An implicit enthalpy solution is developed for analysis of one-dimensional conduction controlled phase change problems. The solution is based on separating the sensible and latent heat terms in an enthalpy formulation. By making the assumption of equal volume node-jumping,a variable time together with a fixed space grid is used to ensure that the phase boundary is always on a node point,so that the nonlinearity associated with the latent heat can be effectively dealt with via the source term. A freezing problem around a pipe with analytical solution is applied to demonstrate the effect of the present method.  相似文献

Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) is a heat analysis method which studies matters' thermodynamic properties according the measured energy differential by temperature scanning under the control of linear temperature programme.Differential scanning calorimetry technique is used for the temperature and latent heat determination when some tissues in vitro such as pig muscle,fat,liver and beaf chang phase during the temperature rises.Then the latent heat and phase change temperature are derived.It is conclusion that the main influencing factors of latent heat and phase change temperature are water and fattiness in tissues;the more of water and the fewer of fattiness,the larger of latent heat and the boarder of the temperature area changing phase.  相似文献

In this paper,a numerical simulation of the casting process for making the MMC.using the PEM, is studied.The convection of liquid metal and the release of latent heat of solidification are taken into account.The algorithm and program for axisymmetric casting model are developed to the problem of coupling between flow and heat transfer,as well as phase change.The variational curves of temperature,the position of flow front and the distrsbutions of volume fraction of solid metal in matrix and their variation with time are obtained.The influences of technological paarmeters to casting are discussed.  相似文献

A macroscopic and microscopic coupling mathematical model for solidification process of twin-roll thin strip is developed. In the model, the latent heat is treated by the enthalpy method, and the grid and node are divided by assumed streamline boundary. The heterogeneous nucleation and the columnar-equiaxed transform(CET)model are introduced, together with the revison of the dendrite growth dynamic model of KGT. With the help of solid fraction, the coupling of the macro/micro aspects is realized by using different grid-sizes and time-steps, macro and micro, together with the columnar dendrite front tracing. The columnar dendrite arm spacing and deflection angle calculated by proposed model are in agreement with the experimental ones. Therefore, the model is proved to be reliable, and it can be used to predict the effects of the processing parameters on the solidification structure of twin-roll thin strips.  相似文献

The one-dimensional heat transfer of microwave thawing in a food analogue material is experimentally studied. The results show that the phase change region is narrow and the latent heat is quickly released due to the effect of the microwave energy. Besides, in the rising section of the temperature after thawing. the internal heat source makes the temperature at the central point rise more quickly than that at other parts of the tested element.  相似文献

The burning rate of hydrogen air pre mixture on meso scale is mainly determined by its chemical reaction rate. So a Laminar Finite Rate Model, the gas phase reaction mechanism for the combustion of hydrogen air mixture which consists of 19 reversible elementary reactions and the dynamic mesh method are adopted to simulate the combustion of hydrogen air mixture in a meso scale IC engine which operates a quasi gas power cycle under ultrahigh combustion load. The combustion of hydrogen air mixture on meso scale in the micro combustion chamber with moving boundary can be stable. The complete thermodynamic process of heat addition, internal energy increasing, and a boundary work output producing during expansion can be perfectly achieved in the closed combustion system of the meso scaled IC engine igniting the hydrogen air mixture by wire surface of high temperature. However, running parameters such as cycle period, initial pressure and fuel/air ratio have complex effects on the hydrogen air combustion of micro closed container with moving boundary.  相似文献

The research object is the coupled heat transfer effect between freezing soil,water and horizontal heat exchange tube,use finite volume numerical method to dispersed solving for continuity equation and heat transfer equation of unsaturated freezing soil,gives part of the temperature fields and freezing percentage distribution graphs,and analyzes the reason of the coupled heat transfer.The analysis result shows that:the temperature field of freezing soil are some horizontal lines parallelling to the ground surface.The peak value of solid-liquid phase change region appears in the upper part where there is backwater pipe,the low value appears in the place where there isn't horizontal heat exchange tube.The horizontal heat exchange tube makes the freezing front deviate towards the ground surface.The arrangement difference of inlet and outlet position of horizontal heat exchange tube will effect the size and position of the phase change region of freezing soil.Arranging the backwater pipe at one side or middle position is the optimized mode.  相似文献

