Through construction market survey, the paper proposes the way of the control system of construction quality of building engineering and establishes objective system of its on becoming core of quality control spot. It puts forward many grade control and evaluation net and expounds the method to produce quality evaluation form, control system of quality ordinary question and quality analysis. It determines technology way and movement foundation on system development. The paper introduces the model and its function on the control system of construction quality of building engineering. To provide objective and comprehensive evaluation of surface water environmental quality for management and engineering projects a Fuzzy-AHP evaluation model is introduced. Level 1 is comprised of several current evaluation systems. On level 2 variable fuzzy set is introduced to evaluate the accurate grade. The model is applied to evaluate Jialing River (Ciqikou section) and evaluation result is grade III which is reasonable and reliable. The model is well-developed and physically grounded makes use of information of monitoring data more scientifically and comprehensively and provides an alternative evaluation method for water quality assessment.  相似文献

River water quality is one of the important conditions must be considered when river water source heat pump is used. It is also the key factor of efficiency of river water source heat pump. Based on analysis of the water quality factors which influence the river water source heat pump heat exchanger fouling, the main quality indicators and value are conformed. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the actual monitoring data, quality classification of river water which is the source of water source heat pump is analyzed. For the difficulty of multiple indicators which need to detect and meet the related national standard in practical engineering application, the definition of scaling potential value is put forward. As the water quality comprehensive evaluation index of water source heat pump, the scaling potential value not only can consider the influence of the main water quality parameters on water source heat pump heat exchanger fouling, but also can conveniently and quickly provide direct basis for water quality judgment and system selection in the engineering application.  相似文献

基于ModelBuilder的垦造水田耕地质量等别评价   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为快速准确的掌握土地整治工程前后耕地质量等别的时空变化信息,提升耕地质量等别评价实践工作效率,以连平县隆街镇沐河村垦造水田项目区为研究区域,将传统农用地分等方法与ModelBuilder建模方法融合,构建了垦造水田工程项目背景下的耕地质量等别快速评价框架体系。研究以连平县2016年耕地质量等别更新成果作为数据基础,结合项目区工程资料、耕地利用现状勘查、实地土壤采样检测等数据信息完成ModelBuilder建模流程,运用加权平均及等间距法,对研究区耕地质量等别进行评价对比分析。评价结果显示:研究区垦造水田工程建设实施后,耕地质量等别有显著提升。其中,耕地质量省自然等、利用等与经济等分别提高1.31、0.63和0.97,耕地质量国家自然等、利用等与经济等分别提高1.06、0.56和1.02。研究表明:Modelbuilder建模可实现垦造水田耕地质量等别评价复杂计算自动流程化过程,且可快速形成图表合一成果。Modelbuilder建模相比传统算法具备全自动、超高效、高交互及可移植特征,可结合轻量python编程高效应用于复杂耕地质量评价相关工作之中。  相似文献

Regional manufacturing information engineering industries are extremely large and complex systems. Based on the implemental integer effect and an evaluation requirement of regional manufacturing information engineering, we analyzed the objectives and characteristics of regional manufacturing information engineering, proposed a multiple evaluation index method of regional manufacturing information engineering. Based on a multiple integration evaluation method, we built a model to evaluate regional manufacturing information engineering. We proposed a measurement model for regional manufacturing information engineering based on multi level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Our quantitative research regarding the implementation effectiveness of regional manufacturing information engineering was based on fuzzy quantitative indicators. The model was grounded on collecting indexes of regional manufacturing industry information engineering, and used a fuzzy matrix to normalize the assessment results to a single fuzzy comprehensive evaluation level. Measurement was carried out step by step. Multi level comprehensive evaluation results for a regional manufacturing information engineering industry were obtained. The validity of the model was shown through application practice.  相似文献

Based on the fundamental principles of science of complexity, the complexity of clusters of engineering projects is analyzed in the light of integrity, dynamics, gradation, openness and autonomy. It is believed that the quality supervision of clusters of engineering projects is a typical complex composed of several essential factors, between which there exists a complicated nonlinear relationship. The behaviors and manners of quality supervision are proposed including management evaluation, tree - shape quality supervision, model leading system, independent third - party assessment with a view to strengthen and enhance the quality supervision of clusters of engineering projects.  相似文献

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is an effective method to evaluate many comprehensive problems and is widely used in environmental engineering, mining engineering and so on. The popular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is analyzed and some irrationality is found in its max-min algorithm and maximal subordinate degree principle. An altered arithmetic is proposed, and a technique of synthetic grade is introduced as the final evaluating result. The synthetic quantified evaluation for power quality is one of the gist to weigh excellent or inferior of the power quality, and this is propitious to realize the electricity-purchase principle of discussing the price according to quality and high quality high price, thereby serve as to build the equitable electric power market. This paper proposes to use the method of matter-element for power quality evaluation, and then build the model based on the method of matter-element. Considering the non-compatible feature between the single recognition and evaluation results as well as the complexity of the evaluation for power quality, a model is approached for the evaluation of the power quality by using the matter-element and extension set. Case results show that use the proposed model is objective and reasonable, with a special advantage when used in power quality evaluation.  相似文献

