Organic aerosol formation downwind from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill

A large fraction of atmospheric aerosols are derived from organic compounds with various volatilities. A National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) WP-3D research aircraft made airborne measurements of the gaseous and aerosol composition of air over the Deepwater Horizon (DWH) oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico that occurred from April to August 2010. A narrow plume of hydrocarbons was observed downwind of DWH that is attributed to the evaporation of fresh oil on the sea surface. A much wider plume with high concentrations of organic aerosol (>25 micrograms per cubic meter) was attributed to the formation of secondary organic aerosol (SOA) from unmeasured, less volatile hydrocarbons that were emitted from a wider area around DWH. These observations provide direct and compelling evidence for the importance of formation of SOA from less volatile hydrocarbons.

河南禹州产迷迭香精油成分的GC-MS分析

【目的】对禹州引种的迷迭香精油成分进行分析,并与国内其他产区的迷迭香进行比较,为国内迷迭香精油的生产和加工提供依据。【方法】用GC-MS技术和峰面积归一化法,参照NIST08质谱库,对禹州产迷迭香的精油成分进行定性和定量分析。【结果】从禹州产迷迭香精油中检测到40种物质,并鉴定了25种;含量较高的物质依次为：α-蒎烯(37.150%)、莰烯(18.053%)、桉树脑(12.284%)、樟脑(7.295%)、α-水芹烯(3.820%)、4-蒈烯(3.548%)、β-月桂烯(2.720%)、龙脑(2.273%)、乙酸龙脑酯 (1.632%)、α-松油醇（1.343%）和β-蒎烯（1.760%）等;其中,莰烯、α-水芹烯和β-月桂烯的含量高于国内其他产区,α-蒎烯和樟脑含量居国内前列。【结论】与国内其他产区相似,禹州产迷迭香也属于西班牙型;从中提取的精油符合行业规定标准。

本文介绍了利用Excel软件实现的家蚕饲育卡片系统,本系统运用Excel的计算功能对纸质家蚕饲育卡片进行电子化,大大减少了人工计算量,并且可以插入图片,使家蚕数据更加形象化。
