In humans and other mammals, general anesthesia impairs thermoregulation, leading to warm core blood redistributing to the periphery. This redistribution is an important contributor to hypothermia that can be reduced with pre-warming before anesthesia. Additionally, sedation following premedication has been associated with hypothermia in dogs. In a prospective, randomized, cross-over study, 8 adult male and female rats (weighing 388 to 755 g) were sedated with intramuscular ketamine-midazolam-hydromorphone, then placed in an unwarmed cage or warmed box for 14 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of isoflurane anesthesia with active warming. Core body temperature was monitored throughout. After sedation, warmed rats gained 0.28°C ± 0.13°C and unwarmed rats lost 0.19°C ± 0.43°C, a significant difference between groups (P = 0.004). After anesthesia, warmed rats maintained higher core temperatures (P < 0.0001) with 2/8 and 6/8 of warmed and unwarmed rats becoming hypothermic, respectively. Pre-warming during sedation and active warming during general anesthesia is effective in minimizing hypothermia.  相似文献

O bjectives : To compare the effects of the Sirius® rescue sheet with gel pads versus gel pads alone on intraoperative body temperature in dogs less than 10 kg.
M ethods : Forty small breed dogs undergoing elective surgical procedures were randomly assigned to two groups. One group was intraoperatively laid on warmed gel pads, and the other group was additionally wrapped in a Sirius® rescue sheet. Oesophageal body temperature was determined every 10 minutes and compared between groups. Temperature of gel pads was measured preoperatively and postoperatively to compare heat loss of the gel pads between groups.
R esults : The body temperature of dogs wrapped with the Sirius® rescue sheet increased intraoperatively. In dogs just lying on warmed gel pads, a decrease in mean body temperature was revealed and mean body temperatures differed between groups after 40 minutes. Extent of heat loss from the gel pads did not differ between the groups.
C linical S ignificance : The Sirius® rescue sheet, used in addition to warmed gel pads, led to higher intraoperative body temperatures in small breed dogs undergoing surgical procedures to the extremities and the head. The cost-effectiveness and ease of handling make this a useful addition to clinical practice.  相似文献

