以豆粕为发酵原料,利用复合酶酶解方法制备大豆小肽,筛选碱性、中性蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶进行复配酶解豆粕。结果表明:复合酶的最佳配比为碱性蛋白酶∶中性蛋白酶∶胰蛋白酶为3∶2∶1;酶解条件:p H8.5,反应温度50℃,反应时间4.5 h,水解度为94.55%,苦味值为3;小肽显示分子量分布范围:≤1 000 Da可达74.67%以上,其中≤500 Da占55.61%以上。综上试验结果可知,对比单酶、双酶及3种酶酶解豆粕的水解度和苦味值两项指标,3种酶组合使用更适合于制备水解度高、苦味低的大豆小肽。 相似文献

本试验以茯苓多糖为原料,以颗粒的外观形状、吸湿率、成型率做为评价指标,通过单因素实验和正交试验筛选茯苓多糖颗粒茶剂的成型工艺。结果表明,茯苓多糖颗粒茶剂的最佳配方为:原料药与辅料的配比为1:0.7,润湿剂(乙醇)浓度为65%,乙醇的用量为25%,此时制得的颗粒外观颜色、大小均匀,吸湿率、成型率均符合《中华人民共和国药典》颗粒剂项下的相关规定。 相似文献

以桔梗为原料,果胶和木薯淀粉为复合凝胶剂、白砂糖为甜味剂、柠檬酸为酸味剂,采用单因素和正交试验优化配方,通过感官评价和质构分析,对桔梗凝胶保健软糖进行工艺优化。得到最佳配方为:桔梗水提液质量浓度为0.3 g/mL,果胶与木薯淀粉的添加比例为6∶1,糖浓度60%,柠檬酸添加量0.3 g。最佳工艺为:果胶加入4倍水,木薯淀粉加入2倍水室温下分别溶胀30min,在95℃恒温水浴锅中将二者混合,加入桔梗提取液、甜味剂与酸味剂,浇注成型,35℃下干燥含水量为20%。采用该配方和工艺制成的软糖色泽亮丽,酸甜适口,口味独特,柔软而具有弹性,感官综合评分平均值为(95±1)分。 相似文献

为扩大澳洲坚果油应用领域,构建了澳洲坚果油微乳体系。以微乳区面积为评价指标,采用伪三元相图法,并结合单因素试验和Box-Behnken试验,对表面活性剂、助表面活性剂种类及用量和制备温度进行优选,并对相图中O/W型微乳中心区域的两条可稀释线上靠近中心的两个微乳液配方的粒径测定,评价微乳稳定性。澳洲坚果油微乳液较佳的制备工艺为:吐温60 (Tween 60)与聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油(PEG-40)质量比2.5为混合表面活性剂、聚乙二醇400(PEG400)与澳洲坚果油质量比3.5为混合油相、制备温度60 ℃,可制备出微乳区面积较大,无色透明并可无限稀释的微乳液,试验得到SME为13.61%。微乳液在长期贮存和大量稀释过程中,粒径变化较小,稳定性较好。 相似文献

目的通过经口给予小鼠不同剂量三七丹参片实验,验证三七丹参片的增强免疫力功能,为临床使用提供依据。方法实验设低、中、高三个剂量组,分别相当于人体推荐摄入量的5、10、30倍,同时设阴性对照组(1%羧甲基纤维素钠),连续一个月经口给予小鼠不同剂量的受试物。结果与阴性对照组比较,三个剂量组小鼠血清溶血素抗体积数值均升高;中、高剂量组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率、吞噬指数均升高;以上差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论三七丹参片具有增强免疫力功能。 相似文献

Eletriospinning process was used to fabricate Zirconia nanofibers and polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) was employed in this procedure.
SEM, TGA, FT-IR and XRD were used to investigate the electrospinning process. Pure PVP was electrospun at the same conditions
as comparisons. The results indicated that the fibers had an average diameter about 80 nm with smooth surface. FT-IR spectrum
and TGA curve proved that PVP was removed from the fibers after a thermal treatment. It was found that the crystal structure
of Zirconia changed at different calcination temperature. The use of PVP, bicomponent solvent of water and ethanol and inorganic

