安徽省池州市生态经济可持续发展评价

应用生态足迹模型并结合Ulanowicz的发展能力公式,分析了池州市1996—2004年的生态足迹及发展能力的变化,结果表明：池州市人均生态足迹由1996年的1.1906hm2上升到2004年底的1.8433hm2,人均生态承载力由1996年的0.6759hm2减少到2004年的0.6430hm2,生态赤字逐年提高;发展能力由1.3047增加到2.3793;区域生态经济系统的供需结构存在严重的不平衡。表明尽管池州市9年间区域生态经济系统的整体水平在不断增强,但其发展模式一直处在不可持续的状态。而9年间万元GDP的生态足迹总体上呈下降趋势,表明池州市资源的利用效率在不断提高。与此同时,结合池州市生态经济发展现状和资源分布特点,提出相应的对策     

生态家园建设与县域农村经济可持续发展

通过4县(旗、区)的问卷调查和案例分析,提出以农户为建设单元、以沼气为纽带的生态家园建设在达到一定的数量规模时,在县域范围内产生了一定的宏观效益。促进养殖业发展和种植业结构调整,有利于节约资源和改善生态环境,普及和推广农业技术,体现了高新技术对传统农业的改造,提高农民收入,促进农村小康建设。县级地方政府的积极参与和探索实践大大丰富了生态家园建设的内容,也影响了县级领导抓农业农村工作思路。

Evolutionary Programming Solution of Economic Dispatch with Valve Point Loading

This paper describes an application of evolutionary programming (EP) to economic dispatch with valve point loading.Some technical problems (representations of candidate solutions,evaluation function,mutation operator) have been solved to expand the applica be prospects of the computatimal methods of economic dispatch.The proposal method is applied to a 6 bus 3 generator system and compared with the genetic algorithm(GA).Numerical results demonstrate the validity and effectiveness.

Sustainable Development of Chongqing Energy Industry

The idea of the sustainable development is proposed by analyzing the present Chongqing energy industry. Enumerated some energy technologyies and energy forms, which not only save energy but also reduce enviromental pollution. Some suggestion on the development of Chongqing energy industry is given. The main content is the following:Electricity should be developed first when developing energy industry. The government should exploit and apply the technology of the clean coal, develop equipments generating electricity with gasvapor cycle, and improve actively advanced technology of thermal power joint production and thermal power cooling joint supply. It is also necessary to make full use of natural gas in favour of developing sustainable energy industry and take advantage of three gorges area. Some useful suggestions are given at last.     

Towns of Chongqing Sustainable Development Objective Appraisement

Master towns of Chongqing includes Wanzhou, Fuling, Jiangjin, Huochuan and Yongchuan. According to the stratage of developing Western China and urbanization, this article discusses tendency of sustainable development in towns of Chongqing. Applying `evaluation method of arrangement model' and `analyze method of equal difference ', the authors find the short wming of the quality of urbanization and the sustainable development in five towns. So the article takes center city and towns construction and set up cooperation mechanism between the five cities that will be sure to increase momentum and ability of Chongqing for Sustainable development object.

Safeguarding Capability Index System of Regional Sustainable Development

According to the new requirement of sustainable development in the new stage, this paper puts forward the definition of the safeguarding capacity of regional sustainable development and uses some statistical methods of frequency statistics and principal component analysis to construct the index system of safeguarding capacity. Then it takes the data of the Three Gorges reservoir area for example to make empirical analysis, and provides efficient measurement tools to further measure the regional sustainability together with its safeguarding capacity, and therefore helps the government and the relevant organizations to establish more scientific policies of sustainable development.     

Energy For Sustainable Agricultural Development In Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe's 1992 food crisis revealed both spatial and social contradictions associated with post-independence agricultural growth. Zimbabwe's pattern of agricultural restructuring demonstrates the need for agrarian reform programs that are more socially and environmentally sustainable. This paper examines one aspect of agricultural sustainability—the use of energy. Post-independence patterns of agricultural energy consumption are analyzed and traced historically, and the social relations of agricultural energy utilization are investigated. The energetic efficiencies of the primary farming systems are calculated as are the macro-flows of energy to agriculture generally. The data and historical analysis point to the need for a restructuring of agriculture that involves greater reliance on local renewable energy in all farming systems, and the continued resettlement of black smallholders onto former white-settler estates.

Human beings are facing a lot of social, economical and environmental problems, so in 21st century, the sustainable development becomes inevitable choice of human beings. The current situation of municipal solid waste (MSW) and the merits and shortcomings of sanitation landfill, composting, incineration have been expatiated in this paper. If the MSW has been disposed according to the principle of reduction, harmless and resource transformation, the sound base for our country's sustainable development in 21st century will be set.
