池塘和稻田养殖模式对金边鲤和建鲤肌肉品质的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
分析了稻田和池塘养殖模式下金边鲤和建鲤肌肉营养成分、理化特性和质构特性,并进行营养价值评价,评估金边鲤的肌肉品质,为开发和推广金边鲤稻田养殖提供数据依据。结果显示,稻田金边鲤的粗脂肪、粗灰分和系水力均显著高于池塘金边鲤;稻田建鲤和池塘建鲤的基本营养成分除水分外差异均不显著;稻田金边鲤肌肉的硬度、弹性、咀嚼性显著高于池塘建鲤和稻田建鲤,硬度和恢复性显著高于池塘金边鲤,而内聚性显著低于池塘金边鲤、池塘建鲤和稻田建鲤;测定的17种氨基酸中,4组鱼肉的Lys含量均高于WHO/FAO标准和鸡蛋蛋白标准,稻田金边鲤的∑TAA、∑EAA、∑DAA和∑NEAA均高于池塘建鲤和稻田建鲤,且EAA/TAA比值更接近FAO/WHO要求的40%的标准;稻田和池塘金边鲤的EAAI均超过100分,高于稻田和池塘建鲤(82.31~83.36分);测定出的24种脂肪酸中,稻田金边鲤的∑SFA、∑MUFA和DHA+LA+油酸总量均高于其他3组。研究表明,金边鲤和建鲤鱼肉可作为人体优质的赖氨酸源,稻田金边鲤肌肉比建鲤和池塘金边鲤肌肉更富有嚼劲,其肌肉必需氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸及高度不饱和脂肪酸含量更高,且组成比例更符合人体需求。稻田养殖金边鲤的肌肉品质优势明显,具有较高的产业开发潜力。  相似文献

Processes influencing fish recruitment are often highly complex and inherently difficult to understand. Invasive species may complicate recruitment through habitat and food web modifications resulting in competitive bottlenecks. Common carp Cyprinus carpio have been distributed worldwide, and their introductions have resulted in destructive effects on aquatic ecosystems and food web dynamics. Common carp are highly fecund, and high densities of age‐0 carp may occur in some years that may reduce invertebrate prey resources and adversely affect native age‐0 fishes. We used enclosures and field observations to examine potential effects of age‐0 common carp on growth and survival of age‐0 yellow perch Perca flavescens and bluegill Lepomis macrochirus. Yellow perch and bluegill were stocked into enclosures with and without common carp (31 fish/m3) using a substitution experimental design, and fish growth and survival and invertebrate prey resources were assessed. Common carp reduced growth of yellow perch but not bluegill and did not affect survival of either species in mesocosms. Next, we used patterns of common carp, bluegill, and yellow perch abundance and total length across 38 lake‐years to evaluate potential interspecific interactions in natural systems. Age‐0 common carp abundance was not negatively related to size or abundance of bluegill or yellow perch. However, adult common carp and age‐0 yellow perch abundance were inversely related, suggesting a potential competitive bottleneck. Thus, age‐0 common carp may suppress growth of yellow perch when prey is limited, but adult common carp may have larger effects than early life stages on native juvenile fishes.  相似文献

Three 2‐factor experiments were conducted to determine the effects of background colour and synthetic carotenoids on the skin colour of Australian snapper Pagrus auratus. Initially, we evaluated the effects on skin colour of supplementing diets for 50 days with 60 mg kg?1 of either astaxanthin (LP; Lucantin® Pink), canthaxanthin (LR; Lucantin® Red), apocarotenoic acid ethyl ester (LY; Lucantin® Yellow), selected combinations of the above or no carotenoids and holding snapper (mean weight=88 g) in either white or black cages. In a second experiment, all snapper (mean weight=142 g) from Experiment 1 were transferred from black to white, or white to white cages to measure the short‐term effects of cage colour on skin L*, a* and b* colour values. Skin colour was measured after 7 and 14 days, and total carotenoid concentrations were determined after 14 days. Cage colour was the dominant factor affecting the skin lightness of snapper with fish from white cages much lighter than fish from black cages. Diets containing astaxanthin conferred greatest skin pigmentation and there were no differences in redness (a*) and yellowness (b*) values between snapper fed 30 or 60 mg astaxanthin kg?1. Snapper fed astaxanthin in white cages displayed greater skin yellowness than those in black cages. Transferring snapper from black to white cages increased skin lightness but was not as effective as growing snapper in white cages for the entire duration. Snapper fed astaxanthin diets and transferred from black to white cages were less yellow than those transferred from white to white cages despite the improvement in skin lightness (L*), and the total carotenoid concentration of the skin of fish fed astaxanthin diets was lower in white cages. Diets containing canthaxanthin led to a low level of deposition in the skin while apocarotenoic acid ethyl ester did not alter total skin carotenoid content or skin colour values in snapper. In a third experiment, we examined the effects of dietary astaxanthin (diets had 60 mg astaxanthin kg?1 or no added carotenoids) and cage colour (black, white, red or blue) on skin colour of snapper (mean weight=88 g) after 50 days. Snapper fed the astaxanthin diet were more yellow when held in red or white cages compared with fish held in black or blue cages despite similar feed intake and growth. The skin lightness (L* values) was correlated with cage L* values, with the lightest fish obtained from white cages. The results of this study suggest that snapper should be fed 30 mg astaxanthin kg?1 in white cages for 50 days to increase lightness and the red colouration prized in Australian markets.  相似文献

