The effects of 17α -methyltestosterone (MT) treatment and withdrawal on relative daily gain (RDG), protein gain (PG), productive protein value (PPV), and maximum efficient protein gain (MEPG) of juvenile rainbow trout fed practical diets varying in protein to metabolizable energy (P:ME) ratio were examined over an 18 week period. Two commercially available practical feeds with additions of dextrin and codliver oil were used to formulate diets containing 48% and 32% protein at approximately 320 kcal ME/100 grams with and without 2.0 mg MT/kg of dry diet. MT treated fish were fed hormone supplemented diets for 10 weeks (Phase 1) and hormone free diets for the final eight weeks (Phase 2) of the experiment. Control fish were fed hormone free diets for 18 weeks. MT treatment increased all growth and efficiency factors of fish during Phase 1. The increase in MEPG values due to MT treatment was more pronounced for fish fed the diet containing 48% protein than for fish fed the diet containing 32% protein. Hormone withdrawal reduced growth and efficiency values of fish to below the level of controls during Phase 2. Greater declines occurred for MT treated fish fed the diet containing 32% protein. No difference was observed between final mean RDC, PG, and MEPG values of fish initially fed MT and control fish calculated for the entire 18 weeks. Hormone withdrawal negated MT stimulated increases in empty carcass (EC) fat and whole body (WB) protein and decreases in EC and WB water contents that occurred in Phase 1. EC ash content was increased due to MT treatment and remained high through the period of withdrawal.  相似文献

以鱼粉、豆粕为蛋白源,豆油、鱼油为脂肪源,配制9种不同蛋白能量水平的饲料,蛋白质3个水平(38%、43%、49%),每个蛋白水平设3个脂肪梯度(6%、10%、14%),其蛋白能量比为19.3~27.4mg/kJ。卵形鲳鲹初始质量为(25.02±0.16)g,每个处理设3个重复,每个网箱(1.5 m×1.0 m×2.0m)放养卵形鲳鲹苗20尾,养殖试验持续8周。结果显示,卵形鲳鲹特定生长率随饲料蛋白水平的升高而显著升高(P<0.05)。投喂含43%或49%蛋白质、6%脂肪饲料的卵形鲳鲹表现出较好的特定生长率。饲料中不同的脂肪水平未表现出蛋白质节约效应,较高的脂肪水平反而抑制了卵形鲳鲹的特定生长率、饲料效率和蛋白质效率。卵形鲳鲹鱼体蛋白和脂肪含量分别随饲料蛋白质和脂肪水平的上升而显著升高(P<0.05)。在该试验条件下,卵形鲳鲹幼鱼饲料中最适蛋白质、脂肪水平和蛋白能量比分别为43%、6%和24.4 mg/kJ。  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the dietary α‐tocopherol (vitamin E) requirement in juvenile sea cucumber, Apostichopus japonicus. Sea cucumbers averaging 1.48 ± 0.07 g (mean ± SD) were randomly distributed into 18 rectangular plastic tanks of 20 L capacity in a recirculating system (20 animals per tank). Six semi‐purified experimental diets with average protein and crude lipid levels (dry matter) of 29.7 ± 0.36% and 4.39 ± 0.23% (mean ± SD), respectively were formulated to contain 0 (E4), 15 (E12), 30 (E23), 60 (E44), 120 (E77) and 600 (E378) mg α‐tocopherol/kg diet, supplied as dl‐α‐tocopheryl acetate. Diets were analyzed for α‐tocopherol content by HPLC and the α‐tocopherol levels were 4.01, 12.4, 23.1, 44.3, 77.4 and 378 mg α‐tocopherol/kg diet for E4, E12, E23, E44, E77 and E378 diets, respectively. Casein and defatted fish meal were used as the protein sources in the diets while wheat flour was the carbohydrate source. Sea cucumbers were fed each of the six experimental diets in triplicate groups. At the end of the 14‐week feeding trial, weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR) and feed efficiency (FE) of sea cucumbers fed on E23, E44, E77 and E378 diets were significantly (P < 0.05) higher than those of animals fed on E4 and E12 diets. However, there were no significant differences in WG, SGR and FE among sea cucumbers fed on E23, E44, E77 and E378 diets or among those fed on E4 and E12 diets. Survival of sea cucumbers fed on E44, E77 and E378 diets were significantly higher than those of animals fed on E4, E12 and E23 diets. However, there were no significant differences among sea cucumbers fed on E4, E12 and E23 diets or among those fed on E44 and E77 diets. Whole‐body vitamin E concentration increased with α‐tocopherol content of the diets. Broken line analysis of WG showed an optimum dietary α‐tocopherol requirement of 41 mg α‐tocopherol/kg diet in sea cucumber. These results indicated that the optimum dietary α‐tocopherol requirement in sea cucumber in the form of dl‐α‐tocopheryl acetate could be higher than 23.1 mg α‐tocopherol/kg diet but lower than 44 mg α‐tocopherol/kg diet.  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of dietary poly‐β‐hydroxybutyrate (PHB) and mannan oligosaccharide (MOS) on the growth performance, digestive enzyme activities, and disease resistance of rainbow trout fingerlings. A total of 420 fingerlings, distributed equally into four different groups, each with three replicates, were fed a basal diet (control), 2% PHB (PHB), 0.2% MOS (MOS), or a diet supplemented with a mixture of 2% PHB and 0.2% MOS (PHB+MOS) for 60 d. Results showed that dietary PHB and/or MOS did not cause significant improvement in the growth performance of the fingerlings. The gut pH was markedly reduced; however, the activities of the digestive enzymes (except for pepsin and amylase by dietary PHB) were not significantly improved by the dietary supplements. Results also showed that dietary PHB and/or MOS markedly increased the resistance of the fingerlings toward Yersinia ruckeri infection, while the lowest total antibody was observed in fish fed control and MOS, indicating that MOS exerts its protective effects by modulating other mechanisms. Overall, this study provided a first screening effort to determine the effects of PHB and/or MOS as dietary supplements in rainbow trout fingerlings to develop an optimal prebiotic mix for improving the growth and health status of rainbow trout.  相似文献

