A 56‐day feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of replacing fish meal (FM) with soybean meal (SBM) and fermented soybean meal (FSBM) on growth performance, nutrition utilization and intestinal histology of largemouth bass. The basal diet contained 350 g/kg FM (control), and then, FM was replaced with SBM or FSBM of 15%, 30%, 45% and 60% respectively. The results showed that the specific growth rate of fish fed FSBM‐60, SBM‐45 and SBM‐60 diets significantly decreased, and the feed conversion ratio of SBM‐30, SBM‐45, SBM‐60, FSBM‐45 and FSBM‐60 groups increased when compared to the control group (p < .05). The apparent digestibility coefficients of dry matter and crude protein of SBM‐45, SBM‐60 and FSBM‐60 groups were significantly lower than those of the control group (p < .05), and the substitution of FM with SBM and FSBM (45% and 60%) significantly reduced the protein retention (p < .05). Serum total protein contents of SBM‐60 and FSBM‐60 groups and serum cholesterol contents of SBM‐45, SBM‐60 and FSBM‐60 groups were significantly lower than those of the control group (p < .05). The SBM‐30 and SBM‐60 groups showed significantly higher alanine aminotransferase activity than the control group (p < .05). The intestinal histology analysis resulted that the villus length of the SBM‐60 group and the villus width of the SBM‐45, SBM‐60 and FSBM‐60 groups decreased when compared to the control (p < .05). In conclusion, FSBM could replace 30% FM in diet of largemouth bass containing 350 g/kg FM, while the substitution level of FM with SBM was only 15%.  相似文献

This study investigated the effect of dietary synbiotics on the growth, feed utilization and intestinal histology of largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides). A commercial synbiotic product containing dried powder of yeast, Bacillus subtilis and mannan oligosaccharides was supplemented in basal diet with 0 g/kg (control), 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 and 6.0 g/kg, respectively, and then, the five diets were fed to largemouth bass with body weight of 4.5 ± 0.1 g for 8 weeks. The results showed that the supplementation of 2.0, 4.0 and 6.0 g/kg synbiotics increased weight gain by 20.6%, 17.7% and 11.8% (p < .05) and decreased feed conversion ratio by 0.20, 0.18 and 0.12 (p < .05), respectively, when compared to the control. The protein retention, lipid retention, apparent digestibility coefficient of dry matter and crude protein, and the intestinal villus height and width of 2.0 and 4.0 g/kg synbiotic groups were significantly higher than those of the control (p < .05). The intestinal protease activity and serum lysozyme activity were increased by the addition of 2.0 and 4.0 g/kg synbiotics (p < .05). In conclusion, dietary synbiotics improved the growth, feed utilization and intestinal structure of juvenile largemouth bass, and the recommended inclusion level was 2.0–4.0 g/kg.  相似文献

为探究2种蛋白源单一和混合替代鱼粉对大口黑鲈生长性能、血清生化指标和肠道组织学的影响,实验用发酵豆粕(FSM)、肉骨粉(MBM)和发酵豆粕+肉骨粉(FSM+MBM)混合物(1∶1)等蛋白替代基础饲料(FM,含鱼粉350 g/kg)中150 g/kg的鱼粉,使鱼粉含量降为200 g/kg,共配制成4种等氮等脂的实验饲料,记为FM (对照组)、FSM、MBM和FSM+MBM组,投喂初始体质量为(21.2±0.1) g的大口黑鲈8周。结果显示,与对照组相比,各替代组的增重率均无显著差异,但FSM组的增重率显著低于FSM+MBM组。此外,FSM组的饲料系数较对照组和MBM组显著升高。各组在全鱼成分(水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分)和干物质消化率、蛋白质消化率以及蛋白质沉积率上无显著差异,而FSM组的蛋白质效率和脂肪沉积率显著低于对照组。此外,FSM组的血清谷草转氨酶显著增加,而血清总抗氧化能力以及超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶活性显著降低。在前肠形态学方面,各替代组的绒毛宽度均显著低于对照组,FSM组的绒毛高度、肌层厚度以及绒毛周长显著高于对照组。以上结果表明,在鱼粉含量为350 g/kg的饲料中,MB...  相似文献

