树木引种驯化的生态限制条件探索   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在昆明树木园的树木引种驯化工作中 ,探讨了引种树木的生存、生长、发育受引种地常年性和偶发性生态条件影响的程度以及引种树种对新环境条件的适应能力。一定的生态环境 ,对一些树种是适生条件 ,对另一些树种则是生存、生长发育的限制条件。这决定于树木的遗传变异性。由于各树种的遗传变异性不同 ,因而在受引种地生态条件影响的程度上存在种间差异 ,相同树种个体间也存在一定的遗传差异 ,种内在受引种地生态条件影响的程度上也存在着个体差异。引种树木对引种地的新环境的适应能力可分为相似生态适应能力、潜在适应能力和可塑性适应能力。这种适应能力也存在种间和种内个体差异 ;适应能力的大小是该引种树木在新环境中能否存活以致正常生长发育的关键。研究引种地常年性和偶发性生态条件对引种树木的影响和引种树木的适应能力 ,可以开扩树木引种驯化视野 ,使树木的引种驯化工作取得显著成效  相似文献

利用表型性各体的遗传多样性具有简便,快速的优点,可以在野外或采集的标本直接进行研究,由于表型性对是环境与基因型共同作用的结果,因此,对表型性状的研究可以在一定程度上揭示遗传多样性的大小,同时也有助于了妥种适应和进化的方式,遗传变异是非常复杂的,只有了解其大小和类型,才能很好地驾利用,甚至控制某些性状,种内变异主要包括群体间(地理种源)、产地内立地、立地内林分、林分内单株以及株内变异,通常群体间和群体内个体间的变异占树种内部变异的大部分,群体内的遗传变异是天然林变异的主要类型,两株同龄、靠近生长,并且根系缠结的树木,在干型、材质、抗病虫、甚至生长模式上都有差异,因此,开展红皮云杉群体后代苗木形态和生长特征多样性的研究可为该树种今后的种源试验奠定基础。  相似文献

文章分析了 12个日本落叶松家系扦插苗造林后的高生长表现、遗传参数和稳定性参数。得出 :在经过一次选择后 ,优良家系 (超过日本落叶松丰产林标准 15 % )只占全部家系的 1/3 ,并且仍有少量的家系低于此标准 ,可能的原因是基因型×环境 (年份 )互作的敏感性 ;连续测定期间 ,树高总生长量的广义遗传力变化不大 (74 5%~78.0 % ) ,说明高生长受中上等遗传效应的控制 ;但遗传变异系数和表型变异系数均随年龄增长而下降 ,显然再行选择需加大选择强度 ;然而 ,变异系数下降有利于为生产提供品质均一的无性系材料。稳定性分析表明 ,家系×年龄的互作是明显的 ,即高生长性状是对环境敏感的性状 ;多数家系能够利用模型进行回归预测 ;如欲在树木发育的幼龄期进行选择 ,当缺少多点试验数据时 ,只能通过连续测定 ,对稳定性好的家系作出可靠评价。文中还对稳定性方法在早期测定中的作用进行了探讨。  相似文献

干旱是树木生长过程中一种常见的逆境。树木为了适应干旱,在叶形态及解剖结构、叶片内含物质、渗透调节及酶调节等方面产生一系列生理变化,以保持渗透势的平衡和清除自由基,避免或者减轻细胞受到伤害。文中综述了干旱对树木叶片形态及解剖特性、比叶面积及叶面积指数、叶片气孔调节及光合生理、叶片内含物质、抗旱生理和叶片脱落及衰老等方面的影响。未来的研究热点是在大尺度上长期研究叶性状和抗旱生理的关系,对叶片性状及其环境进行协同研究,强化常见树木的主要栽培品种和珍稀树种的叶片抗旱研究,通过基因工程和分子育种技术筛选抗旱品种。  相似文献

为了解南方型黑杨种质材料的表型及生长性状遗传多样性,丰富黑杨种质资源遗传基础,并进一步为南方地区黑杨种质资源定向选育提供参考,选取地径、苗高、叶面积、叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、叶绿素、侧枝数、叶厚、单株总叶片、叶片干质量共11个树体性状及生理指标,同时观测记录了每个无性系的生长期和抗性,对62份南方型黑杨种质资源的13个性状进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明:62份黑杨资源分成7个类群,各类群材料根据不同性状的相似性进行聚类,整体比较分散,具有较高的分化强度。13个性状的多样性指数H′变化范围介于0.587~1.550之间,平均值为1.098,叶片相关性状以及生长期遗传多样性较丰富。主成分分析将相关变量转化为叶片形态、单株叶片数量、抗性及生长期、侧枝数4个主成分,涵盖了13个测定性状80.953%的遗传信息。本研究首次从表型及生长相关性状等方面探明了南方型黑杨的遗传多样性,对于充分发掘黑杨资源优良基因型,进一步开展南方型黑杨遗传改良工作具有重要意义。  相似文献

