The effects of feeding rate and feeding frequency on survival, growth and body composition of ayu post‐larvae (0.15 g in body weight and 3.5 cm in total length) were investigated in this study. A factorial experimental design of two feeding rates (3 and 6% of body weight of fish per meal) five feeding frequencies (one meal in 2 d, one meal a day, two meals a day, four meals a day, and six meals a day) with three replicates was used. Survival of ayu post‐larvae was significantly (P 0.05) affected by feeding frequency but not by feeding rate. Survival of ayu improved linearly with feeding frequency at both feeding rates. Weight and length gains and specific growth rate (SGR) of ayu was significantly (P 0.05) affected by feeding frequency but not by feeding rate, with weight and length gains and SGR linearly elevated with increasing feeding frequency at both feeding rates. The greatest weight and length gains were observed in fish receiving six meals daily at both feeding rates; however, no significant difference in weight gain was observed among two, four, and six meals a day, or in length gain between four and six meals a day. Feed efficiency ratio (FER) was significantly (P 0.05) affected by both feeding rate and feeding frequency. FER linearly decreased with feeding frequency at both feeding rates or feeding rate in the same feeding frequency. When the total daily amount of feed supply was constant with various feeding frequencies at different feeding rates (one meal a day at 3% feeding rate and one meal in 2 d at 6% feeding rate, two meals a day at 3% feeding rate and one meal a day at 6% feeding rate, or four meals a day at 3% feeding rate and two meals a day at 6% feeding rate), improvement in survival, weight and length gains, and SGR was observed in fish with higher feeding frequency at lower feeding rate. Moisture, protein, and lipid content of fish were not significantly (P > 0.05) affected by either feeding rate or feeding frequency. However, lipid content of ayu linearly increased with feeding frequency at 6% feeding rate. The highest body lipid content was observed in fish receiving six meals daily at both feeding rates. Ash content of fish was significantly (P 0.05) affected by feeding frequency but not by feeding rate. Based on performance of ayu, it can be concluded that optimum feeding rate and feeding frequency for ayu post‐larvae (an initial weight of 0.15 g) were 3% per meal and four meals a day, respectively, under these experimental conditions.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to establish a proper feeding regime for juvenile black rockfish (Sebastes schlegilii) intended for stock enhancement. We used a combined experimental design to assess the effects of different feeding rates (1%, 3% and 5% body weight per day (BW/day)) and feeding frequencies (apparent satiety or restricted feeding 1 to 3 times daily) on survival, growth, digestive enzyme activity, body composition and feeding costs over 50 days, from newly weaned (initial average weight 1.5 ± 0.2 g) to release size. The results showed that feeding rate significantly affected fish growth, feed utilization and body composition. The highest feed conversion ratio was at 3% BW/day. Increased feeding rates resulted in enhanced growth and higher body lipid content, but this was also accompanied by decreased contents of moisture, protein and ash. With feeding to apparent satiety, increased feeding frequency resulted in higher growth performance and enhanced intestinal lipase activity but decreased gastric protease activity. There were no growth improvements or effects on digestive enzyme activity and body composition with increasing feeding frequency (from one to three times daily) under a fixed‐quantify feeding (3% BW/day). Feed costs increased with increasing feeding rates or apparent satiety feeding frequencies and were associated with shorter growth times to reach a suitable size for release. Our study suggests that a feeding rate of 3% BW/day is the best feeding regime for proper growth and reduced feed costs in juvenile black rockfish before releasing for stock enhancement.  相似文献