The efficiency of different hormonal treatments to induce ovulation of carp at low temperatures (13–15°C) was tested. “Priming” with a low dose (0.6 mg/kg) of carp pituitary extract was found necessary for a subsequent successful treatment with 17α-hydroxy-20β-dihydroprogesterone (17α-20β P) (2 mg/kg) 1 day later. The eggs produced by this method showed satisfactory fertilization (75–96%) and hatching success (70%).On the other hand, normal hypophysation (5.4 mg/kg) following priming resulted only in partial ovulation and oocyte resorption at this temperature.Priming was shown to increase the gonadotropin level in plasma from about 2 to 35 ng/ml and to induce germinal vesicle migration toward the periphery of oocytes. Neither 17α-20β P nor desoxycorticosterone alone or in association gave any positive result in the absence of a preliminary priming.  相似文献

Heat shock proteins (Hsps) can promote integrity of damaged intestinal epithelial tissues. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of a commercially available anti‐phospholipase A2 antibody on growth, feed efficiency, Hsp expression, and intestinal health of rainbow trout fed diets containing high levels of soybean meal (SBM). Six practical‐type diets (45% protein; 15% fat) were formulated to contain 0, 17.5, or 35% SBM with and without antibody. Each diet was fed to three replicate tanks of fish (20 fish/tank; initial weight 21 g) for 9 wk. RNA was isolated from liver and intestinal tissues (n = 3/tank) to detect alterations in Hsp 27, Hsp 70, and Hsp 90 expression. Fish fed a diet containing 35% SBM had decreased growth and intestinal damage. Hsp 27 and Hsp 90 mRNA was elevated in fish fed 35% SBM. Fish fed 35% SBM with antibody had lower Hsp 90 mRNA expression than fish without antibody. These data indicate that feeding rainbow trout high levels of SBM alters the expression of some Hsps and anti‐phospholipase A2 antibody supplementation does not normalize growth or prevent distal enteritis in fish fed 35% SBM.  相似文献

