In this Paper, a new automatic mesh generation scheme is present, which combine the teeth contact analysis with the modelling of finite element cotact analysis. This procedure is different from the ordinary auto - mesh - generation scheme. Because of their machining characteristics,Klinglnberg' s sprial bevel gears have the advantage over Gleason' s in many ways,so that they are more and more widely used. This paper analyzes the meshing and machining properties of the gears and deduces the equations,normal curveture and contact ratio of tooth surface. In order to study the vibration characteristics and radiation noise of wind power speed-increase gearbox, a torsional vibration model of wind power speed-increase gearbox is established based on the analysis of supporting stiffness of bearing and contact stiffness of gear pairs. By solving the vibration differential equation with the help of Matlab, the frequency and corresponding vibration mode are obtained. With taking stiffness excitation, error exaction and meshing impact exaction into account, the dynamic finite element model of speed-increase gearbox is set up, and the dynamic response simulation is carried out. Regarding vibration displacement of the nodes on gearbox surface as boundary condition, an acoustic boundary element model of speed-increase gearbox is built. The surface acoustic pressure of gearbox and the radiation noise of field points are solved by the direct boundary element method. The results show that there is a great difference between torsion frequency and excitation frequency of wind power speed-increase gearbox, and so the resonance doesn't occur. The maximum structural noise and radiation noise mainly appear near the double octave of the gears meshing frequency of high-speed grade.  相似文献

By using the finite element elastic contact analysis method combined with the I-DEAS engineering analysis software, this paper studies the strength of the cone roller enveloping worm gearing,which is a new type of worm gearing transmission,on SUN-4 working station. It also analyzes loading distribution among meshing gears, the contact force distribution along the contact line ,the bending stress distribution and the contact stress distribution of the cone roller enveloping worm gearing with three-tooth meshing instantaneously. The paper describes a new theory and methods for designing hyperbola, degenerate circles, involute and roulette curves which have been applied in grinding convex involute gears, cutting special profiles on a gear shaper, grinding the race-way of ball thrust bearings, form grinding and grinding cyclo-cycloidal gears with an abrasive belt. All these applications have been used in industruy with considerable benefits. The curves are produced by different combinations of straight line and circle motions, Given the curve parameters of the workpieces to be machined, the best approximate curve can be obtained from a computer program designed for this purpose.  相似文献

A new finite element method is presented in this paper to analyze the thermo- elastic contact problem with heat input on meshing tooth faces. The computational model of meshing gear has been established and the frictional heat input on meshing tooth faces is estimated. In addition, 2-D finite element analysis program for this kind of problem is listed. The test and practical examples are given to show the validity and versatility of this method.  相似文献

In order to fully research the effects of external excitations, such as wind speed, wind direction and voltage disturbance, on a grid connected wind turbine with doubly fed induction generator, a co-simulation model of MW-class wind turbine system is established by using Simpack and Matlab/Simulink software. Also, by considering the actual control strategies in the process of simulation, the relationship between external excitations and mechanical system is studied. According to time-domain simulation under the turbulent wind condition, the dynamic meshing forces of gears are analyzed. Besides, the vibration responses of tower are calculated under the different external excitations. Research results lay a foundation for dynamic performance optimization and reliability design of a wind turbine.  相似文献

To subgrade the shape-curve roughness of a contact roller,the three-coordinate CNC milling machine has been enlarged as a CNC lathe and CNC grinding machine so that the contact rollers can be lathed and grinded by the same installation and NC program. Furthermore,an NC program of dealing with complex curve contact rollers has been developed. Acceptable metal shaving contact rollers of cycloidal gears and involute gears in shape grinding have been manufactured with this method.  相似文献

The analysis of the existing way and amount of profile modification of cycloidal gears at present showed that the equidistance and movedistance modification is in substance really to have the profile swelled up,and the rational modification way and amount is a swelling correction within the range of zero to some limit. This paper presents a new modifying way which is optimum compound modification at separate parts. To investigate the work condition of the aircraft actuators in high temperatureheat transfer process of the output unit of a cycloidal reducer of the actuator is taken into account by Unigraphics NXHypermesh and ANSYS softwares based on finite element analysis(FEA).The temperature distribution of the output unit is obtained by meshing modelapplying loads and solving discrete problems.Thenthe temperature variation of the output unit is gotten by sampling and processing the data of FEA results.In the endthree main conclusions are drawn.Firstthe heat transfer process of the output units of cycloidal reducers of actuators can be analyzed by FEA efficiently.Secondthe temperature of the rudder and the design position of cycloid gears are two major factors in the operating life of reducers.Thirdthe operating life can be improved by lowering the rudder temperature and installing the cycloidal gear as far as possible away from the heat source.  相似文献

A new worm driving,i.e. planar internal gear enveloping crown worm driving,is presented. Its mathematical model of meshing functions and teeth surface equations are established basing on the theory of differential geometry and gear mesh. Various types of the driving,the macroscopic meshing performance and the microcosmic meshing performance are analyzed. The results show that the inclination angle of generating plane determines the distribution of contact lines,the planar internal gear primary-enveloping crown worm driving has ideal lubrication property,and the planar internal gear second-enveloping crown worm driving has high loading capacity. The studies are practicably instructive for developing new worm driving with high loading capacity,ideal lubrication and small volume.  相似文献

On the condition of avoiding the"undercutting,"and "sharpening" of worm tooth, it is now regarded as an important subject in the field of meshing principle studying of the "multiple-thread small reducation ratio" hourglass worm gearing with developable tooth surfaces to reduce the gorge pitch circle diameter of worm, raise meshing efficiency and strength of the wheel tooth and improve the unresonable structure of the pair. In this paper, a new type of hourglass worm gearing with developable tooth surfaces -"Sphere Re-nveloping Hourglass Worm Gearing" is studied. Higher-order elliptical bevel gear is a typical form of the noncircular bevel gear transmission.Space spherical coordinate system of the bevel gear meshing is set up based on the meshing theory of space transmission.The varying relationship among the pitch curve,tooth profile and mesh lines are analyzed,and the equation of the gear tooth surface is developed with matrix method based on space coordinate transformation.The basic parameters of the noncircular bevel gear such as transmission ratio,modulus and the number of teeth are designed,and detailed analysis of the influence of the eccentricity on the relevant parameters is carried out as well.By using discrete numerical method and three-dimensional software,the mathematical model of the tooth profile and virtual physical model of the noncircular bevel gear are established,and then simulation on its motion and interference checking are performed.Finally,the approach for design,calculation and generation of the tooth profile is obtained and its correction has been verified by experiment.  相似文献

This paper describs a case study of foundation engineering for forming sand and oval stone piles through the action of quaking, water striking,pouring and packing by a pile driver. The piles and packking mud are combined, forming a compound foundation to support the upper loads. This paper introduces the design and construction of this engineering. In order to check this method for consolidating the soft foundation,the loading test and the settlement observation in site are made. Based on the investigation of engaging points' displacement of gear pump with three idle gears ,the radial components of instantaneous hydraulic pressure and the engaging force of the compound pump are analyzed .The research comes to the conclusions that the instantaneous radial forces acting on center and inner gears can be balanced so long as the center gear has triple times tooth ,and the idle gear of even tooth makes less radial hydraulic pulsation than those of odd ones.