The utilization of Hura crepitans seed oil in the formulation of alkyd resins was investigated using a two-stage alcoholysis-polyesterification method. The percentage yield of the oil was 36.4%; and the physicochemical characterization revealed that the seed oil is an unsaturated semi-drying oil. The fatty acid profile of the oil showed that it contains linoleic acid (81.6%) as the most abundant fatty acid, and two other fatty acids: palmitic acid (16.92%) and stearic acid (1.76%). Short (I), medium (II) and long (III) oil alkyds were synthesized using the oil, glycerol and phthalic anhydride in different ratios. Properties of the three prepared samples of H. crepitans seed oil alkyds having oil content of 30% (I), 50% (II), and 65% (III) were evaluated. The alkyd resins synthesized compared favourably with the commercially available alkyd resin. The presence of unsaturation in the oil was confirmed by infra-red peak at 2930 cm−1 attributed to CC stretch. The infra-red peaks of the sample also compared well with that of the commercial sample indicating that H. crepitans seed oil has been successfully converted to alkyd resin. Evaluation of prepared alkyds by determination of acid values, solubility in butanol and toluene, resistance of dry film to acid, alkali and water, and drying time revealed that H. crepitans seed oil is a potential raw material for the coating industry. 相似文献

A promising strategy for preparation of cationic xylan by environment-friendly semi-dry oven process

A semi-dry oven method, being environmental friendly and simple process with the absence of organic solvents, was applied to prepare cationic xylan by quaternization of xylan with 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammoniumchloride (CHMAC) using sodium hydroxide as a catalyst in this study. The parameters including reaction time (1–9 h), reaction temperature (50–80 °C), the molar ratio of CHMAC to xylan (0.8–3.0), and the molar ratio of NaOH/CHMAC (0.8–1.6) were optimized and the extent of quaternization was measured by degree of substitution (DS). The appropriate DS between 0.10 and 0.41 was achieved by varying the reaction parameters. Compared to the heterogeneous system (ethanol/water), the relatively higher DS could be obtained by the semi-dry oven method. Moreover, results show that a substantial degradation of the xylan polymers occurred during the modification. Therefore, this study provides feasibility of industrial production of cationic xylan. 相似文献

Braided silk sutures were coated using a combination of poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) and sulfamethoxazole trimethroprim (SMZ) to investigate their antimicrobial performance. SMZ (2500 μg/ml) was combined with different PCL concentrations, i.e., 2.5 %, 5 %, 7.5 %, and 10 % (w/v). Antimicrobial test results showed that SMZ and PCL-treated silk sutures exhibited increasing antimicrobial efficacy against Gram-negative (Escherichia coli) and -positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus) with increasing PCL concentrations. The tensile and knot strength of sutures coated with 10 % PCL were significantly higher than those of sutures coated with 7.5 %, 5 %, and 2.5 % PCL. Treatment with PCL exhibited a positive effect on drug release from the sutures. Significant traits of antibacterial activity were observed up to 4 days after instalment of 10 % PCL-coated silk sutures. Under a scanning electron microscope, untreated silk sutures showed a surface heavily coated with bacteria, whereas treated sutures showed a smooth surface without bacteria. The results of this study indicate that SMZ combined with high concentrations of PCL may afford a suitable antibacterial coating agent for braided silk sutures. 相似文献

本文以蔗糖脂肪酸三酯(sucrose fatty acid triester,STE)和磷脂酰胆碱(phosphatidylcholine,PC)为原料制备蔗糖酯磷脂复合物,并通过傅里叶红外光谱分析(Fourier infrared spectrum,FT-IR)、热重分析(thermogravimetric analysis,TGA)和差示扫描量热分析(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)对制备的蔗糖酯磷脂复合物进行表征分析;以STE为吸附脱磷剂,考察STE在菜籽油脱磷工艺中的应用。研究结果表明,STE与PC在无水乙醇体系中形成了新型的STE-PC复合物,与STE和PC相比,STE-PC复合物具有更低的相变熔融温度;另外,STE对菜籽油中的磷脂有一定的吸附脱除作用,在脱磷温度为55oC、STE添加量为3.5%、脱磷时间为30min条件下,脱磷率可达37.2%。 相似文献

本研究采用SDSPAGE法,研究了高效菌株T85—260在苎麻脱胶过程中的胞外酶系,基本印证了其在纯培养过程中的酶学表现即组成型产生41种胞外蛋白(含胞外酶或亚基),分子量为10.0KF—120.0KD;能分泌分子量分别为60.3KD、49.5KD、33.5KD、29.5KD的4种甘露聚糖酶,分子量为28.8KD的果胶酶,较高浓度的镁离子有利于果胶酶的产生,分子量分别为72.9KD、35.5KD、31.6KD、19.9KD的4种蛋白酶。 相似文献