PCR‐denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) was applied to analyse the microbial community attached to the gills and skin of poly‐cultured gibel carp (Carassius auratus gibelio) and bluntnose black bream (Megalobrama amblycephala Yih) and compare these results with those detected in the rearing water. The microbiota discussed included bacteria, fungi and a specific bacterial taxa of actinomycetes was also analysed. Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Cyanobacteria, Ascomycota, Basidiomycota and some unclassified microbiota were identified. Based on our results, we concluded that: (1) the adherent bacterial/fungal communities on the gills and skin were different from those in the rearing water, (2) the bacterial/fungal diversities on fish gills were lower than that on fish skin, (3) the adherent bacterial/fungal communities on gill and skin of gibel carp were different from that of bluntnose black bream and (4) the adherent actinomycetal community showed certain similarity between the skin of different hosts. Based on our conclusions, we suggested that the topic investigated in the present study merits further investigations.  相似文献

A two‐factor experiment was performed to evaluate the effects of cage colour (black or white 0.5 m3 experiment cages) and light environment (natural sunlight or reduced level of natural sunlight) on the skin colour of darkened Australian snapper. Each treatment was replicated four times and each replicate cage was stocked with five snapper (mean weight=351 g). Snapper exposed to natural sunlight were held in experimental cages located in outdoor tanks. An approximately 70% reduction in natural sunlight (measured as PAR) was established by holding snapper in experimental cages that were housed inside a ‘shade‐house’ enclosure. The skin colour of anaesthetized fish was measured at stocking and after a 2‐, 7‐ and 14‐day exposure using a digital chroma‐meter (Minolta CR‐10) that quantified skin colour according to the L*a*b* colour space. At the conclusion of the experiment, fish were killed in salt water ice slurry and post‐mortem skin colour was quantified after 0.75, 6 and 22 h respectively. In addition to these trials, an ad hoc market appraisal of chilled snapper (mean weight=409 g) that had been held in either white or in black cages was conducted at two local fish markets. Irrespective of the sampling time, skin lightness (L*) was significantly affected by cage colour (P<0.05), with fish in white cages having much higher L* values (L*≈64) than fish held in black cages (L*≈49). However, the value of L* was not significantly affected by the light environment or the interaction between cage colour and the light environment. In general, the L* values of anaesthetized snapper were sustained post mortem, but there were linear reductions in the a* (red) and b* (yellow) skin colour values of chilled snapper over time. According to the commercial buyers interviewed, chilled snapper that had been reared for a short period of time in white cages could demand a premium of 10–50% above the prices paid for similar‐sized snapper reared in black cages. Our results demonstrate that short‐term use of white cages can reduce the dark skin colour of farmed snapper, potentially improving the profitability of snapper farming.  相似文献