A laboratory feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of reducing digestible energy to protein (DE:P) ratios of practical diets on body fat and weight gain of channel catfish. Five diets were formulated to contain 32, 28, or 24% crude protein with typical DE:P ratios of 8.5, 9.9, or 11.4 kcal/g protein, respectively, and 28% or 24% protein with a reduced DE:P ratio of 8.5 kcal/g protein. Cellulose was used to adjust the DE:P ratio. Juvenile channel catfish Ictalurus punctatus (initial weight: 5.2 g/fish) were fed the experimental diets twice daily to apparent satiation for 12 wk. Fish fed the 28% protein diet with a reduced DE:P ratio of 8.5 kcal/g protein gained less weight and converted feed less efficiently than those fed the 28% protein diet with a typical DE:P ratio of 9.9 kcal/g protein. Fish fed the 24% protein diet with a reduced DE:P ratio of 8.5 kcal/g protein had a similar weight gain but converted feed less efficiently than those fed the 24% protein diet with a typical DE:P ratio of 11.4 kcal/g protein. Weight gain and feed conversion efficiency of fish fed the 32% protein diet with a typical DE:P ratio of 8.5 kcal/g protein were higher than for fish fed other diets except those fed the 28% protein diet with a DE:P ratio of 9.9 kcal/g protein. There were no differences in feed consumption and survival among dietary treatments. Fillet fat of fish fed the 24% and 28% protein diets with a reduced DE:P ratio was lower than that of the fish fed diets containing the same protein concentrations with typical DE:P ratios. At a DE:P ratio of 8.5 kcal/g protein, there were no differences in fillet fat concentration among fish fed diets containing different protein concentrations. There were no differences in fillet protein, moisture, and ash between fish fed the 24% or 28% protein diets containing reduced and typical DE:P ratios. Results from this study show that reducing DE:P ratios in practical diets lowers body fat but also depresses weight gain of channel catfish; thus it would not be economical to use this strategy to reduce body fat of the fish.  相似文献

In this study, juvenile rainbow trout fed with commercial pellets containing kefir provided increased nonspecific immune response and improved disease resistance against lactococcosis and yersiniosis. Kefir was used as a feed supplement at 2, 5, and 10% inclusion rates and several nonspecific immune parameters were observed at day(s) 1, 7, 14, 21, 28, and 35 following the treatment. A total of four experimental groups, including control, was established. The various parameters including hematocrits, nitroblue tetrazolium positive neutrophils, total leukocytes, serum lysozyme activity, total serum protein, and immunoglobulin M (IgM) levels were examined. As a result of this study, kefir‐fed fish had an increase in measured nonspecific immune parameters, especially in the group received the 10% kefir treatment. The challenged fish fed with kefir‐supplemented diet showed a better survival rate against Lactococcus garvieae than Yersinia ruckeri. Kefir supplementation reduced fish mortality significantly against L. garvieae.  相似文献

The effect of varying dietary lipid and n‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) on growth, feed efficiency, protein and energy utilization, carcass quality, and nonspecific immune functions was investigated in rainbow trout reared at two different water temperatures (7.5 and 15 C). Six diets were formulated to contain 47% digestible protein and 21 MJ/kg digestible energy. Three of the diets were formulated to contain increasing lipid levels (10, 16, and 18%) and three additional diets formulated to 18% lipid with different lipid sources. Varying dietary lipid and n‐3 PUFA levels had little effect on growth and on protein and energy utilization. Diet composition only had limited effect on susceptibility of the flesh to rancidity and on the nonspecific immunity of the fish. Increasing lipid levels did not affect fish carcass or fillet proximate composition. Replacing half of fish oil with beef tallow resulted in lower n‐3 PUFAs in fish fillet but did not affect nutrient digestibility or growth performance of fish even at 7.5 C. Increasing dietary n‐3 levels using a fish oil concentrate resulted in significant enrichment of n‐3 PUFAs and elevated n‐3 : n‐6 ratio of the whole body and carcass. Water temperature significantly affected apparent digestibility coefficient (ADC) of protein and energy but did not affect the ADC of lipid, nor did it affect nitrogen and energy retention efficiencies. The study suggests that highly saturated fats, such as beef tallow, can be used to partially replace fish oil without negative effect on digestibility and growth even at low water temperature. High dietary n‐3 PUFAs levels can be used to enrich n‐3 PUFAs of the flesh without negative effect on the immune response.  相似文献

