AIM: To study the effect and mechanism of yeast cytosine deaminase/ thymidine kinase (yCD/TK) double suicide gene driven by alpha fetoprotein (AFP) promoter on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in vitro and in vivo. METHODS: The expression plasmid with yCD/TK double suicide gene, which was driven by AFP promoter, was constructed. HepG2 (AFP positive) and SMMC7721 (AFP negative) human HCC cell lines were both transfected with the above-mentioned expression plasmid through cationic liposome. The cells were treated with 5-fluorocytosine (5-FC) and/or ganciclovir (GCV) at different concentrations. The cell proliferation and cell cycle phase were evaluated by MTT test and flow cytometry respectively. The effect of double suicide gene on HCC xenografts in nude mice was observed through measuring the tumor size and the number of apoptosis cells. RESULTS: The double suicide gene was expressed selectively on HepG2 cells, rather than on SMMC7721 cells. The 5-FC and/or GCV inhibited effectively the proliferation of HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner, but had no influence on SMMC7721 cells. The inhibitory effect on HepG2 cells among different treatments was GCV+5-FC>5-FC>GCV. In vivo, the treatments inhibited markedly the growth of HepG2 cell xenografts in nude mice, transfected with yCD/TK gene. More apoptotic cells were found in HepG2 xenografts after the treatment. However, the growth of SMMC7721 cell xenografts could not be inhibited by this double suicide gene therapy, and few apoptotic cells were found. CONCLUSION: yCD/TK double suicide gene driven by AFP promoter has a significant efficacy in treatment of AFP positive HCC. Cell apoptosis may be an important mechanism of yCD/TK double suicide gene-inhibiting the growth of HCC.  相似文献

AIM:To study the mechanism of growth inhibitory effect of a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor,NS-398,on cancer cells.METHODS:The esophageal cancer cell line (EC9706),which expresses COX-2 constitutively,and hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (SMMC7721),which expresses no COX-2,were studied.The cell lines were incubated with NS-398 at doses of 10,20,50,100 μmol/L for 24 h,48 h and 72 h.Antiproliferation effect was measured by [3H]-TdR incorporation.The cell apoptosis were determined by flow cytometry (FCM) and DNA fragmentation analysis.Survivin was detected by immunocytochemical technique.RESULTS:The growth inhibition was induced by NS398 in a dose- and time-dependent manners in both cell lines.FCM analysis revealed a high sub-G1 cell peak in EC9706 group and agarose electrophoresis showed marked apoptosis ladder pattern.However,no apoptosis was observed in SMMC7721 cells treated with NS-398.The difference of apoptosis percentage in EC9706 and SMMC7721 was (45.23±1.08)% and (3.05±0.15)% (P<0.01).After 24 h incubation with NS-398 at concentration of 100 μmol/L,the expression of survivin was markedly reduced in EC9706,no change was observed in SMMC7721.CONCLUSION:NS-398 suppresses cell growth in cancer cell lines by different mechanism.NS-398 suppresses cell growth and increases apoptosis in the cancer cells that expresses COX-2.  相似文献

AIM: To explore the different inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) on hepatocarcinoma cell growth in SMMC-7721 and BEL-7402 cell lines and its mechanism. METHODS: The cell culture and trypan blue staining were used to study the inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide on cell growth, and the glutathione (GSH) contents in hepatocarcinoma cells treated with arsenic trioxide were detected. RESULTS: Arsenic trioxide inhibited the growth of BEL-7402 cells in a time and dose-dependent manner. The inhibitory effect was significant at a lower dose of 0.50 μmol/L for 24 h, however, to SMMC-7721 cells, a higher dose of 2.00 μmol/L for 96 h was needed. The inhibitory rate of arsenic trioxide (0.25-2.00 μmol/L) on BEL-7402 cell growth was higher than that on SMMC-7721 cells. The content of GSH in SMMC-7721 cells was much higher than that in BEL-7402 cells . CONCLUSION: There was a significant difference in inhibition of hepatocarcinoma cell growth by arsenic trioxide between BEL-7402 and SMMC-7721 cell lines, the cause of which may be due to the difference in GSH content in BEL-7402 and SMMC-7721 cells.  相似文献