During a PCR‐based CEV survey in Poland in 2015–2017, the virus was detected in many farms both in clinical and asymptomatic cases and in common as well as in koi carp (Cyprinus carpio). In order to evaluate the potential carrier role of fish species that share the same habitats with carp, an experimental trial was performed. Investigations carried out on specimens of bleak (Alburnus alburnus), crucian carp (Carassius carassius), European perch (Perca fluviatilis), Prussian carp (Carassius gibelio), roach (Rutilus rutilus) and tench (Tinca tinca) cohabited with CEV‐infected carp yielded positive results. These species of fish were experimentally cohabited with CEV‐infected common carp at a temperature of 16°C ± 1. Material from the brain, gills, spleen, kidneys, intestine and skin was investigated for the presence of CEV DNA. Similar investigations were performed with uninfected fish designated controls. Farming of red tilapia is increasing rapidly. However, its commercial farming development is challenged by lack of clear information on genetic basis for skin colour and pigmentation differences due to environmental changes. This study investigated the effects of photoperiod (light:dark, L:D) on the growth and skin colour variation of Malaysian red tilapia. A total of 180 fish weighing 150.48 ± 0.44 g were reared under natural photoperiod (13L:11D, control), prolonged lightness (24L:0D) and prolonged darkness (0L:24D) in three replicates for 78 days. The weight gain of fish cultured under both prolonged light and darkness were significantly higher than fish under natural photoperiod. The tyrosinase level in ventral skin was significantly higher for fish cultured under prolonged darkness condition than in the other two photoperiod regimes. Contrary, the cysteine level in the dorsal skin was significantly higher in the fish cultured under natural photoperiod than in prolonged light and darkness. The relative mRNA expressions of SRY‐related HMG‐Box 10 (sox 10), tyrosine (tyr), tyrosine‐related protein 1 (tyrp‐1) and solute carrier family 7 member 11 (slc7a11) genes were significantly higher in ventral skin of fish under prolonged darkness than the other two photoperiods. This study demonstrates that photoperiod has an impact on melanogenesis and growth of red tilapia. Understanding the effects of photoperiod on genetic basis of red tilapia will help in selective breeding programme of the important economic traits for the development of commercial red tilapia farming.  相似文献

The DNA of two laboratory strains of guppy (Poecilia reticulata), Black Yellow (BYS) and Red Flame (RFS), was studied with respect to their colour differences, in two generations (F1 and F2). Their varying morphological colours were related to their cloned fragments of cytochrome b mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) and random‐amplified polymorphic DNA‐polymerase chain reaction (RAPD‐PCR). The F1 generation was characterized by various forms. The male BYS could be divided into 68% having black–yellow tails and 14% having black–yellow–red tails. The other variations were found in very low percentages. The percentage of black–yellow‐tailed males increased to 85 in the F2 generation, and the percentages of the various other forms consequently decreased. Only 63% of BYS males had black–yellow dorsal fins in the F1 generation, but this percentage increased to 84 in F2. Compared with the males, fewer variations were found in female colour patterns in the F1 generation. A high percentage of BYS females (81%) colour was found with no significant increase in the F2 generation. However, variations decreased in the F2 females. On the other hand, a very high variation was found in female fins in the F1 generation: only 32% were of BYS colour and 25% had no‐colour fins. However, a significant increase in BYS colour was found in the F2 generation (61%) and 39% had no colour. The variation in RFS was lower than BYS in the F1 generation: 81% of the F1 males had red–yellow tails with colour, 46% of the fins were yellow and 36% were red–white. In females, a very high percentage (84%) had red–yellow tails and 76% had no‐colour dorsal fins. Mitochondria DNA markers and genomic DNA were studied in various laboratory strains. In the clone of the fragments of cytochrome b, the bands correlated to the colour phenotype. A fragment of the cDNA sequence was determined from a 268‐bp cloned with fragments of the guppy cytochrome b mtDNA gene. The genes varied for the two strains in only two base pairs, starting at the nucleotide position 171 and ending at position 174. Three primers showed good results in the RAPD‐PCR and were found suitable for the study of DNA variations in guppy. The high variation detected in BYS, in comparison with RFS, was reflected by changes in band‐sharing (BS) values ranging from 0.66 to 1, versus 0.8 to 1 in RFS.  相似文献