Current intensive fish farming usually causes high environmental ammonia (HEA) in ponds that is toxic to fish. α‐Ketoglutarate (α‐KG) can be rapidly transaminated to glutamic acid and further aminated to glutamine. Therefore, we hypothesized that dietary α‐KG supplementation would alleviate HEA toxicity to fish. To test the hypothesis, 270 healthy grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) juveniles were randomly assigned to control, HEA (18.37 mg/L ammonia) and HEA + α‐KG (0.75% of α‐KG) groups. Ammonia and free amino acid content in plasma and brain, liver glutamic pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase activity, and urea and glycogen content were measured on the first, seventh and 42nd days. Our results showed short‐term HEA exposure (1 day) led to a significant ammonia accumulation in the brain and plasma and significantly decreased glutamic and aspartic acid content in the brain and increased glutamine content in the brain and plasma. The long‐term HEA exposure (42 days) caused significant reductions in glycine and arginine content in the brain tissue. In most cases, dietary α‐KG supplementation alleviated the fluctuations in FAA content in the brain and plasma. Our results suggested dietary α‐KG alleviated HEA toxicity to grass carp.  相似文献

Changes of plasma lysozyme and serum bactericidal activity, ceruloplasmin, total plasma protein, serum glucose, hematocrit and leucocrit levels in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were studied after exposure to formalin and chloramine-T, which are used in aquaculture as anti-ectoparasitic and antibacterial agents. Fish were exposed to formalin at a concentration of 250 ppm for 60 min and exposed to chloramine-T for 5 ppm for 3 h. The parameters were analyzed for rainbow trout exposed to formalin and chloramine-T soon after treatments and rainbow trout exposed to freshwater after 24 h (return) following the treatments. Plasma lysozyme activity decreased after exposure to formalin; however, it was not affected by chloramine-T exposure. Serum bactericidal activity reduced after both formalin and chloramine-T exposure and did not change after returning to freshwater. Ceruloplasmin and total plasma protein were not affected by both treatments. Serum glucose levels of exposed fish elevated and remained at higher levels during recovery period when compared to control values. Hematocrit values of fish exposed to formalin increased; however, no significant change was observed in fish exposed to chloramine-T. Leucocrit levels of fish treated with both formalin and chloramine-T were higher than that of controls.  相似文献

Recent studies with rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss, demonstrated that grain distiller's dried yeast (GDDY) at up to 12% inclusion was an effective dietary protein source when replacing fish meal. To examine the effectiveness of GDDY when replacing an increased variety of dietary protein sources, two feeding trials were conducted. In the first trial, six commercial‐type diets were formulated to contain 42% digestible protein and 20% crude lipid with GDDY included at 0, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18% to replace all dietary protein sources except fish meal. In the second trial, four plant‐based diets with GDDY at 0, 9, 12, and 15% were examined. Experimental diets were fed twice daily, to apparent satiation, to three replicate tanks of fish/diet (initial weight = 22.3 ± 0.7 g) for 10 wk in a 15 C recirculating system. Results demonstrated excellent fish growth and the inclusion rate of GDDY did not negatively affect growth or feed conversion. No significant negative effects of GDDY on body indices or whole‐body proximate composition were observed. Based on these results, GDDY can be included in both commercial‐type diets and plant‐based diets for rainbow trout at up to 18 or 15%, respectively, without decreasing growth performance.  相似文献

A 2 × 3 factorial design was used to reevaluate the dietary protein requirements and to determine the optimum dietary protein to energy (P/E) ratios in Japanese eel, Anguilla japonica, reared in the recirculating system. For each of two experiments, six experimental diets (45P16, 45P17, 45P19, 50P16, 50P17, and 50P19) were formulated and prepared to contain two protein levels (45 and 50%) and three energy levels (16, 17, and 19 kJ/g diet) at each protein level. In the first experiment, glass eel of initial weight 0.1 ± 0.02 g (mean ± SD) were used, while the second experiment was conducted with juvenile eel of initial weight 15.0 ± 3 g (mean ± SD). The first and second experimental periods were 6 and 16 wk for the glass and juvenile eel, respectively. At the end of the first experiment, there were no protein, energy, and their interaction effects. Also, there were no significant differences in weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR), feed efficiency (FE), and protein efficiency ratio (PER) for glass Japanese eel fed all diets. Although there were no significant differences in growth parameters of glass eel fed all experimental diets, these parameters were higher for fish fed 50P16 than for fish fed the other diets. For the second experiment, there were significant protein effects on WG, SGR, and PER (P < 0.05). However, there were neither significant energy effects nor protein and energy interaction effects on WG, SGR, FE, and PER. Fish fed 45P19 had a higher WG, SGR, and PER than did fish fed 45P16, 50P16, and 50P19 (P < 0.05). However, there were no significant differences in growth parameters among fish fed 45P16, 45P17, 50P16, 50P17, and 50P19 and among those fed 45P17, 45P19, and 50P17. These results may indicate that the optimum dietary protein requirement and the P/E ratio could be 44.3% and 24.1 mg protein/kJ (45P19), respectively, in juvenile Japanese eel, based on WG, SGR, and PER.  相似文献

