AIM: To evaluate the effects of atorvastatin on nitric oxide(NO), endothelin-1(ET-1)and myocardial no-reflow in a rabbit model of acute myocardial infarction and reperfusion(AMI/R). METHODS: Twenty-four rabbits were randomized into 3 groups: 8 in AMI/R group, 8 in atorvastatin-treated group(5 mg·kg-1·d-1)and 8 in sham-operated group. Animals in the former two groups were subjected to 60 min of coronary occlusion followed by 120 min of reperfusion. Data on haemodynamics were collected. NO in blood sample, and in normal, and in infarcted reflow and no-reflow myocardium were evaluated respectively by nitrate reductase method. The levels of ET-1 in blood sample, and in normal, infarcted reflow and no-reflow myocardium were determined by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: (1)Compared to the baselines, the heart rate(HR), systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP), maximal rate of increase and decline in left ventricular pressure(±dp/dtmax)and cardiac output(CO)in AMI/R and atorvastatin-treated groups were significantly declined, whereas left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP)was increased after 60 min of coronary occlusion and 120 min of reperfusion(P<0.05 or P<0.01). However, in atorvastatin-treated group, LVSP, LVEDP, ±dp/dtmax and CO at the time point of 120 min of reperfusion recovered more significantly than those at the time point of 60 min of coronary occlusion(P<0.01), which was more significant than those in AMI/R group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared to AMI/R group, the SBP and DBP were significantly heigher in atorvastatin-treated group(P<0.01).(2)In atorvastatin-treated group, the levels of ET-1 in blood sample were significantly lower than those in AMI/R group(P<0.01), and the levels of NO were significantly higher(P<0.01). Moreover, the levels of NO or ET-1 in infarcted reflow myocardium were significantly lower than that in AMI/R group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(3)Atorvastatin could ameliorate myocardial function. CONCLUSION: Atorvastatin is effective in increasing NO and reducing ET-1 in blood plasma and local myocardium, and in protection of endothelial cells. Atorvastatin also has a beneficial effect on improving left ventricular function during acute myocardial infarction and reperfusion in rabbits.  相似文献

AIM: To study the effect of livin gene-modified bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BM-MSCs) transplantation on the cardiac function following acute myocardial infarction in a rat model and the expression of livin, caspase-3, caspase-7 and caspase-9 in the livin gene-modified BM-MSCs. METHODS: The MSCs were obtained by the whole bone marrow culture method, and the apoptosis of the MSCs after infection with adenovirus vector carrying enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP) gene and livin recombinant vector(rAd-livin) were detected by flow cytometry. The expression of livin, caspase-3, caspase-7 and caspase-9 was detected by Western blot. After permanent left anterior descending artery occlusion, the rats were randomized to receive intramyocardial injection of DMEM without cells(vehicle group), or containing MSCs(MSCs group), MSCs(EGFP)(rAd-control/MSCs group) or MSCs(livin)(rAd-livin/MSCs group). Left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP), the maximum increased rate of left ventricular pressure(-dp/dtmax) and the maximum decline rate of left ventricular pressure(+dp/dtmax) were recorded for evaluating the cardiac functions. RESULTS: The apoptosis of rAd-livin/MSCs was significantly decreased as compared with MSCs and rAd-control/MSCs(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the expression of caspase-3, caspase-7 and caspase-9 was significantly downregulated as compared with the other 2 groups(P<0.05). The cardiac function in rAd-livin/MSCs group was significantly improved as compared with DMEM group, and those in the other 2 groups got the similar results, but the function in rAd-livin/MSCs group was better improved. Meanwhile, the number of surviving cells in rAd-livin/MSCs group was significantly improved as compared with the other 2 groups. CONCLUSION: The apoptosis of MSCs is decreased after rAd-livin transfection, and the expression of caspase-3, caspase-7 and caspase-9 is also significantly downregulated while the expression of livin is significantly upregulated. Transplantation of livin-modified BM-MSCs by lentiviral vector results in better prognosis for treating myocardial infarction by enhancing cell survival.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effects of celecoxib, a selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor, on antioxidative capability and apoptosis of cardiac myocytes after myocardial infarction. METHODS: 24 New Zealand rabbits were divided into three groups randomly (8 in each group): sham-operated group (sham group), myocardial infarction group (MI group), celecoxib group (Cele group, 10 mg kg-1·d-1, qd, with the drugs gastric gavage for six weeks). The NO concentration, total antioxidative capability (T-AOC), the activity of constitutive nitric oxide synthase (cNOS) and inducible NOS (iNOS) in cardiac tissue homogenate, adjacent to the infracted area, were detected. The pathological changes were observed by light microscope and electron microscopy. The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in myocytes were observed using immunohistochemistry, and the degree of apoptosis were examined by TUNEL. RESULTS: Cardiac tissue in MI group presented interstitial edema, fibroplastic proliferation, inflammatory cellular infiltration, and vacuolar degeneration in cardiac myocytes. The results of electron microscopy showed that myocytes presented more changes caused by ischemic injury: widened interspace of myofibril, disordered myofibrillae, focal lysis of myofilament, ectasia of sarcoplasmic reticulum. In Cele group, the pathological changes were light, the NO-2/ NO-3 concentration, the activity of iNOS were lower (P<0.05), while the activity of cNOS and T-AOC were higher (P<0.05) than those in MI group. The expression rate of Bcl-2 protein in Cele group was higher than that in MI group, while the Bax was lower (P<0.01). The number of apoptotic myocytes was lower than that in MI group (P<0.01).CONCLUSION: Celecoxib decreases the number of apoptotic cardiomyocytes and increases the antioxidative capability after myocardial infarction.  相似文献