研究河西东部枸杞品质评定指标,可为区域产业发展、品种优选以及品牌营销提供理论支撑。笔者以2016年试验数据为基础,将生长量指标与理化指标作为评价依据,采用熵权法和主成分分析对16个批次红枸杞进行各个评价指标的权重赋值,并借助动态赋值对两种评价权重进行综合赋值,然后利用评价模型有效实现了枸杞的品质评定,结果显示丰乐基地品质最为突出,评定结果与实际相符。本研究为河西东部红枸杞质量评定提供了基本方法。  相似文献

咸蛋黄是市场上出现的新型蛋制品,没有定量化的品质评价方法,因此从咸蛋黄出油性,出沙效果,色泽及水分含量这4项指标入手,研究制定出一个规范化测量方法。结果表明:用双圈牌中速定性滤纸扩散法表达咸蛋黄出油性可信度为95%,方法可用;用石油醚为溶剂,采用搅拌、过滤、重量法测得的咸蛋黄的起沙性,可信度为98%,方法可用;通过感官评价与色差分析并用的方法,给出了咸蛋黄颜色的评价标准;本研究所提出的咸蛋黄品质的测定方法简单、实用、可信度高,是一个可以用于定量测定咸蛋黄质量的标准化方法。  相似文献

Through selecting the index of MSW compost quality and establishing the evaluation grades of index, an evaluation system with the method of fuzzy mathematics has been framed in this paper. Then, based on the assessment of single factor and comprehensive effects of different factors, in this paper, the experimental data are taken for example to evaluate the MSW compost quality. The result shows that this method is successfully applied and also can be used as a simple useful method to the evaluation of MSW compost quality.  相似文献

近年来,食品安全事件频繁发生,农产品质量问题备受关注,农产品是与人类健康联系最紧密的消费品,改善农产品质量势在必行。本研究以农业龙头企业农产品的质量控制为研究对象,从农产品的料供应质量控制、企业主体质量控制、政府及消费者的质量控制三个角度入手,构建相应的评价指标。评价指标的选取充分考虑了农业龙头企业的特点与农产品质量控制的特殊性,应用层次分析法,选出了5个一级评价指标:农民(基地)农产品质量控制、企业内部农产品质量控制、市场竞争优势、政府的质量监控、消费者的质量监控,以及细化的二级指标。农业龙头企业可以选择模糊评价法对几年的指标进行综合评价,分析企业农产品质量控制的优点与不足,不断提高农产品质量与管理。  相似文献

A comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy matter element analysis is proposed to solve problems of multiple performance and quality evaluation for computer numerical control (CNC) equipment. The fuzzy matter element theory is utilized to analyze multi-scale quality characteristics and attributes. Then, the comprehensive quality evaluation model for CNC equipment is founded by using fuzzy matter element analysis method. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and information entropy are applied to obtain the objective index weights. Furthermore, the combinational weight is calculated with the optimal mathematics model based on the least square method. Finally, the fuzzy matter element method is used to determine the assessment result. The case study indicates that the method has a certain rationality and feasibility.  相似文献

从科学发展观来看,耕地在数量上的扩张是有限的,但在提升耕地质量方面却具有相对大的空间。土地开发整理的基本功能是有效补充耕地面积、提高粮食综合生产能力、改善农业生态环境质量、促进土地集约化利用和加快农村经济社会发展的速度,其本质就是有效提高耕地质量。笔者根据项目区土地整理初步工程设计,结合农用地分等成果,对土地整理前后耕地质量变化情况做出评价,使土地开发整理项目实现重耕地数量到重耕地质量的转变。  相似文献

采用模糊数学评价方法,以色泽、形状、气味、口感、滋味为评价因素,对9种军用冻干蔬果的感官品质进行了模糊数学判定。结果表明,9种军用冻干蔬果感官品质的模糊综合感官评价得分从高到低依次为苹果块、大头菜块、菠萝南瓜块、草莓胡萝卜块、菠菜块、西兰花块、黄桃块、菠萝胡萝卜块、树莓块。模糊数学评价方法能较客观准确地反映产品的感官品质,为军用食品感官品质的综合评价提供一种参考方法。  相似文献

This paper analyzes the current situation of university students' credit evaluation and set up an evaluation index system of university students' credit to compensate a loan.Based on this index system,this paper sets up a matter-element evaluation model on the individual credit of university students loan by means of extensible engineering method.The grade of individual credit and the index for evaluating the level of individual credit are made as matter-element,meanwhile,the classical field,the segment field,the weight coefficient are obtained.Dependence function is established based on the grade of individual credit and then the grade is judged by calculating the synthetic dependence degree.Finally,this paper presents the evaluation method by giving an example.This method is simple in calculation,reasonable in evaluation with high applicability.  相似文献