Abstract – Common carp Cyprinus carpio is a widespread invasive species that, in high abundance, can impose numerous deleterious effects in aquatic ecosystems. Common carp increase turbidity and nutrient availability while reducing invertebrate prey resources and aquatic macrophytes, transforming shallow lakes from the clear‐ to turbid‐water state. However, potential effects of common carp on native fish communities have received limited attention. We evaluated the relationships among relative abundances of nine native fishes and common carp for 81 lakes in eastern South Dakota and their associated physicochemical characteristics. Inverse threshold relationships among relative abundances of native fishes and common carp were identified for black bullhead Ameiurus melas, black crappie Pomoxis nigromaculatus, bluegill Lepomis macrochirus, white bass Morone chrysops and northern pike Esox lucius, while marginally significant relationships were detected for largemouth bass Micropterus salmoides and smallmouth bass M. dolomieu. Lakes where common carp relative abundance exceeded 0.6 fish per net night had low abundance of native fishes, whereas lower abundance of common carp resulted in variable abundance of native fishes. Lakes with abundance of common carp surpassing 0.6 fish per net night were also characterised by larger surface areas and watersheds and impaired water quality (higher dissolved solids and chlorophyll a concentrations and lower secchi depth). Our results are consistent with the biotic‐abiotic constraining hypothesis that proposes biotic factors can regulate fish populations regardless of abiotic conditions. Thus, common carp abundance may need to be reduced and sustained below ecological thresholds to improve water quality and increase abundance of native fishes.  相似文献

During October 2016, a mass mortality of colour crucian carp (Carassius auratus), which the affected fish were lethargic, inappetence and anoxic, was occurred in a fish farm located in Chengdu, Sichuan province, China. To elucidate the aetiology of this outbreak, histological and electron microscope examination, molecular investigation were conducted. Pathologic examination revealed multi foci necrosis on haematopoietic organs, gills, hearts and pancreas. Transmission electron microscopy observations exhibited sphere herpesvirus‐like particles distributed amongst the tissues of gill, spleen and kidney. Molecular analysis is verified that the causative agent of this outbreak was Cyprinid herpesvirus 2 (CyHV‐2). This report first report CyHV‐2 in colour crucian carp, which increases the concern about damage of CyHV‐2 and its potential role in species.  相似文献

The effects of aquarium background colour and feed colour on survival, growth rates and feed utilization efficiency of thinlip mullet (Liza ramada) larvae (0.035 g) were investigated in two experiments. In the aquarium background colour trial, 50 larvae were stocked in duplicates in 120 L glass aquaria filled with dechlorinated tap water. The outside walls and bottoms of each pair of the aquaria were covered with coloured paper sheets to achieve one of six colours (white, black, red, green, yellow and blue), while noncoloured aquaria served as a control. The fish were fed an experimental diet (35% crude protein) at a daily rate of 5% of their body weight (BW), twice a day for 8 weeks. The best growth rates, feed efficiency and survival were achieved in larvae reared in light‐coloured aquaria (white, noncoloured and yellow). Fish performance was significantly retarded in larvae reared in dark‐coloured aquaria (red, green, black and blue). Body composition was not significantly affected by aquarium colour. In a feed colour trial, duplicate groups of larvae (0.035 g) were stocked at 50 fish per 120 L aquarium and fed a test diet (35% crude protein) with six different colours [dark blue, red, yellow, light brown (control), light green and dark brown] at a daily rate of 5% BW, twice a day for 8 weeks. The best performance and survival were achieved in fish fed on dark‐coloured diets (red, dark blue and dark brown). Light‐coloured diets (yellow, light green and light brown) resulted in inferior performance. Body composition was not significantly affected by feed colour. These results suggest that light‐coloured tanks should be used for rearing thinlip mullet, L. ramada larvae, while dark‐coloured diets are more preferable to light‐coloured diets.  相似文献

为探究SPR在锦鲤体色形成中的作用,实验利用RACE技术获得spr cDNA全长序列,并分析其时空表达模式,同时利用Western blot和免疫组织化学方法检测SPR蛋白在皮肤、鳍条和鳞片中的分布和表达情况。结果显示,spr cDNA全长879 bp,包含132 bp和134 bp的5′和3′非编码区,开放阅读框510 bp,编码170个氨基酸残基。氨基酸序列比对和系统进化树分析显示,锦鲤SPR具有保守的adhshortC2结构域,与金鱼相似性高达97.7%。spr在各组织中均有表达,其中皮肤的表达量最高。spr在锦鲤个体发育的4个阶段表现为先降后升。纯红、纯白及红白3种体色锦鲤皮肤、鳞片和鳍条中spr mRNA和蛋白表达水平基本一致,在纯红锦鲤皮肤中表达量最高,红白锦鲤白色皮肤、鳞片和鳍条的表达量最低。SPR组织定位分析显示,红色锦鲤和白色锦鲤皮肤中均检测到阳性信号,其中红色皮肤阳性信号强度高于白色皮肤。研究表明,spr可能与锦鲤红/黄色素细胞的分化和形成具有一定相关性,参与了锦鲤体色的形成。  相似文献