Two hybrid poplar maternal half-sib families, resulting from controlled crosses of the female parent Populus deltoides 'S9-2' with P. nigra 'Ghoy' and P. trichocarpa 'V24', were grown at three sites: northern Italy, central France and southern England. Juvenile stem growth traits (height, circumference and volume) and sylleptic branchiness (number of branches, density of branches per unit of stem height, percentage of the stem carrying branches and distance of the highest sylleptic branch to the top of the stem) were measured on 1-year-old shoots. Our general objectives were to determine the degree to which the expression of stem growth and syllepsis and the relationships between them are affected by environmental conditions and to evaluate the efficiency of indirect selection for stem growth using branching traits as secondary criteria. The performance of both families differed significantly within and between sites. Pronounced heterosis was observed and highly significant genotype x environment interactions were found for all traits across the sites. Syllepsis showed more marked genetic variation and plasticity than stem growth traits. Relationships between sylleptic branchiness and stem growth depended on environmental conditions. Heritability values at the individual level ranged between 0.09 and 0.59, but genetic gain in stem volume was not significantly improved when selection was based on sylleptic branch characteristics. However, despite strong phenotypic plasticity among sites, genotypic ranking among the sites was relatively stable.  相似文献

The influence of shoot architectural position on shoot growth and branching patterns was examined in saplings of Cleyera japonica Thunb. (Theaceae), an understory, broad-leaf evergreen woody species. Shoot length varied with branching order and the vertical position of the branch in the crown. In the upper crown, shoot length decreased with increasing branching order, whereas in the lower crown, differences in shoot length among branching orders were not significant. These results demonstrate that it is important to consider not only individual shoots, but also the relationships between shoots in terms of their architectural positions when studying the development of crown architecture in trees. Shoot branching patterns also varied with branching order and the vertical position of the branch in the crown. In the upper crown, branching was mainly sylleptic. In the middle of the crown, mainly proleptic branches were produced. In the lower crown, there was little branching. The importance of these trends in shoot growth and shoot branching patterns in terms of carbon production efficiency is discussed.  相似文献

对5年生和7年生青海云杉苗进行了不同方式的修剪,同时用不同的生长调节剂对其主干和侧枝上的芽进行了处理,发现除去青海云杉顶芽,能够促进苗木侧芽和隐芽的生长发育,提高侧芽的抽枝率,增加新枝的生长量.不同种类的生长调节剂和修剪方式对青海云杉芽的生长发育影响效果显著不同,去顶芽修剪的效果优于纺锤形修剪和篱式修剪,对于7年生苗,主干上仅留3个饱满芽的强度修剪能明显地减少主干上的芽数,使抽枝数也随之减少,处理效果最差.去顶芽能够明显的增加当年新梢数量和长于6 cm的新梢总长度,同时还能增加当年新梢上冬芽数.6BA对青海云杉芽和枝条的生长发育有较好的促进作用,抽枝宝在各个修剪处理中表现均最差,甚至在一定程度上抑制了青海云杉芽的萌发和延长生长.修剪和生长调节剂处理对5年生苗侧枝芽抽枝数影响均极显著,而对7年生苗的影响却不显著;修剪和生长调节剂的交互作用明显地影响了对7年生苗的处理效果,而对5年生苗的影响不显著.去顶芽后再用6BA涂抹青海云杉苗上的保留芽,能有效地促进青海云杉保留芽的生长发育,有利于形成更多枝条,对青海云杉采穗圃苗的处理效果最佳,强度修剪和用抽枝宝抹芽不适于青海云杉采穗圃苗的培育.  相似文献

Shoot propagation from mature tree explants ofAcacia tortilis subsp.raddiana, a tropical tree legume, was studied. The effects of (i) the size of cuttings and (ii) a recut treatment of the donor trees, on axillary bud growth from multinodal horticultural cuttings are reported. Apices from seedlings, axillary buds from young lignified branches of mature trees, and axillary buds obtained through in vitro axillary branching from microcuttings isolated onto mature trees were all successfully micrografted on seedling rootstocks. A sterilization procedure for field explants is reported. Propagation via cuttings and via micrografting are discussed with regard to rejuvenation of mature donor trees.  相似文献