AIM: To determine the inhibition of VEGF small interfering RNA (siRNA) on expression of VEGF protein and SMMC 7721 cell growth. METHODS: Nine VEGFsiRNA sequences with nineteen nucleotides were designed under the assistance of computer. The inhibitory effect of VEGFsiRNA was analyzed by CCK8. The protein level of VEGF in the media was determined by ELISA. The change of cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. RESULTS: All the VEGFsiRNA were capable of inhibiting the proliferation of SMMC 7721 cells significantly compared with control and lipofectamine control, while the inhibitory effects of VEGFsiRNA2, VEGFsiRNA4, VEGFsiRNA6, VEGFsiRNA7, VEGFsiRNA8 and VEGFsiRNA9 were better than that of antisense oligodeoxynucleotide. All the VEGFsiRNA reduced the expression of VEGF protein. The effect of VEGFsiRNA7 and VEGFsiRNA2 were the best with the inhibitory rates of 52.65% and 50.43%, respectively. VEGFsiRNAs induced the S arrest in SMMC 7721 cells. The signs of apoptosis in SMMC 7721 cells induced by VEGFsiRNA were not observed. CONCLUSION: VEGFsiRNA sequences were designed and synthesized successfully. VEGFsiRNA effectively inhibited the proliferation of SMMC 7721 cells and reduced the level of VEGF protein.  相似文献

AIM: To study the expression and characterization of intracellular macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) in human hepatoma cell line, SMMC 7721 cell, and to explore the mechanism by which M-CSF regulates the proliferation of human hepatoma cells. METHODS: The immunohistochemical staining, flow cytometry, antisense technique and Western blotting were used to study the effects and mechanisms of intracellular M-CSF on the proliferation of human hepatoma cells. RESULTS: SMMC 7721 cells highly expressed M-CSF and its receptor. The localization of positive reactions was mainly in cytoplasma and nucleus in SMMC 7721 cells. In cytoplasma and nucleus, one isoforms of M-CSF was found with the molecular weight (MW) of 20 kD, while one type of M-CSFR was discovered with MW of 120 kD. Immunoprecipitation assay showed that these ligands existed in binding with its receptor. Monoclonal antibody (McAb) against M-CSF and antisense oligodeoxynucleotides (ASODN) blocking M-CSF expression inhibited the proliferation of SMMC 7721 cells. McAb and ASODN regulated the expression of cyclin D1/E and p16. Simultaneous administration of both McAb and ASODN inhibited the proliferation of SMMC 7721 cells and modulated the expression of cyclins at greater degrees. CONCLUSION: Our results suggest that an autocrine and an intracrine loop of M-CSF/M-CSFR are present in SMMC 7721 cells.  相似文献

AIM: To observe the regulation of octreotide (OCT) on the expression of somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2) in Bel7402 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells, and the inhibition effect of OCT on the growth of HCC. METHODS: The effect of OCT on proliferative ability of Bel7402 cells was observed by MTT assay. The cell form was observed by light invert microscope. The adhesive and invasive ability was detected by cell adhesion and migration experiments. The cell cycle, SSTR2 expression of 7402 cells were determined by immunofluorescence flow cytometry. Nude mice bearing xenografts in situ were treated with OCT or saline control for 7 weeks since tumor implantation. The immunohistochemistry for SSTR2 was performed. SSTR2 mRNA expression in cell line and xenografts was measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. RESULTS: After OCT treatment, the proliferative ability and cell form of 7402 cells didn't change significantly. The adhesive and invasive ability decreased significantly. The ratio of cells in resting state (G0/G1) increased, but no apoptosis peak was observed. The SSTR2 expression on 7402 cell membranes decreased significantly. SSTR2 expression in cell line of OCT group was higher than control group, but there was no significant difference between them. The mean tumor weight in mice given OCT was significantly lower than that in control group. SSTR2 immunostaining in tumor cells of treatment group showed stronger positivity, compared with control group. SSTR2 mRNA expression in xenografts after OCT treatment was significantly higher than that in control group. CONCLUSIONS: OCT inhibits the growth of HCC through SSTR2. SSTR2 is regulated by its ligand, the long-term OCT treatment increases the SSTR2 expression and enhances the effect of inhibiting HCC, however, short-term treatment may induces its desensitization and the decrease in anti-tumor effect.