为了研究钢箱-砼组合结构中PBH剪力键在反复荷载作用下的疲劳性能,设计制作了PBH剪力键试验模型,进行了24万次疲劳推出试验。在疲劳破坏形态和试验滑移及应变数据分析的基础上,利用数值工具开展肋板开孔孔径、穿入钢筋直径、混凝土强度3个参数的PBH剪力键疲劳寿命影响因素分析。研究表明:PBH剪力键的疲劳破坏形态与静载破坏相似,表观表现为混凝土面多处斜向劈裂裂缝、内部榫孔混凝土压碎、穿入钢筋局部屈服;疲劳破坏演化过程分为疲劳损伤开始、发展、破坏3个阶段,其中疲劳发展阶段占整个疲劳阶段的91.7%,结构刚度在疲劳损伤开始和发展阶段退化较慢,在疲劳破坏阶段退化较快;肋板开孔孔径、穿入钢筋直径、混凝土强度3个参数对PBH剪力键疲劳寿命影响均有明显影响,其中穿入钢筋直径对疲劳寿命的影响尤为突出。  相似文献

鉴于当前焊接接头疲劳评估曲线只适用于单轴加载情况,基于缺口应力法对焊接接头进行了多轴疲劳分析。通过联合焊接接头的多轴疲劳试验名义应力数据和有限元法所计算的缺口应力集中系数,获得了5种焊接接头的各向缺口应力;根据Von Mises、ⅡW和EESH 3种多轴疲劳准则计算出等效缺口应力并将其统一在同一坐标系统下;最后采用最小二乘法拟合出适用于多轴疲劳评估的缺口寿命曲线。与ⅡW标准推荐的单轴曲线相比,这些多轴缺口疲劳曲线具有更低的倾斜度和更高的疲劳等级,即多轴加载时明显降低了103~106次中周范围内的疲劳强度值,而对106~107次高周疲劳范围的影响则相对有限。  相似文献

为了研究芡实多糖的抗运动性疲劳的作用。将小鼠随机分成对照组和低、中、高剂量组,对试验小鼠连续灌胃21天的芡实多糖,对照组给予蒸馏水,21天后分别测定各组小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮、血乳酸、肝糖原含量。结果表明:芡实多糖能延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,降低小鼠运动后血清尿素氮和血乳酸水平,提高肝糖原的储备量。芡实多糖具明显的抗运动性疲劳作用。  相似文献

Low cycle fatigue(LCF)properties of H-beam as hot-rolled and welded are studied, and the cyclic stress-strain relationship and cyclic response characterization are determined. Based on the Coffin-Manson formula, the strain-fatigue life relationship is obtained. Finally, the cyclic toughness, which is the product of strain range at LCF life of 100 cycles and the stress amplitude, are calculated. The test results show that the cyclic toughness as welded H-beam is 62% of that as hot-rolled. Hot-rolled materials exhibit cyclic stability, and welded materials show cyclic softening followed by fracture. The scanning electron microscope(SEM) micrograph of fracture surfaces reveals that the fatigue crack initiates from the coarse grain area of welding joint, and the fine dimple is observed in the fracture surface, which indicates the welding joint remains a good ductility.  相似文献

The qualities of 55CrSiA oil tempered spring steel wire and not as good as that of JIS G3566-77. The effect of fiber in asphalt mixtures has attracted general concern. For study of this problem, four kinds of fibers are chosen in this test. Asphalt and modified asphalt are adopted in asphalt mixtures AC-16I. The road performance influenced by additional fiber was analyzed impersonally,i, e. the stability of asphalt concrete under high temperature condition, anti-crack ability under low temperature condition, the water resistance and fatigue performance. It was shown through the research that the optimum asphalt content, air void rate, clearance rate of the mineral powder, saturation degree, and the flow value were increased and the density was decreased after adding the fiber. The road performance, such as the stability of asphalt concrete under high temperature condition, anti-crack ability under low temperature condition, water resistance and fatigue performance, was obviously improved,and the high temperature stability and fatigue performance improved most evidently. The fiber asphalt mixture performance reached and even exceeded the modified asphalt mixture performance. The modified asphalt performance after adding fiber would be improved more greatly.  相似文献

