采用体外发酵技术研究了瘤胃真菌、长柄木霉和李氏木霉三种来源纤维素酶在4种活性水平(0 IU/kg DM、1200 IU/kg DM、3700 IU/kg DM、6700 IU/kg DM)下对粗饲料体外发酵特性及甲烷产量的影响。结果表明:粗饲料添加来源于李氏木霉的纤维素酶时,48h、72h产气量及最大产气量显著低于来源于瘤胃真菌和长柄木霉组及对照组。粗饲料添加来源于瘤胃真菌,李氏木霉和长柄木霉来源的纤维酶时各时间点干物质平均消失率比对照组分别高15%(P<0.001),20%(P<0.001)和6.8%(P<0.05)以上。干物质消失率随纤维素酶添加水平的增加呈三次曲线(P<0.01)增加,酶的添加量为1200 IU/kg DM时48h及72h干物质平均消失率达到最高。添加瘤胃真菌及李氏木霉来源纤维素酶时,粗饲料甲烷产量显著(P<0.001)低于对照组和长柄木霉组。各时间点粗饲料甲烷产量随酶添加水平的增加呈三次曲线降低(P<0.001)。结论认为:添加纤维素酶虽然对产气量的影响不明显,但可提高粗饲料干物质消失率及降低甲烷产量,纤维素酶的来源可影响粗饲料的发酵特性。  相似文献

[目的]粗料型日粮中添加烟酰胺对绒山羊消化代谢的影响.[方法]试验选用健康、体重年龄相近的博格达绒山羊(公羊)10只,分为2组,5只/组,在饲喂精粗比为30∶70的日粮中分别添加烟酰胺为0、130mg/(d·goat),试验以添加0 mg/(d·goat)的烟酰胺组作为对照组.[结果]添加烟酰胺的绒山羊对干物质、粗蛋白、粗饲料及有机物的采食量分别比对照组提高了8.65; (P <0.05)、8.42; (P <0.05)、7.68;(P<0.05)和10.55; (P<0.05);日增重比对照组提高了96.84;(P<0.05);对干物质、有机物、纤维素和半纤维素的表观消化量分别比对照组提高了0.45;、0.49;、4.58;和7.39;.[结论]在高粗料型日粮中添加烟酰胺可显著提高绒山羊的日增重及营养物质采食量(P<0.05).  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of adding formic acid and corn flour supplementation to banana pseudostem silages on the nutritional quality of these silages, growth, digestion, rumen fermentation and cellulolytic bacterial community of Nubian black goats fed these silages. Banana pseudostem silage was prepared either conventionally without any additives(CON) or mixed with 0.6% formic acid(F), 10% corn flour(C), or both(F+C). Four experimental diets containing 40% of the corresponding silages were designed with roughage to concentrate ratio of 50:50(dry matter(DM) basis). A total of 48 Nubian black castrated goats(body weight(BW),(22.64±1.82) kg; 4-mon-old) were randomized into one of the four treatment groups with 12 replicates of one castrated goat per replicate for each treatment in a completely randomized design. Each group was fed on one of the four experimental diets for 40 days. A factorial arrangement of treatments of 2(formic acid levels: 0 and 0.6%)×2(corn flour: 0 and 10%) was adopted. Formic acid supplementation increased(P0.05) average daily gain, as well as lactic acid, propionate and butyric acid and water-soluble carbohydrate concentrations, but decreased(P0.05) the feed conversion rate, p H value, acetate/propionate ratio, and butyric acid concentration relative to the CON group. Corn flour supplementation increased(P0.05) the apparent digestibility of crude protein, neutral detergent fiber, and non-fibrous carbohydrate and Fibrobacter succinogenes, Ruminococcus albus, and Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens populations, but decreased(P0.05) the Ruminococcus flavefaciens population relative to the CON group. There were no F×C treatment interactions(P0.05) for any of the other indices except for the apparent digestibility of non-fibrous carbohydrate(NFC)(P0.05). The results demonstrated that adding 0.6% formic acid and 10% corn flour supplementation to banana pseudostem silages improved the nutritional quality of these silages and enhanced the growth performance of Nubian black castrated goats by improving apparent nutrient digestibility, and regulating ruminal fermentation and bacteria populations.  相似文献