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the human leukcyte antigen E (HLA-E) expression in hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines. METHODS: The techniques of real-time PCR and Western blotting were used to study the HLA-E expression in the 5 cell lines of hepatocellular carcinoma and a fetal liver cell line at mRNA and protein levels. RESULTS: The results of real-time PCR showed that no statistical difference of HLA-E mRNA level between fetal liver cell L02 and other 4 cell lines of hepatocellular carcinoma (HepG2, Bel7402, PLC and MHCC97) was observed, and almost absence of HLA-E mRNA expression in Hep3B2.1-7 cells was detected. However, the results of Western blotting showed that there was a significant statistical difference of HLA-E protein levels between L02 cells and the 5 cell lines of hepatocellular carcinoma (HepG2, Bel7402, PLC, MHCC97 and Hep3B2.1-7), and no HLA-E protein in Hep3B2.1-7 cells was detectable. CONCLUSION: Asynchronization of HLA-E expression between mRNA and protein levels was found in hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines.  相似文献

AIM: To explore the effects of the new drug of sulfonylurea (1-{4-[2-(3-ethyl- 4-methyl-2-oxo-3-pyrroline-1- carboxamido)ethyl]-phenylsulfonyl}-3-(1, 4-tetramethylene)-urea, BGW) on the glucose uptake and the activation of Akt/PKB in SMMC7721 cells. METHODS: Cultured SMMC7721 cells were divided into control group, glibenclamide group, insulin group, BGW group and BGW+insulin group. Scintillation was used to detect the glucose uptake in SMM7721 cells. The activation of Akt/PKB was tested by Western blotting. RESULTS: Compared to control cells, gibenclamide, insulin, BGW and BGW+insulin significantly increased the glucose uptake (P<0.01), and increased by 22%, 108%, 60% and 400% in SMMC7721 cells, respectively. The new drug of sulfonylurea increased the insulin-stimulated glucose uptake (P<0.01) in SMMC7721 cells. The BGW-stimulated glucose uptake was higher than that with the glibenclamide-stimulated, and increased the insulin-stimulated glucose uptake (P<0.01). The sulfonylurea significantly enhanced the activity of Akt in SMMC7721 cells. CONCLUSION: The new drug of sulfonylurea (BGW) stimulates glucose uptake, increases the insulin-stimulated glucose uptake in SMMC7721 cells, and is a potential anti-hyperglycemic agent.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effect of Sonic Hedgehog (Shh) signaling blockade on the growth of hematocarcinoma cells and underlying mechanisms. METHODS: The expression of Shh signaling molecules in hematocarcinoma cell lines BEL-7402, Huh7 and HepG2 was detected by RT-PCR. The cell viability was detected by MTT assay. The cell cycle and apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry. The expression of apoptosis-related proteins was determined by Western blot. RESULTS: Shh signaling molecules were all expressed in BEL-7402, Huh7 and HepG2 cells. The mRNA expression of Patched (Ptch), Gli1 and Gli2 was down-regulated by anti-Shh antibody. Blockade of Shh signaling pathway inhibited the proliferation of hepatocarcinoma cells with increasing cells in G0/G1 phase and induced the apoptosis of hepatocarcinoma cells. Treatment with anti-Shh antibody down-regulated the protein expression of pro-caspase-3, pro-caspase-8 and pro-caspase-9, while up-regulated the protein levels of cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-8 and cleaved caspase-9 in BEL-7402 cells. CONCLUSION: Blockade of Shh signaling pathway inhibits the growth of hepatocarcinoma at different levels by cell cycle arrest and inducing apoptosis of hematocarcinoma cells.  相似文献