Objective — This study evaluates the efficacy of three perioperative warming protocols to improve control of body temperature in anesthetized dogs.
Study Design — A randomized controlled clinical trial.
Animals or Sample Population — Thirty-two client-owned dogs.
Methods — We prospectively studied dogs entering the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary Teaching Hospital for orthopedic or dental procedures and assigned them to one of three perianes-thetic warming protocols. Group 1 (n = 10) had a single circulating warm water mattress applied over the trunk (single-trunk warming). Group 2 (n = 12) had two circulating warm water mattresses, one placed over and one under the trunk (double-trunk warming). Group 3 (n = 10) had warm circulating mattresses applied only around the feet and legs of all available limbs (peripheral warming). The warm water mattresses were prewarmed and maintained at 40°C (104°F) and applied immediately after induction of general anesthesia. All dogs had a layer of thick terry cloth toweling beneath and above the trunk. Body temperature measurements were recorded every 15 minutes for the first 2.5 hours of anesthesia.
Results — The lowest mean temperature for dogs in group 3 was 37.4 ± 0.2°C (99.5°F), compared with 36.4 ± 0.2°C (97.4°F) and 36.7 ± 0.2°C (98.0°F) in groups 1 and 2, respectively.
Conclusions — Dogs in the peripheral warming group maintained significantly higher core body temperatures than dogs in either trunk warming groups throughout the 2.5-hour study period.
Clinical Relevance — To maintain body heat in dogs during anesthesia, it is more effective to warm the feet and legs than to warm the trunk.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine whether maintenance of anesthesia with halothane or sevoflurane is associated with a lower incidence of gastroesophageal reflux (GER) than the use of isoflurane in dogs undergoing orthopedic surgery. ANIMALS: 90 dogs. PROCEDURES: Dogs were evaluated during elective orthopedic surgery. Dogs with a history of vomiting or that had received any drugs that would alter gastrointestinal tract function were excluded from the study. The anesthetic protocol used was standardized to include administration of acepromazine maleate and morphine prior to induction of anesthesia with thiopental. Dogs were allocated to receive halothane, isoflurane, or sevoflurane to maintain anesthesia. A sensor-tipped catheter was placed to measure esophageal pH during anesthesia. Gastroesophageal reflux was defined as an esophageal pH < 4 or > 7.5. RESULTS: 51 dogs had 1 or more episodes of acidic GER during anesthesia. Reflux was detected in 14 dogs receiving isoflurane, 19 dogs receiving halothane, and 18 dogs receiving sevoflurane. In dogs with GER, mean +/- SD time from probe placement to onset of GER was 36 +/- 65 minutes and esophageal pH remained < 4 for a mean of 64% of the measurement period. There was no significant association between GER and start of surgery or moving a dog on or off the surgery table. Dogs that developed GER soon after induction of anesthesia were more likely to regurgitate. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Maintenance of anesthesia with any of the 3 commonly used inhalant agents is associated with a similar risk for development of GER in dogs.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the effects of halothane and isoflurane on cardiovascular function and serum total and ionized calcium concentrations in horses, and to determine whether administration of calcium gluconate would attenuate these effects. ANIMALS: 6 clinically normal adult Thoroughbreds. PROCEDURE: Catheters were inserted for measurement of arterial blood pressures, pulmonary arterial blood pressures, right ventricular pressure (for determination of myocardial contractility), right atrial pressure, and cardiac output and for collection of arterial blood samples. Anesthesia was then induced with xylazine hydrochloride and ketamine hydrochloride and maintained with halothane or isoflurane. An i.v. infusion of calcium gluconate was begun 75 minutes after anesthetic induction; dosage of calcium gluconate was 0.1 mg/kg of body weight/min for the first 15 minutes, 0.2 mg/kg/min for the next 15 minutes, and 0.4 mg/kg/min for an additional 15 minutes. Data were collected before, during, and after administration of calcium gluconate. RESULTS: Halothane and isoflurane decreased myocardial contractility, cardiac index, and mean arterial pressure, but halothane caused greater depression than isoflurane. Calcium gluconate attenuated the anesthetic-induced depression in cardiac index, stroke index, and maximal rate of increase in right ventricular pressure when horses were anesthetized with isoflurane. When horses were anesthetized with halothane, a higher dosage of calcium gluconate was required to attenuate the depression in stroke index and maximal rate of increase in right ventricular pressure; cardiac index was not changed with calcium administration. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: I.v. administration of calcium gluconate may support myocardial function in horses anesthetized with isoflurane.  相似文献

Objectives To determine whether moderate hypothermia during anesthesia significantly affects the serum concentration of transdermally delivered fentanyl and whether halothane or isoflurane affect these concentrations. Study Design Randomized cross‐over experimental trial. Animals Six mature, healthy Beagles (three males, three females) weighing 10.6 ± 0.43 kg. Methods A 50‐µg hour?1 fentanyl patch was applied 36 hours prior to anesthesia. Anesthesia was induced at time 0 (t = 0). Each dog received four treatments: isoflurane + normothermia (ISO‐NORM), isoflurane + hypothermia (ISO‐HYPO), halothane + normothermia (HAL‐NORM), and halothane + hypothermia (HAL‐HYPO). Dogs were intubated and maintained at 1.5 times MAC. Animals in the hypothermia treatments were cooled to 35 °C during anesthesia. Serum fentanyl analysis was performed at ?36, ?24, ?12, 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 18, and 26 hours. Direct arterial blood pressures and arterial blood gases were monitored. Results The mean body temperatures (±SEM) during the anesthetic period for the four treatments were: ISO‐NORM = 37.7 ± 0.07 °C, ISO‐HYPO = 35.8 ± 0.1 °C, HAL‐NORM = 37.7 ± 0.06 °C, and HAL‐HYPO = 35.8 ± 0.13 °C. The mean (±SEM) serum fentanyl concentrations (SFC) for both hypothermia treatments were significantly lower than baseline concentrations at t = 1 hour and persisted for the duration of anesthesia for the ISO‐HYPO treatment but only from t = 1 to 2 hours for the HAL‐HYPO treatment. Serum fentanyl concentrations returned to baseline within one hour of the end of anesthesia, regardless of body temperature. There were no significant differences between treatments for systolic or diastolic blood pressure but mean blood pressures were higher during normothermia versus hypothermia during the last hour of anesthesia. Conclusions and clinical relevance Hypothermia during inhalation anesthesia produced a significant reduction in SFC using transdermal administration and was more protracted with isoflurane than halothane anesthesia. While significant reductions in SFC occurred, the SFC were still within the range believed to confer analgesia.  相似文献