This study evaluated three different pond‐based production systems for raising largemouth bass, Micropterus salmoides, for the food fish market, using nine 0.04‐ha ponds. Treatments included traditional ponds (TP), intensively aerated ponds (IAP), and split‐pond systems (SPS). TP and SPS ponds were aerated at 9.3 kW/ha, while IAP was aerated at 18.6 kW/ha. TP was stocked at 7,500 fish per ha (three replicates per treatment), and the other two production systems (SPS, IAP) were stocked with 12,500 fish per ha. Feed‐habituated advanced fingerlings (128 ± 47.6 g mean individual weight) were cultured for 157 days. Fish were fed a formulated diet (42% protein, 16% lipid) four times a day, feeding with a maximum allowance of 3% of total body weight and readjusted to the initial body weight biweekly. Fish raised in the SPS displayed a significantly lower specific growth rate, lower individual final weight, and lower weight gain, but the biomass gained was significantly higher than TP but not IAP. Final biomass gained was 50% higher in the SPS and IAP than in the TP. Survival rate and feed conversion ratio were not significantly different among treatments and ranged from 71 to 79% and 1.64 to 2.14, respectively.  相似文献

为了探讨玉米蛋白粉替代鱼粉对大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)生长、肠道组织结构及肠道微生物菌群的影响,进行了为期8周的生长实验。以初始体重为(10.49±0.03)g的大黄鱼幼鱼为研究对象,用玉米蛋白粉分别替代基础饲料(含40%鱼粉)中0%(FM,对照组)、15%(CGM15)、30%(CGM30)、45%(CGM45)、60%(CGM60)、75%(CGM75)的鱼粉,配制6种等氮(粗蛋白含量45%)等脂(粗脂肪含量10%)的实验饲料。56 d投喂实验结束后,各处理组幼鱼的存活率与特定生长率以及饲料系数等指标均无显差异(P0.05)。从肠道组织学发现,各处理组与对照组(FM)的幼鱼肠道组织结构肠黏膜、皱襞高度、杯状细胞个数均无显著差异性(P0.05),但CGM60组的幼鱼部分肠黏膜上皮细胞被破坏,上皮细胞排列紊乱,纹状缘出现缺刻,肠绒毛部分出现脱落或破损;CGM75组的幼鱼肠道的皱襞高度变短,皱襞密度降低,皱襞个数减少。选取FM、CGM15(生长相对较好)和CGM75(生长相对较差)三组运用Illumina-Mi Seq高通量测序技术分析幼鱼肠道菌群的物种丰富度指数(chao1)、香农指数(Shannon)、辛普森指数(Simpson)和覆盖率(good coverage)均无显著差异(P0.05);基于门水平,FM、CGM15和CGM75组的幼鱼肠道细菌中优势菌群为厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria)。而在属水平,类芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus)、嗜碱菌属(Alkaliphilus)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、肠球菌属(Enterococcus)为其优势菌群。分析属水平差异菌属发现,与FM组相比较,CGM15和CGM75组均显著增加了链球菌属(Streptococcus)的物种丰度(P0.05);与FM组相比,CGM15组显著降低了德沃斯氏菌(Devosia)和纤维弧菌属(Cellvibrio)的物种丰度(P0.05);与FM组相比,CGM75组显著增加了葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)的物种丰度(P0.05)。综上所述,玉米蛋白粉替代鱼粉达45%时对大黄鱼幼鱼的生长、肠道组织结构及肠道优势菌群均影响不大。  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of replacement of fish meal (FM) with fermented soybean meal (FSM) on growth performance, intestinal morphology and microbiota of juvenile large yellow croaker (Larimichthys crocea). Replacement ratio of FM with FSM were 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, 60% and 75%, respectively (marked as FSM0, FSM15, FSM30, FSM45, FSM60 and FSM75). The results indicated that the survival ranged from 84.78% to 99.44%, and no significant differences were observed among all treatments (> 0.05). Weight gain ratio (WGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) significantly decreased when the replacement level of FM protein exceeded 60%, and fish fed the FSM60 and FSM75 diets had lower WGR and SGR than those fed the other diets. Feed intake (FI) and feed conversion rate (FCR) significantly increased with replacement levels of FM increasing. Illumina high‐throughput sequence analyses showed that the alpha diversity did not differ among the diets of FSM0, FSM15 and FSM75. The whole community of tested samples was not modified by FSM, Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the dominant flora in the intestines based on the phyla level. The dominant phyla in the water sample were Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes. Fish fed the diet containing FSM75 significantly reduced the species abundance of Paenibacillus. There was a certain correlation between the intestine microbiota and SGR, antioxidant, and immune. Results indicated that up to 45% of FM can be replaced by FSM without negative effects on growth performance and intestinal integrity of juvenile large yellow croaker.  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of partial replacement of soybean meal (SBM) with fermented soybean residue (FSR) on growth performance, body composition and plasma biochemical parameters of largemouth bass, Micropterus salmoides. Soybean residue was fermented with a mixture of microorganisms (Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus spp. and Molasses yeast) using the solid‐state fermentation. Four isonitrogenous (crude protein 430 g/kg) and isoenergetic (gross energy 18 MJ/kg) diets were formulated by replacing 0 (the control), 20, 40 and 60g/kg of protein from SBM with FSR (FSR0, FSR20, FSR40 and FSR60, respectively). Each diet was fed to four replicate groups of fish (initial body weight: 17.1 ± 0.19 g) for 12 weeks. Results showed that dietary FSR substitution significantly improved growth of juvenile largemouth bass. The weight gain, specific growth rate and protein efficiency ratio were all significantly improved by dietary FSR level up to 40g/kg substitution level (< .05) and then levelled off beyond this level. Fish fed the diet with 40g/kg and 60g/kg protein from FSR had lower feed conversion ratio than the control group (< .05). The hepatosomatic index, viscera ratio and liver lipid content significantly decreased with increasing dietary FSR level. Total protein content, superoxide dismutase and alkaline phosphates activities in plasma were lower in fish fed the control diet (< .05) than the other groups. However, both alanine aminotransferase and aspartate transaminase were higher in fish fed the control diet (< .05) compared to the other treatments. The plasma catalase activity significantly increased with increasing dietary FSR level, while plasma triglyceride, total cholesterol, glucose and malondialdehyde contents significantly reduced. No significant difference was observed in the glutathione peroxidase activity among dietary treatments. These findings demonstrated that replacing dietary SBM with FSR has beneficial effects on growth of M. salmoides, and the best growth performance was obtained at 40g/kg replacement for SBM protein. In addition, there is a great potential to apply FSR to improve lipid metabolism and antioxidant capacity of M. salmoides.  相似文献

