In this paper an expert system concept in AI is introduced to the industrial process control. Specific structures and features of expert control system are discussed. An expert controller directly applicable to industrial process is designed. The simulation of control system indicates that the expert controller has strong information precssing capability and versatile control strategies with desirable control performance. Thus, expert control approach is an effective means towards the realization of intelligent Control.  相似文献

An adaptive robust control based on synthetical algorithm was presented in this paper. The main character is to put the expert knowledge into parameter identification to realize the robust estimation, and combine the generalised minimum variance control with the pole assignment control for improving the robustness of the controller. Numerical simulation has proved that the control scheme suggested by authors quite prevailed over the general adaptive controller in control effects.  相似文献

An improved predictive control method is presented to compensate the random time delay in the networked control system. The feedback time delay is compensated by predictive controller based on softened increment input strategy. The forward time delay is unknown for controller, so an extra feedback loop is added to compensate the delay by estimating the error between the actual control signal effected on plant and the output of controller in historical moment. For the controlled system with unknown or slowly varying parameters, the networked feedback correction algorithm is discussed based on a modified recursive least-squares identi cation algorithm. The system stability is analyzed and the simulation results show that the time delay in the networked control system can be accurately compensated. The excellent network performance is ensured with this strategy.  相似文献

Using the referenced slip rate and angle acceleration of the wheel as input vectors and the braking pressure as an output vector, an automobile anti lock braking system (ABS) controller based on a least squares support vector machine (LS SVM) was designed. Training the LS SVM controller using the supporting vector, the parameter of the controller was calculated. An anti lock braking system was designed that includes an input layer, a control layer, and an output layer. Using wheel speed as an input, the braking pressure of each wheel was calculated. The pulse width modulation (PWM) method was used to control the braking pressure, and thereby to bring ABS control. An automotive ABS test and control system was constructed. Road tests under different conditions were completed according to international standards. Test results show that an anti lock braking control method based on LS SVM has good braking stability and adaptability. It is an effective new ABS control method.  相似文献

This paper researches the fuzzy control and simulation of regulating system for PMSM in electrical vehicle. The mathematics model is set up.The PMSM,the PMSM measures demux, dq to abc converter and the three phrase PWM converter models are set up in MATLAB/ Simulink. The fuzzy controller is designed with two dimension fuzzy design method, and take E and EC as input variable, U is the output variable. According to the controller and models, the fuzzy control model of regulating system for PMSM is created in matlab/simulink. 针对良好农业规范(good agricultural practices,GAP)标准内容复杂,不易被农业生产者准确使用的问题,将本体推理和数据挖掘技术相结合,构建了良好农业规范专家系统,实现标准知识查询和GAP控制点推荐等功能,更好的帮助生产者理解和使用GAP。系统构建过程中,采用本体知识表示方法构建GAP标准知识库,通过解析“良好农业规范生产和认证信息服务平台”的GAP电子检查表记录,对挖掘过程中涉及的关联规则算法进行分析和改进,挖掘分析了用户对控制点使用的偏好。设计了控制点评价模型,实现了GAP控制点的择优推荐。系统基于MVC模式,设计为3层体系架构。通过测试应用,用户能够准确和容易的使用GAP标准。  相似文献

In the intelligent control system with microprocessor controlling, the development of embedded software requires some simple and practical intelligent control algorithms. The algorithms can not only make the control system's performance good, but also meet the demands of real time control. Aim at the problem, it is presented that a fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The structure , control algorithms and the simulation results of the controller are given. The simulation and application show that the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control has many advantages such as fast response, less overshoot, good robust. A confocal scanning laser microscope is presented. Its motion control system is built with the DSP - based motion controller. The system worked on a double CPU structure that includes industrial control computer and motion controller, the system adopt friendly man - machine interface In the design of software. The systems tasks are divided into real - time tasks and no - real - time tasks. The lower computer deals with the real - time tasks such as position control and velocity control and the upper computer is used to deal with the non - real - time tasks. Auto driving and safe driving constitute a control system which has multiple variables and features of uncertainers and delay response. Anautomobile and its suroundings are considered as a whole and an auto-suroundings feature model is presented based on knowledge expressing method which describles the status appear in the driving process. A decoupled load-frequency control model of a multi-area interconnecting power system is presented and a practical and effective decentralized control method is developed, which needs only its own state information and the information measured in it. It can also improve the stability and dynamic characters of the system. The dynamic simulation of the numerical example of a three-area interconnecting system with this controller showes the dynamic characters are almost the same as the centralized full state feedback optimal control.  相似文献