AIM: To study the expression of eukaryotic elongation factor 1A2 (eEF1A2) in the hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and the effects of eEF1A2 over-expression on the biological behaviors of the HCC cells. ME-THODS: The expression of eEF1A2 at mRNA and protein levels in the HCC tissues and matched liver tissues from 62 HCC patients, and 20 normal liver tissues were detected by the methods of real-time PCR and immunohistochemical staining, respectively. The mRNA and protein expression of eEF1A2 in the HCC cells was also determined by real-time PCR and Western blot, respectively. The lentivirus containing eEF1A2 gene was constructed, and was used to infect the HCC cells with low eEF1A2 expression. The expression of eEF1A2 at mRNA and protein levels in the infected cells was detected by real-time PCR and Western blot, respectively. The cell activity, cell cycle and mRNA expression of albumin were measured by MTT assay, DNA ploid analysis and real-time PCR, respectively.RESULTS: The mRNA expression levels and protein expression positive rates of eEF1A2 in the 62 cases of HCC tissues, were significantly higher than those of 62 matched liver tissues and 20 normal liver tissues (P<0.01). eEF1A2 mRNA and protein were highly expressed in SMMC-7721 cells and BEL-7402 cells, and expressed in SK-HEP-1 cells at low level. The expression of eEF1A2 at mRNA and protein levels in the SK-HEP-1 cells was significantly enhanced by infection of GV287-eEF1A2 expression lentivirus.Compared with negative control group (transfected with negative control lentivirus), the cell activity in eEF1A2 over-expression group (transfected with GV287-eEF1A2 expression lentivirus) was significantly enhanced, the mRNA expression of albumin was remarkably reduced, and the cells in G0/G1 phase were significantly decreased with increased percentage of the cells in S and G2/M phases.CONCLUSION: eEF1A2 is selectively over-expressed in human HCC cancer tissues. eEF1A2 might be a putative oncoprotein in HCC. eEF1A2 over-expression has noticeable effects on the HCC cell proliferation enhancement, differentiation inhibition, and cell cycle acceleration through the G0/G1 phase to S phase and G2/M phases.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the expression of microRNA-141 (miR-141) in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line SMMC-7721 and normal hepatocyte line HL-7702, and to analyze the effect of abnormal expression of miR-141 on the malignant biological behaviors of human hepatocarcinoma cells. METHODS: The RNA from SMMC-7721 cells and HL-7702 cells was extracted. SYBR Green real-time PCR was performed to detect the expression of miR-141. Synthetic miR-141 mimic and its negative control were transfected into the SMMC-7721 cells, and miR-141 inhibitor and its negative control were transfected into the HL-7702 cells by the method of Lipofectamine. After transfection, MTS assay and BrdU-ELISA were employed to evaluate the effect of miR-141 on the cell proliferation. Flow cytometry was used to detect cell cycle and apoptosis. The changes of migration ability were investigated by Transwell invasion assay. RESULTS: The expression of miR-141 in the SMMC-7721 cells was significantly lower than that in the HL-7702 cells (P < 0.05). Compared with blank group, Lipofectamine group and negative control group, the proliferation of the SMMC-7721 cells transfected with 25 nmol/L miR-141 mimic was significantly inhibited in a time-dependent manner (P < 0.05). The percentages of G1 phase cells and early apoptotic rate were significantly increased when miR-141 was up-regulated, but the migration ability was inhibited (P < 0.05). Compared with blank group, Lipofectamine group and negative control group, the proliferation of HL-7702 cells transfected with 50 nmol/L miR-141 inhibitor was significantly increased in a time-dependent manner (P < 0.05). When miR-141 was down-regulated, the percentages of G1 phase cells and early apoptotic rate were significantly decreased, but the migration ability was enhanced (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: miR-141 is down-regulated in human hepatocarcinoma cell line. Up-regulation of miR-141 will not only inhibit cell proliferation and migration ability, but also affect the cell cycle and apoptosis of SMMC-7721 cells. miR-141 may function as a tumor suppressor gene during HCC development.