关于《上海市养犬管理条例》的思考

关于尽快出台《开封市城市养犬管理办法》的建议

《开封市城市养犬管理办法(试行)》自2013年1月1日起已经发布施行6年,已得到了全市人民的积极响应和参与,市区内大部分养犬户也严格遵守《开封市城市养犬管理办法(试行)》,部分养犬户主动到正规的动物诊疗机构进行狂犬疫苗的免疫注射,或者购苗后自行给爱犬注射狂犬疫苗。但是由于大家对狂犬病这个对公共卫生安全有着严重威胁的疾病,了解不深,认识不足,加上引导不够,管理疏漏,多次出现犬只伤人纠纷,严重的甚至致人死亡的公共卫生安全事件。     

人犬情未了

写此文的目的一为怀念我家那活泼可爱的小生灵——博美犬瑶瑶。二则是想提醒养犬的朋友们,千万要善待小动物,外出退犬时一定要拴牢看紧它,不然就会像我一样追悔莫及!

Experiences with the silicone T-tube in man and dog

Silicone T-tubes are particularly useful for long-term stenting of the laryngotracheal airway. Silicone is useful when non-autogenous non-reactive soft material is wanted for use in the human and animal body. Two case reports illustrate the use of the silicone T-tube.     

Old dog encephalitis and demyelinating diseases in man.

Pathologic findings in mature dogs with old dog encephalitis were compared with the findings in multiple sclerosis, subacute sclerosing panencephalitis and neuromyelitis optica in man. Fluorescent antibody studies in animal and human tissues were compared. Optic neuritis in dogs with chronic distemper shows changes similar to those in the optic tract of human patients with severe demyelinating disease. The pathologic changes in multiple sclerosis, such as perivascular infiltration with lymphocytes, plasma cells and demyelination are similar to those seen in old dog encephalitis. Demyelination in old dog encephalitis is usually diffuse. The findings strongly support a possible relationship of old dog encephalitis to multiple sclerosis, subacute sclerosing panencephalitis, and neuromyelitis optica.     

人犬共患病的防制

为有效预防人犬共患病的发生，本文介绍了人犬共患病的主要类型，着重从提高防病意识、搞好个人防护、定期体检观察、疫情处置准备、进行环境消杀、加强饲养管理等六个方面阐述了人犬共患病综合防治对策。     

Comparative aspects of renal transplantation in man and dog*

Der Wert der Tierversuche mit Hunden für die Lösung der Probleme wird erläutert.     

Epidemiology of an outbreak of leptospirosis in man and dog

An outbreak of leptospirosis in man and dog occurred during the monsoon in Madras city, India. 48 (50.5%) of the 95 human sera tested were positive for leptospirosis. Of these, 32 showed the presence of agglutinin to serovar icterohaemorrhagiae. 20 (21.3%) of the 94 canine sera tested were positive for leptospirosis. Of these, 10 had agglutinins to serovar icterohaemorrhagiae and 9 to serovar canicola. Among murine reservoirs, 8 (25%) of 32 rat sera and 10 (41.6%) of 24 bandicoot sera were positive. Bandicoot and rat sera contained 70 and 50% of agglutinins to serovar icterohaemorrhagiae, respectively. Urine culture lead to isolate a icterohaemorrhagiae strain from a patient and a canicola one from a dog. The changing trends of epidemiology in the transmission of leptospirosis to man and dog has been discussed.