试验选用30 ±3 日龄断奶的大约克夏仔猪66 头( 体重8-78 ±1-07kg) ,采用饱和D─最优回归试验设计,研究考查了不同水平的醋酸、高铜和磷脂对仔猪的生产性能、饲粮总能(GE) 、干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE) 、粗纤维(CF) 和钙(Ca) 、总磷(TP) 的表观消化率的影响。结果表明:醋酸明显改善日粮适口性,显著提高仔猪采食量( P< 0-01) 和饲粮纤维消化率( P<0-01) ,不影响脂肪消化,降低钙(Ca)、磷(P) 的吸收率。醋酸与高铜、磷脂对脂肪的消化有正结合效应,与磷脂结合促进钙利用,降低仔猪采食量。醋酸和高铜、高铜和磷脂对提高仔猪生产性能有协同作用。高铜、磷脂明显促进脂肪消化( P< 0-01) ;磷脂显著提高日粮纤维(CF)、钙(Ca) 、磷(P) 的消化率。醋酸有效用量不能低于0-5 % ,但高于2-0 % 对生产实际无益; 铜添加125 ~250mg/kg 均有效,但宜按前期(45 日龄前)高(225~245mg/kg) 、后期低(125mg/kg) 水平添加;磷脂适宜添加量介于0-5 % ~1-0 % 之间。  相似文献

[目的]研究日粮中添加番茄渣发酵饲料对新疆褐牛生产性能、乳成分、血细胞参数及经济效益的影响.[方法]选泌乳日龄(86 ±29)d,体重(467±28) kg的2~3胎、健康、泌乳量相近的新疆褐牛20头分为2组,饲喂常规日粮(对照)和用14;番茄渣发酵饲料(CP≥26;,DM;主成分番茄渣,添加碳氮源后接种有益微生物)替代对照组日粮6;棉粕、4.5;麸皮和3.5;玉米青贮(DM).[结果]与对照组相比,新疆褐牛添喂番茄渣发酵饲料显著提高DM采食量、4;校正乳产量(P<0.05),分别提高5.12;、5.83;.番茄渣发酵饲料组的乳产量、饲料转化率、乳脂率、乳蛋白、乳糖、总固体固形物在数值上高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),分别提高4.07;、0.62;、2.65;、2.83;、1.62;和1.48;;番茄渣发酵饲料组乳中体细胞数低于对照组(P=0.15).添喂番茄渣发酵饲料有提高外周血红细胞数的趋势(P=0.07).添喂番茄渣发酵饲料比对照组每日每头增收效益1.79元,增幅9.68;;每头牛每月(按30 d计)可多收入53.7元.[结论]添喂14;的番茄渣发酵饲料可提高新疆褐牛的DM采食量、4;校正乳产量及经济效益.  相似文献

用3头装有瘤胃瘘管的绵羊,研究了稻草饲料采食量与瘤胃内纤维质消化的关联。窟胃内纤维质的消化用半体内法(尼龙小包技术)测定,以可消化含量(PED)、PED的消化速度常数(kd)、消化迟延时间(LT)以及通过速度常数(kp)等指标进行了描述。稻草饲料采食量与细胞壁成分或酸性洗涤纤维的PED或kd均无显著相关,而与两者之积(PED×kd)和kp有显著相关。作者动态地结合PED,kd,kp三者,用下式描述了瘤胃内纤维质的消失:[PED/(kd+kp)+(100-PED)/kp],并把此式求得之值命名为饲料纤维质的瘤胃滞留系数。稻草饲料的采食量与细胞壁成分的瘤胃滞留系数有极显著的负相关(r=-0.90***)。这些结果意着味,通过改善瘤胃内纤维质的消化和通过加快瘤胃内饲料残渣的排空,将能提高稻草饲料的采食量。  相似文献

在18种常用肉鸭饲料原料中添加750 U/kg的植酸酶,通过鸭的强饲代谢试验来探究植酸酶对钙、磷及干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、能量等真利用率的改善程度。结果表明:与加酶前比较,加酶后供试原料的总磷真利用率的提高幅度为0.92%~17.29%,其中,对次粉2、麦麸、米糠、玉米总磷的提高幅度差异达到显著或极显著水平,分别为11.79%(P0.05)、8.46%(P0.05)、17.29%(P0.05)、16.33%(P0.01),其余原料的总磷真利用率均有不同程度的提高,但差异不显著(P0.05);对钙真利用率的提高幅度为2.74%~22.12%,其中,对碎米(早)、玉米皮、小麦、麦麸、棉粕的钙真利用率的提高作用显著(P0.05),分别为16.37%、17.12%、30.75%、21.40%、22.12%,对糙米(晚)的提高幅度最小,仅为2.74%,对其余原料的提高幅度均在5%以上;加酶后供试原料的干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、能量真利用率的提高幅度分别为0.03%~14.60%,0.71%~27.05%,2.00%~37.69%、0.17%~10.07%;植酸酶对原料有效磷的改进值范围为0.02~2.60 g/kg。综合分析,在肉鸭饲料原料中添加750 U/kg的植酸酶,对钙、磷及干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪真利用率的改善效果较明显。  相似文献