Abstract Factors that can influence changes in lipid class concentrations in specific tissues have not been reported for largemouth bass Micropterus salmoides. We investigated patterns of lipid composition by measuring seasonal levels of total lipid and major lipid classes in the muscle and liver tissues of juvenile and adult largemouth bass and gonad tissue of adults. Fish were collected in December, February, April and July to correspond with key stages of the sexual cycle. Total lipid concentrations were substantially greater in hepatic (32.8 [female] to 56.6 [male] mg. g?1) and gonadal tissues (34.4 [F] to 204.0 [M] mg. g?1) than in muscle (7. 5 [F] to 11.4 [M] mg. g?1). Muscle lipid concentrations in juveniles were significantly higher (10.9 [F] and 11.4 [M] mg. g?1) in summer than in winter in adult muscle tissue (8.6 [F] and 9.4 [MI mg. g?1). A 44% increase in ovary lipid was observed from preparatory to prespawn stages, followed by a 78% decline after the spawn. Additionally, seasonal hepatic lipid concentrations were substantially higher in juveniles. Concentrations of lipid classes (free cholesterol [C], triacylglycerol [TAG], free-fatty acids [FFA], esterified cholesterol [CE] and phospholipid [PL]) of all tissue types varied significantly among season, sex, and maturity categories. Changes with all lipid classes in the ovary coincided with those occurring in total ovarian lipid. Mobilization and transport of TAG and PL from the liver to the ovary appeared to occur during gametogenesis. All class concentrations in juveniles were invariably higher in liver than in muscle, but seasonally variable among hepatic and gonad tissues of adults. Juvenile males showed slightly greater hepatic C concentrations than other groups. Muscle and hepatic C were generally higher in juveniles.  相似文献