A 6‐wk feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of different dietary lipid levels and feeding frequencies on the growth performance, feed utilization, and body composition of juvenile spotted seabass, Lateolabrax maculatus. Two experimental diets were prepared with two different dietary lipid contents, low lipid (7%; LL) and high lipid (14%; HL). Each diet was fed to triplicate groups of fish (5.5 ± 0.01 g) to apparent satiation at three meals per day, two meals per day, one meal per day, and one meal every 2 d, respectively, for 6 wk. Fish growth performance in terms of weight gain (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) was significantly affected by frequency of feeding, with increasing values as feeding frequency increased up to twice daily, regardless of dietary lipid content. In addition, fish fed the diet with the HL level (14%) showed significantly higher WG and SGR than those fed the LL diet (7%) at all the feeding frequencies tested. Feed efficiency (FE) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) were affected by both dietary lipid level and feeding frequency. FE and PER values were significantly higher in fish fed the HL diet and/or when fish were fed twice or thrice a day. However, daily feed intake and daily energy intake were significantly affected only by feeding frequency and were significantly reduced when the fish were fed only once every 2 d compared with those fed more frequently. Whole‐body moisture content of fish tended to decrease with increasing dietary lipid level and frequency of feeding. In contrast, whole‐body lipid content increased in fish as dietary lipid level and feeding frequency increased. Consequently, we can conclude that feeding spotted seabass twice daily to apparent satiation is acceptable and sufficient to achieve good growth and FE, as fish performance was not significantly enhanced when feeding was increased from two to three times daily.  相似文献

We investigated the first‐feeding success of two species: southern bluefin tuna (Thunnus maccoyii) and yellowtail kingfish (Seriola lalandi) to determine if similar culture parameters can be used for both, especially when S. lalandi are held in the same tanks as prey for T. maccoyii. The feeding performance (proportion and intensity) was examined in three short‐duration (4 h) experiments: prey density, prey size and larval density. Increasing prey density from 0.5 to 25 rotifers mL?1 increased the proportion of T. maccoyii and S. lalandi larvae feeding. Prey size alone did not affect feeding in either species. Seriola lalandi had a decreased proportion of larvae feeding when larval density reached 50 larvae L?1 concurrent with a gradual increase in feeding intensity between 2 and 50 larvae L?1. In T. maccoyii, there was no pattern to the effect of larval density on the proportion of larvae feeding. The overall feeding performance of larvae was higher in T. maccoyii than S. lalandi. Increased prey density improved the first‐feeding ability of T. maccoyii and S. lalandi larvae. The effect of larval density on S. lalandi feeding requires further investigation, to ensure that they remain feeding when provided as prey in T. maccoyii culture. The identification of factors in this study, which increase first‐feeding success, will improve the culture of both species.  相似文献

为探究圆口铜鱼(Coreius guichienoti)苗种培育的适宜投喂策略,实验采用5×2双因子设计,通过8周的养殖投喂,研究投喂水平(1%、2%、3%、4%和5%)和投喂频率(2和3次/d)对圆口铜鱼幼鱼[初体重(4.91±0.11) g]生长、体成分组成、消化酶活性和肝脏组织结构的影响。结果显示,随着投喂水平的增加,圆口铜鱼的增重率和特定生长率显著增加,饲料效率随着投喂水平的增加而递增,但在投喂水平达到3%后趋于平稳。鱼体肥满度和脏体比随投喂频率的增加有降低的趋势,当投喂水平不超过3%时,3次/d投喂组的增重率、特定生长率和饲料效率均显著高于2次/d组。全鱼的粗脂肪含量随投喂水平的增加而增加,而全鱼的水分则显著下降。投喂水平对肝脏胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶具有显著影响,当投喂水平超过3%时,投喂水平升高显著降低了肝脏胰蛋白酶的活性,而在3次/d投喂组,肝脂肪酶随投喂水平增加呈先增加后下降的趋势。投喂水平、投喂频率以及二者的交互作用对圆口铜鱼前肠消化酶均无显著影响。随着投喂水平的增加,圆口铜鱼肝脏脂肪蓄积逐渐增多,并诱发脂肪肝,且在同一投喂水平下,3次/d组的脂肪肝症状较2次/d组的症状轻...  相似文献

