Study on the Integration Framework of Urban Planning Information System Based on Web Services

Web Services is a service-oriented structure and which is really platform-independent and language-independent.In this paper, its system and key technology are analyzed,then aiming at the main problems in information sharing of urban planning information system(UPIS),a UPIS integration framework based on the Web Services is proposed and its principle is studied.Furthermore,an example with realization of UPIS system by ASP.NET in Visual Studio.NET is given.     

渔业船联网工程体系应用现状分析

渔业船联网工程是通过在渔船上搭载信息感知、处理和传输装备,从而实现船与船、船与岸之间的信息交换和智能化服务,在渔业生产、海上通信、安全管理、渔政执法及海洋探测等领域具有的重要科学意义和实用价值。本文分析了渔业船联网工程体系的应用现状及演化趋势,详细总结了渔业船联网感知层、传输层和应用层的国内外现状及发展趋势,梳理了所涉及的关键技术和科学问题。围绕渔船探测、海洋通信、数据融合与挖掘等重大需求,分析了中国渔业船联网发展在基础研究、平台建设、尖端技术、装备工程、标准体系等方面存在的主要问题与障碍,指出了中国渔业船联网工程体系科技创新发展对策,提出了以“突破关键技术、研发核心装备、构建基础平台、形成创新能力”为目标、以“探索期、部署期、拓展期”为路线的系统工程发展建议。     

Data Collection Based on Web Services

To construct data warehouse with heterogeneous, self-governing and distributed database system is a challenge. Two problems have to be solved: one is how to collect data from heterogeneous data sources by an effective method, the other is how to clear up and change the format of the data collected from data sources. The opening and the interact-operation property of Web Services is Analyzed. A Data Collection System based on Web Services, which communicates with heterogeneous data sources with SOAP and HTTP, has been designed. A Data Collector is introduced to clear up and to transform data with composition technology. The pivotal XML technology of transforming and loading up the data are discussed.     

Three-gorge Water Quality Monitoring Model Based on Internet and Distribution of Monitoring Points

With the development of the three-gorge project,a new large-area and distance monitoring model that use the internet as its information medium is presented under the request of national water quality monitoring work.This kind of model is a combination of the GIS,GPS technology,the network communication technology and the data-base technology.It can not only perform the auto-data acquisition and issue the information conveniently,but also carry out the statistic work and data analysis.So the ability of real-time monitoring could be promoted.It''s also convenient to emergent locating with the GPS technology.And more proper redistribution though optimizing the distribution of the monitoring points with improved TOPSIS model and classifying monitoring points.Then,it is executed by lower cost.     

Soil Information System Based on GIS

The GIS function and technique characteristics are introduced. With Client/Server and Browser/Server structure, the paper developed the soil information system based on GIS by using MapInfo to manager spatial data and SQL Server attribute data. The system realizes the inquire, retrieve and statistical analysis of soil fertility and classify information. The function of thematic map making, output and renew are also supported. The system does good to make better use of soil information.     

基于.NET分析与构建农民培训信息平台

农民培训信息平台建设是农民培训的重要手段。本文分析建立平台中农民培训现实需求,针对.NET和分布式数据库环境下构建基于XML Web Services信息平台所需理论和技术进行研究、探讨,提出开发平台应体现的功能和技术。对.NET架构下XML Web 服务和应用、分布式数据库系统环境及数据集成、查询、通用类设计及安全防范技术进行分析研究,构建出适应农民培训管理的信息平台。     

基于无线传感器网络和WebGIS的墒情监测系统

为了解决墒情监测中便携式监测仪数据存储、发送困难及墒情实时监测和分析等问题,建立了基于无线传感器网络和WebGIS的墒情监测系统。系统以STC单片机为核心芯片,结合GPRS模块、GPS模块,通过无线传感器网络技术,实现土壤水分数据的实时监测及无线传送。建立了数据库,接收监测点数据。并以SuperMap IS.NET和SQL Server 2005为开发平台进行二次开发,将GIS技术与墒情监测结合起来,根据作物耕作深度、作物生长期对土壤含水量进行判断,得出墒情结果。实现墒情监测点信息、土壤含水量曲线图、等值线分布图在Web服务器上的显示。墒情监测系统的建立和使用,对农业生产有深远的意义。     

Comparative study of low voltage ride-through techniques for doubly-fed induction generator wind turbines under asymmetrical grid faults

Asymmetrical grid faults occur more frequently and have more adverse effects on the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) than symmetrical grid faults in the transmission system. The transient response of DFIG under asymmetrical grid faults is analyzed firstly. Meanwhile, operation behaviors of several low voltage ride-through (LVRT) techniques under severe asymmetrical grid faults are given by simulation with the Matlab/Simulink software. Then the characteristics of these LVRT techniques are further researched and analyzed based on the simulation results. Finally, the economies of these LVRT techniques are discussed. The conclusion lays a certain foundation for engineering development of these LVRT techniques.     