Desirable root architecture for trees differs between sequential and simultaneous agroforestry systems. In sequential systems extensive tree root development may enhance nutrient capture and transfer to subsequent crops via organic pools. In simultaneous systems tree root development in the crop root zone leads to competition for resources.Fractal branching models provide relationships between proximal root diameter, close to the tree stem, and total root length or surface area. The main assumption is that a root branching proportionality factor is independent of root diameter. This was tested in a survey of 18 multipurpose trees growing on an acid soil in Lampung (Indonesia). The assumption appeared valid for all trees tested, for stems as well as roots. The proportionality factor showed a larger variability in roots than in stems and the effects of this variabilily should be further investigated. A simple index of tree root shallowness is proposed as indicator of tree root competitiveness, based on superficial roots and stem diameter.Pruning trees is a major way to benefit from tree products and at the same time reduce above-ground competition between trees and crops. It may have negative effects, however, on root distribution and enhance below-ground competition. In an experiment with five tree species, a lower height of stem pruning led to a larger number of superficial roots of smaller diameter, but had no effect on shoot:root ratios or the relative importance of the tap root.  相似文献

文章采用网格取样技术结合线路调查法,在大屏嶂森林公园次生常绿阔叶林内设置9个样地,对样地内共26个树种的乔木立木进行调查,并且初步分析构筑型特征。研究结果显示:(1)树木冠形主要有卵形、圆球形、圆柱形、伞形和圆锥形5种基本类型,以圆球形冠形的树木种类比例最高,占统计总数的30%;(2)乔木冠幅多数属于中冠幅类型,并存在较小的分枝角度,其中以45°的比例最高,达到30.8%,其次是30°,占23.1%;(3)树木的分枝级数最大为7级,而以4级分枝的树种最多,占统计总数的38.5%;(4)树高与枝下高以及胸径的关系均符合幂函数关系,并且均呈正相关。  相似文献

At the Wind River Canopy Crane Facility in southeastern Washington State, USA, we examined phenotypic variation between upper- and lower-canopy branches of old-growth Thuja plicata J. Donn ex D. Don (western red cedar). Lower-canopy branches were longer, sprouted fewer daughter branches per unit stem length and were more horizontal than upper-canopy branches. Thuja plicata holds its foliage in fronds, and these had less projected area per unit mass, measured by specific frond area, and less overlap, measured by silhouette to projected area ratio (SPARmax), in the lower canopy than in the upper canopy. The value of SPARmax, used as an indicator of sun and shade foliage in needle-bearing species, did not differ greatly between upper- and lower-canopy branches. We suggest that branching patterns, as well as frond structure, are important components of morphological plasticity in T. plicata. Our results imply that branches of old-growth T. plicata trees have a guerilla growth pattern, responding to changes in solar irradiance in a localized manner.  相似文献

? Context

There is evidence that Nothofagus nervosa (= N. alpina) is suitable for timber production in temperate regions due to its wood quality and fast growth. However, high intra-specific variability in the architectural traits of this species limits its usefulness.

? Aims

This study was aimed at evaluating intra-specific variability in the architecture of N. nervosa trees at the population level, with emphasis on traits related to the suitability of trees for timber production.

? Methods

The size of 13-year-old trees installed in an experimental field population and the extent of differentiation between trunk and branches were compared among families (trees derived from different mother trees).

? Results

The large majority of trees exhibited architectural features indicative of high suitability for timber production: clear differentiation between trunk and main branches and few occurrences of permanent trunk forks, apex deaths, and sylleptic branching. Trees belonging to different families differed in height and trunk diameter. Micro-environmental conditions had a very significant effect on most architectural traits, including the trunk differentiation.

? Conclusions

N. nervosa emerges as a suitable option for timber production in temperate regions. Trunk growth seems to be under both environmental and genetic control in this species.  相似文献

Three controlled water supply treatments were applied to 1-year-old peach trees grown in root observation boxes. The treatments were: I(0), growth medium maintained at 50% field capacity; I(1), water supplied when daily net tree stem diameter change was negative or zero for 1 day; I(3) as for I(1) except that water was applied after net daily stem diameter change was negative or zero for 3 consecutive days. Trees in treatment I(0) had the greatest mean daily first-order shoot growth rates, and trees in treatment I(3) had the lowest shoot growth rates. Because leaf production rate (apparent plastochron) of first-order shoots was unaffected by treatment, differences in shoot length were due to differences in internode extension and not to the number of internodes. Trees in treatment I(0) had a greater number of second-order shoot axes than trees in treatment I(1) or I(3). Furthermore, an increase in the rate of growth of the first-order shoot axis was associated with an increased tendency for branching (i.e., the development of sylleptic second-order shoots). Increased leaf length was also associated with more frequent watering. Trees in treatment I(0) had the greatest root lengths and dry weights, and this was attributed to a greater number of first-and second-order (lateral) root axes compared with trees in the I(1) and I(3) treatments. The extension rate and apical diameter of first-order roots were reduced by the I(3) treatment. The density of second-order roots along primary root axes was not affected by any of the treatments.  相似文献