The effects of fructooligosaccharide (FOS) on growth performance, immunity and predominant autochthonous intestinal microbiota of shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) fed diets with fish meal (FM) partially replaced by soybean meal (SBM) were evaluated. After acclimation, shrimps (1.82 ± 0.01 g/kg) were allocated into 15 tanks (25 shrimps per tank) and fed five different diets including positive control diet (C0, containing 250 g/kg FM and 285 g/kg SBM), control diet (C, containing 125 g/kg FM, 439 g/kg SBM) and three experimental diets supplemented with 1.0 g/kg FOS (T1), 2.0 g/kg FOS (T2) and 4.0 g/kg FOS (T3) to control diet (C) respectively. Shrimps were fed diets to apparent satiation three times per day, and 15 shrimps from each aquarium were randomly sampled and analysed at the end of the 6‐week feeding trial. The results showed that FBW, WGR, SGR and SR decreased, while FCR and FI increased significantly in control (C) compared with positive control (C0). Besides, significantly decreased trypsase and lipase activities, and SOD, AKP and ACP activities were recorded in control (C) compared with positive control (C0). On the other hand, significantly improved SGR and decreased FCR were observed in groups T1, T2 and T3 compared with control (C). Moreover, lipase and amylase activities enhanced significantly in group T3 compared with the control (C), while GOT and GPT activities dropped significantly with the increment supplementation of FOS in diets. Compared with the control (C), SOD activity enhanced significantly and MDA level decreased significantly in groups T2 and T3, and improved AKP and ACP activities were observed in group T3. In addition, dietary FOS improved the microbial diversity, and suppressed several potential pathogens, such as Vibrio tubiashii, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Photobacterium damselae‐like strains in the intestine of shrimp. Overall, these results proved FOS could relieve the side effects induced by SBM and supported the use of 2.0–4.0 g/kg FOS in shrimp diets with FM partially replaced by SBM.  相似文献

以不同维生素C水平(添加量分别为0、500、1000、2000和4000mg·kg-1)的5种饲料喂养初始体重为19g左右的大口黑鲈1个月,每个处理50尾鱼,各处理3个重复,研究维生素C对大口黑鲈生长及非特异性免疫的影响。结果显示:饲料中添加维生素C能显著促进大口黑鲈的生长和脾体指数(P<0·05),然而对大口黑鲈的成活率以及肝体指数等不产生影响(P>0·05);饲料中添加维生素C能显著促进大口黑鲈血清中超氧化物歧化酶活力和溶菌酶活力(P<0·05);随着饲料中维生素C添加水平的提高,大口黑鲈肝脏中维生素C的积累量显著升高(P<0·05)。实验证明,Vc作为免疫刺激剂能有效地提高大口黑鲈的生长与非特异性免疫能力。  相似文献

The present study investigated the effect of fish meal (FM) replacement with fermented soybean meal (FSM) on growth and feed utilization of rainbow trout. Two FSM products, FSM1 (more fermentation with more small peptide and acid than FSM2) and FSM2 were used to replace 20%, 40% and 60% of FM in control diet (250 g/kg FM), respectively (FSM1‐20, FSM1‐40, FSM1‐60, FSM2‐20, FSM2‐40 and FSM2‐60). Then the seven diets were fed to rainbow trout (18.1 g) for 8 weeks. Weight gain (WG), feed conversion ratio (FCR) and digestibility of crude protein and dry matter showed no significant difference among the groups of FSM1‐20, FSM1‐40, FSM2‐20, FSM2‐40 and the control, but WG significantly decreased and FCR increased when 60% FM was replaced by both FSMs (p < .05). The replacement of 40%, 60% FM resulted in lower villus height than the control (p < .05), and intestinal protease activity was lower in FSM2‐40, FSM2‐60 and FSM1‐60 groups than the control group (p < .05). In addition, the activity of alkaline phosphatase and superoxide dismutase increased with increasing levels of FSM (p < .05). In conclusion, dietary fish meal could be replaced by 40% with both FSMs without adverse effects on growth and feed utilization of rainbow trout based on an eight weeks feeding trial.  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding test was conducted to quantify the dietary arginine requirement of juvenile largemouth bass (LMB) (25 ± 0.4 g). Six isonitrogenous and isolipidic (459 g crude protein and 122 g crude lipid kg?1 dry diet) diets were formulated to contain graded levels of arginine (17.0–30.1 g kg?1 dry diet). Zein‐coated crystalline amino acid mixtures were supplemented to simulate, except for arginine, the amino acid profile of the muscle protein of LMB. Each diet was randomly assigned to quadruplicate tanks of 35 fish reared in a flow‐through system. Fish were fed to apparent satiation twice daily. Weight gain (WG) was significantly affected by dietary arginine level. Nitrogen retention was significantly lower in fish fed D17.0. Arginine retention significantly decreased with dietary arginine increased. Threonine, leucine and lysine concentrations in whole body were significantly affected by dietary arginine level. Serum lysozyme activity, serum protein and respiratory burst of head kidney leucocytes were significantly affected, while complement activity (CH50) showed no difference among treatments. Based on broken‐line analysis for WG against dietary digestible arginine level, the arginine requirement of LMB was 19.1 g kg?1 of dry diet (41.6 g kg?1 of crude protein).  相似文献