试验旨在探究低鱼粉饲料中添加微囊氨基酸和蛋白酶对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)生长、营养物质利用、消化酶活性的影响。试验设计5组等氮等能饲料:鱼粉含量20%的正对照组、鱼粉含量15%的负对照组(豆粕等蛋白替代鱼粉)、在负对照饲料中分别添加微囊赖氨酸(500 mg/kg)、蛋氨酸(900 mg/kg)(达到正对照饲料一致水平),175 mg/kg蛋白酶,微囊赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和175 mg/kg蛋白酶,饲喂初始体质量为(2.96±0.02)g的凡纳滨对虾6周。结果表明:正对照组具有最大增重率和最低饲料系数,而负对照组的增重率最低,饲料系数最高;在负对照饲料中补充氨基酸、蛋白酶后,有提高增重率和降低饲料系数趋势(P0.05);同时补充氨基酸和蛋白酶后,虾体增重率提高11.5%,饲料系数降低0.18(P0.05),显著提高了蛋白质沉积率、干物质和粗蛋白消化率。全虾水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量,虾体粗脂肪沉积率和肝胰腺淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性在各组均无显著差异(P0.05)。以上结果表明,在含15%鱼粉的饲料中单独补充900 mg/kg微囊蛋氨酸、500 mg/kg微囊赖氨酸或175 mg/kg蛋白酶,对凡纳滨对虾生长的改善不显著,联合添加微囊氨基酸和蛋白酶可显著提高虾体生长性能和营养物质利用率。  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of yeast β-glucan on the nutrient digestibility and serum profiles in pre-ruminant Holstein calves. Forty-two neonatal Holstein calves ((39.6±4.2) kg) were randomly allotted to six groups, and each was offered one of the following diets: a basal diet (control) or the basal diet supplemented with 25, 50, 75, 100 or 200 mg of yeast β-glucan kg–1 feed (dry matter basis). The basal diet consisted of a milk replacer and a starter feed. The trial lasted for 56 d. Two digestibility trials were conducted from d 14 to 20 and from d 42 to 48. Blood samples were collected on d 0, 14, 28 and 42 for serum profile analyses. On d 56, three calves from each group were slaughtered, and intestinal samples were collected to assess the villous height, crypt depth and mucosal thickness. Although feed intake was not affected by dietary treatment (P>0.05), the average daily gain (ADG) and gain-to-feed ratios were higher (P<0.05) for the calves fed 75 mg of yeast β-glucan kg–1 feed than those in the other groups. The supplementation of yeast β-glucan at 75 mg kg–1 feed increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), and phosphorus (P) (P<0.05) and the ratio of intestinal villous height to crypt depth (V/C) (P<0.05) when compared with the control group. No effects of yeast β-glucan on the serum concentrations of total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), serum urea nitrogen (SUN) and glucose (GLU) were observed (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, supplementation of yeast β-glucan decreased (P<0.05) the serum concentrations of triglycerides (TG) and total cholesterol (TC). The serum concentration of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) increased quadratically (P<0.05), whereas the serum concentration of immunoglobulin A (IgA) was unaffected by dietary treatments (P>0.05). The supplementation of yeast β-glucan stimulated the enzymatic activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) (P<0.05) compared with the control group. The lysozyme (LYZ) concentration increased quadratically (P<0.05) with increasing yeast β-glucan levels. The results suggested that dietary supplementation of yeast β-glucan at 75 mg kg–1 feed improved nutrient digestibility, enhanced immunity by increasing the immunoglobulin concentration and stimulating ALP, and exerted no adverse effects on metabolism in pre-ruminant calves.  相似文献

