A fully digitized electric vehicle direct torque control system with DSPTMS320LF2407 controller is described. The system hardware and software structures are presented. The performance of the direct torque control system is studied by simulation with MATLAB. Based on the simulation of the induction motor, waveform of current, speed, torque and flux are obtained. The testing results are also presented. Experimental results show that the design is feasible.  相似文献

In order to obtain the effect rules of control parameters of speed regulator on performance indexes of induction vector-controlled system and the setting rules of control parameters of speed regulator,according to rotor flux oriented control principle,a vector control model of induction motor is established and simulated with the software of Matlab/Simulink.This vector control system is proved that it possesses good static and dynamic performance.This paper analyzes the effect of control parameters' variations of speed regulator on performance indexes and gives simulation results.  相似文献

The key of motor control is to control motor's torque essentially.Direct torque control,which emerged after the field-oriented control,directly stresses the instantaneous torque control of induction machine,which avoids some problems existing in field-oriented control,thus,it gets more attention.In conventional direct torque control system,switch vector is selected directly by the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,after introducing fuzzy logic,optimal selecting switch state is realized by various strategies by distinguishing the grade of the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,the dynamic and steady state performances of induction motors are improved.This paper presents a design method of the fuzzy controller.Simulation results demonstrate that it is effective,the stator currents pulsation at start-up and the torque pulsation are decreased.  相似文献

Particulate matter has become one of the major pollutants causing environmental pollution and affects human health. Motor vehicle particulate matter emissions accounted for more than 60% of the pollutants. At present, research on motor vehicle particulate matter emissions has inadequate systematic control strategies. This paper first analyzes the draw of the motor vehicle particulate matter formation mechanism and influencing factors. According to the statistics of the China Motor Vehicle Pollution Prevention Annual Report, mathematical models of the number of cars, the number of low speed motor vehicles and the number of motor vehicles with particulate matter emissions are presented using MATLAB, and the total amount of motor vehicle particulate emissions in the next five years is predicted. The results show that the motor vehicle particulate emissions increases every year and reached 1.032 2 million tons in 2015. Low-speed vehicle number PM emissions will gradually be reduced slowly, mainly influenced by national policies. Finally, according to the analysis and forecasting results, an effective motor vehicle particulate matter emission control strategy is put forward.  相似文献

Fuzzy control strategy is used to study the fuel economy of ISG-Type hybrid electric vehicle with CVT.Based on the instantaneous state of vehicle,the fuzzy logic controller is built aiming to get minimum fuel consumption.In order to avoid the subjective factor,the control rules are established with the optimized results from the sequence quadratic programming(SQP) method.Through the second development of ADVISOR,the simulation for ISG hybrid electric vehicle at different cycles has been accomplished.The results show that the fuzzy logic control strategy is efficient in improving the fuel economy of hybrid electric vehicle.  相似文献

This paper researches the fuzzy control and simulation of regulating system for PMSM in electrical vehicle. The mathematics model is set up.The PMSM,the PMSM measures demux, dq to abc converter and the three phrase PWM converter models are set up in MATLAB/ Simulink. The fuzzy controller is designed with two dimension fuzzy design method, and take E and EC as input variable, U is the output variable. According to the controller and models, the fuzzy control model of regulating system for PMSM is created in matlab/simulink. The vehicle's driving performances is determined by the control strategies and constructions of hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). The constructions of HEV are classified according to the change of state of charge of battery pack, and a study on current situation and trend of control strategies for HEV is presented in this paper. The research indicated that the current control strategies for HEV are not perfect and need further optimization. The control strategies should realize the optimum match among engine, motor, battery and transmission according to the characteristics of each component and vehicle's driving conditions. Many aspects including the fuel economy, emission, the life of battery pack, drivability, the reliability of each component and HEV's manufacture cost should be considered in the control strategies. A study on the control strategies and its optimization that take account of the aspects mentioned above is a work emphasis in the future. This paper also points out the PHEV equipped with small motor, small engine and continuously variable transmission is an ideal system construction for getting optimal fuel economy, lower emissions, steady drivability, lower manufacture cost and HEV's mass.  相似文献

In order to satisfy the safety of vehicle braking and the fuel economy,a control strategy for regenerative braking force distribution is proposed by considering of battery SOC and braking severity.In addition,a CVT speed ratio control strategy is proposed to operate the motor in the high efficiency area to improve motor generating efficiency.A simulation model of mild hybrid electric vehicle is set up.Simulation result on ECE+EUDC typical driving cycles show that the effectively regenerating energy of braking of hybrid vehicle with CVT is lager than that of hybrid vehicle with MT by 2.5%.  相似文献

The developmemt and research of taking fuel cell /battery as electric vehicle power is a new direction in abroad. A real-time simulation model for power driving system of a fuel cellbattery powered electric virtual vehicle is established. This electric vehicle powered primarily by 30 kw proton exchange membrane (PEM)fuel cells, with Lead-acid battery as assistant power, and with focus classis as virtual vehicle classis.The electric vehicle is simulated on the advisor platform, and the NEDC driving pattern simulation results show that the electric vehicle can satisfy the need of performance.  相似文献

In view of the vehicle cornering or path changing under ultimate handling maneuver, a 3-DOF nonlinear vehicle dynamics model which takes the vehicle lateral velocity, yaw rate and body roll angle as the State variables is presented. Based on the dynamic analysis, the method which using additional yaw moment produced by different longitudinal braking force among each wheels to improving vehicle handling stability in emergency situations is discussed. Considering the sideslip angle as one of the vehicle state variables is difficult to measuring, the sideslip angle estimation based on vehicle dynamic model and kinematics is designed. And then, based on the theory of siding model control, the combining sliding model control system is founded, which taking the vehicle yaw rate and body side-slip angle errors between the estimated and the real as the input variables, and taking the braking torque and the steering angle as control aims. The simulation results indicate that the control method can effectively improve the vehicle lateral handling stability.  相似文献

A hybrid power supply is composed by both a linear and a switching source connected in parallel and it can improve the dynamic response. But the hybrid power supply cant not effectively reject the perturbations in the power supply. A hybrid power supply based on one cycle control theory is proposed in order to improve the capability and the control precision. A switching source based on one cycle control is adopted in the hybrid power supply. The analysis results indicate that the hybrid power supply can effectively reject the perturbations in the power supply. And the analysis results also show that not only the control precision is improved, but also the control circuit is simple. The simulation resuits given verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Regenerative braking is one of main performance modes, which can reduce fuel consumption and emission. A dynamics braking control model is built for hybrid electric vehicle with ISG, an off-line simulation is completed. A regenerative braking rig in dSPACE environment is built on the hybrid electric powertrain. The tests and analyses for different speed, deceleration shift and clutch state is completed in a Hardware-In-Loop simulation, which lays a foundation for the optimization of regenerative braking control strategy for HEV.  相似文献