Testicular vitrification is an alternative to preserve the genetic material of pre-pubertal animals. However, there are few studies on post-vitrification warming. Hence, the aim was to compare the influence of different warming temperatures on vitrified testicular fragments from pre-pubertal cats. The testicles were fragmented and divided into a control group (non-vitrified) and vitrified, using an association between dimethylsulphoxide and glycerol. The vitrified fragments were warmed at 50, 55 and 60°C/5 s. Morphological and morphometric evaluations were carried out using classical histology. Afterwards, the mitochondrial activity was evaluated using Rhodamine 123. The data were expressed in mean and standard error. The differences were considered significant when p < .05. In the histomorphological analysis, the testicular fragment presented seminiferous tubules with poorly developed germinal epithelium, compatible with pre-pubertal animals. The group warmed at 50°C presented similar to the control regarding the maintenance of the integrity of the tubules and cells, without stromal rupture and lamina propria alteration, as well as regarding the maintenance of the junctions between the cells. The group warmed at 55°C showed reduction of the cell junctions, and the one warmed at 60°C had increased detachment of the basement membrane (p < .05). The warming caused a reduction in the tubular diameter inversely proportional and progressive to the increase in temperature, with the highest diameter in the control group and the lowest in the 60°C group. The control group showed a lower incidence of Rhodamine 123, followed in ascending order of the warmings at 55 and 60°C. The higher mitochondrial activity was obtained with 50°C, showing an increase of the metabolic cell function at this temperature. It was concluded that the testicular fragment of pre-pubertal cats presents a better preserved morphology, morphometry and viability when warmed at 50°C.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To examine temporal patterns of core body temperatures in adult horses during general anesthesia and to determine the efficacy of forced-air warming blankets in attenuating decreases in core body temperatures. ANIMALS: 5 clinically normal adult horses. PROCEDURE: Horses were assigned to each of 2 trials, warmer and no-warmer, in a randomized crossover design. Horses were instrumented with a thermistor-tipped pulmonary arterial catheter to measure core body temperature. Induction and maintenance of and recovery from general anesthesia were performed in an air-conditioned surgical suite where room temperature and relative humidity were maintained at approximately 21 C and 40%, respectively. Core body temperature measurements were recorded every 5 minutes during 2.5 hours of anesthesia and during recovery until horses could stand. Data were analyzed, using ANOVA for repeated measures. RESULTS: Without warming, mean core body temperature decreased steadily (0.37+/-0.18 C/h). Forced-air warming significantly decreased that rate to 0.19+/-0.09 C/h. In both trials, there was an additional, rapid, significant decrease in core body temperature when horses were moved to the recovery area, which was apparently the result of conductive heat loss to the cold floor. Recovery time and time required for core body temperature to return to baseline were unaffected by forced-air warming during anesthesia and recovery. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Core body temperature decreases steadily in adult horses anesthetized in a cool, dry environment. Forced-air warming devices can attenuate this decrease. Additional body heat can be lost rapidly when anesthetized horses are positioned on cold surfaces during recovery.  相似文献