目的 探究益生菌对肉仔鸡血清免疫球蛋白与肠道Toll样受体通路的影响。方法 选择90只1日龄白羽肉杂鸡,随机分为3组,即对照组、益生菌低剂量组和益生菌高剂量组。其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,益生菌低剂量组在每千克基础日粮中添加复合益生菌109 cfu,益生菌高剂量组在每千克基础日粮中添加复合益生菌2×109 cfu。第21天,每组随机选取10只鸡放血致死,并立即采集样本,进行ELISA、免疫组化、qPCR及Western blot检测。结果 在第21天,益生菌低剂量组和益生菌高剂量组鸡的料肉比分别比对照组降低9%和12% (P<0.05),血清IgG含量分别升高28%和40% (P<0.01),血清IgM含量分别升高44%和58% (P<0.01)。益生菌低剂量组TLR4蛋白表达和mRNA相对表达量比对照组分别升高33%和28%,AP-1蛋白表达和mRNA相对表达量分别比对照组升高106%和67% (P<0.01);益生菌高剂量组TLR4蛋白表达及mRNA相对表达量比对照组分别升高106%和69%,AP-1蛋白表达及mRNA相对表达量比对照组分别升高163%和98% (P<0.01)。结论 饲喂益生菌可降低肉仔鸡料肉比,提高血清中IgG、IgM的含量,并且通过调节Toll样受体通路蛋白表达可以提高机体免疫力。  相似文献

用4头装有瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠双筒T形瘘管的黑白花公犊,研究颗粒精料对复胃消化代谢的影响。试验分粉状精料期(Ⅰ期)和颗粒精料期(Ⅱ期)。两期精料成分和量完全相同。粗料为青草,计量自由采食。试验结果表明:Ⅱ期与Ⅰ期相比,平均每kg体重青草采食量和干物质摄入量分别提高了42.97%(P<0.01)和57.35%(P<0.01);复胃纤维素、干物质和有机质消化率分别提高了7.94%(P<0.01),13.03%(P<0.01)和10.61%(P<0.05);瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸浓度变化不明显(P>0.05)。但乙酸(C_2)百分比升高(P<0.01),丙酸(C_3)和戊酸(C_5)百分比降低(P<0.01),C_2/C_3升高(P<0.01),丁酸(C_4)变化不明显(P>0.05)。两期氨氮浓度无明显差异(P<0.05);瘤胃液平均pH由6.46升到6.67(P<0.01)。Ⅱ期十二指肠食糜流量增加了18.20%(P<0.01);食糜总蛋白、总徽生物蛋白、过瘤胃蛋白和非氨氮量分别提高了26.02%(P<0.01),38.28%(P<0.05),30.63%(P<0.01)和24.66(P<0.01).结果表明颗粒精料能促进犊牛粗饲料采食量,提高复胃纤维素消化率,改变瘤胃发酵类型,减少饲料蛋白在瘤胃的分解,增大进入十二指肠食糜量和非氨氮,从而提高了饲料蛋白和纤维素的利用效率。  相似文献