AIM: Inhibiting the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system prevents left ventricular (LV) remodeling after myocardial infarction (MI). This study was designed to assess the effects of a combination of perindopril and losartan on LV remodeling, cardiac function and serum procollagen type Ⅲ aminoterminal peptide (PⅢNP) levels in patients with acute MI.METHODS: Patients with anterior MI were divided into 3 groups: MI+perindopril, MI+losartan, and MI+perindopril+losartan. After successful intervention therapy, perindopril 2-4 mg/d or losartan potassium 25-50 mg/d or combination of the both were administered. All patients took aspirin, clopidogrel and statins, while some of the patients were treated with beta-blockers, nitrate and a platelet glycoprotein IIb/Ⅲa receptor antagonist. Three months later, LV dimensions and LV ejection fraction (LVEF) were measured by ultrasonography. Plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and PⅢNP levels were evaluated with ELISA or RIA.RESULTS: Baseline characteristics of the 3 groups were the same. All patients showed decreased CRP, increased BNP and PⅢNP levels, and LV dilation and dysfunction after treatment for three months. Compared with the 2 single therapy groups, patients in the combination group showed significantly lower CRP, BNP and PⅢNP levels, less LV dilation and higher LVEF. Serum PⅢNP level was positively correlated with CRP level and LV end-diastolic volume index(r=0.597 and r=0.543, respectively, both P<0.01), and negatively correlated with LVEF(r=-0.565, P<0.01).CONCLUSION: For patients with AMI, combination of perindopril and losartan significantly inhibited LV remodeling and improved LV function. Inhibition of myocardial interstitial fibrosis might be part of the mechanism.  相似文献

