This paper introduces the theoretical basis and application method for heat transfer model of buried tube (pipe in pipe and U- type) heat exchanger for ground source heat pump, and a practical example is calculated. Then, the calculation results are analyzed and discussed. In particular, the correlation coefficient and calculation method of tube group exchanger is discussed; the method for determining known parameter and some basic data for main procedure GSHP.HTM is analyzed. The calculation formula and data sampling for JSW.HTM subroutine is introduced. At last, the problems in application of calculation procedure, to which should pay attention, are discussed.  相似文献

A new kind of evaporative heat transfer experiment for the cooling process of condensers is conducted. The test coil is immersed in an air-water bubbling layer. The air-water two-phase flow passes through the heating tubes of the coil. Due to the motion of the air bubbles in the water, a thin water film forms on the surface of the heating tubes. As the air bubbles passing by the tubes the water is evaporated into the air. The tubes of coil reject heat to the water film, and the evaporation of the water film then rejects heat to the air bubble stream. This heat transfer mode significantly increases the heat transfer coefficient between tubes and air. The consumption of the power of a water pump can be decreased. Moreover, the airflow rate required is less than that of an air-cooled condenser.The pressure drop of air through air-water bubbling layer and the heat transfer between the tubes and water are experimentally investigated in the paper. The results show that the factors affecting the pressure drop and the heat transfer coefficient involve the pore geometry of sieve plate, the height of the air-water bubbling layer, the air flow rate through the sieve plate and the heat flux of tubes. The heat transfer coefficient between tube and water is two times larger than that of falling film of water on the outer surface of tube.  相似文献

In this paper,the comparative experimental research that air flows through theout-surface of a single row finned tubes is done in a drawing wind tunnel and the three differnetshapes of rectangluar finned tubes are compared with a plain finned tube that is usually used in therefrigerant heat exchanger, the useful results are obtained. The results show that,in the range ofwind velocity flowing through the marrowest area, W_(max)=2.5m/s to 8.5m/s,the average convec-tion heat transfer coefficient of the two-side V-groove finned tube is higher than that of rectangluarplain finned tube,It is a new type finned tube that has good heat transfer performance and it isworth poplarlzing.  相似文献

The geothermal heat exchanger is the key component of ground coupled heat pump systems. We discuss the key parameters method of calculating geothermal heat exchanger length based on line source theory. Typical meteorological year data is used to determine the hottest month, the coldest month and annual average surface temperature. The building hourly load can be obtained by introducing the concept of equilibrium temperature. The cooling fraction and the heating fraction then can be calculated using building hourly load and performance parameters curve fit of a water source heat pump unit. The method for selecting the hottest and lowest entering fluid temperature and calculating the borehole and ground thermal resistance is given. A vertical U tube heat exchanger length calculation procedure is proposed.  相似文献

对8个小麦品种开花后的耐热性研究结果表明,耐热性在小麦品种间存在着较大的遗传差异,耐热性的高低与品种叶片的叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、冠层温度显著相关,它直接影响到品种开花后的同化物积累量;叶片细胞膜热稳定性和冠层温度可以作为小麦抗热性育种的选择指标。  相似文献

In order to improve utilization of cold and heat source from river, turbulence theory and entropy generation theory were adopted to analyze the effect of fouling on convective heat transfer performance in small diameter tube of constant wall temperature.It is found that the entropy generation caused by conduction of fouling plays a more important role in total entropy generation of heat transfer process through a duct than that in cveast rate of caused by temperature difference.The entropy generation caused by viscous flow is more than the entropy generation caused by temperature difference in flow with bigger Reynolds and small radius.The increase rate of entropy generation monotonically increase with Reynolds and the generation process of fouling resistance.Thereafter, the effect of fouling resistance on the heat transfer performance of water source heat pump heat exchanger should be paid more attention, when river water are used as the cold and heat source of heat pump.  相似文献

This paper introduces the clarifying influence of the intertube spacing, the tube arrangement,the heat flux and the working fluid on boiling heat tra(?)sfer of smooth tube bundles. The tube bundles include the arrangements of twin tubes, triple tubes, seven tubes and thirteen tubes. The relative intertube spacing of the tube bundles is from 0. 9 to 3. 3. Experimental results show that the tube position and intertube spacting have no effect on boiling curves for the region of fully-devoloped boiling. And they considerably affect the heat transfer coefficient for the transition region between natural convection and nucleate boiling. In general,the heat transfer coefficient in the transition region for the upper tubes can be enhanced by 0. 5 to 1. 5 times.  相似文献

This paper describes the double layer horizontal ground source heat pump systems constructed in 1998 with the buried depth of 0.9 m and 1.8 m. The program of study includes experimental equipments, heat exchanger size, testing meter and methods for data analysis. In addition, the heating and cooling performance at typical days are also illustrated. Among the influencing factors on the performance of the ground source heat pump systems, the parameter of heat exchanger and operation patterns of heat pump systems are analyzed.A heat transfer model has been set up for horizontal heat exchanger.  相似文献

