A decoupled load-frequency control model of a multi-area interconnecting power system is presented and a practical and effective decentralized control method is developed, which needs only its own state information and the information measured in it. It can also improve the stability and dynamic characters of the system. The dynamic simulation of the numerical example of a three-area interconnecting system with this controller showes the dynamic characters are almost the same as the centralized full state feedback optimal control.  相似文献

Decomposed discrete models, can be used to design load frequency' controllers in multi-area power systems.Considering the exchanging real power in tie-lines as a measurable disturbance, the multi-area power system is decomposed into several subsystems.On the basis of generalized minimum variance control principles, an expanded control rule is induced. Using discrete models, the proposed method greatly decreases the number of varialles in be measured and simplifies the control system. This paper introduces the comprehensive hydraulic testing set for many kinds of hydraulic elements with hydraulic drive, hydraulic regulation and hydraulic loading. It has rational structure compact arrangement, reliable characteristics and advanced technique. In order to reduce the energy loss in the hydraulic system of the testing set, 1 ad sensing control is used. The static and dynamic characteristics of the load sensing system are analysed with the method of numeral simulation on computer. the testing witk load sensing control results show energy may be saved obviously and the heat load in hydraulic system may be reduced effectively, then testing quality is improved and the volume cf oil case is lessened. The lead sensing valve design is satisfied with simplifying structure so that it may be used reliably for the fixed flow hydraulic system of the testing set or other machines.  相似文献

An A. C. load flow analysis of the reliability evaluation of composite generation and transmission systems is presented on the basis of a fast outage simulation algorithm and an optimal model of active and reactive power adjustment after outage contingencies. The information of the first -level outage events is utilized for simulating higher -level outage events in the fast outage simulation algorithm ; the optimal model is satisfactory in speed and accuracy with the application of concentric relaxation and linear increment constraint on the comprehensive adjustment of active and reactive power. As an example. the IEEE Reliability Test System is tested and the results show that the method is accurate and well-matched in speed with the method studied by R. Bllinton, et al.  相似文献

A new model for frequency - domain analysis - the real resistive model which is based on Complex Network Theory is proposed in this paper. The network equations formed with the new model without contain complex numbers because there are only sources and resirtive elements in the model. A CAA algorithm for frequency analysis by using the new model is also given. It is shown that the trouble with the complex operation in the traditional algorithm has been avoided. The algorithm presented in this paper is simple and convenient,hence it is easy to popularize.  相似文献

This paper presents an approach to studing the economic dispatch of real power with N-1 security with the network flow programming (NFP), the N-1 line - security constraints are first introduced into the network f olw model and the problem of N-1 security economic dispatch becomes an incremental metwork flow model. Therefore, the shortage of NFP is mitigated to some extent, The solution adopted is the "out-of-kilter"algorithm(OKA), which is characterized by fast calculation and reliable convergency. The model and solution are tested on IEEE 30-bus system, and the results show that the proposed approach is feasible.  相似文献

The paper developes the analytical equations of the power economic dispatch by using the modified coordination equation, it also developes the explicit functional relation between the hydro-coal conversion factor and the daily water consumption. Using these expressions,the calculating amount of the hydro-thermal system economic dispatch is greatly reduced and the convergency is much better. The paper provides a detailed study of switching conditions of minimum-time control systems based on application in engineering. By analysis in theory and experiment, the authors deduce a set of switching conditions with state and control variabes inequality constraints, the variations of system parameters and the time-delay of computer in real time control. As an example, a DC motor speed control system is considered. By digital simulation and physical experiments,these conditions proved to be correct. The problem of the short term economic scheduling for cascaded hydropower stations is discussed with the network programming method. A new network model is built to dispatch the load to each unit when the unit commitment is determined. An algorithm of the minimal cost maximal flow is also discussed using the model and the algorithm to the Longxi River Cascaded Hydropower Stations, the computational result on the microcomputer VAX II shows that the model and the algorithm are correct and applicable.  相似文献