Myocardial infarction (MI) is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. One of the primary reasons is that the rupture of atherosclerotic plaque leads to the formation of thrombosis, and then interrupts the coronary blood flow, thus finally causing the death of myocardial cells and cardiac dysfunction. A large number of researches have revealed that dendritic cells (DCs) play an essential role in immune inflammatory responses in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis and MI. This article reviews the role of DCs in atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury and cardiac remodeling after MI, and shows the potential values of DCs as an immunotherapeutic strategy for MI.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effects of heptanol preconditioning on the changes of structure, function and connexin 43 (Cx43) content in mitochondria in a rabbit model of myocardial isehemia-reperfusion (IR) injury. METHODS: In anesthetized open-chest rabbits, the left anterior descending artery (LAD) was occluded for 30 min and reperfused for 4 h. Sixty-four rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=16 in each group): sham operation group (sham group), ischemia-reperfusion group (IR group), ischemic preconditioning group (IP group) and heptanol preconditioning group (HT group). All rabbits in the 4 groups were killed 4 h after reperfusion. Myocardial infarct size was determined at the end of the experiment. Mitochondria was isolated by centrifugations. The ultrastructural changes of the mitochondria were observed under electronic microscope. The mitochondrial membrane potential, Ca2+ concentration, MDA content and SOD activity of myocardial mitochondria were also examined. The content of mitochondria Cx43 was detected by Western blotting. RESULTS: Compared to IR group, the myocardial infarct size was significantly reduced in IP (18.97%±2.80%) and HT (19.97%±3.80%) groups, the damage of mitoehondrial ultrastructure was milder (P<0.05), mitochondrial membrane potential was significantly higher and Ca2+ concentration was much lower (P<0.01) in IP group and HT group. No significant difference of MDA content and SOD activity in myocardial mitochondria between IR group and HT group was found. However, MDA content were much lower and SOD activity was significantly higher in IP group as compared to IR group (P<0.01). Compared to sham group, the mitochondria Cx43 expression was distinctly decreased compared to IR group (P<0.05) and no significant difference was found between IP group and HT group (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Heptanol preconditioning protects myocardium from ischemia-reperfusion injury. The mechanism may be related to increasing in mitochondrial membrane potential, alleviating Ca2+ overload in myocardial mitochondria and attenuating the decrease in mitochondria Cx43 expression induced by isehemia-reperfusion.  相似文献

AIM: To elucidate the mechanism of arrhythmia in healed myocardial infarction (HMI), and to investigate the changes of action potential duration (APD),transient outward potassium current (Ito), delayed rectifier potassium current (IK) and inward rectifier potassium current (IK1) of left ventricular myocytes in noninfarcted zone of HMI. METHODS: 12 rabbits were randomly assigned in two groups: HMI group (thoracotomy and ligation of the circumflex coronary); sham-operated group (thoracotomy but no conorary ligation). 3 months after operation, whole cell patch clamp technique was used to record APD, Ito, IK and IK1 of ventricular myocytes in non-infarcted zone. RESULTS: Membrane capacitance was larger in HMI group than that in sham-operated group. Action potential duration was lengthened significantly in HMI group and early after depolarization (EAD) appeared in HMI group. The densities of Ito, IK,tail and IK1 were reduced significantly in HMI group (P<0.01), from (6.72±0.42) pA/pF, (1.54±0.13) pA/pF and (25.6±2.6) pA/pF in Sham-operated group to (4.03±0.33) pA/pF, (1.14±0.11) pA/pF and (17.6±2.3) pA/pF, respectively. CONCLUSION: The reduced densities of Ito, IK,tail and IK1 in ventricular myocytes of non-infarcted zone in HMI are responsible for the prolongation of APD and the presentation of EAD, which play important roles in the malignant arrhythmia of HMI.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on myocardial apoptosis, ventricular remodeling and cardiac function after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in diabetic rats, and to explore whether the effect is mediated by hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)/c-Met signaling pathway. METHODS: Diabetes in 70 male SD rats was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ, 65 mg/kg). After 8 weeks, AMI was induced by the ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery in the diabetic rats, and 32 surviving rats were divided into AMI group (n=16) and AMI+atorvastatin group (n=16, 20 mg·kg-1·d-1) at random. The similar surgical procedure was completed in sham group (n=11) without coronary ligation. Atorvastatin was given daily by gavage from the first day after AMI. Two weeks later, the cardiac function, pathological changes of myocardial tissues, myocardial apoptosis, and the expression of HGF and c-Met were compared among groups. RESULTS: AMI significantly reduced cardiac function, increased collagen volume fraction (CVF) and myocardial apoptotic index, and up-regulated the expression of HGF and c-Met at mRNA and protein levels in AMI control group (P<0.05). The cardiac function was improved, and CVF and myocardial apoptotic index were reduced by the treatment with atorvastatin, which also up-regulated the expression of HGF and c-Met (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Atorvastatin significantly attenuates myocardial apoptosis and cardiac remodeling, and improves cardiac function after AMI in diabetic rats by further enhancing the activation of HGF/c-Met pathway.  相似文献