In this work, we investigated the effects of various feeding treatments on the survival and growth of Huso huso and Acipenser persicus larvae during a 20‐day culture period. Three replicate groups (250 fish/replicate) of first‐feeding larvae were fed according to four main feeding regimes: (1) live food (live nauplii of brine shrimp Artemia urmiana); (2) indirect transition (5–7 days live food followed by gradual transition to formulated diet); (3) direct transition (using different combinations of live and formulated diet from the start feeding onwards); and (4) formulated feed (FD) from the start of feeding. In H. huso larvae, combining live food and manufactured diets (co‐feeding) from the first feeding stage onwards (direct transition) resulted in significantly higher weight gain than the other regimes. Survival was significantly higher in H. huso larvae fed solely live food or the direct transition regimes compared with indirect transition and FD. In A. persicus larvae, growth and survival were higher in the indirect transition feeding regime than in the other regimes. On the basis of the results of this study, we recommend co‐feeding of H. huso immediately from the commencement of exogenous feeding, but co‐feeding of A. persicus should start 7 days after prior feeding with live food.  相似文献

The feeding rhythm and growth characteristics of the early life stages of the tongue sole, Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther, were studied. Larvae began to prey on rotifers about 2–3 days after hatching at 23°C. About 12 days after hatching, larvae had grown to 8–9 mm in total length and were able to prey on Artemia larvae. As the larvae grew, they showed an increasing feeding capacity and a distinct feeding rhythm. Feeding intensity for day‐6 larvae was highest at 12:00 and 18:00 hours, about 2–3 h after the maximum feeding incidence. The highest levels of feeding intensity for day‐16 larvae occurred between 09:00 and 18:00 hours. By day 26, when the larvae had metamorphosed, feeding capacity had again increased considerably and, in contrast to the earlier stages, feeding intensity peaked at 18:00 and 24:00 hours concurrently with feeding incidence. Thus, tongue sole were found to have different feeding rhythms in the pre‐ and post‐metamorphosis stages, with the highest feeding activity in the daytime during the larval planktonic stage, and at night during the juvenile benthic stage. The estimated maximum daily feeding rates were 65%, 40% and 11% of body weight on days 6, 16 (larvae) and 26 (juveniles) respectively. Size variation increased markedly with development.  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of dietary protein source and feeding regime (apparent satiation and rationed) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, fatty acid (FA) profile, and fillet quality traits in rainbow trout. A stock of 1200 juvenile trout (mean weight 114.6 ± 0.2 g) were randomly distributed into 24 fiberglass tanks (four diets × three replications × two feeding regimes). The experimental diets were formulated to be isoproteic and isoenergetic based on bacterial protein meal (BPM), pea protein concentrate (PPC), mixture thereof (MIX), and fish meal (FM), respectively. The feeding trial lasted 77 d with water temperature of 13 C. Statistical differences appeared among the diets only in terms of crude protein digestibility. Growth performance and somatic indexes were significantly affected by the diet, while only the condition factor was influenced by the feeding regime. None of the parameters appeared to be affected by the interaction effects. Differences appeared between the FA profiles of the dorsal muscle. Oleic, linoleic, α‐linolenic, and docosahexaenoic acid contents were influenced by diet, while only minor FAs were influenced by feeding regime. In conclusion, growth performance and nutrient digestibility resulted lower in fish fed BPM diet than other groups, while PPC group was similar to FM group.  相似文献

An eight‐week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the feed intake, growth, feed utilization, body composition and waste output of juvenile hybrid bream at different feeding frequencies (0.5, 1, 2, 3 or 4 meals/day). Fish (initial body weight of 10.6 ± 0.8 g) were fed to satiation at each feeding. The test diet contained 336 g/kg crude protein and 79 g/kg crude lipid. The weight gain significantly increased with increase in feeding frequency from 0.5 to 3 meals/day (p < 0.05) and afterwards did not change with feeding frequency from 3 to 4 meals/day (p > 0.05). The feed intake increased with increase in feeding frequency (p < 0.05). Fish fed at 3 meals/day exhibited the lowest feed conversion ratio and waste output of nitrogen and phosphorus, however, the highest nitrogen retention efficiency (p < 0.05). No significant differences were found in the phosphorus retention efficiency, the body composition of crude protein, ash and phosphorus among all the feeding frequencies (p > 0.05). The body lipid content increased, whereas the content of moisture decreased, with the increase in feeding frequency (p < 0.05). The present study reveals that the optimum feeding frequency is 3 meals/day for hybrid bream.  相似文献

