为明确污泥对草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)抗氧化酶和耐旱性的影响,本试验采用裂区设计,主处理为充分浇水、干旱2种水分条件,副处理包括对照(硝酸铵提供75mg·kg~(-1)的氮素)、半污泥(硝酸铵和污泥各提供1/2的草地早熟禾所需的75mg·kg~(-1)的氮素)和全污泥(污泥提供75mg·kg~(-1)的氮素)。结果表明,与对照相比,充分浇水条件下,全污泥和半污泥均能显著提高草地早熟禾的坪观质量、根重及可溶性糖含量,降低叶片萎蔫度;干旱胁迫下,全污泥和半污泥均能显著提高草地早熟禾的坪观质量、相对含水量并降低其叶片萎蔫度,这表明施用污泥可以促进草地早熟禾在干旱胁迫下的生长状态。充分浇水时,全污泥和半污泥处理的草地早熟禾试验后期叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与对照相比显著提高了39.5%和50%(P0.05),且半污泥处理叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性也比对照显著增加了14.2%;极度干旱(土壤含水量为25%)时,施用全污泥和半污泥的草地早熟禾叶片SOD、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著升高,且半污泥处理的草地早熟禾叶片POD活性显著提高,为对照的1.3倍。研究结果表明,生物污泥可以增强草地早熟禾耐旱性,提高其细胞抗氧化能力。 相似文献

为了探究污泥对干旱胁迫下多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne)的生长及生理影响,采用裂区试验设计,主处理包括正常浇水和干旱处理2个水平;副处理为不同的氮源即全污泥处理(利用污泥提供黑麦草所需75mg/kg的氮量)、半污泥处理(利用污泥提供黑麦草所需37.5mg/kg的氮量,剩余37.5mg/kg氮量由硝酸铵提供)和对照(利用硝酸铵提供黑麦草所需75mg/kg的氮量)。结果表明:正常浇水和灌溉下,全污泥和半污泥处理能够显著提高黑麦草的坪观质量、叶片叶绿素含量和净光合速率(P0.05);在干旱处理后期,全污泥和半污泥处理可以显著提高黑麦草叶片细胞膜稳定性(P0.05),全污泥处理可显著提高黑麦草SOD、CAT、APX、POD活性(P0.05)。表明施用污泥可以提高黑麦草抗氧化酶活性,促进黑麦草在干旱条件下的生长。 相似文献

污泥中含有丰富的矿质营养和生物活性物质,经无害化处理后可以作为良好的土壤改良剂和植物肥料。试验旨在研究并对比污泥和外源吲哚丁酸(IBA)对草地早熟禾生长及耐旱性的影响。污泥取自北京市酒仙桥污水处理厂。试验采用裂区设计,主处理包括:充分浇水和干旱处理,副处理包括污泥处理、外源IBA(2 μmol·L-1)处理和对照。草地早熟禾播种生长3个月后干旱处理组不再浇水,至土壤水分含量降到25%田间持水量时复水,一个月后再次不浇水干至25%田间持水量,再复水一个月。在每次干旱开始和结束时,测定草地早熟禾坪观质量、叶片相对含水量、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量、脯氨酸、脱落酸、吲哚乙酸及丙二醛含量。结果表明:在充分浇水条件下,污泥和IBA能改善草地早熟禾的坪观质量,提高叶片叶绿素含量和IAA含量(P<0.05),且污泥的作用比IBA更持久;干旱胁迫下,污泥和外源IBA处理均能显著提高草地早熟禾的坪观质量,降低萎蔫度,提高叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量(P<0.05)。2次干旱处理结束后,对照、污泥和IBA处理的脯氨酸含量分别为433,385和254 μg·g-1,脱落酸含量分别为1.74,0.68和0.70 μg·g-1,丙二醛含量分别为62.39,40.08和25.38 nmol·g-1,污泥和IBA处理的草地早熟禾叶片中脯氨酸、脱落酸和丙二醛含量均显著低于对照(P<0.05)。试验结果说明污泥和外源IBA能促进草地早熟禾的生长,污泥能提高草地早熟禾的抗旱性,IBA能提高其对干旱胁迫的耐受性。 相似文献