【目的】研究外源蛋白酶对肉鸡饲粮体外干物质消化率(DMD)和酶水解物能值(EHGE)的影响,并使用仿生法获取饲粮中外源蛋白酶的最适添加量,为饲用酶制剂效价快速评价方法的建立提供理论参考。【方法】试验采用单因素完全随机设计,对照组分别为肉鸡前期和后期基础饲粮(粗蛋白质水平分别为:24.29%和21.72%,干物质基础),试验组分别在肉鸡前期和后期基础饲粮中添加0、15 000、75 000和150 000 PROT·kg-1的外源蛋白酶,试验共8种饲粮样品,每种饲粮样品设5个重复,每个重复1根仿生消化管,使用单胃动物仿生消化系统(SDS-Ⅱ)分别模拟饲粮在鸡的胃和胃—肠道的消化过程,测试并计算饲粮样品的DMD、体外能量消化率(GED)和EHGE,分别建立DMD和EHGE与蛋白酶添加量(protease supplementation,PS)的回归方程,并分析DMD和EHGE与PS的相关关系。【结果】随着外源蛋白酶添加剂量的增加,肉鸡前期和后期基础饲粮全消化道DMD、GED和EHGE也随之增加(P0.01)。随着在肉鸡后期基础饲粮中外源蛋白酶添加剂量的增加,胃消化阶段的DMD和GED随之降低(P0.01)。而在肉鸡前期基础饲粮中添加外源蛋白酶,对胃消化阶段的DMD、GED和EHGE影响不显著(P0.05)。肉鸡前期基础饲粮全消化道DMD(%)和PS(g·kg~(-1))的关系为:DMD(%)=2.56 PS-0.82 PS×PS+73.90(R~2=0.82,RSD=0.42,P0.001);EHGE(MJ·kg~(-1))和PS(g·kg~(-1))的关系为:EHGE(MJ·kg~(-1))=0.75 PS-0.30 PS×PS+15.02(R~2=0.89,RSD=0.07,P0.001);当外源蛋白酶添加剂量为112 500 PROT·kg~(-1)时,肉鸡前期基础饲粮全消化道EHGE达到最大值。肉鸡后期基础饲粮全消化道DMD(%)和PS(g·kg~(-1))的关系为:DMD(%)=3.56PS-1.46 PS×PS+75.20(R ~2=0.70,RSD=0.60,P0.001);EHGE(MJ·kg~(-1))和PS(g·kg~(-1))的关系为:EHGE(MJ·kg~(-1))=0.61 PS-0.30 PS×PS+15.67(R~2=0.79,RSD=0.06,P0.001),当外源蛋白酶添加剂量为91 800 PROT·kg~(-1)时,肉鸡后期基础饲粮全消化道的EHGE达到最大值。【结论】玉米-豆粕基础饲粮中添加外源蛋白酶,可显著提高肉鸡基础饲粮体外全消化道DMD、GED和EHGE。但外源蛋白酶的添加剂量对不同消化道阶段和不同营养指标消化率的影响并不呈单纯一致的剂量反应规律。本试验条件下,肉鸡前期和后期基础饲粮中分别添加112 500和91 800PROT·kg~(-1)的蛋白酶时EHGE提升效果最好。  相似文献

为探讨日粮添加不同水平的碘和硒对辽宁绒山羊非产绒期和产绒期血液中褪黑激素(MT)、催乳素(PRL)、类胰岛素生长因子(IGF—I)、生长激素(GH)、甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)以及脱碘酶(DIO)的影响,选择36只体况良好、体重相近((38.0±2.94)kg)的2周岁辽宁绒山羊作为试验动物,采用2×3完全随机试验设计,随机分为6组。分别在基础日粮中添加3个水平的碘(0、2和4mg/kg,DM)和2个水平的硒(0和1mg/kg,DM)进行饲喂。试验结果表明:1)非产绒期,日粮添加碘显著提高了血液中GH和IGF1的浓度,降低了血浆MT的浓度(P〈0.05),对PRL、TPO和D10浓度没有显著影响(P〉0.05)。添加硒对血液MT、PRL、GH、IGF—I和TPO没有影响,但是显著提高了DIO的浓度(P〈0.05)。2)产绒期,日粮添加碘极显著提高了血液中IGF-I的浓度(P〈0.01),对MT、PRL、GH、TPO和DIO浓度没有影响。添加硒则显著提高了DIO的浓度(P〈0.05),对血浆MT、PRL、GH、IGF—1和TP0没有影响。通过2个阶段的比较,综合碘促绒生长作用,推断碘或甲状腺激素促进山羊绒生长的机制可能是通过调控IGF—1分泌途径实现的;硒仅提高了血液中脱碘酶的浓度。  相似文献

【目的】研究日粮中添加共轭亚油酸(Conjugated linoleic acid,CLA)对肉仔鸡胸肌和腿肌脂质过氧化状态的影响及原因。【方法】将96只1日龄AA(Arbor Acre)雄性肉仔鸡用玉米豆粕日粮饲喂至3周龄,在3周龄末,将其随机分为对照组和CLA组,分别饲喂基础日粮和CLA日粮,每处理8个重复,每重复6只鸡。42日龄时屠宰,剥离胸肌和腿肌,检测其中的脂肪酸组成和脂质过氧化相关指标。【结果】日粮中添加CLA降低了肉仔鸡胸肌和腿肌的丙二醛(MDA)(P<0.01)和活性氧含量(P<0.05)。2组肉仔鸡腿肌和胸肌中各种抗氧化酶活性无显著差异 (P>0.05)。与对照组相比,CLA组肉仔鸡胸肌和腿肌的谷胱甘肽含量分别提高了21.89%和21.56%(P<0.01),γ-谷氨酰半胱氨酸合成酶的活性分别提高了28.57%和25.80%(P<0.01)。日粮中添加CLA提高了肉仔鸡胸肌和腿肌总CLA(P<0.01)及饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量(P<0.05),极显著降低了单不饱和脂肪酸含量(P<0.01)。【结论】日粮中添加CLA改变了肉仔鸡胸肌和腿肌脂肪酸的组成,提高了脂质稳定性,同时增加了GSH含量,淬灭了更多的自由基,从而降低了脂质过氧化水平。  相似文献