需求为导向“三位一体”推广模式研究——基于设施蔬菜物联网技术研究、推广和应用

以研究者与企业联合申请的基于物联网设施蔬菜生产关键技术研究与应用世行食品安全课题为载体,开展需求为导向的“三位一体”的研究-推广-应用模式研究;从课题组组织管理体系构建、技术开发沟通机制建立、需求为导向“三位一体”设施蔬菜物联网技术产品应用的软硬条件,进而提出需求为导向“三位一体”农业研究与推广模式的作用,表现在：（1）有利于实现技术创新与技术应用的有机整合,缩短信息传播的链条,提高研究的效率和效果;（2）有利于构建以全产业需求为导向的专业化农业推广服务体系;（3）有利于改变研究者的价值取向,促进科研组织激励的学术化向实用化转型;（4）有利于推动公益性的农业推广向多元化化服务模式转变,提高农业推广组织管理运行效率和效果。以期能够为中国现代农业发展阶段农业推广体系的转型,提供有价值的参考。     

基于ArcSDE和MapGuide的太湖渔业资源信息系统的研究

收集与太湖渔业资源相关的空间数据,并存储于由ArcSDE和SQL SERVER建立并配置的空间数据库中,利用MapGuide实现太湖渔业资源空间数据网络共享,太湖渔业资源信息系统具有电子地图浏览、图层管理及空间数据查询和分析等功能。该系统的成功开发,可以扩大太湖渔业资源的辐射面,为渔业规划的制定起到辅助决策的作用。     

Serial Communication System Between PC and PLC Based on Visual C++

It is usually need to supervise and control gathering data and working status of PLC in industry control.There are some ways such as VB,DELPHI,PB to carry out the requirement.Visual C++ is an exploiture tool for Windows application program and has quite strong function in the aspect of image processing and database managing etc.It has faster speed to realize bottom communication control.Using Visual C++ and MFC,the authors implement the serial communication system between PC and PLC.The paper introduces the communication protocol and software design method and realizes data's sending and incepted rapidly,real-time auto-control accurately and quickly.This system is simple,economical,and reliable and has an application value,which has been applied successfully in real system.     

我国果蔬物流保鲜产业的现状与发展战略思考

阐述了"十二五"中后期我国果蔬物流保鲜产业的地位和作用、存在的问题与发展战略思考,提出进一步落实国家已制订的相关发展规划,配套相应政策并加大资金扶持力度;发展适合我国国情的果蔬物流保鲜产业体系;提高果蔬生产的区域化、集约化与组织化程度;研发多种高新物流保鲜装备、材料与技术;增强果蔬物流企业的经济与技术基础,提高标准化、信息化、装备化和生物化技术的应用程度;建立果蔬物流保鲜全程控制技术体系,完善果蔬冷链流通技术体系等六大战略举措,以期实现我国果蔬物流保鲜产业又好又快的发展。     

Principle and Scheme of a Feeder Automation Based System Protection

A new principle and scheme of a Feeder Automation based system protection using the channel of communication is proposed. The conjoint protection devices exchanging fault signal with direction information and the fault can be cleared instantly. These information can hel Pto isolate the fault zone and restructure the network rapidly. The recover is used for instantaneous faults. The optical MODEM disjoins the SCADA communication and Boolean signals functions using coding technology. So the fault flags can be exchanged rapidly peer-to-peer and special optical cables are not needed. Frames between optical MODEM are sent automatically. This scheme presented is successful through physical simulation experiment and has operated for about two years in a real distribution network.     

