马鹿为研究对象,选择健康、体重相近的5~7岁龄公鹿18头,随机分为3组,分别为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组,每组6头。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂VA添加水平为12 800、18 800和24 800 IU/kg的精料,粗饲料由苜蓿干草和麦秸组成,自由采食。预试期15 d,正试期66 d。结果表明:①试验Ⅰ组干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)的采食量极显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01),且粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)采食量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组粗蛋白质、磷采食量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。②试验Ⅰ组磷消化率显著高于试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),其余营养物质消化率各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。③精料VA添加水平对阿尔泰马鹿的蛋白质代谢和糖脂代谢没有产生显著影响(P>0.05)。但血液总蛋白(TP)、血糖(GLU)随着VA添加水平的升高有升高的趋势,而总胆固醇(TC)、尿素氮(UREA)等则有下降的趋势。④血液谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性随着VA水平的升高而降低,其中试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的碱性磷酸酶活性显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。⑤血液免疫球蛋白含量随着VA添加水平的升高而升高,其中试验Ⅲ组的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量极显著高于试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。⑥试验Ⅲ组的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)、谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)随着VA添加水平升高呈极显著升高变化(P<0.01)。⑦试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组血液生长激素(GH)含量极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组的胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和VA含量极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),血液雌二醇(E2)含量随着饲喂精料VA水平的升高而升高(P<0.01)。血液睾酮(T)和25-羟基维生素D3(25-OH-VD3)含量有随VA水平升高而升高的趋势(P>0.05)。⑧各组之间鹿茸产量无显著性差异(P>0.05),其中试验Ⅰ组最高,试验Ⅲ组产茸量最低。综上,在本试验条件下,精料VA添加水平为12 800 IU/kg时阿尔泰马鹿有较高的采食量和鹿茸产量,精料VA添加水平为24 800 IU/kg时阿尔泰马鹿有较强的免疫和抗氧化功能。综合生产效益,推荐马鹿精料VA添加水平为12 800 IU/kg。  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of replacing partial basal diet with wild buckwheat on fatty acids and amino acids in longissimus dorsi muscles of Congjiang Xiang pigs.Forty Congjiang Xiang pigs with 20 kg initial body weight,were randomly assigned to 4 groups,10 heads per group.The pigs in control group were fed the basal diet.In the other groups (groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ),diets were substituted with fresh wild buckwheat at 10%,20% and 30% on the early fattening stage and 20%,30% and 40% on the late fattening stage,respectively.After feeding trial,three pigs from each dietary treatment were slaughtered to determine the fatty acids and amino acids in longissimus dorsi muscle.The results showed that:①The partial substitution of basal diet with wild buckwheat had some effects on fatty acids in porcine muscle.Compared with the control group,the content of linoleic acid in the group Ⅰ,the content of linolenic acid in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,the content of peanut diene acid of group Ⅱ and arachidonic acid of group Ⅲ were increased by 54.69%,43.57%,62.50%,25.00% and 127.10%,respectively.The saturated fatty acid (SFA),polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA)and essential fatty acid (EFA)of all testing groups were higher than that of control group (P>0.05).②The amino acids were affected in some degree by the substitution rate of wild buckwheat.The content of asparaginic acid in control group was significant lower than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05) and extremely significant lower than that of group Ⅲ (P<0.01).The content of glycine in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of groupⅠ and Ⅱ (P<0.05),higher than that of control group (P>0.05).The content of methionine and lysine in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in control group and group Ⅰ (P<0.05),respectively.The EAA/TAA in group Ⅰ was significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,partial substitution of basal diet with wild buckwheat could increase the contents of PUFA and EFA,and improve the amino acid profile of Congjiang Xiang pigs.  相似文献