AIM: To observe the effects of toddalia asiatica aqueous extract (Fei Long No 1, F01) on cardiac function and hemodynamics of acute myocardial ischemia in the animal model. METHODS: High positioned double-ligation of the anterior descending left coronary artery induced acute myocardial ischemia in New Zealand rabbits. F01 268 mg/kg were ip into the acute myocardial ischemic model, Cardiac function and hemodynamic measurements were performed before and after ligation and administration of F01. t-test paired was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: After ligation all indices was reduced significantly except that LVEDP was markedly increased and t-dp/dt max had little change. After administration of F01 changes of most indices were reversed, and returned to or were close to the baseline. 1.5 h after administration of F01 action was more markedly. But the indices of left ventricle work and consumption of oxygen ( HR, TTI and TTI×HR) were reducing continuously. CONCLUSION: F01 markedly decreases ventricle work and consumption of oxygen of acute ischemic myocardium, so that the contractility, diastolic function of myocardium and cardial output are improved. These are the mechanism of protective effect on myocardial ischemia.  相似文献

AIM:To investigate the influences of bradykinin(BK)on left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac function in angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) therapy in rats after myocardial infarction.METHODS:The effects of enalapril (500 μg·kg-1·d-1), enalapril (500 μg·kg-1·d-1)with BKB2 receptor antagonist (Hoe-140 500 μg·kg-1·d-1), losartan(3 mg·kg-1·d-1) on left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), maximum positive left ventricular pressure change (+dp/dtmax) and LVW/BW as well as V(m)n of noinfarcted area were examined after 4 weeks treatment in rats after myocardial infarction.RESULTS:The values of LVEDP, LVW/BW and V(m)n of three treatment groups were higher than that of untreated MI group (P<0.05),but the +dp/dtmax of three treatment groups were not significantly different compared with the untreated MI group. In addition, no significant difference in MAP was observed among the three treatment groups, but the LVW/BW and V(m)n of enalapril+Hoe-140-treated group were higher than that of enalapril-treated group (P<0.05) .CONCLUSION:Enalapril can prevent left ventricular hypertrophy and improve cardiac function independent of blood pressure after myocardial infarction, which is partly due to the inhibition of BK degradation.  相似文献

Arrhythmia is common in cardiovascular diseases, especially after myocardial infarction. This article reviews the electrophysiologic changes following myocardial infarction at different phases. Modulations of ion channel function that might contribute to electrical remodeling, such as cellular (autocrine/paracrine) factors and regulators of ion channel gene, are discussed. Unresolved problems in ventricular electrical remodeling after myocardial infarction are also considered.  相似文献

AIM: To observe the effects of pioglitazone on myocardial energy metabolism and hemodynamics in rats with heart failure after myocardial infarction (MI). METHODS: The model of MI was established by ligation of left anterior descending artery. The 20 surviving rats were randomly divided into MI group (n=10) and pioglitazone intervention group (P group,n=10, pioglitazone 3 mg·kg-1·d-1 orally). The sham-operated rats (SH, n=10) served as controls. Hemodynamic parameters were measured. The ratio of left ventricular weight to body weight (LVW/BW) and the ratio of right ventricular weight to body weight (RVW/BW) were calculated after 8-week treatment. The expression of PPARγ was examined by Western blotting. Mitochondrial respiratory function was determined by Clark oxygen electrodes. The size of adenine acid pool (ATP, ADP and AMP) in mitochondria was measured by HPLC. The adenine nucleotide translocator(ANT) activity was detected by the atractyloside-inhibitor stop technique. RESULTS: Compared with SH group, the protein expression of PPARγ was significantly decreased in MI group (P<0.01). The mitochondrial respiratory activity, the transport activity of ANT and the high-energy phosphate content were decreased in MI group (P<0.01), and the hemodynamic parameters were in disorder (P<0.01). Compared with MI group, the protein expression of PPARγ in P group was significantly increased. The mitochondrial respiratory activity, the high-energy phosphate content, the transport activity of ANT were improved (P<0.01). However, the hemodynamic parameters were not significantly changed.CONCLUSION: Pioglitazone increases the protein expression of PPARγ and improves myocardial energy metabolism in the development of heart failure in the rat model of myocardial infarction, but dose not change the hemodynamic parameters significantly.  相似文献

