用ELISA方法对三明市2016年随机抽取的牛群血清样品进行检测,检测内容包括牛病毒性腹泻、牛白血病、牛传染性鼻气管炎、牛布鲁氏菌病。本次调查共检测样品204份。其中检测规模场7个,样品116份;检测散养户14个,样品88份。结果表明:检测牛病毒性腹泻病毒血清204份,检出阳性血清65份;检测牛白血病血清188份,检出阳性血清34份;检测牛传染性鼻气管炎血清184份,检出阳性血清64份;检测牛布鲁氏菌病血清204份,检出阳性血清0份。说明三明地区牛群存在多种疫病感染,应采取相应的防控措施。 相似文献

本次实验目的是了解安阳市部分地区奶牛传染性鼻气管炎的流行情况及特点,为有效实施相关的免疫和预防工作提供依据,应用牛传染性鼻气管炎抗体检测试剂盒对4个奶牛场248份血清样品进行检测。结果显示,4个奶牛场均有抗体阳性奶牛,阳性率为100%,其中阳性率最高的奶牛场为88.70%,最低的奶牛场为41.10%,共有153份血清检测为阳性,平均阳性率为61.69%。此次调查结果表明安阳地区牛传染性鼻气管炎流行情况较为严重,当地畜牧部门和养殖户必须加强对该病进行有效的防控。 相似文献

应用酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)对在2011年间采自西藏(988份)、青海(475份)和四川(377份)共1840份牦牛血清样品进行牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒抗体检测。结果检出阳性血清样品西藏381份,阳性率38.6%;青海212份,阳性率为44.6%;四川105份,阳性率为27.9%。结果表明,中国西部高原西藏、青海以及四川牦牛群中均存在牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒的感染。本研究调查了牛传染性鼻气管炎在中国西部高原牦牛群中的流行情况,为制定该病的防治措施提供理论依据。 相似文献

用MDBK细胞,采用血清微量中和试验方法,对黑龙江省某进口牛精液的奶牛场的受体牛进行血清抗牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒抗体检测。用一定量的已知牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒通过观察MDBK细胞病变情况,检查被检血清中IBR中和抗体,结果发现,所检27份血清中,其抗IBR病毒抗体均为阳性,且抗体效价相当高。 相似文献

为了调查新疆地区某规模化奶牛场牛传染性鼻气管炎(IBR)发病情况,通过采集不同生长阶段牛群血清共计362 份,使用牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒gB(IBR-gB)抗体检测试剂盒检测牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒(IBRV)抗体效价,评估该奶牛场IBRV疫苗免疫效果。结果显示,后备牛中犊牛和青年牛IBRV抗体阳性率分别为88.57%(31/35)、75.00%(21/28);成年母牛中泌乳期母牛、干奶期母牛IBRV抗体阳性率分别为81.46%(145/178)、95.04%(115/121)。阴性数共44 份,可疑数8 份,IBRV抗体平均阳性率为88.38%;结果表明,疫苗接种后,不同生产阶段牛群均可产生不错的抗体保护效果,为奶牛场防控IBR提供依据。 相似文献

牛传染性鼻气管炎又被称为坏死性皮鼻炎,是由牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒感染引发的一种急性呼吸道疾病。不同年龄的牛感染传染性鼻气管炎病毒后表现的临床症状存在一定差异,年龄较小的牛会表现为明显的临床症状,年龄较大的牛呈现隐性感染或持续性感染,患病牛长时间或终生携带病毒,污染周围环境后造成病情反复流行,病情难以控制、难以消灭。牛传染性鼻气管炎造成的死亡率相对较低,但是会严重影响牛群正常生长与采食,需要掌握该类传染性疾病的流行特点,并进行严格诊断,然后构建有效的防控措施,降低发病率。该文分析牛传染性鼻气管炎的流行病学、临床症状、病理变化、诊断方法和防治措施。 相似文献

The pneumonic lungs of 42 cattle from 26 feedlots were examined for the presence of mycoplasma, pathogenic bacteria and viruses. Four animals representative of two lots failed to yield mycoplasma. One of these yielded the virus of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis and Pasteurella hemolytica, the other yielded only P. P. multocida. Nine animals in eight lots yielded Mycoplasma sp.: five of these were M. bovirhinis, two were M. arginini and two were untypable. All of these animals yielded one or more of P. hemolytica, P. multiocida, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus or bovine virus diarrhea virus. Twenty-five of 29 animals in 16 lots yieled M. agalactiae subsp. bovis from lung tissues. The same organism was recovered from the arthritic joints of 12 of these animals. Eight of the 25 animals yielded no other pathogen and all of these had not received any treatment. Nine of the 25 M. agalactiae subsp. bovis positive animals also yielded one or more of P. hemolytica, P. multocida, Corynebacterium pyogenes or infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus. Bacteriological and virological studies were not completed for the remaining eight of the 25 positive animals. In five lots of cattle which had not received medication for pneumonia and for arthritis only M. agalactiae subsp. bovis was recovered. Twenty-five grossly normal lungs obtained from normal cattle at the time of slaughter were cultured and all were negative. The possible role of M. agalactiae subsp. bovis in pneumonia and arthritis was discussed. 相似文献

牛传染性鼻气管炎是由疱疹病毒感染引发的一种急性传染性疾病,临床上以呼吸道黏膜出现严重水肿、充血、坏死、形成浅表性溃疡病灶为主要特征。根据发病部位的不同,主要表现为阴道炎、结膜炎、脑膜炎、流产等其他病症,因此该类疾病属于一病因引发的多病症的传染性疾病。临床上牛传染性鼻气管炎只发生于牛,不会发生于其他动物,病毒的传播流行具有专一性。近年,随牛养殖业的不断向前发展,传染性鼻气管炎的发生率呈现逐渐升高趋势,虽然造成的死亡率较低,但是会严重影响牛群正常生长发育,甚至会造成繁殖母牛严重流产,使繁殖母牛的利用年限极大缩短,引发严重的繁殖障碍。该文主要论述牛传染性鼻气管炎的诊断和防治措施。 相似文献

Plasma iron and zinc concentrations were studied in pyrexic cattle or in cattle experimentally infected with infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus or Escherichia coli endotoxin. Plasma iron and zinc levels tended to decline in the animals given endotoxin and in the pyrexic cattle, but the plasma iron level was only modified after experimental infectious bovine rhinotracheitis infection. These changes were not always related to pyrexia. Plasma iron and zinc concentrations taken together may be used as an indicator of infection. 相似文献

A seroepidemiological study of the association between antibody titers to infectious bovine rhinotracheitis, parainfluenza-3, bovine virus diarrhea and bovine respiratory syncytial viruses, and treatment for bovine respiratory disease was conducted. A total of 322 calves from five different groups were bled on arrival, then one month later all cases (cattle treated for bovine respiratory disease) were rebled together with an equal number of controls (cattle not treated for any disease). Titers to these viruses varied significantly from group to group. Based on seroconversion, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus was active in 4.4%, bovine virus diarrhea virus in 24%, parainfluenza-3 virus in 69.5% and bovine respiratory syncytial virus in 71.3% of the cattle. Cattle with low titers to infectious bovine rhinotracheitis and/or bovine respiratory syncytial viruses on arrival, were at increased risk of subsequent treatment for bovine respiratory disease. Treated cattle also had significantly greater increases to parainfluenza-3 and/or bovine virus diarrhea viruses than control calves. Treatment rates varied considerably from group to group and were not strongly correlated with weight gain in the postarrival period. 相似文献