为探讨大杂交鲟(Huso dauricus♀×Acipenser schrenckii♂)适宜投喂率和投喂频率,本实验分别设计了5个投喂率(0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%和2.0%)和5个投喂频率(1次/d、2次/d、3次/d、4次/d和5次/d),研究不同投喂率和投喂频率对大杂交鲟生长、体成分和生化指标的影响。投喂率实验中鱼初重(335.87±0.82)g,投喂频率实验中鱼初重(334.77±1.06)g,养殖周期为10周。结果表明,随着投喂率升高,实验鱼增重率、特定生长率、肝体比、脏体比、肥满度,肌肉粗蛋白、粗脂肪和肝粗脂肪含量显著升高(P0.05),血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和胃蛋白酶活性均显著升高(P0.05);饲料效率、全鱼和肌肉水分含量均显著降低(P0.05);全鱼粗脂肪含量,血清总蛋白、白蛋白和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,肠脂肪酶活性呈先升高后降低趋势(P0.05)。随着投喂频率增加,实验鱼增重率、特定生长率和饲料效率无显著差异(P0.05);1次/d投喂频率组脏体比、肥满度和全鱼粗脂肪含量显著低于其他各组(P0.05),2次/d投喂频率组全鱼粗蛋白含量显著高于其他各组(P0.05)。不同投喂频率对实验鱼除血清葡萄糖含量以外的其他血清生化指标和胃肠消化酶活性或含量均无显著影响(P0.05)。综合以上结果认为,在300~600g大杂交鲟的养殖过程中日投喂率在1.2%~1.6%,投喂频率为2次/d比较适宜。  相似文献

The circadian patterns of several tissue and plasma metabolites, and several plasma hormone concentrations are described in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) that were held in groups under three different photoperiod regimes, and given free access to a demand-feeder. Regardless of photoperiod regime, all the measured parameters showed significant diel rhythms that appeared to be synchronized by dawn; dawn was represented by the concomitant onset of both light and feeding. The diel increases in hepatic glycogen content, and plasma T4 and cortisol concentrations were in phase with the main period of feeding activity, whereas the peaks in plasma T3 and glucose concentrations that may also be triggered by feeding activity, were delayed by several hours. The peaks in hepatosomatic index, plasma non-esterified fatty acids and plasma growth hormone concentrations were 180° out of phase with the main period of feeding activity, and associated with periods of hypophagia and low activity.  相似文献

为探究不同投喂频率对脊尾白虾(Exopalaemon carinicauda)生长的影响, 确定脊尾白虾养殖适宜投喂频率, 本研究分析了在不同投喂频率下脊尾白虾眼柄和肝脏中的生物钟基因表达节律变化, 评估了不同投喂频率对脊尾白虾生物钟系统同步性的影响, 并开展了生长及肌肉组成的同步养殖验证。结果表明: 在投喂频率为<3 次/d 时, 生物钟基因的表达节律并没有随着投喂频率的改变而发生变化, 无论在眼柄或肝脏中均表现出相似的表达周期及表达顶相, 且各自的表达量间也无显著性差异变化。然而, 当投喂频率增加到 4 次/d 时, 肝脏中部分生物钟基因的表达节律发生了显著变化, 表现为表达周期改变、相位明显偏移及表达量变化。其中, 投喂频率为 3 次/d 时, 脊尾白虾眼柄与肝脏中生物钟基因表达节律的同步性最高。生长结果也显示, 脊尾白虾的生长性能随投喂频率升高(从 1 次/d 至 3 次/d 时)而升高, 3 次/d 时达到最高, 其特定生长率及增重率分别为(6.65±0.98)%/d 和(199.46±5.42)%。同时, 随着投喂频率升高, 脊尾白虾肌肉组织中的粗蛋白及粗脂肪含量也呈现上升趋势, 在 3 次/d 时达到最高, 分别为(19.98±0.04)%和(1.88±0.23)%。投喂频率对脊尾白虾肝脏中生物钟基因的表达节律有重要影响, 表明该因素对重置或调控脊尾白虾外周生物钟系统有一定的牵引作用。  相似文献