The effect of the convective heat transfer in the entrance region of the tube on the temperature field and the maximum temperature of the tube material in the tube -mouth region of the high temperature heat exchange equipment is examined by numerical analysis. The computations on the basis of four different formulas for convection heat transfer coefficient are performed. The computed results indicate that the efect can not be ignored as for heat protection of the tube -mouth region and it is resapnable and secure that the mean convective heat transfer coefficient with taking account of the effect of the entrance region is used in the thermal design of the tube -mouth region.  相似文献

利用淮河流域寿县国家气候观象台2007年11月至2008年5月的湍流通量观测资料,分析了该区域麦田湍流通量输送特征,结果表明:小麦各生育期净辐射通量、显热通量和潜热通量都存在明显的日变化;净辐射日变化最大值出现在成熟期;显热通量在中午温度最高时达到最大值,夜间显热通量多为负值;潜热通量峰值出现时间比净辐射通量峰值延迟1h左右;自拔节期开始,麦田潜热通量日平均值都大于50.0 ;三叶期和分蘖期,土壤热通量日平均值都为负值,其它时期为正值;H/Rn和LE/Rn均有明显的季节变化,且变化方向相反。  相似文献

The transient flow fields of gallgladder bile in vivo are calculated by finite element methods. Computer tomograph, ultrasound B and contrast radiography are applied to determine the moving boundary conditions, The penalty formulation and moving triangle elements have been successfully adopted and be flow fields for axisymmetric Newtonian bile flow have been obtained. The results show that there exists obvions reverse flow at the cross section (Perpendicular to Center axis) and thus forms axisymmetric vartexes inside a contracting gallbladder in vivo,Which well agree with the previous prediction.  相似文献

In this paper the heat transfer in the tube-mouth region of the high temperatur heat exchange equipment is deeply analysed. The effect; of the heat conducting cross-section area of the tube-mouth region and axial heat conduction along the tube on the temperature field is emphatically examined by numerical computation, and then the relation of the highest temperature in the tube with the elongated tube length is established. The computed results in this paper are compared with those without taking account of these two factors. It is shown that the effect can not be ignored for the corrosion-protection by controlling temperature.  相似文献

The research object is indoor natural convection heat transfer under different heat source location,using FVM numerical method to dispersed solving for mass conservation equation and energy conservation equation.Researched distribution of streamline and isotherm and variation of Nu in powerhouse with Ra among 10 3~10 6 when different heat source location.The results of analysis indicate that when Ra=10 3, the isotherms expand outward centring on the heat source and present shapely arcuation.When increasing Ra,isotherm shape changes gradually,thin boundary layers appear on cold wall and hot wall.The streamlines are two symmetrically reverse vortexs.As increasing Ra, the vortexs change in size and move. As Ra=10 3,Nu reaches maximum in the case of D=0. the effect of heat source location on heat transfer quantity is obvious.The curve of Nu is steepest when D=0.5 and smoothest.There is a power relationship between Nu and Ra, the linear correlation fitting 90%.The conclusion provides a theory basis for the research of complex indoor heat transfer mechanism.  相似文献