为研究饲料中不同苏氨酸水平对大口黑鲈生长性能、糖脂代谢、免疫及宠物级鸡肉粉利用率的影响,实验采用初始体质量为(4.16±0.06) g的大口黑鲈作为研究对象,设计3种等氮等脂的饲料:苏氨酸对照组(TC,65.0%鱼粉),低水平苏氨酸组(LT,65.0%宠物级鸡肉粉添加除苏氨酸以外的必需氨基酸含量至TC水平组)和苏氨酸添加组(TS,LT组添加苏氨酸含量至TC水平组),养殖实验开展8周。结果显示,与对照组相比,LT处理组饲料显著降低了大口黑鲈的生长性能、饲料效率和鱼体营养物质组成,饲料中添加苏氨酸可在一定程度上改善宠物级鸡肉粉完全替代鱼粉后导致的生长性能受限、饲料效率低下和鱼体营养物质组成降低等问题。宠物级鸡肉粉完全替代鱼粉还显著降低了血浆中营养成分和多种游离氨基酸的含量,饲料中添加晶体苏氨酸能够显著提高血浆中游离氨基酸的水平,使之与对照组间无显著性差异。mRNA水平上,饲料中添加苏氨酸可显著改善鸡肉粉完全替代鱼粉引起的肝脏中糖脂合成代谢抑制和分解代谢加剧的现象,同时添加苏氨酸也可显著降低细胞炎症因子的mRNA的表达水平。研究表明,饲料中适量苏氨酸的添加可在一定程度上提高大口黑鲈的生长性能...  相似文献

The present study was conducted to explore the effects of graded replacing fishmeal (0, 50, 100 and 150 g/kg) with chicken plasma powder in diets for largemouth bass, and each diet was fed to triplicate groups of fish (initial weight: 49.50 ± 0.07 g) twice daily. Results showed that specific growth rate was not remarkably reduced until 150 g/kg fishmeal being replaced. Meanwhile, the inclusion of chicken plasma powder led to a significant decrease in feed intake, and the replacement of 150 g/kg fishmeal significantly decreased the apparent digestibility coefficient of protein and essential amino acids, which may account for the lowered protein retention rate and decreased crude protein content of liver and whole body composition. Moreover, the replacement of 150 g/kg fishmeal resulted in a significantly reduced activity of lysozyme, classical complement pathway and respiratory burst, and meanwhile, the red blood cell count and haemoglobin content were also significantly reduced, indicating the impaired health status of fish with high inclusion of chicken plasma powder. In above, approximately 50–100 g/kg fishmeal could be replaced by chicken plasma powder in the diets for largemouth bass.  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of replacing fish meal protein with fermented soybean meal (FSM) on the growth performance, feed utilization, amino acid profile, body composition, morphological parameters, activity of antioxidant and digestive enzymes of black sea bream (Acanthopagrus schlegeli) juvenile. Five isonitrogenic and isolipidic diets were prepared with levels of 0 (control), 80, 160, 240 and 320 g kg?1 FSM. Triplicate groups (40 fish per tank) of juvenile black sea bream with initial weight of 1.17 ± 0.04 g were hand‐fed to visual satiation at three meals per day for 8 weeks. The fish fed diets containing different levels of FSM had no significant differences regarding survival and specific growth rate compared with control group. Feed and protein efficiency ratios of fish fed diet containing 320 g kg?1 FSM were significantly lower than those of control group. Daily feed intake and daily protein intake of fish fed diet containing 240–320 g kg?1 were significantly higher than those of control group. Hepatosomatic index and condition factor of fish were not affected by different dietary FSM level. Fish fed diets containing 240–320 g kg?1 FSM had significantly higher visceral somatic index than control group. Whole body proximate and amino acid compositions of fish were not affected by dietary FSM level. The activity of digestive enzymes in the intestine was not affected by dietary FSM level. The activity of glutathione peroxidase in liver was significantly higher for fish fed the diet containing 160 g kg?1 FSM compared with control group. This study showed that up to 40% fish meal in the diets of juvenile black sea bream could be replaced by fermented soybean meal with supplementation of methionine, lysine and taurine.  相似文献

