The residential area studied in this paper is situated on the special borderland between Beibei town and Jinyun Mountain,which is a national beauty spot and natural conservation region.In order to conserve the ecological environment of JinYun Mountain,prevent the excessive development,and promote sustainable progress of the residential area,it is suggested in this article that an ecological sustainable residential area should be designed for this area. Then this paper puts emphasis on the design strategies in following three parts:(i) protecting ecological environment,(ii) providing healthy building environment,and(iii) enhancing building energy efficiency.  相似文献

Through research and analysis on residential quarters in five large core zones in the city of Chongqing,P.R.China,it is found there are higher building volumes,smaller exploiting scale,and monotonous building forms in completed residential quarters.This leads to a series of problems influencing the living environment quality,including a low green cover rate,small open spaces,short distances between buildings,and insufficient natural daylight and aeration.By analyzing the influence of high building volumes on social consciousness,economic benefits,environmental hygiene and safety,this paper brings forward some improvement measures aimed at the problems in residential quarter construction in Chongqing.  相似文献

Design of central landscapes in Longxijiayuan Residential District, Zhucheng City, Shandong Province was introduced. By implementing the design concept of classical Chinese garden in the whole process, this landscape design presented well-organized central green spaces, took fl owing water as the framework, arranged different activity spaces according to actual terrains, designed the bridge to connect both sides of the brook, placed garden settings and benches properly, combined plants properly, and make the whole residential district green and energetic. From the overall planning to the architectural unit design and central landscape design, the residential district shows the ancient rhythm of Chinese elements, and an ecological and harmonious overall environment. The unit design has practical plane, beautiful form, graceful and elegant style, it integrates well into the overall environment.  相似文献

近年来,随着社会经济的迅速发展和城乡城镇化趋势的不断扩张,位于城郊有限的自然湿地资源引起了社会各方面的强烈关注,尤其是关于湿地岸带的生态保护与开发利用正面临着日益严峻的挑战和争议。本研究基于湿地恢复学和景观生态学的知识理念,从湿地岸带的景观规划设计视角出发,概括了湿地岸带的生态边缘特性、景观廊道特性和景观递变特性,阐述了湿地岸带具有供给、调节、支持和文化等生态服务功能,提出湿地岸带景观的规划目标和设计原则,探讨了在总体规划层面上对于湿地岸带在纵向、横向和垂直向三维景观格局中的规划要点以及各个景观斑块之间的空间联系和相互影响,最后总结了在详细规划层面上对于湿地岸带的水体景观、地形景观、植被景观和文化景观元素的设计建议,以期为今后湿地岸带的景观规划设计提供一定的理论支持和技术指导。  相似文献

The schemes of domestic water supply for a residential quarter of high-rise building are introduced.The energy consumptions of water supply schemes selected are compared and analyzed.The energy saving of the water supply schemes with water tank and variable velocity variable frequency pump are obtained.And demonstrated the domestic water supply system of combination the roof water tank and variable velocity variable frequency pump is good at energy saving.Furthermore,by the comparison of the investment and cost of these schemes in their lives,the best choice of domestic water supply system is gained.  相似文献

柳州市主城区河岸植被三维绿量及生态效益分析   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
通过对柳州市主城区河岸植被三维绿量及生态效益进行定量化研究,为城市河岸绿地景观生态环境建设提供一些科学依据与参考借鉴,为实现“自然-人类-水体”的可持续发展奠定理论基础。在逐株实测的基础上,运用绿量方程计算植被三维绿量,通过三维绿量能换算出植物产生的生态效益。结果表明:主城区河岸植被中提供绿量最大的是常绿乔木,占总量的78.76%;生态效益的产生仍以常绿乔木最为突出,在释氧固碳量方面,常绿乔木占总量的86.68%,在吸收SO2、夏季蒸腾、滞尘量方面,常绿乔木占总量的78.77%,而灌木和草本的绿量值及生态效益值则非常小。植物多样性、植物配置模式、植物养护管理等均为河岸植被三维绿量大小及生态效益产生的主要影响因素。  相似文献