基于Web GIS人工增雨林场火险应急指挥系统设计

为了建立人工增雨综合性的业务平台,将人工增雨作业信息化,便捷快速地将自动站、卫星、雷达、火灾预报等各种实时数据与地理信息方便的叠加起来,做到通过浏览器即时了解所需情况,实时指挥各地的人工增雨作业。笔者研究的人工增雨应急指挥系统是为临汾市林场防火目标而建立的,与网络信息技术及地理信息系统发展完善的新科技成果——Web GIS相结合,设计采用Web GIS系统的通用构架,选择PHP语言、Open Layers组件、Eloquent ORM组件来实现。整个系统可以实现监测信息、林火预报、应急指挥、作业管理以及资料信息5个功能模块,结合了本地的实际需求,解决传统落后的应急指挥方式。系统针对研究缺少的小范围林场火险建立的人工增雨应急指挥系统,把人工增雨指挥系统和林场火险预警相互联结起来,基于Web GIS从技术理论上得以实现,便于直观地反映设计要求和指导后续开发。     

Design and Realize the Short Message Service System

Along with the widely using of mobile telephone, the SMS (Short Message Service) has achieved more and more approbation of consumers. Besides the point-point application of SMS among mobile phones, a new application of SMS between information system and mobile phones is developed quickly now, and it is a new way to achieve information conveniently and duly for users. In this paper, we design a software based on SMS to solve some problems which exists in the communication among employees. We also give out the system's functions, key technology and application in the enterprises. This system has some important value in theory and application for building a digital enterprise.     

Research on the Realization of Remote Controlling for Multi-output Power Supply of Communication Equipment Based on Ethernet

According to the requirements of communication power supply, such as high reliability, wide application and high availability, the authors raise a new remote control design for a multi-output power supply for communication equipment based on TCPIP protocol and embedded technology. Then the hardware design is given for the system is discussed based on Ethernet professional chip PRTL8019AS and related circuits. The firmware software design for the salve-computer based TCPIP technology, and the soft design of communieation and control for the master-computer are proposed based on Winsoek and MFC technology in detail A test machine is built to do the testing, the test results prove that the test machine works stably and well, satisfies the design rules and also provides a feasible method for the remote supervise in communication power supplier whose requirement includes remote supervise, no-people on duty and so on.     

基于双模定位的冷链物流实时监测系统

为加强冷链物流监管,实现冷链物流的全程温度和定位监测,设计了基于双模定位的冷链物流实时监测系统。本系统除了集成嵌入式技术、卫星定位技术和GPRS无线通信技术等以实现温度采集、数据远程传输和定位等功能,还使用融合数据的双模定位取代单GPS定位以提高复杂环境下的定位精度,并提出使用改进的扩展卡尔曼滤波算法进行定位解算以实现双系统下定位数据融合,在静态时对水平精度和三维精度分别提高了37.5%和28.6%。测试结果表明,本系统提高了冷链物流监测能力,为未来研究冷链无人配送的定位问题提供基础。     

物联网技术在小麦气象灾害监控诊断系统中的应用研究

针对小麦生长周期长,容易遭受多种气象灾害的情况,设计了基于物联网的小麦气象灾害诊断系统。本系统根据多年农学实验研究成果,通过建立小麦气象灾害诊断指标体系规范,并采用传感器技术、网络传输技术、Webservice技术和Socket调用技术等集成,搭建了基于小麦生长环境实时监测数据的苗情和气象灾害诊断平台。该平台具有异地数据资源共享、分布式管理的功能,能在多种网络通信环境下实现苗情监控和灾害诊断,为小麦生产科学管理、防灾减灾提供了有力的技术支持。     

气候变化背景下的现代农业科技传播体系构建

在气候变化背景下我国现代农业发展面临着科技传播体系的缺失,具体表现为“传者本位”思想突出,农业适应气候变化的先进理念和先进技术无法传播到农村弱势群体;传播渠道过于狭窄,农业适应气候变化的先进理念和先进技术无法准确及时得到传播;农民科学素养不高,农业适应气候变化的先进理念和先进技术无法得到农民的追随与认同、扩散;传播内容受到限制,农业适应气候变化的先进理念和先进技术无法得到主动持续更新;“科教推用”难以结合,导致农业适应气候变化的先进理念和先进技术传播的效果不佳。因此,应构建“五个W分层分级环形互动科学传播体系模式”,即构建气候变化背景下的“现代农业科技传播者系统”;构建气候变化背景下的“现代农业科技讯息系统”;构建气候变化背景下的“现代农业科技媒介系统”;构建气候变化背景下的“现代农业科技受传者系统”;构建气候变化背景下的“现代农业科技效果系统”。这一体系模式既是适应气候变化的,也是适应现代农业发展趋势的。
