Three new compounds, a bicoumarin A (1), a biflavonoid A (2), and a biquinone A (3), as well as 12 other known compounds, were isolated from the flower of Lawsonia inermis L. The structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and new compounds 2 and 3 then were further confirmed by ECD calculations and single-crystal X-ray diffraction crystallography respectively. The cytotoxicity of the compounds against four cancer cell lines, including MCF-7, Hela, HCT-116, and HT-29 were evaluated using MTT assay. The IC50 values of compounds 3 and 5 against MCF-7, Hela, HCT-116, and HT-29 were 2.24, 1.42, 24.29, and 7.02 μM and 6.1, 2.44, 5.58, and 10.21 μM respectively. The two compounds exhibited stronger inhibitory activities than the positive control 5-fluorouracil (IC50 = 7.34, 11.50, 36.17, 18.83 μM) against the four tested cell lines. These results demonstrated that compounds from the flowers of L. inermis L. showed cytotoxic activity on MCF-7, Hela, HCT-116, and HT-29 cell lines. 相似文献

以日本无刺楤木(Aralia elatavar.inerm is)休眠枝条离体茎段促生芽为试验材料,对芽体内可溶性蛋白、维生素C和可溶性糖含量进行了比较分析。试验分为5个处理组:不同茎段长度的产芽试验、不同茎段直径的产芽试验、不同茎段年龄的产芽试验,相同茎段不同营养条件下的产芽试验和同一茎段不同芽位的产芽试验。结果表明:(1)离体茎段长度为20 cm时,促生芽可溶性蛋白含量和维生素C含量最高,与其他长度处理差异极显著,可溶性糖含量差异不显著。(2)不同培养条件下,芽体内的3种营养成分差异均不显著。(3)不同直径处理组中,芽体内3种营养成分含量均存在极显著差异。直径为5.8 mm时可溶性蛋白和维生纱C含量最高,直径为8.8 mm时可溶性糖含量最高。(4)2年生茎段促生芽的可溶性蛋白、维生素C和可溶性糖含量均高于1年生茎段。(5)同一茎段不同芽位的促生芽,以下位芽3种营养成分含量为最高。 相似文献

A suppressive effect was obtained by the henna plant (Lawsonia inermis) againstM. incognita development. Henna reduced tomato root gall numbers, number of the egg-laying females and rate of the nematode reproduction, when tomato and henna were grown together. Also, same, reduction in these nematode biological processes was found, when tomato plants were grown in soil containing root exudates of henna, but with less amount. When henna was grown alone, root gall index and the rate of nematode reproduction reduced to 75 and 99%, respectively, compared with those of tomato grown alone. 相似文献

在盆栽条件下,以沾化冬枣为试材,研究植株不同器官、不同时期NR活性的变化动态以及不同形态氮素对NR活性的影响.结果表明:叶片是冬枣NO-3还原的主要部位,NR活性以新生叶片中最高,其次为中部叶和基部叶;根系中NR活性以细根中较高,但明显低于叶片,而新生吸收根中几乎检测不到.日变化表明NR活性呈单峰曲线,以上午11:00左右最高.从NR活性的季节变化看:叶片NR活性先增加后下降,以夏季8月中旬较高;根系NR活性在6月、8月初和10月出现3次高峰.叶片涂抹不同浓度与不同形态氮素对NR活性的影响存在差异.涂抹40 mmol·L-1KNO34 h后,NR活性达到高峰,涂抹低浓度KNO3(<80 mmol·L-1)可以显著提高NR活性,而高浓度KNO3(>80 mmol·L-1)处理时NR活性不再升高,涂抹尿素也可提高NR活性,Glu和Gln对NR活性影响不大,Gly降低了NR活性.土壤施肥对NR的影响表明:追施尿素可以维持叶片较高的NR活性水平,提高叶片对NO-3的同化能力. 相似文献

为探讨解除草地雀麦和无芒雀麦种子休眠的处理方法,进行了不同处理试验。结果表明:草地雀麦种子的最佳处理方法为干湿交替处理,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别为75.3%、69.3%和49.8%。无芒雀麦种子的最佳处理方法为40℃热水浸泡处理,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别为72.0%、68.7%和48.3%。 相似文献

Mitragyna inermis is used in the Senegal traditional medicine for treating stomach and intestinal disorders. At concentrations of 0.5, 0.75 and 1 mg/ml, the aqueous extract of M. inermis bark (AEMIB) significantly induced a decrease of the ileal basal tonus, respectively, from 37+/-1, 51+/-1 and 75+/-2% (P<0.05; n=5), compared to the baseline values. As well as atropine, AEMIB inhibited submaximal contractions induced by 0.01 mg/ml ACh with IC(50) value of approximately 0.75 mg/ml (n=5). These results show that AEMIB possesses both myorelaxant and antispasmodic actions in the ileum. This may justify the pharmacological basis for the popular use of Mitragyna for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. 相似文献

以枣Ziziphus jujuba var. inermis、君迁子Diospyros lotus和拐枣Hovenia acerba等几种高Vc植物为材料,对叶片Vc含量及Vc存在形态(总Vc、氧化型Vc、还原型Vc)的年变化、日变化及随叶龄的变化进行了初步的研究.结果表明:植物叶Vc的年变化明显,枣叶Vc累积高峰在9月,君迁子叶则在5~7月,而拐枣叶Vc的存在形态变化极大.植物叶Vc亦存在日变化,总Vc积累高峰时间在中午.此外叶Vc随叶龄不同而变化,一般以稳定叶中Vc含量较高.因此,对高Vc植物Vc含量和存在形态的变化规律的认识,为科学地合理加工利用植物Vc资源提供了理论依据. 相似文献

A new caryophyllane derivative, caryophyllenol A, and a new germacrane derivative, isovolvalerenal D, together with 11 known sesquiterpenoids, were isolated from a petroleum ether partition of the roots and rhizomes of Valeriana amurensis. Structure elucidation of caryophyllenol A and isovolvalerenal D was accomplished on the basis of various spectroscopic techniques including HRESIMS and 2D NMR analyses. The structure of caryophyllenol A was further confirmed by X-ray crystallography and using quantum-chemical ECD calculation adopting TDDFT method. Caryophyllenol A and other eight sesquiterpenoids were evaluated for sedative activity with the model of Drosophila melanogaster, and eight of them showed the effect of prolonging the total sleeping time (TST) of D. melanogaster, displaying significant sedative action. 相似文献
