在数字林业多系统集成研究过程中,为了快速搭建满足各类需求的应用系统,实现软件复用,提出了一种基于SOA的数字林业业务定制技术,构建了业务定制平台,并对平台的整体架构和功能结构进行了详细描述,最后给出了基于业务定制平台定制业务的具体步骤。运用业务定制技术,有助于提高系统的可扩展性、灵活性、可靠性,并能最大限度地实现软件复用,为数字林业建设提供技术支撑。     

Application of UML Business Modeling in E-commerce System

The development of E commerce is booming. Now the management of some domain is converting from tradition to E commerce, this needs the application and integration of the latest information technologies for the maximum usage and share of network information resources. As a modeling language, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is well defined, easy to specify, powerful in function and applied widely. Business model concentrates on the business around the system, not every project requires business model. However, there are many situations where business modeling adds a great deal of value. Establishing system business model is the primary task when people make use of UML to establish E commerce system model and develop software system. By E commerce system the authors expound the use case, and propose how to use correct method to establishing E commerce system business model.     

The Case for a Gross State Product Series

Regional economists in search of data by state usually turn first to Washington. There they are generously served in the tasteful surroundings of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Sometimes they come away hungry, however. Two data consumers at the Graduate School of Management, UCLA, believe that a gross state product series should be added to the menu. They are respectively Lecturer in Business Economics and Professor of Business Economics and Statistics. Dr. Williams is also Director of the UCLA Business Forecasting Project.     

The Measurement Problem: Adequacy and Relevancy

Is there a Phillips curve relating accuracy and relevancy? Are there significant variables in planning and forecasting which are not readily quantified? In this day when people are beginning to ask whether economic development is really desirable, such questions acquire a new urgency. They are examined in this concluding paper in our symposium. Data Needs of a Developing State

The states, in their taxing and regulating activities, are in contact with a rich lode of information which could be of immense value to them in their efforts to achieve more rapid economic development. Two University of Tennessee regionalists are concerned that in many states this valuable resource is neither exploited nor conserved. Dean Cotham is Director of Executive Programs and Dr. Quindry is Research Professor at the Center for Business and Economic Research, both in the College of Business Administration.     

脉冲电流烧结Al2O3颗粒的广义热弹性分析

脉冲电流烧结过程的颈部形成机理,特别是非导电粉末材料,是需要着重研究的核心问题。以非导电Al₂O₃粉末为研究对象,引入L-S（Lord and Shulman）型广义热弹性方程,初步探究烧结初期非导电粉末颈部局部高温形成以及快速烧结机理。利用Comsol Multiphysics模拟得到脉冲电流烧结过程中颗粒内部的温度场和应力场分布以及烧结颈部的化学势和空位浓度变化规律。数值结果表明,热以波的形式在烧结颈部产生叠加,形成局部高温。化学势变化表明：烧结初期表面扩散占主要作用,空位浓度差的突变使烧结颈部产生局部空位浓度梯度,促进烧结颈长过程,缩短烧结时间。     

植物群落的概念与优化设计

本研究明确了园林植物群落的概念,强调了园林植物群落在园林设计中的重要性。剖析了植物群落在园林设计中存在的问题,并提出了相应性的解决方案。本研究以哈尔滨某高校植物群落为例,对其进行了优化设计探讨,以期为园林植物群落设计水平的提升,提供出有益的参考。     

降糖食品效果评价中常用5种血糖监测方法的比较

降糖食品种类随着我国糖尿病患病人数的增加而日益丰富,但降糖食品市场凌乱不堪。需要用血糖检测方法对排除非法添加药物的降糖食品效果进行评价。比较了指尖(或静脉)葡萄糖、尿糖、动态血糖、糖化血清蛋白和糖化血红蛋白临床监测的异同,并对血糖监测方法的发展趋势进行了展望。

This paper analysed the four forms of the cyclical fluctuation in business in our country: trade, administrative, product and managerial cyclical changes, and studied how to construct the models of residual method and pressure analysis method and with which to predict the business cycles.

Spatial Agglomeration,Technological Innovations,and Firm Productivity: Evidence from Italian Industrial Districts

ABSTRACT The aim of this paper is to analyse the impact on firms' productivity of innovative activities and agglomeration effects among firms belonging to Marshallian industrial districts and the possible joint effect of these two forces. We study a sample of 2,821 firms active in the Italian manufacturing industry in the period 1992–1995. Our analysis uses an original data set based on three different Istituto Nazionale di Statistica statistical sources—Community Innovation Survey, Archivio Statistico delle Imprese Attive (Italian Business Register), and Sistema dei Conti delle Imprese (Italian Structural Business Statistics)—to estimate an “augmented” Cobb‐Douglas production function to account for the impact of technological innovations and district‐specific agglomeration effects on a firm's productivity growth. Our data set allows us to distinguish between product and process innovations, thus, through econometric analysis, we hope to achieve a better understanding of which of these two types of innovative activities benefits most from participation in an industrial district. Our empirical results show that belonging to an industrial district and making product innovations are key factors in the productivity growth of firms and that product innovations appear to have a greater effect on the economic performance of district rather than non‐district firms.     

From ‘wannabe’ Silicon Valley to global back office? Examining the socio‐spatial consequences of technopole planning practices in Malaysia

Cyberjaya is one of a long line of aspiring science and technology parks in the Asia‐Pacific region that have attempted to create a successful technopole, and in doing so become the ‘Silicon Valley of Asia’. The paper attends to the place‐making strategies through which Cyberjaya was positioned as a new ‘global hub’ for information communication technology and multimedia industries, framed as an extremely ‘sticky place’ (Markusen, 1996). That is, a place within a global economic system where local skills, infrastructure and capital attracts and makes research and development and corporate headquarters reluctant to leave. The paper considers that despite considerable infrastructural investment and state‐led urban boosterism to ‘sell’ Cyberjaya to prospective investors, more than 10 years after its completion in 1999 the development has become little more than a zone of disconnected business process outsourcing industries comprising low value‐added outsourcing activities.

The case against a gross state product series is presented by the Associate Director for Regional Economic Analysis of the Commerce Department's Office of Business Economics (which recently changed its name to the Bureau of Economic Analysis). Dr. Graham, the newest member of this journal's editorial board, also provides some glimpses into the kitchen where his office is preparing new data morsels for regional economists.     

中国西北地区现代农业建设中新型农民教育培训研究——基于陕西、甘肃和宁夏的调查

建设现代农业,最终要靠有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,对农民进行培训则是培养新型农民的一种有效途径。以陕西、甘肃和宁夏的农户问卷调查资料和县(区)、乡(镇)、村制度调查资料为依据,分析了西北地区农民素质现状、西北地区农民培训需求现状、培训供给现状、需求与供给之间的缺口,并提出弥补需求和供给之间缺口、完善西北农民培训工作的政策建议。