Xylazine administered subcutaneously (s.c.; 1–4 mg/kg) or intravenously (i.v.; 0.5-2 mg/kg) to cats consistently caused dose-related decreases in body temperature which were maximal 3–4 h after injection and lasted for at least 12 h. Otherwise the animals appeared to have recovered fully from the central nervous system effects of the drug within 1.5–3.5 h. Xylazine-induced hypothermia developed more rapidly in cats placed in a 4°C environment and, in contrast, was replaced by a hyperthermic response in cats placed in a 32°C environment. These changes in body temperature were not opposed by compensatory thermoregulatory effector activity such as shivering or tachypnea. This pattern of responses at varied environmental temperatures is indicative of a general depression of the thermo-regulation. Thus, animals given xylazine should not be exposed to extreme heat or cold for several hours to avoid development of hyper- or hypothermia.  相似文献

A retrospective study of 275 anaesthetic records of cats was undertaken to examine the prevalence of postanaesthetic hypothermia, its clinical predictors and consequences. Temperature was recorded throughout anaesthesia. The temperature reached at the end was classified as hyperthermia (>39.50 °C), normothermia (38.50 to 39.50 °C), slight hypothermia (38.49 to 36.50 °C), moderate hypothermia (36.49 to 34.00 °C) or severe hypothermia (<34.00 °C). Statistical analysis consisted of multiple regression to identify the factors that affect the temperature at the end of the procedure. Before premedication, the mean (sd) temperature was 38.2 (1.0) °C. At 60, 120 and 180 minutes from induction, the temperature was 35.4 (1.4) °C, 35.0 (1.5) °C and 34.6 (1.5) °C, respectively. The prevalence of hypothermia was slight 26.5 per cent (95 per cent CI 21.7 to 32.0 per cent), moderate 60.4 per cent (95 per cent CI 54.5 to 66.0 per cent) and severe 10.5 per cent (95 per cent CI 7.4 to 14.7 per cent). The variables associated with a decrease in the temperature recorded at the end of anaesthesia were the duration of anaesthesia, the reason for anaesthesia (abdominal and orthopaedic surgeries significantly reduced the temperature when compared with minor procedures) and the anaesthetic risk (high-risk cats showed lower temperatures than low-risk cats). The temperature before premedication was associated with an increase in the final temperature.  相似文献

Various methods of preincubation warming have been used in commercial hatcheries to increase hatchability, decrease incubation time, and increase embryonic blastoderm development. A study was conducted to determine the effect of preincubation warming and egg size on the warming rate of eggs. Three egg groupings were evaluated: small broiler breeder eggs (52 to 57 g), large broiler breeder eggs (64 to 69 g), and turkey eggs (74 to 107 g). The eggs were subjected to 2 temperature treatments. The conventionally incubated eggs were moved directly from storage (17.5°C) to the incubator (adjusted to 37.5°C). The preincubation warmed eggs were moved from the storage room to the preincubation room (28°C) for 12 h and then to the incubator. Internal egg temperature was measured once per minute to calculate the rate of warming. The warming rate potential (k value) differed for egg type and temperature treatment. The values for small and large broiler breeder eggs and turkey eggs were 0.0506, 0.0488, and 0.0471 kJ/min per kJ of energy in the egg, respectively. This study characterizes the maximum rate of temperature change that occurs when eggs are transferred from a storage or preincubation area to the incubator, creating baseline values for future work with the modification of hatchery management protocols. These data can contribute to more informed decisions regarding hatchery temperature profile strategies and their effect on the developing embryo.  相似文献