This paper argues that community ecological security(CES) includes personal security, public safety and humanistic ecological security. The personal security is to protect the resident's life and physical health, public safety means that the residents don't suffer from physical damages or property damages in daily life, and humanistic ecological security is interpreted as that ideas of harmony, fairness, balance implied in ecology are used to coordinate the social relations of settlements, alleviate the increasingly serious social problems of residential space differentiation. In light of serious community ecological safety issues in China, the corresponding measures are pointed out: road system of "separating people and vehicles"; consideration of disaster prevention and mitigation in residential space design; the community construction from culture, environment, management and service; response to the residential space differentiation.  相似文献

上海市青浦区土地利用时空格局模拟研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
基于CLUE-S 模型,结合区域总体规划和生态保护红线管控方案,对青浦区进行了2040 年土地利用格局模拟预测,最后从最小累积阻力模型出发,对其生态阻力进行了比较分析,结论如下:(1)对CLUE-S模型适用性进行验证,经过计算,Kappa 精度达到95%以上,表明CLUE-S模型在青浦区具有良好的土地利用格局模拟能力;(2)青浦区土地利用格局空间差异显著,工业用地、交通用地、居住地、城市绿地和林地的面积增加,农业用地和水域的面积有所减少;(3)生态保护红线约束下,青浦东部地区生态阻力减小,西部地区保持稳定,土地利用空间格局变化更趋于合理。结论可为青浦区未来土地利用规划、管理及政策制定等提供参考依据和决策支持。  相似文献

自然生态条件的空间差异是导致不同地区生态功能差异的重要原因,直接影响区域生态安全。本文以GIS技术为支撑,通过选择地形地貌、特殊生态保护区、区域环境容量等方面的评价指标, 进行自然生态约束的空间分异综合评价,依据评价结果划定生态功能属性不同的地域单元,为建构区域生态安全格局提供方法和理论支撑。文章以安徽无为县为案例进行实证分析,以县域内的23个乡镇为基本评价单元,选择山地、水网密度、湿地、自然保护区、水环境容量、地质灾害等因子,评价自然生态约束的空间差异,结合安徽无为县区域开发的方向,在县域内构建由3个生态源区、5个生态廊道和众多的生态楔构成的县域生态安全格局,最后对县域生态安全格局的建设提出讨论和建议。  相似文献

近年来,康复景观的研究越来越热门,虽然提出过一些相关的理论,但是还是缺乏系统的理论框架。中国道教一直以“天人合一”、“道法自然”为基本法则,即推崇人与自然的和谐相处,强调良好的景观生态环境可以促进人的身心健康,同时道教博大精深的养生文化,对现代人保持健康也有着很大启示。本文提出运用道教生态伦理和养生理论指导康复景观设计,探讨了汲取上述理论对康复景观的设计理念、空间营造和划分及植物景观营造的影响,以期对中国特色的康复景观设计起到一定的借鉴作用。  相似文献

从旅游角度,对我国生态环境质量进行评价与分析。首先,从气候、大气、声音、园林绿化、交通、市容、环境维护等方面选择10个生态环境质量评价指标,首次把气候条件作为生态环境质量的一个构成方面;其次,利用主成分分析法构建了生态环境质量的综合评价指标;然后,对我国省会城市的生态环境质量进行了评价;最后,对城市生态环境质量与入境旅游流的关系进行了计量分析。主要结论有:我国省会城市的生态环境质量存在较大差异;同一个城市在不同方面的生态环境质量存在较大的差异;气候、园林绿化、车辆通畅等环境质量与入境旅游流存在显著的相关性。  相似文献

Plan design of residential building is usually based on intuition,so there are often shortcomings in room orientation,natural lighting,ventilation and energy saving,causing some problems in its function.A concept of Predominance Score is suggested for different locations of the building according to the room orientation,natural lighting,ventilation and energy saving.Based on the low-density characteristics of isolated house,the suggested Predominance Score(PS) is assigned to each specific zone based on room orientation,amount of natural lighting sources and number of inner walls etc.Then,the plan design is carried out according to the order of PS.This strategy will help architects to make decision on technical analysis rather than on intuition.A case study shows the validation of the suggested strategy.  相似文献