A series of experiments was conducted to evaluate the effects of feeding time (daytime vs nighttime feeding), dietary fat content (8 and 20%), feeding frequency (trout 1–3 times/day, carp 2–7 times/day), water temperature (trout 18 and 11°C, carp 25 and 17°C), on the apparent nutrient digestibility in rainbow trout and common carp. The feeding time had little effect on the macronutrient digestibility in both species. In trout, starch digestibility decreased with the decrease of water temperature and with increase of feeding frequency, but in carp, increase of the feeding frequency markedly decreased the macronutrient digestibility and phosphrrus absorption of the high fat diet. Fat digestibility of the beef tallow diet decreased relative to the pollock oil diet in carp, without affecting the phosphorus absorption. Inclusion of raw starch, the digestibility of which was lower than that of gelatinized starch, increased the phosphorus absorption in carp. These results suggest that reduction of water temperature and increase of feeding frequency notably decreased starch digestibility in trout while in carp, the effects of feeding frequency and water temperature on macronutrient digestibility and phosphorus absorption are notable for a high fat diet.  相似文献

Fibreglass pools with sediment were used as model farming ponds to investigate the interactive effects of pond preparation and feeding rate on prawn production, water quality, bacterial dynamics, abundance of benthos and prawn feeding behaviour. Pools were either fertilised 1 month (prepared) or 2 days (unprepared) prior to stocking and either ‘high’ or ‘low’ feeding rates were used. The ‘high’ rate was 5.0% (range 4–8%) wet prawn biomass/day and was similar to that recommended for commercial farms. The ‘low’ rate was 2.5% (range 2–4%) wet prawn biomass/day. Juvenile Penaeus monodon (2.0–7.5 g) were stocked at 15 prawns/m2 and were cultured for 71 days. With the exception of one prepared, high feeding-rate pool where mass mortality (> 80%) of prawns occurred following an interruption to aeration, prawn survival was high (> 86%) and was unaffected by preparation, feeding rate or their interaction. Pond preparation improved growth and biomass gain by about 20%. Growth was 4% higher with the higher feeding rate but biomass gain was not affected and, as food conversion ratio was much worse, use of the lower feeding rate offers considerable scope to reduce production costs, especially during cooler periods. There was no interaction in relation to growth between pond preparation and feeding rate. Meiofauna were more abundant, and prawns grew faster, in prepared pools than unprepared pools at the start of the experiment. However, changes in bacterial dynamics or meiofauna abundance over time did not explain reductions in prawn growth over time. In general, water quality was reduced in pools receiving the high feeding rate compared with low feeding rate pools. Other interactive effects of pond preparation and feeding rate on water quality, bacteria, benthos and prawn feeding behaviour are discussed.  相似文献

This study was carried out to determine the effect of feeding time on growth parameters, food conversion ratio, and survival rate of Huso huso fingerlings (2.11 ± 0.03 g) over a period of five weeks. Fish in triplicate tanks were fed a commercial pelleted diet four times every 24 h on one of four schedules: at 08:00, 11:00, 14:00, and 17:00 h (day feeding); at 08:00, 12:00, 18:00, and 22:00 h (day/night feeding); at 18:00, 21:00, 24:00, and 06:00 h (night feeding); or at 08:00, 12:00, 18:00, and 22:00 h (full dark feeding). At the end of the experimental period, fish in the day-fed group had significantly (P < 0.05) better final weight, daily growth rate, specific growth rate, survival, condition factor, and food conversion ratio than day/night and night-fed groups. Performance of fish fed under full dark conditions was intermediate between day-fed and the other groups. In terms of rearing costs, daytime feeding of Huso huso is the most efficient.  相似文献