This study was performed to investigate the effects of 17β‐estradiol (ES) and 17α‐methyltestosterone (MT) on growth, development, survival, sex ratio and colour change in the electric blue hap (Sciaenochromis ahli Trewavas, 1935). The hormones were not supplemented to the control feed, while six other feeds were prepared by adding 20, 40 and 60 mg kg?1 17β‐ES or 20, 40 and 60 mg kg?1 17α‐MT to each, resulting in seven different feed treatments. Average live weight of the fish supplemented with these diets was 0.42 ± 0.04 g. At the end of the study, the highest weight gain was observed in fish fed 60 mg kg?1 17α‐MT group (2.62 ± 0.11 g) and the difference with the groups fed with 17β‐ES was found to be significant. All fish fed 17α‐MT were male, while the rates of feminization in fish fed 17β‐ES at 20, 40, 60 mg kg?1 were 91.11%, 88.88% and 93.33% respectively. Survival rates were respectively determined as 80%, 95.56%, 84.44%, 93.33%, 77.78%, 84.44% and 84.44% for the control, 20, 40, 60 mg kg?1 17β‐ES and 20, 40, 60 mg kg?1 17α‐MT treatments. The best colouration was achieved in the 17α‐MT groups (P < 0.05). The L* values varied between 32.98 ± 4.44 and 61.35 ± 2.19, a* values between ?7.06 ± 0.22 and ?3.42 ± 0.11, and b* values between ?7.74 ± 0.10 and 11.65 ± 0.03, while Chroma (C*) and Hue (H°ab) angle values varied between 7.54 ± 0.22 and 13.60 ± 0.01 and between 119.76 ± 0.05 and 239.73 ± 4.86. In conclusion, the 17α‐MT feeding was found to have a greater effect on the growth, feed conversion ratio, masculunization and pigmentation of the electric blue haps than the 17β‐ES treatment.  相似文献

The silver perch, Bidyanus bidyanus (Mitchell 1838), displays sexual dimorphism in size, with females reaching larger maximum size than males. In an attempt to produce all‐female populations, larvae at 30 d posthatching were fed an estradiol‐17β (E2) diet at dosages of 0, 60, and 120 mg/kg for 30 d. Histological examination of gonads revealed that all E2‐supplemented diets resulted in significantly higher (P < 0.05) feminization rates (97.22–100%) than did the control (39.69%) but with no difference between the two E2 diets (P > 0.05). Female and male gonads were observed in fish fed the 60 mg E2/kg diet. No significant differences were observed in the survival rate, weight gain, gonad weight and length, specific growth rate (SGR), or gonadosomatic indexes, except for gonad length and SGR at the end of the experiment. Although the ovary length of fish fed the 60 mg E2/kg diet was significantly shorter than that of the control groups, no abnormalities were detected. In contrast, fish fed 120 mg E2/kg grew faster than the other fish and showed sexual dimorphism. Our results suggest that supplementation of E2 at 60–120 mg/kg diet could be applied to establish all‐female populations of silver perch.  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary synthetic β‐carotene on growth performance, haematological and immunological parameters, energy reserves and antioxidant status of juvenile fish Piaractus mesopotamicus. Two hundred and ten fish (12.24 ± 2.98 g) were fed with a control extruded feed (CEF) and the same diet supplemented with β‐carotene (BEF) for 90 days. A higher weight gain and specific growth rate were found in fish fed BEF in comparison with those fed CEF. In addition, BEF‐fed fish showed lower liver somatic index and a higher percentage of eosinophils. No statistical differences were found in energy reserves, except for plasma triglycerides which decreased in fish fed with BEF. Regarding oxidative stress markers, decreased activities of antioxidant enzymes were found in intestine and gills of BEF‐fed fish (SOD and GST, respectively). In the liver, both LPO levels and CAT activity decreased in fish fed with BEF. Additionally, lower brain LPO levels without changes in the antioxidant enzymes were observed in BEF‐fed fish. The inclusion of dietary synthetic β‐carotene improved growth and antioxidant status, and had a plasma triglyceride‐lowering effect in juvenile P. mesopotamicus.  相似文献

