陕西杨凌某种牛场奶牛球虫种类的调查   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
对陕西杨凌某种牛场荷斯坦奶牛球虫感染情况进行了调查,发现该场犊牛球虫平均阳性率为45.83%(22/48),每克粪便中所含的卵囊数最大值为1 100。共鉴定出8种艾美耳属的球虫,其中亚球形艾美耳球虫(Eim eria subsperica)检出率为31.57%,邱氏艾美耳球虫(E.zuernii)检出率为10.42%,椭圆艾美耳球虫(E.ellips)检出率为8.33%,阿拉巴马艾美耳球虫(E.alabam ensis)检出率为10.42%,牛艾美耳球虫(E.bovis)检出率为22.92%,加拿大艾美耳球虫(E.canadensis)检出率为6.38%,柱状艾美耳球虫(E.cylindrica)检出率为10.42%,奥博艾美耳球虫(E.auburnensis)检出率为4.17%,优势种为亚球形艾美耳球虫和牛艾美耳球虫。  相似文献

我们对广西柳州地区走马和百朋两个种畜场的水牛球虫种类进行了初步调查。检查了100头6月龄以下的小牛,艾美耳球虫的感染率为50%,感染强度较高,感染牛大多数为2-4月龄,共鉴定出出艾美耳球虫7种,即牛艾美耳球虫,巴氏艾美耳球虫,邱氏艾美耳球虫,椭圆艾美耳球虫,阿拉巴马艾美耳球虫,奥本艾美耳球虫和怀俄明艾美耳球虫,其中优势种为艾美耳球虫和巴氏艾美耳球虫。  相似文献

本文报道了江苏省泰州市司巷乡猪球虫的感染种类以及不同年龄、不同临床症状的猪球虫感染率,共检查40头猪,猪球虫阳性22头,阳性率为55%。共查到1科2属9种球虫卵囊,其中艾美耳属(Eimeria)有8种,即猪艾美耳球虫(E.suis)、蒂氏艾美耳球虫(E.debliecki)、光滑艾美耳球虫(E.cerdonis)、粗糙艾美耳球虫(E.scabra)、新蒂氏艾症状耳球虫(E.neodebliecki)、豚艾美耳球虫(E.porci)、最小艾美耳球虫(E.perminuta)和有刺艾美耳球虫(E.spinosa);等孢属(Isospora)1种,即猪等孢球虫(I.suis)。  相似文献

为初步了解上海地区家鸭的球虫种类,本试验从上海市郊8个鸭场采集鸭粪便,实验室离心、分离球虫后,经2.5%重铬酸钾溶液培养至孢子化.用带SPOT拍摄系统的显微镜观察、拍摄孢子化卵囊,记录其大小、面积以及卵囊内部结构,并对照文献进行种类初步鉴定.鉴定结果显示,上海地区家鸭的球虫有3属10种,即艾美耳属(Eimeria)6种、温扬属(Wenyonella)3种、等孢属(Isospora)1种.本调查结果为有效防治鸭球虫病提供了基础资料.  相似文献

为了解陕西杨凌某奶山羊场山羊球虫的感染状况,采用粪便漂浮法、斯陶尔法和卵囊培养法等对山羊的球虫感染情况进行了初步调查,并对各虫种进行鉴定。结果检获12种艾美耳球虫(Eimeria),即艾丽艾美耳球虫(E.alijevi)、小型艾美耳球虫(E.parva)、浮氏艾美耳球虫(E.faurei)、阿氏艾美耳球虫(E.arloingi)、颗粒艾美耳球虫(E.granulosa)、山羊艾美耳球虫(E.caprina)、羊艾美耳球虫(E.caprovina)、槌状艾美耳球虫(E.crandallis)、克氏艾美耳球虫(E.christenseni)、阿普艾美耳球虫(E.apsheronica)、阿撒他艾美耳球虫(E.ahsata)和错乱艾美耳球虫(E.intricata)。山羊球虫平均感染率为95.2%(40/42),羔羊感染率为100%。平均感染强度(每克粪便卵囊数)为1 086OPG,多数羊为2种~6种卵囊混合感染。优势种为阿氏艾美耳球虫(E.arloingi)、小型艾美耳球虫(E.parva)、艾丽艾美耳球虫(E.alijevi)、山羊艾美耳球虫(E.caprina)、阿撒他艾美耳球虫(E.ahsata)和错乱艾美耳球虫(E.intricata)。  相似文献