AIM:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Shenshuguanxin granula on coronary circulation in a rat model of myocardial infarction (MI). METHODS:SD rats (n=50, SPF grade) were randomly divided into 5 groups (n=10):sham group, MI group, and high-dose, middle-dose and low-dose Shenshuguanxin granula treatment groups. The rat MI model was established by ligation of the coronary artery. The cardiac markers, small and medium-sized blood vessels [microvessel count (MVC) value] in the infarct zone, and platelet endothelial cell adhesion mo-lecule 1 (PECAM-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in the infarct border zone were measured. RESULTS:After 4 weeks of coronary artery ligation, the significant increases in MVC in the infarct zone, and the expression of PECAM-1 and VEGF in the infarct border zone were detected compared with sham group (P<0.05). The differences of cardiac markers between MI group and other groups were insignificant (P>0.05). CONCLUSION:Shenshuguanxin granula improves coronary circulation in the rats with myocardial infarction by increasing the expression of PECAM-1 and VEGF, and promoting small and medium-sized angiogenesis.  相似文献

AIM: To observe the effects of fluvastatin (FV) on the left ventricular (LV) function, MHC mRNA and collagen remodeling of non-infarcted area after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). METHODS: Six hours after ligating left coronary artery, survivors of AMI female SD rats were randomly assigned to: ①AMI control; ②FV; ③sham-operated groups. After 8 weeks of therapy, the LV function, hemodynamics, expression of non-infarcted myocardial MHC mRNA, collagen volume fraction (CVF) and the ratio of type Ⅰ/Ⅲ collagen of non-infarcted area were assessed. RESULTS: Compared with sham-operated group, E wave, E wave deceleration, E/A ratio, LV end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), β MHC mRNA, CVF and the ratio of type Ⅰ/Ⅲ collagen were all significantly increased in AMI group, while fractional shortening (FS), ejection fraction (EF), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and α MHC mRNA were all significantly decreased. In comparison with AMI group, E wave, E wave deceleration, E/A, LVEDP, β MHC mRNA, CVF and the ratio of type Ⅰ/Ⅲ collagen were all significantly decreased, while FS, EF, MAP and α MHC mRNA were all significantly increased in FV group. CONCLUSION: FV improves the LV function after AMI and has beneficial effects on reversing LV myocardial pathologic switching of MHC isoform and collagen remodeling.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effects of transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) modified by bcl-2 gene on myocardial cell apoptosis, angiogenesis and cardiac function in the rabbit after acute myocardial infarction (MI).METHODS: The rabbit BMSCs were isolated, cultured and purified in vitro. The BMSCs were transfected with adenovirus or adenovirus-Bcl-2. The rabbit model of MI was established by ligation of left anterior descending branch. The rabbits were injected with Ad-Bcl-2-BMSCs (MI+Bcl-2-BMSCs group), Ad-BMSCs (MI+BMSCs group) and DMEM (MI group) in infarction marginal zone 2 weeks after ligation. The cardiac function was evaluated by echocardiography. The apoptosis of myocardial cells was measured by TUNEL. The mRNA expression of VEGF was detected by real-time PCR. The expression of CD31 was examined by immunohistochemical staining, and new blood capillaries were counted at 4 weeks after BMSCs transplantation. The correlation of the above values with cardiac function was analyzed.RESULTS: The cardiac function was better, the apoptotic rate was lower, the mRNA expression of VEGF and the capillary density were higher in both MI+Bcl-2-BMSCs group and the MI+BMSCs group than those in MI group, and those in MI+Bcl-2-BMSCs group increased more obviously. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) had a negative correlation with the myocardial cell apoptosis rate. A positive correlation with the mRNA expression level of VEGF and the capillary density was also observed.CONCLUSION: The transplantation of BMSCs modified by bcl-2 gene significantly reduces the myocardial cell apoptosis, promotes angiogenesis, improves heart function of the rabbits with MI.  相似文献

