A method to make the hourglass worm gearing with the property of mismatchedpoint contact has been proposed.The worm and the hob of the worm gearing is generated by a coneand a straight line located on the cone respectively. The basic principle of the worm gearing has beenanalysed. The formulas for calcultating the machining parameters has been obtained. And the toothcontact of the worm gearing has been investigated.The result shows that this worm gearing could getopint contact well.  相似文献

Based on the theory of conjugate surface and computer graphics, a solid modeling method of hourglass worm gearing is presented. According to the characteristic of contact and lubrication of double enveloping hourglass worm gearing,a simplified contact model that can simulate the lubrication mechanism of coupling effect of squeezing effect and entraining effect of this worm gearing is presented.A simulating test set is designed.The lubrication mechanism of coupling effect of squeezing effect and entraining effect is studied experimently by using this set.And the influences of rotation speed,loading speed and depth of oil pocket on the forming of lubrication film and loading ability between contact surfaces are analyzed.Some beneficial conclusions are obtained.  相似文献

Aiming at solving the matter of fact of manufacture errors on worm, the worm test apparatus is studied by the tool research department in Chengdu.A kind of improved principle,hardware and software design of the project is discussed. The primary aim of the single chip microcomputer circuit of this project is data collecting, and the invention monopoly of professor Zhangguanghui of Chongqing university is applied. The high frequency inserted pulse is used, and the software is joined in constitute subsidiary calibration distributed on equal time. The task of online subdivision in the dynamic measure process is completed. The data are passed to PC, PC handle them and examination result is gotten. The integration of the process is very high, and the tedious and complicated hardware circuit is simplified like the tradition examination method.  相似文献

A method of modifying the double enveloping worm gearing with developable tooth surface has been proposed to reduce the sensibility of the worm gearing to the manufacturing errors. The tooth contact and kinematic precision of the modified worm gearing with manufacturing errors has been investigated by the TCA method. The results show that by the modification, the edge contact resulting from the manufacturing errors is avoided or effectively relieved,and the kinematic error of the worm gearing is obviously reduced.  相似文献

By using the finite element elastic contact analysis method combined with the I-DEAS engineering analysis software, this paper studies the strength of the cone roller enveloping worm gearing,which is a new type of worm gearing transmission,on SUN-4 working station. It also analyzes loading distribution among meshing gears, the contact force distribution along the contact line ,the bending stress distribution and the contact stress distribution of the cone roller enveloping worm gearing with three-tooth meshing instantaneously. Based on coordinate measrement of tooth surface of ZC1 worm, the deviation function for evaluating tooth surface is established. According to minimal zone principle, the profility of tooth surface of worm is evaluated. The machining errors of the worm are divided into setting error and adjusting error of the machine and tool. The determination of load share between teeth is a complex problem in gear strength calculation. On the basis of contact finite element method this paper considers the production-assembly error as initial gap to get the finite element model which meets load share between teeth in gear meshing. Contact temperature is one important working proprieties of friction pairs,there are no study on the contact temperature fields of rough surface contact at present.The methods of calculating the contact temperature fields are presented.On the basis of taking rough surface and debris effects into account,the temperature fields of sliding friction pairs are calculated.And the effect of temperature on the sliding friction pairs scuffing proprieties is discussed.The result shows that there are obvious enbance of the contact temperature comparing the smooth surface contact to the rough surface contact.If the coefficient of rough influence equal 0.1 and 0.5,the contact temperature will enhance by 14% and 103%.The contact temperature will enhance once again if the debris embed in the surface.If the material of the friction pairs is 45 # steel,Supposing the surface film has been destroyed,the temperature of debris embed point will come to the material welding temperature.  相似文献

通过实验研究获得米老排三向(纵向L、径向R、弦向T)弹性模量和三向泊松比,以掌握米老排弹性变形特性,为进一步研究米老排的力学性质和为木结构设计提供理论依据。笔者以电阻应变片为变形传感器,采用单轴压缩,并通过电阻应变仪进行应变测量,再由材料力学方法获得红锥的三向弹性模量和三向泊松比。米老排的三向弹性模量分别为EL=12196 MPa、ER=1415 MPa、ET=791 MPa;三向泊松比分别为μLT=0.634、μLR=0.467、μRT=0.762、μRL=0.045、μTL=0.035、μTR=0.435。实验结果表明:米老排的纵向弹性模量最大,径向弹性模量次之,弦向弹性模量最小。泊松比则μRT最大,μTL最小,即当R方向加载时,T向的变形最大;T方向加载时,L向的变形最小。  相似文献

用不同溶剂萃取了苦木科植物苦木(枝叶)和鸦胆子(枝叶)的活性组分,并测定了活性组分对褐飞虱3龄若虫的触杀活性及对其乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性的影响。结果表明,在10mg/ml浓度下,处理24h.苦木和鸦胆子的氯仿萃取物对褐飞虱3龄若虫有明显触杀活性,校正死亡率分别达到96.37%和96.70%。24h内,经苦木氯仿萃取物处理的试虫,其AchE活性降低且不可逆恢复;而经鸦胆子氯仿萃取物处理的试虫.其AchE活性呈现“升-降-升-降”趋势,最后与对照持平。  相似文献

为研究水提醇沉工艺中不同提取条件对黄精多糖提取率的影响,以优化黄精多糖提取工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,通过四因素三水平正交实验确定工艺参数,紫外分光光度法测定黄精多糖含量。研究表明:温度对提取工艺有极显著影响,提取时间提取工艺有显著影响,提取次数和物料比对提取率影响不大。说明黄精多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:固料比1:15,提取温度90℃,提取时间4 h,提取1次黄精多糖的得率可达3.2248%。  相似文献

The simple principle of Contact Image Sensor (CIS) and the noise types existed in CIS are introduced. The theory of suppressing these noise types for CIS by using Correlated Double Sampling(CDS) is described,and the timing relationship between driving signals CP/SP that CIS required and sampling-holding signals SH1/SH2 are also analyzed,these signals are produced by using Complex Programmable Logic Device(CPLD). CDS circuit principle is analyzed,and experiment of suppressing noise for CIS based on CDS is made. The experiment shows that satisfying results are obtained by using the technique of suppressing noise for CIS based on CDS.  相似文献