用4头装有瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠T形瘘管的黑白花公犊(体重75-85kg)研究颗粒精料对瘤胃pH值和粗饲料消化的影响.试验结果表明。颗粒精料期(Ⅱ期)瘤胃平均pH值以及全天最高和最低pH值均明显高于粉状精料期(Ⅰ期),而Ⅰ期pH值低于6.7、6.5、6.3的百分比时间分别是Ⅱ期的1.65、2.27、3.66;Ⅱ期pH 7-5和pH 6-5的瘤胃缓冲容量均明显增大(P<0.01),Ⅱ期干物质(DM)、有机质(OM)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、纤维素的消化量和消化率分别提高了69.35%(P<0.01)、60.61%(P<0.01)、49.37%(P<0.01)、59.02%(P<0.01)和13.03%(P<0.01)、10.61%(P<0.05)、6.31%(P<0.05)和7.94%(P<0.01),对瘤胃pH总挥发性脂酸及各酸以及乙酸/丙酸比值(A/P)、氨氮浓度等动态变化均进行了测定和分析。试验结果还表明,瘤胃pH的变化与ADF和纤维素的消化成强相关(r=0.6357,P=0.01和r=0.6591,P=0.01)。  相似文献

Captive breeding and release programs, widely used to supplement populations of declining species, minimize juvenile mortality to achieve rapid population growth. However, raising animals in benign environments may promote traits that are adaptive in captivity but maladaptive in nature. In chinook salmon, hatchery rearing relaxes natural selection favoring large eggs, allowing fecundity selection to drive exceptionally rapid evolution of small eggs. Trends toward small eggs are also evident in natural populations heavily supplemented by hatcheries, but not in minimally supplemented populations. Unintentional selection in captivity can lead to rapid changes in critical life-history traits that may reduce the success of supplementation or reintroduction programs.  相似文献

The fiber level and composition have an important effect on nutrient digestibility of swine diets. Little information is known about the effects of fiber level and composition from alfalfa meal on nutrient digestibility of fattening pigs fed a corn-soybean meal-based diet. The objective of this experiment was to determine the effects of alfalfa fiber on the growth performance, intestinal nutrient flow and apparent total tract digestibility(ATTD) of nutrients in fattening pigs. 24 barrows(Duroc×(Large White×Landrace), body weight=(60.6±0.7) kg) were randomly allotted to 4 treatments with 6 replicates of 1 pig per replicate. The pigs were provided a control diet or a diet containing 5, 10 or 20% of alfalfa meal during a 14-d experiment period. Average daily gain(ADG) and the ATTD of dry matter(DM), organic matter(OM), crude protein(CP), neutral detergent fiber(NDF), acid detergent fiber(ADF) and gross energy(GE) reduced linearly as the level of alfalfa meal in the diet increased(P〈0.01). The total tract flow of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF, and GE increased with the increase in dietary alfalfa(linear, P〈0.05). Growth performance and nutrient digestion were not affected by inclusion of 5% alfalfa meal in the diet(P〉0.05). A multiple linear regression analysis, taking into account both soluble and insoluble fiber intake, explained approximately 70% of the variation in the ATTD of DM, OM, NDF, and GE(P〈0.01). In conclusion, alfalfa meal should be limited to less than 5% of the diet in fattening pigs to maximize growth performance and nutrient digestion. Soluble and insoluble fiber from alfalfa meal has the differential roles in nutrient digestion, which may help explain the main variation observed in nutrient digestibility. These findings suggest that knowledge of specific fiber components is necessary to accurately predict the effects of dietary fiber on nutrient digestibility.  相似文献