The short‐snouted seahorse (Hippocampus hippocampus) is a benthic fish that bases its survival on camouflage with the environment; therefore, both in wild and in captivity specimens, differences in coloration have been observed. This study was conducted to study the effect of five different diets, based on Artemia and frozen mysis, on fish survival, growth, skin colour parameters and biochemical composition. After 102 days of feeding different diets, no effect was observed on fish survival, growth, protein, ash or humidity content, except for colour changes on yellow and red fish. Differences on seahorse lipid and total carotenoids content were obtained in the experiment because of experimental diets. Fish eating Artemia showed the highest colour pattern response during the trial, with a maximum yellowness attained of 21. Additionally, a plateau of the skin colour expression for Artemia‐feeding fish was reached on day 180. A reversion of the yellowish skin colour was determined after a change of diet.  相似文献

Mass selection in Oreochromis niloticus, Stirling strain, was used to obtain a red colour homozygous dominant population from a base population containing wild type and red fish with black blotches. Each selection generation included 28–80 breeders in a 1:1 male:female ratio and a density of 1 pair m?2.First selection for red colour was done when fry reached 3 g, discarding those exhibiting wild type colouring or with a high black blotch incidence. Second selection was done before fish began the reproduction stage. To determine if red‐coloured fish were homozygous, a progeny test was done with the fifth selection generation using eight individual crosses of red males with wild type females and wild type males with red females. Red colour proportion increased from 5.6% in the first generation to 100% in the fifth generation. All fry in the progeny test were red colour, inferring that the population was homozygous dominant (RR). Accumulated inbreeding rate in the fifth selection generation was 1.79%. The selection process did not affect fecundity as fry production in red colour females was similar to that in wild type females. Mass selection to obtain a red homozygous population in O. niloticus, Stirling strain, was appropriate and was also effective in reducing black blotch incidence in the same species.  相似文献

Since its first outbreak in Japan in 2003, koi‐herpesvirus (KHV) remains a challenge to the carp Cyprinus carpio L. breeding industry. In this study, inactivation of KHV in water from carp habitats (carp habitat water) was investigated with the aim of developing a model for rapidly inactivating the pathogen in aquaculture effluent. Experiments with live fish showed that, in carp habitat water, KHV lost its infectivity within 3 days. Indications were that inactivation of KHV was caused by the antagonistic activity of bacteria (anti‐KHV bacteria) in the water from carp habitats. Carp habitat water and the intestinal contents of carp were therefore screened for anti‐KHV bacteria. Of 581 bacterial isolates, 23 showed anti‐KHV activity. An effluent treatment model for the disinfection of KHV in aquaculture effluent water using anti‐KHV bacteria was developed and evaluated. The model showed a decrease in cumulative mortality and in the number of KHV genome copies in kidney tissue of fish injected with treated effluent compared with a positive control. It is thought that anti‐KHV bacteria isolated from the intestinal contents of carp and from carp habitat water can be used to control KHV outbreaks.  相似文献

To explore the effect of replacing dietary fish meal (FM) with black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens) larvae meal (BSFLM) on growth and body composition of Jian carp (Cyprinus carpio var. Jian), the FM in basal diet of Jian carp was replaced by 0, 35, 70, 105 and 140 g/kg BSFLM respectively to form five isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets. A total of 300 Jian carp (10.1 ± 1.6 g) were randomly divided into five groups (triplicate per group) and fed five diets, respectively. After 56 days of feeding, growth and body composition of fish were determined. Results showed that serum maleic dialdehyde, total antioxidant capacity, 18:1n‐9, 18:2n‐6, 20:5n‐3 and 22:6n‐3 in fish significantly decreased and 12:0, 14:0 and 16:0 significantly increased with increasing replacement of BSFLM. The growth, biological parameters, proximate composition, amino acid composition and serum biochemical parameters of Jian carp were not affected by the replacement of BSFLM. In conclusion, up to 140 g/kg BSFLM (100% replacement of FM) can be included in diets of Jian carp without unfavourable effects on growth while decreasing n‐3 highly unsaturated fatty acid (HUFA) composition in body of fish, suggesting that BSFLM could be used after nutrient enrichment with n‐3 HUFA to bring active effects on fish quality.  相似文献