To assess the compensatory growth, a 10‐month pond experiment was conducted in which three species of Indian major carps, viz. Catla catla, Labeo rohita and Cirrhinus mrigala (1 : 1 : 1), were stocked at 7500 ha?1 and the fish were subjected to different restricted feeding and refeeding protocols, viz. Control (C): Continuously fed for 10 months; Treatment‐1 (T‐1): Initial supplementary feeding for 2 months+ No supplementary feeding for 1 month + Refeeding for 7 months; Treatment‐2 (T‐2): Initial supplementary feeding for 2 months + No supplementary feeding for 2 months + Refeeding for 6 months; and Treatment‐3 (T‐3): Initial supplementary feeding for 2 months + No supplementary feeding for 3 months + Refeeding for 5 months in triplicate ponds. At the end of experiment, 100% growth compensation was achieved in T‐2 for all the three carp species. Among all treatments, higher weight gain, PER and PPV and lower AFCR were also recorded in T‐2, resulting in maximum fish production. The restricted feeding had significant effect (P < 0.05) on whole body chemical composition of fish. From this study, it is concluded that in 10‐month pond culture of carp in fertilized pond, the T‐2 would be the best and most economic feeding strategy.  相似文献

为研究投喂策略对牛蛙蝌蚪生长发育的影响,建立科学的投喂标准,实验分别设置了4种投喂频率(1 、2 、3 和4 次/d)与4个投喂水平(4%、6%、8%和10%)饲养牛蛙蝌蚪,以探究牛蛙蝌蚪合适的投喂策略。投喂频率实验表明,投喂3 次/d或4 次/d的牛蛙蝌蚪在实验周期内的变态率显著高于投喂1 次/d或2 次/d的牛蛙蝌蚪,且投喂3 次/d的牛蛙蝌蚪增重率最大。变态率与投喂量的比值(MFR)随投喂频率增加而上升,2、3或4 次/d显著高于1 次/d。投喂频率对已变态牛蛙蝌蚪的肝脏组织结构及肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性无显著影响。投喂水产实验结果显示,实验周期内牛蛙蝌蚪变态率随投喂水平增加而上升,且8%与10%组已变态牛蛙蝌蚪的均重显著高于4%与6%组,但已变态牛蛙蝌蚪肠道蛋白酶活性随投喂水平升高而降低。8%与10%组已变态牛蛙蝌蚪肝细胞脂滴含量明显增多,脂肪沉积现象明显。8%投喂水平组有益菌属暖绳菌属(绿弯菌门)与鲸杆菌属(梭杆菌门)相对丰度较高,一定程度改善了肠道微生物结构。研究表明,牛蛙蝌蚪每日投喂3次,综合投喂水平8%左右,蝌蚪的生长发育性能较优,兼顾了牛蛙养殖生产效益与蝌蚪肝肠健康,促进了牛蛙产业健康发展。