Aiming at systems which are of characteristics of multi-input and multi-output, nonlinearity and time-variation in the industrial control fields, this paper presents a intelligent PID control method based on ameliorative RBF neural networks, which constructs RBF neural networks identifier on-line and identifies a controlled object on-line by means of adopting the nearest neighbor-clustering algorithm, and adjusts parameters of PID controller on-line and realizes decoupiing control of multivariable, nonlinear and time-variation system. The simulation result indicates that the controller can get parameters which are optimal under some control law, it makes the decoupled system, compared to the PID control method based on the conventional RBF neural networks, has perfect dynamic and static performances, possesses the advantages of high precision, quick response speed and is of great adaptability and robustness.  相似文献

Based on the fuzzy control technology,the feedback control method of synthesized yaw rate and side slip angle is presented for the ESP system.The influence of nonlinear characteristics of tires on cornering characteristics and driving stability of vehicle is considered.The nonlinear tire model(Magic Formula) is adopted,and the four-wheel vehicle model with two degrees of freedom and a vehicle reference model are set up on this basis.Then the fuzzy controller of yaw rate and the fuzzy controller of side slip angle are designed and a simulation model generated by Simulink software is used.Simulation results show that the lateral stability of vehicle can be enhanced by controlling yaw rate and side slip angle with the synthesized feedback control method.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a method to solve the problems with stochastic nonlinear and point to point architecture of the wind turbines. The proposed method presents an open motion control architecture and a linearized torque control system based on power curve LUT. We reference the PLCopen motion control standard that is used to design the linearized torque and pitch systems of the wind turbines. Double pendulum has four equilibrium points (down down, down up, up down, and up up). Twelve transfer actions and eight spin actions can be formed with these equilibrium points. One of the transfer action, up down to up up (UD2UU) with human simulated intelligent control (HSIC) theory based on sensor motor intelligent schema is studied. Control system designed by HSIC has following advantages: hierarchic control architecture with multi controller and multi control mode; hybrid control law combining close loop and open loop control as well as positive feedback and negative feedback control; associating schema based on characteristic model which takes charge of switch between each control mode. The design process of HSIC controller for UD2UU is discussed. The real time control results demonstrate the validation of the proposed theory and method.  相似文献

In this paper,the open loop response curve is computed by a computer after the process paramter estimatio The parameters of PI or PID controller are computed by the method of respose curve. Then in order to obtain better control performance, the parameters of PI or PID controller are gradually optimized.This algorithm is with wider application range compared with the other self-tuning PID control algorithms. This paper introduces the development of the electronic throttle control system (ETCS) , the structure and the principle of the system are also involved. After analyzing the nonlinearity problem existing in the mechanical structure of the system, a mathematical model of the ETCS is built up. Then three controllers (PID controller, Fuzzy controller, sliding mode controller) were designed and simulated in the matlab simulink. The result indicates that the PID controller has an overshoot,but the Fuzzy controller and the sliding mode controller can settle the nonlinearity problem better.  相似文献

Basing on Fuzzy reasoning technology, this paper introduces the work flow of Gas water heater, and the trait of papilionaceous valve. It also describes the designing process of Fuzzy controller, its theory and the method of making parameter. The experiment results show that this temperature control system has better characteristics such as high- precision, good dynamic performance, excellent control effect, and so on.