为研究局地小气候和草地生态系统变化提供依据。利用2010年6月1日—8月31日开路涡度相关系统和常规气象观测系统资料,分析锡林浩特典型草原区草地潜热通量变化特征及其与环境因子的关系。结果表明,6—8月总体能量平衡闭合很好,闭合度达83.9%。晴天闭合度为81.4%,阴天闭合度为95.0%,处于国内外同类观测闭合度范围的上等水平;潜热通量日变化呈单峰型二次曲线,日出后逐渐升高,中午左右达到峰值,然后逐渐降低,日落后趋于稳定。晴天和阴天的潜热通量日变化趋势相同,但阴天波动性较大,变幅大于晴天,且峰值滞后于晴天;潜热通量与净辐射、气温、地表温度、地表温度与气温差、呈极显著正相关,与相对湿度呈极显著负相关,而与水平风速的相关性相对较弱。其中,净辐射是最大的影响因素。  相似文献

Ltd.. The heat conduction calculation is the basis of solidification simulation. A 3 dimentional model including the refrigeration medium block is set up based on the study of boundary heat exchange. In order to enhance the heat transfer in the phase change heat storage device, a rectangular cavity filled with metal foam / paraffin wax is made. The melting heat storage experiment of foam metal / wax composite phase change material was carried out in the transverse wall temperature conditions. The temperature change curve is drawn according to different heating temperatures. Both the effects of natural convection in rectangular cavity on temperature distribution and the impact of heat transfer temperature difference on the thermal storage time are analyzed. The results show that the melting process of the paraffin in the body cavity is reinforced by the high thermal conductivity of copper foam. The remaining solid paraffin is accelerated to melt by the natural convection of the liquid paraffin formed near the heating surface; and the greater the heat transfer temperature difference is, the greater the natural convection is and the shorter the time for heat storage is.  相似文献

为了更有效地求解三维轴对称功能梯度材料瞬态热传导问题,对无网格自然单元法应用于此类问题进行了研究,并发展了相应的计算方法。基于几何形状和边界条件的轴对称性,三维的轴对称问题可降为二维平面问题。为了简化本质边界条件的施加,轴对称面上的温度场采用自然邻近插值进行离散。功能梯度材料特性的变化由高斯点的材料参数进行模拟。时间域上,采用传统的两点差分法进行离散求解,进而得到瞬态温度场的响应。数值算例结果表明,提出的方法是行之有效的,理论及方法不仅拓展了自然单元法的应用范围,而且对三维轴对称瞬态热传导分析具有普遍意义。  相似文献

An extended finite element method based on SUPG/PSPG is proposed to simulate the two phase flow problems. A corrected XFEM is introduced to ensure the blending element to satisfy the Partition of Unity in processing the discontinuity of the interface. Level set method is adopted to track the kinetic phase interface as the fluid flow. Free oscillation is numerically simulated with the presented method. The obtained numerical results are in consistent with the analytical and experimental results. Additionally, breaking dam problem is considered, the numerical solutions agree well with experimental results which illustrate the correctness and efficiency of the proposed method. No re-meshing is needed during the simulation of the two phase fluid flow and the moving interface can be accurately tracked by means of the presented method.  相似文献

Air stream of hot mines is taken as research object, and energy balance equation is established. Cooling load expressions under five different conditions are derived through strict theoretical derivation, i.e. unsteady multi-stream, steady flow, steady flow ignoring kinetic energy change, steady flow ignoring potential energy change and steady flow ignoring fan power change. Then the enthalpy variable expression of the subsurface moist air and heat calculating process of surrounding rock are deduced. Finally, Yong Chuan coal mine illustrates and summarizes the process of calculation cooling load quantitatively. It is conducive to scientificly manage hot mine and design mine ventilation.  相似文献

为了探求地下水渗流对地埋管换热器间歇运行性能所产生的影响,基于移动的有限长线热源理论模型解析解,利用MATLAB软件编程计算,分析渗流对单钻孔地埋管换热器的影响。同时对比分析了连续和间歇运行情况下其周围土壤的温度响应特征和过余温度场分布特点。研究表明:埋管周围土壤的温度变化是由热流密度、土壤本身的热物性和实际渗流速度耦合作用影响的,而在间歇运行下其因素影响更加明显。  相似文献