A 2 ± 4 factorial experiment was conducted to examine effects of dietary protein level (28, 32, 36, and 40%) and feeding rate (satiation or ± 90 kg/ha per d) on production characteristics, processing yield, body composition, and water quality for pond-raised channel catfish Ictalurus punctatus. Fingerling channel catfish with a mean weight of 64 g/fish were stocked into 40 0.04-ha ponds at a rate of 17,290 fish/ha. Fish were fed once daily to apparent satiation or at a rate of ± 90 kg/ha per d for 134 d during the growing season. Dietary protein concentration had no effect on feed consumption, weight gain, feed conversion, survival, aeration time, or on fillet moisture, protein, and fat levels. Fish fed to satiation consumed more feed, gained more weight, had a higher feed conversion, and required more aeration time than fish fed a restricted ration. Visceral fat decreased, and fillet yield increased as dietary protein concentration increased to 36%. Carcass yield was lower for fish fed a diet containing 28% protein. Increasing feeding rate increased visceral fat but had no major effect on carcass, fillet, and nugget yields. Fish fed to satiation contained less moisture and more fat in the fillets that those fed a restricted ration. Nitrogenous waste compounds were generally higher where the fish were fed the higher protein diets. Although there was a significant interaction in pond water chemical oxygen demand between dietary protein and feeding rate, generally ponds in the satiation feeding group had higher chemical oxygen demand than ponds in the restricted feeding group. There was a trend that pond water total phosphorus levels were slightly elevated in the satiation feeding group compared to the restricted feeding group. However, pond water soluble reactive phosphorus and chlorophyll-a were not affected by either diet or feeding rate. Results from the present study indicate that a 28% protein diet provides the same level of channel catfish production as a 40% protein diet even when diet is restricted to 90 kg/ha per d. Although there was an increase in nitrogenous wastes in ponds where fish were fed high protein diets, there was little effect on fish production. A factorial (3 × 4) feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of feeding frequency and feed type on the growth performance, feed utilization and body proximate composition of juvenile olive flounder. Three feed types including a sinking moist pellet (MP), a sinking dry pellet (DP) and a floating extruded pellet (EP) were used. Fish (average weight, 11.1 ± 0.4 g) were randomly distributed in thirty‐six 300 L tanks in a flowthrough system. Triplicate groups (30 fish per tank) of fish were fed each feed type to visual satiation at three meals per day, two meals per day, one meal per day and one meal every 2 days for 7 weeks. At the end of the feeding trial, the survival of fish was not significantly different among the treatments. Weight gain was affected by the feeding frequency. The highest weight gain was observed in fish fed the EP at three meals per day. The daily feed intake of fish fed the MP and DP tended to be higher than that of fish fed the EP at each feeding frequency. The feed efficiency and the protein efficiency ratio of fish fed the EP were higher than those of fish fed the MP and DP. The body proximate composition of fish was altered by the feeding frequency. The crude lipid content increased with the increase in the feeding frequency. The present findings suggest that three feedings per day at visual satiation of the floating EP may be sufficient for the maximal growth performance of olive flounder grown from 11 to 60 g.  相似文献

为研究投喂策略对牛蛙蝌蚪生长发育的影响,建立科学的投喂标准,实验分别设置了4种投喂频率(1、2、3和4次/d)与4个投喂水平(4%、6%、8%和10%)饲养牛蛙蝌蚪,以探究牛蛙蝌蚪合适的投喂策略。投喂频率实验表明,投喂3次/d或4次/d的牛蛙蝌蚪在实验周期内的变态率显著高于投喂1次/d或2次/d的牛蛙蝌蚪,且投喂3次/d的牛蛙蝌蚪增重率最大。变态率与投喂量的比值(MFR)随投喂频率增加而上升,2、3或4次/d显著高于1次/d。投喂频率对已变态牛蛙蝌蚪的肝脏组织结构及肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性无显著影响。投喂水产实验结果显示,实验周期内牛蛙蝌蚪变态率随投喂水平增加而上升,且8%与10%组已变态牛蛙蝌蚪的均重显著高于4%与6%组,但已变态牛蛙蝌蚪肠道蛋白酶活性随投喂水平升高而降低。8%与10%组已变态牛蛙蝌蚪肝细胞脂滴含量明显增多,脂肪沉积现象明显。8%投喂水平组有益菌属暖绳菌属(绿弯菌门)与鲸杆菌属(梭杆菌门)相对丰度较高,一定程度改善了肠道微生物结构。研究表明,牛蛙蝌蚪每日投喂3次,综合投喂水平8%左右,蝌蚪的生长发育性能较优,兼顾了牛蛙养殖生产效益与蝌蚪肝肠健康,促进了牛蛙产业健...  相似文献