Objective To compare the incidence of arrhythmias in cats receiving either acepromazine or diazepam for pre-anaesthetic medication prior to halothane anaesthesia.
Study design A blinded, randomized clinical study.
Animals Forty-six healthy cats undergoing surgery.
Methods Animals were allocated to one of two groups for pre-anaesthetic medication. Group 1 received diazepam (0.2 mg kg−1). Group 2 received acepromazine (0.02 mg kg−1). The trial drug was administered intramuscularly in combination with buprenorphine (0.01 mg kg−1) 30 minutes prior to induction of anaesthesia with propofol (approximately 5 mg kg−1). Anaesthesia was maintained using halothane: delivered concentration was 1–2% carried in oxygen and nitrous oxide via an endotracheal tube attached to an Ayre's T-piece (with Jackson-Rees modification) breathing system. The incidence of cardiac arrhythmias was determined by continuously monitoring the electrocardiogram from the time of induction until recovery occurred. Demographical group characteristics were compared using analysis of variance. The incidence of cardiac arrhythmias was compared by the Chi squared test. Statistical significance was set at the 5% level.
Results The two groups were similar in weight, age, length and type of procedure undertaken. The incidence of arrhythmias was the same in each group (3/23 cases) ( p = 1.0).
Conclusions The incidence of cardiac arrhythmias in this study did not appear to be influenced by the nature of pre-anaesthetic medication.
Clinical relevance The incidence of cardiac arrhythmias under halothane anaesthesia was 13% in this study. Acepromazine did not appear to exert an anti-arrhythmic effect. This may not be the case in a larger scale study.  相似文献

Fifteen cats and 6 dogs developed ventricular arrhythmias during halothane anesthesia. Halothane was administered by precision vaporizer, using a semiclosed anesthetic system. Cardiac arrhythmias were diagnosed within 5 to 10 minutes after a surgical plane of anesthesia was achieved. Arrhythmias in 9 of 15 cats and 3 of 6 dogs were converted to sinus rhythm by increasing the inspired halothane concentration. Conversion to sinus rhythm occurred within 4 minutes. Cardiac arrhythmias were reestablished in 8 of 9 cats and 2 of 3 dogs, after decreasing the inspired halothane concentration to its original value. Increasing the inspired halothane concentration can convert anesthetic-associated ventricular arrhythmias to sinus rhythm in dogs and cats.  相似文献