通过盆栽试验研究了铅(Pb)胁迫下草地早熟禾的生长状况、生态效益、生理特性及吸收和富集Pb的能力。结果表明:Pb浓度为50mg.kg-1时对草地早熟禾生长影响不大,大于100mg.kg-1时抑制草地早熟禾生长;Pb浓度为1000mg.kg-1时草地早熟禾未能成坪。随着Pb浓度的增大,草地早熟禾根系活力、叶绿素含量和含水量逐渐降低,游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量先升高后降低,细胞膜透性逐渐升高。Pb在草地早熟禾体内分布为根系>地上部分,随着Pb浓度的增大草地早熟禾根系和地上部分Pb含量逐渐升高,富集系数和转运系数逐渐降低;Pb浓度为500mg.kg-1时草地早熟禾对Pb的积累量最大,为10.99mg.m-2。综合分析生长、生态、生理变化及富集Pb的能力,草地早熟禾适用于浓度为50mg.kg-1的Pb污染土壤的修复。 相似文献

养分在促进草坪生长中发挥着重要的作用。为了探讨不同肥料在草地早熟禾生长中的作用机理,采用不同的施肥组合进行草地早熟禾草坪的建植试验,研究了不同养分调控下草地早熟禾生长发育状况与内源激素含量水平的相关性,并对草地早熟禾坪用质量状况进行了评价。研究结果表明,在配合施用一定量生物菌肥和柠檬酸的情况下,较少量的氮、磷肥施用(处理3)能显著提高草地早熟禾坪用质量;各施肥组合能显著促进植株体IAA和ZT含量的提高,抑制ABA含量在根部的合成和体内的积累;在施肥后的35 d内,IAA和ZT含量随着施肥后时间的推移而不断增加,而ABA含量在除对照以外的各处理中相对较低,且随着施肥后时间的推移,其含量也明显下降,但在对照处理中却表现出一定的增加态势。 相似文献

采用不同程度的水分胁迫与5个不同钾素水平进行交互处理,以草地早熟禾品种Merit为试材,研究钾对水分胁迫下草地早熟禾生理特性及草坪质量的影响。结果表明:同一钾素浓度下,水分胁迫显著(P0.05)降低草地早熟禾草坪质量、叶绿素含量、根系活力、抗氧化酶活性,显著(P0.05)增加草地早熟禾电导率及丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量。同一水分条件下,随着钾素浓度的增加,草地早熟禾草坪质量、叶绿素含量、根系活力、脯氨酸含量、抗氧化酶活性先升高后降低,电导率、丙二醛含量先降低后升高,可溶性糖含量不断升高。在重度水分胁迫下,与0mmol/L钾处理相比,9mmol/L钾处理下Merit的POD、SOD、CAT活性分别上升了68%、35%、65%,对于缓解干旱、提高草坪耐受性和坪用质量效果最好。 相似文献

为探讨粉煤灰在草坪业的应用,以土壤中添加不同比例(0、25%、50%、75%和100%)粉煤灰作为培养基质,分析粉煤灰添加对草地早熟禾种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,草地早熟禾在50%、75%和100%粉煤灰基质的发芽率显著高于全土和25%粉煤灰基质(P<0.05);同时发芽势和发芽指数在75%粉煤灰基质显著高于全土和25%粉煤灰基质(P<0.05),但与50%粉煤灰基质差异不显著(P>0.05).草地早熟禾幼苗鲜重、干重、叶片数量、叶片长度、基径、根系数量和根系长度在全土、25%和50%粉煤灰基质中差异不显著(P>0.05),但在100%粉煤灰基质中显著下降了75%、62%、24%、45%、40%、57%和56%(P<0.05).以上结果说明,土壤中添加粉煤灰有利于草地早熟禾种子发芽,50%~75%粉煤灰基质的草地早熟禾种子发芽快、发芽整齐、发芽率高,添加少量粉煤灰对草地早熟禾生长没有影响,但大量添加会影响生长;草地早熟禾发芽和生长的最佳培养基质为50%全土+50%粉煤灰. 相似文献