The effects of dietary protein level on nutrient digestibility and utilization of protein and energy of juvenile Chinese soft‐shelled turtle, Pelodiscus sinensis, were investigated. Seven isoenergetic diets containing graded levels of protein (25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, and 43%) were fed to turtles initially averaging 4.8 ± 0.7 g for 8 wk at 30 ± 0.5 C. The apparent digestibilities of dry matter, protein, and energy were generally increased with dietary protein level. Proportions of nitrogen intake (CN) allocated to excretory nitrogen (UN) were higher in 25 and 43% protein diets than the other diets. UN proportion was lowest in the 33% protein diet, whereas retained (growth) nitrogen (RN) followed an inverse pattern with UN. Percentages of gross energy intake (IE) used for excretory energy (UE) generally increased when dietary protein levels increased. Turtles fed 25–29% protein diets showed a markedly higher proportion of metabolizable energy (ME) than those fed 31–43% protein diets. Analysis by second‐order polynomial regression using RN as the indicator indicated that the estimated optimal dietary protein level was 34.6%. The lowest and highest percentages of retained (growth) energy (RE) were observed in the 25 and 33% protein groups. Nitrogen and energy budget equations of turtles fed 33% protein diet were 100 CN = 8.22 FN + 37.48 UN + 54.30 RN and 100 IE = 10.88 FE + 2.82 UE + 65.60 ME + 20.69 RE, respectively. Diets with excessive protein resulted in high proportions of protein and energy used for excretion.  相似文献

The tambaqui Colossoma macropomum is the most important native fish in Brazilian aquaculture. Females are almost 20% heavier than males and therefore are more profitable. Based on this information, we tested four different concentrations (20, 40, 80, and 120 mg/kg diet) of oestradiol (E2) offered during 6 weeks to tambaqui larvae and analysed their efficiency in producing female monosex batches of the species. The study was performed in two independent tests, using different genetic backgrounds (broodstocks). All treatments increased the percentage of females in the population, but only the highest E2 dose was “free” of males in both tests. All treated groups contained intersex individuals (when sex inversion is not complete). Plasmatic E2 concentration was similar between treated and non‐treated fish 60 days after the treatment in fish treated with 20, 40, and 80 mg E2/kg diet. However, tambaqui treated with a 120 mg E2/kg diet showed lower E2 plasma concentration in comparison with the control group. Last, we chlorinated the water to ensure the environmental integrity of the study. Three days after chlorination, the water was completely free of any oestradiol residue (analysed by high‐performance liquid chromatography).  相似文献

The possibility of inducing sex reversal in bay snook, Petenia splendida, was evaluated to generate a protocol aimed at producing single‐sex populations (100% males) and improving farming conditions for this species. This popular staple food is a cichlid fish native to Central America, with aquaculture potential. We evaluated oral administration of the synthetic steroid 17α‐methyltestosterone (MT) to determine optimal dosage (30, 45, and 60 mg/kg of food) and days of feeding (30, 45, and 60) to attain efficient masculinization. The statistical analysis indicates a highly significant effect of both factors as well as for the interaction (P < 0.01). We registered significant differences in growth at the end of the experiment; fish fed with 60 mg of MT for 60 d reached the largest size, while fish fed with no MT were smaller. No significant differences were observed for survival (P > 0.05), ranging from 55.7 to 75.3% in the treatments. We recommend the use of 60 mg/kg of MT for 30 d for achieving successful sex reversal. This study provides valuable information supporting the inclusion of new species in aquaculture, reducing time and costs associated with sex reversal previously proposed for the species.  相似文献