Cardiopulmonary effects were assessed in 12 yearling steers anesthetized with guaifenesin and thiamylal sodium, intubated, and allowed to breathe isoflurane or halothane in oxygen spontaneously. Light surgical anesthesia, determined using eye position as a clinical indication of anesthetic depth, was maintained during surgical placement of a rumen cannula. Heart rate and respiratory rate were measured while the steers were standing quietly (baseline). Atropine (0.06 mg/kg of body weight, IM) was given after baseline measurements were taken. Heart rate, respiratory rate, arterial blood pressures, pHa, PaCO2, PaO2, arterial [HCO3-], esophageal temperature, and end-tidal anesthetic concentration were measured every 15 minutes for 90 minutes after induction of anesthesia. Mean heart rate increased significantly (P less than 0.05) above baseline in the isoflurane group at 15 and 30 minutes. Mean respiratory rate increased significantly (P less than 0.05) above baseline in the halothane group at 45 minutes. At 45 minutes, mean respiratory rate was lower (P less than 0.05) in the isoflurane group, compared with that in the halothane group. Mean values for arterial blood pressures and arterial gases were similar for both agents at comparable times. Mean end-tidal isoflurane concentrations were less than mean end-tidal halothane concentrations at each comparable time during maintenance of similar anesthetic depth. Maintenance of anesthesia with isoflurane resulted in higher heart rates and lower respiratory rates, compared with maintenance of anesthesia with halothane in these steers.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To compare three opioid agonist drugs for perioperative analgesia in cats. STUDY DESIGN: Prospective, blind, controlled, randomised trial. ANIMALS: Ninety client-owned cats, weighing 3.1 (2.1-4.5) kg, aged 14.6 (6.0-84.0) months, were studied. METHODS: Seventy-six cats, scheduled for ovariectomy, received either 0.6 mg kg(-1) racemic methadone, 0.3 mg kg(-1) levo-methadone, 0.05 mg kg(-1) dextromoramide or a saline placebo IM. Behaviour and body position were assessed and scored 20 minutes later by a single 'blinded' observer. Anaesthesia was induced with propofol and maintained with halothane. Heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), Fe'CO2 and SpO2 were recorded during anaesthesia. Post-operatively, pain was categorised as absent, moderate or severe, on the basis of appearance, behaviour and response to palpation of the surgical wound (pain score). Appearance, pain scores and physiological variables were monitored every 30 minutes, for a duration of 4 hours. Differences between time-dependent continuous variables were analysed using mixed models for repeated measurements. Differences in categorical, time-dependent variables were analysed using chi2-tests. Significance was set at p < or = 0.05. RESULTS: There were no significant changes in appearance after pre-anaesthetic medication. After surgery, there was no association between appearance and pain score with HR or RR. The assessment of pain depended on comparison with the placebo group, by comparing animals' reactions to wound palpation. Sixteen of the 18 cats in the placebo group and 14 of the 19 cats in the dextromoramide group showed signs of moderate-to-severe pain after surgery. In the levo-methadone group (n = 20), one animal showed pain after 60 minutes and two after 120 minutes. One cat in the racemic methadone group (n = 19) showed pain signs and behavioural changes at 60 minutes. Compared to the two methadone groups, 'rescue' analgesia was required more often in cats treated with dextromoramide or saline. CONCLUSION AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Dextromoramide (0.05 mg kg(-1)) was ineffective, while racemic methadone (0.6 mg kg(-1)) and levo-methadone (0.3 mg kg(-1)) provided effective analgesia in cats following ovariectomy, without behavioural, respiratory or cardiovascular side effects.  相似文献

本研究以青藏高原高寒草甸为试验对象,利用开顶室增温装置(Open-Top-Chambers,OTCs),探讨4种增温幅度对物种多样性和生物量的影响。结果表明:群落盖度在高度增温下显著减少(P<0.05);低度增温下的Simpson指数、Shannon指数和Pielou指数显著低于对照处理(P<0.05);地上生物量与总生物量在高度增温下显著减少(P<0.05);10~20 cm处地下生物量在高度增温下显著增加(P<0.05),0~10 cm处地下生物量在高度增温下下减幅最大,20~30 cm处地下生物量在低度增温下增幅最大。本研究表明,在研究周期内物种丰富度对梯度增温响应不敏感,高度增温减少地上生物量的积累,地下生物量在不同幅度的增温处理下没有显著的变化规律性,响应并不敏感。  相似文献

Hypothermia is a common, detrimental post-operative complication in man and veterinary medicine. Active warming strategies are paramount for prevention and treatment. Duration of operations, administered drugs and their adverse effects put horses undergoing procedures requiring long-standing sedation in danger of hypothermia. The aim of this study was to investigate whether an air warming device would be helpful to avoid severe hypothermia in adult horses. Twenty client-owned horses undergoing dental/sinusoidal procedures were divided into two equal groups. The treatment group was covered with a warming blanket connected to the warming device with the temperature set to 43°C. Horses in the control group were not blanketed. Temperature was measured at the time of first sedation (T0) and every hour throughout the length of the procedure. Use of the warming blanket was straightforward and caused no adverse reactions. The mean decrease in body core temperature in the treatment group was significantly less than the mean temperature decrease in the control group, beginning at the second hour of the procedure. No horse in the treatment group reached a body temperature below 36°C. Overall loss of temperature in the control group was more than double when compared with the treatment group (1.5°C and 0.7°C respectively). The use of an active air warming blanket in horses is an easy technique to prevent hypothermia in horses undergoing long-standing sedation procedures.  相似文献