REASONS FOR PERFORMING STUDY: Centesis of the bicipital bursa using an 8.9 cm long spinal needle has been reported but the alternative of employing a 3.8 cm long hypodermic needle requires validation. OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of 2 different methods of centesis of the bicipital bursa and to evaluate the usefulness of ultrasonographic imaging to determine the location of solution administered when centesis of the bursa is attempted. METHODS: For Trial 1, 6 clinicians, who had no previous experience of centesis of the bicipital bursa, attempted to inject a solution composed of an aqueous radiopaque contrast medium and physiological saline solution (PSS) into the bicipital bursae of 2/12 horses using the previously described distal approach to inject one bursa and a proximal approach to inject the contralateral bursa. The bicipital tendon and bursa were examined ultrasonographically before and after injection; and both shoulders were examined radiographically to identify the location of the medium. In Trial 2, another 6 clinicians, also with no previous experience of centesis, repeated Trial 1, using 6 horses, but the radiopaque contrast medium was mixed with air instead of PSS. RESULTS: Accuracy of centesis using the proximal approach was 39% and that of the distal approach 28%. Ultrasonographic examination of the shoulder allowed the location of solution and air to be accurately predicted in all 12 shoulders examined. CONCLUSIONS: Clinicians who have had no previous experience performing centesis of the bicipital bursa are unlikely to be successful in centesis using either approach. Radiographic examination after injecting a radiopaque contrast medium may be necessary to assess the success of centesis especially if bursal fluid is not obtained during centesis. Injecting air along with the radiopaque contrast medium provides more accurate ultrasonographic confirmation of centesis and better radiographic definition than does injection without air. 相似文献

Effects of size of ingestively masticated fragments of plant tissues on kinetics of digestion of NDF
Ingestively masticated fragments were collected and sized via sieving. Different sizes of esophageal masticate and ruminal digesta fragments, and ground fragments of larger masticated pieces were incubated in vitro, and undigested NDF remaining at intervals of up to 168 h of incubation was determined. The ruminal age-dependent time delay (tau) for onset of digestion of NDF was positively correlated (P < 0.004) with the mean sieve aperture estimated to retain 50% of the fragments between successive sieve apertures (MRA). Degradation rate of potentially degradable NDF (PDF) and level of indigestible NDF were not related (P > 0.10) to MRA of masticated and ground fragments. Estimates of tau were positively related to MRA, with slopes of bermudagrass < corn silage < ruminal fragments of corn silage. It was concluded that fragment size-, and consequently, ruminal age-dependent onset of PDF degradation of a mixture of different fragment sizes results in an age-dependent rate of degradation of the more rapidly degrading of two subentities of PDF. Models are proposed that assume a tau before onset of simultaneous degradation of PDF from two pools characterized as having gamma-modeled age-dependency and age-constant rates. The ruminal age-dependent pool seems to be associated with the faster-degrading pool, and its rate parameter increases with range in MRA in the population of fragments. Conceptually, the ruminal age-dependent rate parameter for PDF degradation seems to represent a composite of several effects: 1) effects of the size-dependent tau; 2) range in MRA of the population of ingestively masticated fragments; and 3) subentities of PDF that degrade via more rapid age-dependent rates compared with subentities of PDF that degrade via age-constant rates. The estimated fractional rates of ruminative comminution of ingestively masticated fragments (0.060 to 0.075/h) were of a magnitude similar to the mean fractional rates of PDF digestion (0.030 to 0.085/h), which implies that ruminative comminution may be first-limiting to fractional rate of PDF digestion. The in vivo roles of ingestive and ruminative mastication of fragments on PDF degradation must be considered in any kinetic system for estimating PDF digestion in the rumen. These results and others in the literature suggest that the rate of surface area exposure rather than intrinsic chemical attributes of PDF may be first-limiting to degradation rate of PDF in vivo. 相似文献