为研究陆基圆池循环水养殖条件下大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)适宜的养殖密度,设置55、65、75、85、95尾/m2等5种养殖密度(分别标记为A1、A2、A3、A4、A5组),进行了63 d的大口黑鲈养殖试验,通过测定和分析试验鱼的体质量日增长率、体长日增长率、饲料系数、体质量均匀度和单位面积产量等指标,评价不同养殖密度对大口黑鲈生长和主要养殖效能的影响。结果显示:(1)从次低密度的A2组(65尾/m2)至密度最高的A5组(95尾/m2),试验鱼的体长日增长率基本上随着养殖密度的提高而下降,最高的A2组比A3、A4和A5组分别高了31.6%、82.9%和92.3%,并且差异显著(P<0.05);(2)从A2组至A5组,试验鱼的体质量日增长率和特定生长率均随着养殖密度的提高而下降;(3)A2组的饲料系数比A1、A3、A4和A5组分别降低了16.7%、28.6%、55.4%和56.9%;(4)单位面积产量和产品均匀度均在A2组达到最高。基于生长性能及养殖效能的综合评价,陆基圆池循环水养殖条件下大口黑鲈成鱼养殖阶段较适宜的养殖密度为65尾/m2。  相似文献

对饥饿和饥饿后投喂的大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力及消化组织的变化进行了研究,饥饿周期为30d。饥饿对大口黑鲈消化道指数的影响为肝体比从试验的第3天开始明显下降(P<0.05),第20天开始保持稳定水平(P>0.05);幽门盲囊重与体重比先上升后下降;胃重与体重比始终呈上升趋势(P<0.05);肠重与体重比在第10天开始保持稳定水平(P>0.05);肠长与体长比呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。饥饿对蛋白酶活力影响为从开始到第3天胃蛋白酶活力上升,第10天开始下降;幽门盲囊蛋白酶活力在第10天之后持续下降(P<0.05);肠道蛋白酶活力一直呈下降趋势。饥饿对淀粉酶活力影响为肝脏淀粉酶活力、胃淀粉酶活力和幽门盲囊淀粉酶活力均呈下降趋势(P<0.05);肠道淀粉酶活力第10天之后即稳定在低水平(P>0.05)。饥饿后摄食对蛋白酶活力和淀粉酶活力的影响为饥饿后摄食蛋白酶活力和淀粉酶活力均呈上升趋势,上升的速度在不同组织有差异,在恢复摄食后的第10天基本达到正常水平。  相似文献

从免疫相关酶活及基因转录水平角度探讨发酵豆粕替代鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾健康生长及免疫机能机制的影响。实验设置5种实用饲料,以30%鱼粉组(FM)为对照组,分别用4%(FSM4)、8%(FSM8)、12%(FSM12)和16%(FSM16)的发酵豆粕,替代9.7%、19.4%、29.1%和38.8%鱼粉,分为4个处理组,饲养体质量为(7.62±0.23)g的凡纳滨对虾60 d后,统计生长性能,检测肌肉营养成分、血清及肝胰腺免疫相关酶活性,肝胰腺HSP70和鳃Toll受体、IMD、溶菌酶(LZM)免疫相关基因m RNA的表达水平。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,发酵豆粕替代鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾成活率无显著影响;过低或过高水平的发酵豆粕替代鱼粉皆会影响凡纳滨对虾的特定生长率。(2)除FSM12组外,肌肉粗蛋白含量发酵豆粕替代组均低于对照组;粗脂肪含量随着发酵豆粕替代量的升高而降低,FSM16组最低。(3)血清谷丙转氨酶活FSM4和FSM16组显著高于对照组;谷草转氨酶活FSM4组最高,而FSM8组最低;除FSM12组外;碱性磷酸酶活性发酵豆粕替代组显著高于对照组;除FSM16组外,血清总蛋白与肝胰腺丙二醛含量发酵豆粕替代组与对照组无显著性差异。(4)随着发酵豆粕替代量增加,鳃Toll受体m RNA表达呈上升趋势,鳃IMD m RNA表达则呈先升后降趋势,发酵豆粕替代比例过高会降低鳃LZM m RNA表达水平,而肝胰腺HSP70 m RNA表达量则随着发酵豆粕替代比例增加呈上升趋势。综上所述,发酵豆粕适量替代鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾生长性能无显著影响,并可提高免疫相关酶活,改变免疫相关基因的表达。本实验条件下适宜发酵豆粕用量为8%~12%;替代量过高,会引起机体的过度应激。  相似文献
