[目的]研究秸秆生物反应堆技术对温室茄子光合能力的影响。[方法]以温室茄子为研究对象,采用栽培试验和室内测定分析相结合的方法,测定茄子叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度等光合指标。[结果]与对照相比,温室茄子叶绿素总量增加28.1%;光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度分别提高15.4%、24.9%、16.5%;蒸腾速率差异不明显。[结论]应用秸秆生物反应堆,可以明显提高温室茄子的光合能力。 相似文献

[目的]对木醋液复合物的抑菌活性进行研究,为木醋液抑菌复合膜的制备提供基础数据。[方法]以实验室精制木醋液和桉木浆纳米纤维素为原料,制备木醋液复合物,并且进行抑菌活性试验。将木醋液复合物与聚乙烯醇通过层层自组装法制备木醋液复合膜。[结果]木醋液复合物的抑菌活性试验结果表明,5种木醋液复合物对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)均有抑制作用,尤其对细菌具有较强的抑制作用。木醋液复合物对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)的抑菌圈直径高达(21.48±1.02)mm,对大肠杆菌(E.coli)的抑菌圈直径高达(21.21±1.74)mm。[结论]木醋液复合物具有广谱抑菌活性。木醋液复合膜在食品包装材料等领域具有潜在的开发价值。 相似文献

采用美国LI-COR公司的LI-6400便携式光合分析仪测定系统,研究日光温室嫁接茄株盛果期的光合特性,结果表明:茄子中上部叶片光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,有较明显的午休现象。第一峰值出现在11:30分左右,净光合速率Pn最高值为10.2μmol/(m2·s),第二峰值出现在13:00左右,峰值为9.4μmol/(m2·s)。气孔因素是造成光合午休现象的主要原因,午时高光强、高温和低相对湿度迫使叶片气孔导度降低,表现为胞间CO2浓度降低,水蒸气压差升高,蒸腾速率增加,这些特定的环境与生理变化是导致午休的主要原因。 相似文献

To analyze the effect of wood vinegar on seed germination and seedling growth, the seeds of corn are dipped in wood vinegar of different densities. The results showed that significant effects were found through all the treatments on the seed germination rate, the seed germinating energy and the germinating index. The regress CUBICS curves were developed to describe the relation. The reasonable parameters range was obtained. At the same time, the corn was cultivated by wood vinegar of different densities, aiming to study the effect of wood vinegar on biomass. It showed that all treatments had obvious effects on the seedling length and dry weight aboveground, the chlorophyll and dry weight underground were not included.