Antagonism of ketamine-xylazine (85 mg of ketamine/kg of body weight and 15 mg of xylazine/kg, IM) anesthesia in rats by yohimbine (YOH; 1, 5, 10, and 20 mg/kg, IP), tolazoline (TOL; 10, 20, or 50 mg/kg, IP), 4-aminopyridine (4-AP; 1 or 5 mg/kg, IP), or a combination of yohimbine and 4-aminopyridine (YOH:4-AP, 1 mg/kg:1 mg/kg or 5 mg/kg:1 mg/kg, IP) was studied. All dosages of YOH, TOL, 4-AP, and YOH:4-AP reduced the time to appearance of corneal and pedal reflexes. Only TOL was effective in reducing time to appearance of the crawl reflex and recovery time. Yohimbine, 4-AP, YOH:4-AP, and TOL were effective in reversing respiratory depression caused by ketamine-xylazine anesthesia, but anesthetic-induced hypothermia was not antagonized. When given to non-anesthetized rats, the antagonists had little influence on respiratory rate, but all antagonists caused significant (P less than 0.05) reduction in core body temperature for at least 90 minutes. When YOH was used as an anesthetic antagonist at dosage of 20 mg/kg, 20% mortality was observed and was attributable to acute respiratory arrest. The use of 4-AP and YOH:4-AP at the dosages studied induced moderate to severe muscular tremors. In conclusion, TOL at dosage of 20 mg/kg given IP, appears to be an appropriate antagonist for ketamine-xylazine anesthesia in rats.  相似文献

冬季对北方运动场草坪进行了加热保温技术处理 ,结果表明 :增温保绿效果显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,在冬季 (12月至 2月初 )各处理草坪地表温度比大气温度平均高 6~ 9℃。水加热 (太阳能集热器 ) +覆膜 (塑料薄膜 )处理增温保绿效果较好 ,其次是单一覆膜处理 ,而电加热 (地热线 ) +覆膜处理增温保绿效果较差。每周揭膜 (8~ 2 0h) 1次保温最好 ,而每日揭膜 1次不利于温度的积累。单一覆膜处理经济有效 ,简单易行 ,投资后的使用成本仅为 4 .90元 /m2 ,应是北方运动场草坪冬季加热保温技术中的首选方法。水加热 (太阳能 ) +覆膜技术处理虽增温保绿效果好 ,但投资后的使用成本较高 ,为 14.6 9元 /m2 ;电加热 +覆膜处理投资后的使用成本为 8.97元 /m2 。冬季对草坪采用加热保温技术处理后 ,草坪早春生长优势明显 ,且未对以后季节草坪草的生长造成不利影响。  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: The antipyretic and analgesic efficacy of vedaprofen (at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg) was evaluated after repeated once-daily administration (for three or five days) to 80 cats with upper respiratory tract disease or 302 cats undergoing ovariohysterectomy. METHODS: Both clinical trials were randomised, double blinded and placebo controlled. RESULTS: In the upper respiratory tract disease trial, vedaprofen produced a significant reduction in rectal temperature when compared with cats administered antimicrobial treatment only. This antipyretic activity lasted at least four hours after administration on the first day of treatment (day 0) and at least eight hours on day 1 and day 2. Significantly more cats in the treatment group were classified as having returned to normal on day 5, day 6 and day 7 compared with the placebo group. In the ovariohysterectomy trial, scores for behaviour (on day 1, day 2 and day 3) and appetite (on day 1 and day 2) were significantly better in the vedaprofen group than in the placebo-treated cats. CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Vedaprofen produced a clinically relevant reduction in body temperature and a more rapid return to normality in cats with upper respiratory tract disease. Vedaprofen treatment also resulted in more rapid recovery, presumably through the relief of pain and inflammation, in cats that had undergone soft tissue surgery.  相似文献