AIM: To evaluate the time course and effect of diabetes on the development of heart failure (HF) in poorly controlled streptozotocin (STZ) -induced diabetic rat model for 70 d with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in vivo. METHODS: All SD rats were randomized into four groups. Diabetes were induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of STZ (65 mg/kg), and 70 d later after the induction, AMI models were made with the ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery. The time course of diabetic effects on the development of heart failure in rats before and after AMI was observed. The survival rate of the rats and ultrastructure change of myocardium, the hemodynamics, the extent of the myocardial fibrosis, and the cardiac hypertrophy were also determined. RESULTS: After the ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery, the diabetic rats showed worse LV function and accelerated left ventricular (LV) remodeling compared with the non-diabetic ones. Myocardial fibrosis in both diabetic and non-diabetic rats subjected to AMI was similar in the early phase, while it was quite different after 1 month. CONCLUSION: Heart failure progression is accelerated in diabetic rat with AMI.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the protective effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the heart of mice with myocardial infarction and its mechanism. METHODS: The model of myocardial infarction was established by the ligation of left anterior descending artery of C57/B6 mice (8~12 weeks old) after lateral thoracotomy. The mice were divided into sham operation group, myocardial infarction group and bFGF administration group. bFGF at 0.5 μg was intraperitoneally injected on alternate days after myocardial infarction for 7 d. Cardiac Doppler ultrasonography was used to detect cardiac function after myocardial infarction for 28 d, and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular shortening fraction (LVFS) were used to evaluate cardiac function. After myocardial infarction for 28 d, the mice were sacrificed and the hearts were collected for preparing pathological sections. The degrees of myocardial fibrosis and angiogenesis in the myocardial infarction area were observed. Western blot was used to detect the indicators of angiogenesis. RESULTS: The results of Masson staining showed that bFGF administration significantly reduced myocardial fibrosis at 28 d after myocardial infarction. Cardiac ultrasound data showed that cardiac functions in myocardial infarction group were poorer than those in sham group, and bFGF administration significantly improved cardiac functions. Immunofluorescence staining showed that neovascularization in myocardial infarction area of bFGF administration group was more than that in myocardial infarction group. The results of Western blot showed that bFGF activated AKT/HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway. CONCLUSION: Intraperitoneal injection of bFGF reduces myocardial fibrosis and improves cardiac function in myocardial infarction mice. bFGF may promote angiogenesis by activating AKT/HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effect of atorvastatin(AT) on the release of endothelial microparticles(EMP) and myocardial apoptosis in the rats with myocardial infarction. METHODS: SD male rats(n=24) were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham operation(sham) group, myocardial infarction(MI) group and MI+AT group. The rat model of acute myocardial infarction was prepared by coronary artery ligation. At 2 h and 24 h after modeling, the peripheral blood was collected to detect creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB) and cardiac troponin T(cTnT). The circulating levels of EMP were measured by flow cytometry. The myocardial apoptosis was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay. RESULTS: At 2 h after modeling, the level of CK-MB was significantly increased in MI group compared with sham group, and the level of EMP and the myocardial apoptotic rate were significantly increased in MI group and MI+AT group compared with sham group. At 24 h after modeling, the level of EMP was significantly increased in MI group compared with sham group. The levels of CK-MB, cTnT, EMP and the myocardial apoptotic rate were significantly decreased in MI+AT group compared with MI group. Moreover, the level of CK-MB in MI group was significantly increased at 24 h compared with that at 2 h after modeling. The levels of CK-MB, cTnT and EMP were significantly decreased in MI+AT group at 24 h compared with those at 2 h after modeling. CONCLUSION: Ator-vastatin may reduce the level of EMP and the myocardial apoptotic rate in the rats with acute myocardial infarction, indicating that atorvastatin plays a role in protecting endothelium.  相似文献