This paper conducts in-tube heat transfer experiments in a three dimensional fin tube with 102 mm outer diameter.Compared with the smooth tube,the heat transfer enhancement ratio is between 1.65 and 1.7,and the pressure drop ratio is between 1.65 and 1.7.Based on the analysis of the heat transfer and tube surface temperature,a new type heat exchanger is put forward.Moreover,the design and calculation method is explored.The engineering example indicate that not only the tube surface temperature is higher than the smooth tube,but also the quantity of heat is increased by about 20% than the smooth tube.Compared with other types,the new type heat exchanger has a overall better performance.  相似文献

Based on the application characteristics of Surface Water Source Heat Pump System(WSHPs),the condition for the high efficient application of the system was expounded.Meanwhile,the distribution of water source in China Climatic Region was analyzed,and combining with the condition under which the surface water heat pump system was applied,the application feasibility of the system was explored.On the basis of the present climate division,the water source in the climate zone was analyzed comprehensively in terms of water temperature and water quality.Based on practical data,HVAC style,characteristic and condition of WSHPs,the adaptability analysis of the surface water heat pump system used in the climate zones was also given.  相似文献

In this paper, experimental results on heat transfer performance of a low integral-fin tube, thermoexcel-C tube (C tube) and a new horizontal double-side enhanced condenser tube (GC tube) have been reported for condensation of R-11. Within our experimental scope,the overall heat transfer coefficient of the GC tube can increase more than 5 times that of the smooth tube . And the relevant friction factor inside the GC tube can be 7 times that of the smooth tube. The Second law of thermodynamics was applied to develop a new criterion to assess the heat transfer performance of the GC tube,the C tube,the low integral-fin tube,and the DAC tube[1] (another doubleside enhanced condenser tube). The result shows the heat transfer performance of the GC tube is superior to the other tubes from a thermodynamical viewpoint.  相似文献

In view of the different of the underground heat storage water tank of solar position arrangement, make use of the Fluent software program numerical simulation and calculation, it is concluded that under different conditions the heat storage water tank temperature field distribution of the soil around. At the same time, establishing physical model and mathematical model of underground heat storage water tank and combined with practical engineering, verify the underground storage tank for heat and energy storage, to obtain the relationship between the tank roof loss and total heat release. Calculation results show that under the same conditions, outdoor storage tank at the top of the heat dissipating capacity to reduce, so the method can be used to offset at the top of the energy required collector to reduce, so the method can be used to offset this part of the energy required collector area of the cut, improve thermal efficiency and reduce the user store hot water tank of the store.  相似文献

A new type of three dimenstional inner microfin tube is devoloped. Under four different pressures and in the range of condensing mass velocities from 33 to 153 kg/m2 . s,and by the experimental study of the three kinds of tubes with different microfin parameters, the performances of the condensation heat transfer for R11 in the horizontal microfin tubes and obtained. The experiments show that the inner microfin tube is a hopeful and nighty effective condensing heat transfer enhancement tube.  相似文献

In this paper the heat transfer in the tube-mouth region of the high temperatur heat exchange equipment is deeply analysed. The effect; of the heat conducting cross-section area of the tube-mouth region and axial heat conduction along the tube on the temperature field is emphatically examined by numerical computation, and then the relation of the highest temperature in the tube with the elongated tube length is established. The computed results in this paper are compared with those without taking account of these two factors. It is shown that the effect can not be ignored for the corrosion-protection by controlling temperature.  相似文献

The effect of the convective heat transfer in the entrance region of the tube on the temperature field and the maximum temperature of the tube material in the tube -mouth region of the high temperature heat exchange equipment is examined by numerical analysis. The computations on the basis of four different formulas for convection heat transfer coefficient are performed. The computed results indicate that the efect can not be ignored as for heat protection of the tube -mouth region and it is resapnable and secure that the mean convective heat transfer coefficient with taking account of the effect of the entrance region is used in the thermal design of the tube -mouth region.  相似文献

在仓内原有地槽机械通风系统的基础上,再在粮堆中层设置数条铁制矩形打孔管道,使同一粮堆内形成双层立体通风网络,不仅有效地消除了单独使用地槽通风降温时形成的死角,彻底解决了PH3在粮堆中扩散不镁、渗透力差的弊端,而且节能降耗,减轻了熏蒸投药的劳动强度。同时,采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板、石膏板等,对仓顶屋面、粮堆四周、墙壁供风导管管口及门窗等易传热部位进行隔热处理,使储粮长期保持在相对低温状态下,有利于安全储藏。  相似文献

Energy consumption of water intake is one of the key factors for energy saving in the application of the open loop surface water heat pump system. An energy efficiency ratio coupling model for open loop surface water source heat pump systems was established on the basis of the energy consumption model for the water intake and the heat pump units. According to energy saving rate and regulation of energy consumption of water intake, dynamic temperature limits of water intake in different water supply temperature of cooling tower and different pump head were proposed so as to find a calculation method of temperature limits of water intake of open loop surface water heat pumps. Moreover, the energy saving rate of surface water source heat pump systems compared with traditional air conditioning systems under various condition was also calculated.  相似文献
