Diterpenoids from Isodon japonica

A new ent-kaurane diterpenoid maoyecrystal F (1) and its acetonide derivative (2), together with seven known compounds, lasiodonin, maoyerabdosin, odonicin, enmenin, oridonin, beta-sitosterol and daucosterol, were isolated from the leaves of Isodon japonica.     

Diterpenoids from Isodon sculponeatus

Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Isodon sculponeatus afforded six new 7,20-epoxy-ent-kauranoids, sculponins U–Z (1–6), and 11 known diterpenoids (7–17). The structures of these new compounds were elucidated primarily by means of extensive spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute configuration of 1 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 5 exhibited weak cytotoxic activity against HL-60, SMMC-7721, MCF-7, and SW-480 cell lines, and it also inhibited NO production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells, with IC₅₀ value of 13.8 μM.     

A new ent-kaurane diterpenoid from Isodon phyllostachys

A new ent-kaurane diterpenoid, phyllostachysin C (1), together with five known compounds, sculponeatins B and C, nodosin, ursolic acid and 2 alpha-hydroxyursolic acid, were isolated from the leaves of Isodon phyllostachys. The structure of 1 was elucidated on the basis of its spectral properties.     

Cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory ent-kaurane diterpenoids from Isodon wikstroemioides

Seven new ent-kaurane diterpenoids, isowikstroemins A–G (1–7), were isolated from EtOAc extracts of the aerial parts of Isodon wikstroemioides. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis. The isolates were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against five human tumor cell lines, and compounds 1–4 exhibited significant activity with IC₅₀ values ranging from 0.9 to 7.0 μM. In addition, compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 exhibited inhibitory activity against nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS-activated RAW264.7 macrophages.     

Two new diterpenoids and other constituents from Isodon rubescens

Two new ent-kaurene diterpenoids, 15α-acetoxyl-6,11α-epoxy-6α-hydroxy-20-oxo-6,7-seco-ent-kaur-16-en-1,7-olide (1), 15α-hydroxy-20-oxo-6,7-seco-ent-kaur-16-en-1,7α(6,11α)-diolide (2), together with ten known compounds (5-14) were isolated from the leaves of Isodon rubescens. Their structures were elucidated mainly by various spectroscopic techniques and finally confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1, 2, 8 and 12 were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against EC-1, U87, A549, MCF-7 and Hela cell lines.

森林康养视角下桉树林生态价值初步估算

近年来,随着桉树人工林规模的扩大,桉树林的生态价值成为国内外林业可持续发展的焦点,对研究和推动森林康养产业高质量发展有科学的指导意义。以廉江林场3 574.17 hm²桉树人工林作为研究主体,选择碳汇功能、空气净化、森林景观效益等指标来评估该桉树人工林森林康养价值。廉江林场桉树人工林在2021年固碳释氧、净化空气、森林景观、杀菌、生物多样性保护的经济价值分别为2 056.01、1 574.85、42.89、96.50、3 574.18万元。廉江林场的桉树人工林具有很高的生态效益,营仔林队的康养价值最高,且其价值与面积、蓄积具呈现正相关关系。估算结果为合理开发运用森林资源,提高森林经营的经济、社会和生态效益提供参考。