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the cytotoxicity and mouse IFN-γ (mIFN-γ) expression of oncolytic adenovirus CNHK300-mIFN-γ (CNHK300-Mγ) containing mIFN-γ gene in malignant tumor cells in vitro . METHODS: Human lung cancer cell line A549, human liver cancer cell line SMMC-7721, human pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1, and human normal fibroblast line BJ were cultured and treated with CNHK300-Mγ, CNHK300, ONYX-015 or AdEasy-mIFN-γ (AdEasy-Mγ). TCID50 assay was used to evaluate the replication ability of CNHK300-Mγ, CNHK300 and ONYX-015 in carcinoma cell lines and normal cell line, and the cytotoxicity was evaluated by cytopathic effect assay and MTT assay. The mIFN-γ expression in the supernatant was detected by ELISA after CNHK300-Mγ or AdEasy-Mγ infection in carcinoma cell lines and normal cell line. RESULTS: The tumor-specific replication ability and cytotoxicity of CNHK300-Mγ were similar to those of CNHK300. The IC50 was as low as MOI of 0.47 pfu/cell for A549 cells, 0.074 pfu/cell for SMMC-7721 cells, 0.532 pfu/cell for PANC-1 cells and was as high as MOI of 281.73 pfu/cell for BJ cells. CNHK300-Mγ was a more powerful killer of malignant tumor cells than ONYX-015 (P<0.01). The tumor cells infected with CNHK300-Mγ efficiently expressed mIFN-γ in vitro and mIFN-γ largely increased as the time prolonged in A549, SMMC-7721 and PANC-1 cells. The mIFN-γ expression in the carcinoma cell lines infected with CNHK300-Mγ was much higher than that in the cells infected with AdEasy-Mγ (P<0.01), but was similar to that in the normal cell line (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: CNHK300-Mγ selectively replicates and effectively promotes the expression of mIFN-γ in carcinoma cells, and specifically kills the tumor cells.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the influence on the killing effect of NK cells in vitro by up-regulation of human leukocyte antigen-E (HLA-E) expression in hepatocellular carcinoma Bel7402 cells. METHODS: The recombinant lentiviral vector (Lentivirus/CMV/GFP-HLA-E) was constructed and transfected into hepatocellular carcinoma Bel7402 cells. The HLA-E gene expression at mRNA and protein level was monitored by the methods of real-time RT-PCR and Western blotting. The influence on the killing effect of NK cells in vitro by up-regulation of HLA-E expression in hepatocellular carcinoma Bel7402 cells and by HLA-ABC antibody blocking the site on the surface of target cells was analyzed.RESULTS: Real-time RT-PCR showed that there was a significant increase in HLA-E mRNA level in hepatocellular carcinoma Bel7402 cells transfected with Lentivirus/CMV/GFP-HLA-E at 24 h (P<0.05) and 48 h,72 h, 96 h (P<0.01) as compared to blank group. There was also a significant increase in exogenous/endogenous HLA-E proteins at 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h by Western blotting (P<0.01). Without HLA-ABC antibody blocking, there was a statistical difference for the killing effect of NK cells,comparing Bel7402 Lenti HLA-E group with Bel7402 group (P<0.05). Comparing HLA-ABC antibody blocking group with no HLA-ABC antibody blocking group, a statistical difference for the killing effect of NK cells (P<0.05) was observed. There was also a statistical difference for the killing effect of NK cells between Bel7402 with blocking group and Bel7402 Lenti HLA-E with blocking group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The vector of Lentivirus/CMV/GFP-HLA-E has an active up-regulation effect in HLA-E mRNA level and HLA-E protein level. While up-regulation of HLA-E in target cells, the killing effect of NK cells on target cells is obviously weakened. Blockage of the sites on the surface of target cells by HLA-ABC antibody universally enhances the killing effect of NK cells on the target cells.  相似文献

AIM:To investigate the role of zinc finger protein 281 (ZNF281) in the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells. METHODS:The mRNA expression levels of ZNF281 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 80 cases of healthy people and 206 cases of HCC patients were determined by real-time PCR. Statistical analysis were used to illustrate the relationship between the mRNA expression levels of ZNF281 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the clinicopathologic parameters of HCC patients. Real-time PCR and Western blot were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression levels of ZNF281 in hepatoma cell lines and immortalized hepatocytes. The silencing of ZNF281 was conducted by transfection of small interfering RNA targeting ZNF281, and then the proliferation of HCC cells was analyzed by MTS assay. The DNA synthesis of HCC cells was tested by Cell-LightTM EdU Apollo®488 In Vitro Imaging Kit. The ability of colony formation of the