The coccidium Isospora mayuri was isolated from sick peafowl on a farm in Essex (Great Britain). This is the first British record. The oocyst morphology and an unsuccesful attempt to infect chickens are described. The degree of pathogenicity is uncertain. Oocyst production might be controlled by sulphaquinoxaline and diaveridine in the drinking water but further studies are necessary.The coccidia Eimeria phasiani, E. duodenalis and E. colchici were isolated from pheasants on an Essex estate over two years. Coccidiosis due to E. colchici in intensively raised pheasants was controlled by sulphaquinoxaline and diaveridine in the drinking water.Two attempts were made to infect pheasants with the chicken coccidium E. tenella using birds raised coccidia-free in cages. The pheasants showed no signs of infection, which contradicts the conclusions of previous authors based only on field studies.  相似文献

There are only a few reports about the occurrence of coccidia in peafowl and no reports about the occurrence of Eimeria spp. in peafowl kept in Europe. Here, we describe the occurrence of Eimeria pavonina in diseased peafowl from Germany. In January 2011, one young peacock kept in an aviary showed a marked depression. No parasites were detected in samples from the diseased bird, but in samples of birds from the same and other aviaries, coccidian counts were between 400/g and 66,000/g. All peacocks were treated with toltrazuril. After treatment, the clinical condition of the diseased bird improved but, two weeks afterwards, other birds in the aviary were still shedding coccidia in their feces. Based on morphology, the coccidia were identified as E. pavonina. Parts of the 18s rRNA gene and the cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 (cox-1) gene were sequenced. A phylogenetic tree based on the 18s rRNA sequence placed the Eimeria sp. from peafowl closest to Eimeria spp. found in pheasants and partridges as well as to Eimeria meleagrimitis. A phylogenetic tree based on the sequence of cox-1 in contrast suggested a closer relationship to Eimeria necatrix and Eimeria tenella.  相似文献

对凤台县115头猪的球虫感染情况进行了调查,结果在77头猪的粪便中检出了球虫卵囊,感染率为70.0%(77/115),对其孢子化卵囊进行鉴定,结果发现8种球虫,即:极小艾美耳球虫,新蒂氏艾关耳球虫,蒂氏艾关耳球虫,猪艾美耳球虫,粗糙艾美耳球虫,光滑艾美耳球虫、有刺艾美耳球虫和猪等孢球虫.  相似文献

对重庆江津地区 12个养鸡场和 18个养鸡户的鸡球虫感染情况进行调查 ,调查结果显示 ,养鸡场鸡球虫感染多为混合感染 ,一般有 4种以上的艾美耳球虫。本次共检出有 7种艾美耳球虫 ,即 :柔嫩艾美耳球虫 (Eimeriatenella) ,巨型艾美耳球虫 (E.maxia) ,堆形艾美耳球虫 (E.acervulina) ,毒害艾美耳球虫 (E.necatrix) ,布氏艾美耳球虫 (E.brunetti) ,变位艾美耳球虫 (E.mivati)和和缓艾美耳球虫 (E.mitis) ,其致病虫种主要为柔嫩艾美耳球虫、堆型艾美耳球虫和巨型艾美耳球虫  相似文献

A survey of the coccidia in domestic sheep and goats was undertaken to ascertain the type of Eimeria species and the number of different coccidial species in individual faecal samples. Simultaneously the prevalence and the oocyst output was investigated in 2234 sheep and 577 goats during a 12-month period. Eight Eimeria species were encountered in sheep: E. ahsata, E. crandallis, E. faurei, E. intricata, E. ovina, E. ovinoidalis, E. pallida and E. parva.

In goats the following species were found: E. ahsata, E. arloingi, E. christenseni, E. crandallis, E. faurei, E. intricata, E. ninakohlyakimovae and E. parva.

The prevalence in sheep was 94% and in goats 85%, multiple parasitism was the rule. No seasonal fluctuation was observed in the prevalence or oocyst output. The sheep and goats' oocyst output was moderate, the mean for both being in the range of 1000–5000 oocysts/g of faeces.  相似文献

观察阿德呋啉对巢湖、霍邱、定远3地球虫的治疗效果及雏鸡增重的影响。结果显示巢湖株中,氯羟吡啶组抗球虫指数(ACI:anti—coecidialindex)值为183.26,敏感,其余组均完全耐药;霍邱株中,妥曲珠利组ACI值为180.48,敏感,其余组呈部分或完全耐药;而定远株对5种抗球虫药均不敏感。与阳性对照组相比,除霍邱株拌料给药组外,其余阿德呋啉给药组ACI值均高于180,对三地鸡球虫病均有良好的疗效;与对照组相比,巢湖和定远株感染组中拌料给药组增重效果明显,饮水给药组次之,而霍邱株均接近阴性对照组,且阿德呋啉给药组的饲料转化率均高于对照组。试验结果表明:3种虫株对试验所用5种抗球虫药已形成交叉或多重耐药,阿德呋啉对上述虫株有较好的抑杀效果,且具有促生长作用。  相似文献