选用9周龄初始体重无显著差异(P>0.05)的泰和乌骨鸡180只(公母各半),随机分成6组,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0(对照组)、0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、0.9 mg/kg硒的试验日粮,每组设3个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验期为4周。结果表明,日增重随日粮硒添加水平的提高呈先升高后下降趋势,0.3 mg/kg和0.5 mg/kg水平添加组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。料重比随硒添加水平的提高呈先下降后升高趋势,0.3mg/kg硒添加水平能显著降低料重比(P<0.05),不同硒添加水平组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。肝脏、肾脏、胸肌和皮肤黑色素含量随硒添加水平的提高呈先上升后下降的趋势。其中,当日粮硒添加水平为0.5mg/kg时,肝脏和胸肌黑色素含量达到峰值;当日粮硒添加水平为0.3mg/kg时,肾脏和皮肤黑色素含量达到峰值。  相似文献

 对甜菜碱影响产蛋鸡脂肪代谢的机理研究结果表明 ,日粮中添加 6 0 0mg/kg甜菜碱促产蛋效果最佳 ,全程平均产蛋率比对照组提高了 8.6 7% (P <0 .0 4 ) ,料蛋比下降了 9.0 2 % (P <0 .0 3) ;日粮中添加 6 0 0mg/kg甜菜碱使蛋鸡5 0周龄和 70周龄腹脂率分别下降了 19.6 3% (P <0 .0 2 )和 2 2 .35 % (P <0 .0 2 ) ,肝脂率分别下降了 8.5 2 % (P <0 .0 5 )和16 .2 8% (P <0 .0 1) ;70周龄蛋鸡腹脂中LPL酶活性下降了 4 4 .83% (P <0 .0 1) ,HSL酶活性提高了 5 0 .0 % (P <0 .0 2 ) ,肝脏中NADPH生成酶MDH活性下降了 2 8.74 % (P <0 .0 3) ;甜菜碱使 5 0周龄和 70周龄蛋鸡血清中T3 水平分别提高了4 3.2 9% (P <0 .0 5 )和 4 3.95 % (P <0 .0 2 ) ,T4水平无明显差异 ,70周龄下丘脑和腺垂体中cAMP含量分别提高了 5 9.89%(P <0 .0 1)和 2 4 .0 3% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;甜菜碱使 5 0周龄和 70周龄蛋鸡血清中葡萄糖浓度分别提高了 4 4 .5 0 % (P <0 .0 3)和16 .2 5 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,磷脂浓度提高了 71.6 6 % (P <0 .0 1)和 2 2 .4 2 % (P <0 .0 1) ,游离脂肪酸水平提高了 19.6 6 % (P <0 .0 3)和 2 2 .5 1% (P <0 .0 3)。  相似文献

 【目的】研究α-酮戊二酸(AKG)对经脂多糖(LPS)多次刺激后断奶仔猪肌肉能量代谢的影响及其分子机制。【方法】采用2×2因子试验设计,LPS刺激(有、无)和AKG添加量(0、1%)为2个主效应,共4个处理组。选取24头(6.79±0.32)kg的断奶仔猪(杜洛克×长白×大白),随机分配到4个处理组,每个处理设6个重复(猪)。LPS刺激组仔猪在试验的第10、13和15 天腹腔注射100 μg?kg-1 BW LPS,无LPS刺激组注射等量的生理盐水。第16 天仔猪麻醉后进行屠宰,取腓肠肌样品,反相高效液相色谱法检测腓肠肌细胞内腺苷酸水平,Western blotting检测腓肠肌AMP激活蛋白激酶(AMPK)和乙酰CoA羧化酶(ACC)表达及其磷酸化。【结果】()日粮添加1%AKG和LPS刺激对仔猪腓肠肌AMP含量和AMP/ATP的影响存在交互作用(P<0.05)。仔猪日粮中添加1% AKG能显著提高腓肠肌ADP水平(P<0.05),缓解了LPS刺激引起的AMP水平和AMP/ATP升高、ADP和能荷(EC)降低(P<0.05)。(2)LPS刺激和日粮中添加AKG对AMPK表达量和AMPK磷酸化水平(pAMPK/AMPK)均无影响。(3)日粮中添加1% AKG抑制了ACC的磷酸化;LPS刺激使ACC表达量升高(P<0.05),并促进ACC磷酸化(P<0.05)。【结论】LPS刺激增加肌肉能量损耗,日粮中添加1% AKG有利于肌肉维持正常的能量代谢;日粮添加AKG通过调控ACC的活性与表达影响肌肉能量代谢;AKG可能通过ACC信号影响肌肉能量代谢,进而改善LPS刺激下机体能量代谢状态。  相似文献