HCC cells was measured by colony formation assay, and the ability of anchorage-indepen-dent growth was detected by soft agar test. RESULTS:The mRNA expression level of ZNF281 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells from HCC patients was significantly increased compared with the healthy people, and the high expression level was positively correlated with tumor size, tumor stage and tumor vascular invasion. Concurrently, the expression level of ZNF281 in hepatoma cell lines was significantly higher than that in immortalized hepatocytes. More importantly, the silencing of ZNF281 inhibited the proliferation, DNA synthesis, colony formation and anchorage-independent growth of the HCC cells. CONCLUSION:ZNF281 promotes the proliferation of HCC cells.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the expression and significance of Tie2 in various tumor cells. METHODS: Expression of Tie2 in 8 tumor cell lines on mRNA and protein levels was detected by RT-PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Tie2 gene was expressed to various degree in Hela, SPC-A1, BEL-7402 and U2OS cells. CONCLUSIONS: Tie2 expression not only in vascular endothelial cells but also in some tumor cells. Tie2 may be a novel tumor marker of some neoplasms, contributing to the diagnosis of tumor and providing a novel potential target for tumor therapy.  相似文献

AIM:To examine the effects of recombinant human hepatocyte growth factor(rhHGF) and native calf HGF(cHGF) on SMMC-7721 human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cell line. METHODS:Human HCC cell line culture, photometric assay, and flow cytometric assay were used in this study .RESULTS:A similar type of dose-dependent cell growth inhibition effect on SMMC-7721 human HCC cells by rhHGF(5-20 μg/L) as well as by cHGF(25-100 mg/L) had been found, with the maximal effect at the highest concentration used. Approximately over 50% of the cells treated with rhHGF(5 μg/L, 10 μg/L, 20 μg/L) accumulated in the quiescent G0/G1 phase of the cell cycle over incubation periods for 3 d. CONCLUSION:The growth of SMMC-7721 human HCC cells was strongly inhibited by both rhHGF and cHGF. This might be because the cells exposed to HGF became arrested in the G0/G1 phase.  相似文献

AIM: To study the expression of zinc transporter ZRT/IRT-like protein 14 (ZIP14) in the hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues, and to investigate the effects of ZIP14 over-expression on the biological behaviors of HCC cells. METHODS: The expression of ZIP14 at mRNA and protein levels in the HCC tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues were detected by real-time PCR and immunohistochemical staining, respectively. The lentivirus expression system containing GV365-ZIP14 was constructed, and was used to infect the HCC cell line BEL-7404, which had relatively poor expression of ZIP14. The expression of ZIP14 at mRNA and protein levels in the transfected cells were detected by real-time PCR and Western blot, respectively. Under the conditions of zinc sulfate stimulation at different concentrations, the cell viability, the cell cycle, and the cell migration and invasion abilities were detected by MTT assay, DNA ploid detection, and Transwell assay, respectively. RESULTS: The mRNA expression level and the strong-positive rate of protein expression of ZIP14 in the HCC tissues were significantly lower than those in the adjacent non-tumor liver tissues (P<0.01). The expression of ZIP14 at mRNA and protein levels in the BEL7404 cells was significantly enhanced by infection of GV365-ZIP14 expression lentivirus. Compared with negative control group (transfected with negative control lentivirus), the cell viability, migration and invasion in ZIP14 over-expression group (transfected with GV365-ZIP14 expression lentivirus) were significantly reduced, and the percentage of the cells in G2/M phase was significantly increased, all of which were more obvious with the elevation of zinc concentration in the culture medium. CONCLUSION: ZIP14 is low expressed in the HCC tissues. The ZIP14 over-expression has inhibitory effects on the viability, migration and invasion of HCC cells, and blocks the cell cycle in G2/M phase, which might be closely related to the elevation of zinc concentration in cytoplasma of HCC cells due to enchanced zinc transport by ZIP14.  相似文献