It is known that cylinder heads, exhaust manifoids, ingot molds, etc. are often failed resulting from thermal fatigue. For this reason, the influence of RE on the thermal fatigue behavior of cast iron was studied by measn of a thermal fatigue test unit with completely constrained strain developed by ourselves. The test results shown that RE can improve the thermal fatigue resistance of cast iron greatly when residual RE contents surpass a critical value. This value is 0.04-0.045% for light Rare-Earth, and 0.045-0.05%; for heavy Rare-Earth. Further more, the relationship between RE and the thermophysical and mechanical properties of cast iron which have influence on thermal fatigue resisteance was also discussed.  相似文献

By analysis of electricallyevoked surface electromyogram(SEMG) to suralmuscle, study the characteristics of SEMG signal during muscle fatigue. The time stretchingof two semi-ave of M-wave are analyzed respectively by wavelet method choosing wavelet function matching to M-wave. Indexes of muscle fatigue are educed accordingto the scale of wavelet transform, are the quantitative analysis is realized during muscle fatigue. This method overcomes the limitation of Fourier Transform that it has no resolution in time domain, find indicators of SEMG which are correct, reliable and easy to interpret, and try to providetheoretic referencefor the applicationsof these indicators.  相似文献

Cracking monitoring provides an important way to evaluate structural safety. Cracking monitoring method based on distributed optical fiber sensor can effectively avoid undetected phenomenon existed in point-wise test method, and it can run automatically. A theoretical model of cracking monitoring based on obliquely intersected fibers and Brillouin Optical Time Domain Analysis (BOTDA) is introduced, and the numerical equation among fiber strain, crack width and crack angle is established by the calibration experiment. The experiments are also carried out to study the performance of different kinds of cracking sensors with different gauge length and pretension. The quantitative relationship between optical fiber measured strain and crack (including width and angle) is established for the 300 millimeter crack sensor. The cracking simulation test proved that this new method can effectively record the width and the angle of cracks during the whole cracking process.  相似文献

Based on the probability conservation principle, a joint probability density evolution equation of random parameters and fatigue damage is derived. Probability density evolution surface and cumulative probability isoline of fatigue damage in term of the evolution equation can be used to predict the probability distribution of fatigue damage and fatigue reliability with a given damage threshold. The numerical solution of fatigue reliability for a constant-amplitude test has a good agreement with the experimental result. For a variable-amplitude fatigue test, the computation results, which are calculated according to probability parameters of two constant-amplitude fatigue life tests and Miner's rule, are also in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

Based on pitting strength, some approaches to enhance power density of gearboxes for wind turbines are discussed. The calculation load is greatly reduced by power division. Allowable stress numbers are effectively increased by improving property of quality materials, precision heat treatment or shot peening. Load capacities can be also obviously enhanced by improving the tooth shape of morphology optimization of tooth root, tooth correction or superfinishing of tooth surface. The center distance is effectively decreased by minishing minimum allowable safety factor or enlarging face width. The power density of gearbox can be further improved by means of structure optimization of planet carrier or uniform load of planetary gear transmission.  相似文献

In this paper, based on multi region boundary element method (BEM), a general procedure to calculate stress intensity factors(SIF) of a 3D mixed mode fatigue surface crack is detailed. A BEM model for a welded T joint is constructed referring to the test specimen. The crack corner points are indirectly estimated to circumvent the treatment of the different crack tip singularity at the corner regions. Numerical results from the welded T joint show that this procedure is reliable.  相似文献

根据吊索镀锌钢丝腐蚀疲劳破坏特点,把镀锌钢丝腐蚀疲劳纹形成和扩展过程分解成镀锌层腐蚀失效、蚀坑萌生、蚀坑形成、短裂纹扩展、长裂纹扩展和断裂破坏等阶段,建立各阶段时间表达式,得到镀锌钢丝疲劳寿命表达式,提出基于断裂力学的吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命评估研究结果方法。通过算例分析复杂运营条件下腐蚀环境和应力幅等因素对吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命的影响,研究结果表明:吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命主要由钢丝镀锌层腐蚀、蚀坑发展和短裂纹扩展等3个阶段组成,为了准确地评估吊索腐蚀疲劳寿命,需要掌握大桥的运营环境和交通荷载。  相似文献
