This study was performed to evaluate the osteogenic effect of allogenic canine umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells (UCB-MSCs) mixed with beta-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) in orthotopic implantation. Seven hundred milligrams of β-TCP mixed with 1 × 106 UCB-MSCs diluted with 0.5 ml of saline (group CM) and mixed with the same volume of saline as control (group C) were implanted into a 1.5 cm diaphyseal defect and wrapped with PLGC membrane in the radius of Beagle dogs. Radiographs of the antebrachium were made after surgery. The implants were harvested 12 weeks after implantation and specimens were stained with H&E, toluidine blue and Villanueva-Goldner stains for histological examination and histomorphometric analysis of new bone formation. Additionally, UCB-MSCs were applied to a dog with non-union fracture. Radiographically, continuity between implant and host bone was evident at only one of six interfaces in group C by 12 weeks, but in three of six interfaces in group CM. Radiolucency was found only near the bone end in group C at 12 weeks after implantation, but in the entire graft in group CM. Histologically, bone formation was observed around β-TCP in longitudinal sections of implant in both groups. Histomorphometric analysis revealed significantly increased new bone formation in group CM at 12 weeks after implantation (p < 0.05). When applied to the non-union fracture, fracture healing was identified by 6 weeks after injection of UCB-MSCs. The present study indicates that a mixture of UCB-MSCs and β-TCP is a promising osteogenic material for repairing bone defects. 相似文献

beta-Tricalcium phosphate (TCP) was evaluated as a synthetic bone grafting material in horses. Sixteen horses were randomly assigned to 4 groups of 4 horses. In each horse, an 11-mm by 10-mm circular defect with a smooth margin was created surgically in the weight-bearing surface of both third metacarpal bones (McIII) and the left third metatarsal bone. The defect in the left McIII was filled with TCP, the defect in the right McIII was filled with a mixture of 50% autogenous cancellous bone (ACB) and 50% TCP, and the defect in the left third metatarsal bone was not filled to serve as a control. Nuclear imaging and radiographic evaluation of surgical sites were performed at postsurgical week (PSW) 4 and 13 in group-I horses and at PSW 26, 39, and 52 in groups-II, -III, and -IV horses, respectively. Horses in groups I, II, III, and IV were euthanatized at PSW 13, 26, 39, and 52, respectively, and specimens were harvested for histologic evaluation. Results were compared among treatment methods, as well as among time intervals. The greatest activity at defect sites was seen in group-I horses at PSW 4. Activity counts in limbs of group-I horses at PSW 13 and counts in limbs of group-II horses at PSW 26 were not significantly (P less than or equal to 0.05) different. Activity counts in groups-III and -IV horses at PSW 39 and 52, respectively, were less than those in groups I and II. An assay was developed and proven accurate and precise for the quantification of canine serum alkaline phosphatase of bone origin (BAP). The assay uses wheat germ lectin (WGL) which selectively precipitates SAP but not liver alkaline phosphatase (LAP) in serum preincubated for 1 hour at 37 degrees C before conducting the assay. Although a large percentage of corticosteroid-induced alkaline phos- phatase (CAP) is also precipitated by WGL, the activity of this isoenzyme can be determined by utilizing the automated levamisole inhibition assay and BAP determined by subtraction except in those cases in which CAP is very markedly increased. Use of these two assay techniques in combination allows the quantification of LAP, BAP, and CAP activity in canine serum. In sera from adult dogs of various ages, BAP activity represents a mean of 21.27 -/+ 11.4 U/L; however, there was a statistical decrease in BAP activity with age. This allowed the determination of 95% confidence interval for a reference range dependent on age of the dog. Bone AP activity in puppies drops dramatically within the first 3 months, reaching a magnitude of activity consistent with that of the adult dog by approximately 15 months. BAP was increased over adult reference range in five of five dogs tested with osteosarcoma. This assay will now allow conducting a clinical study of the diagnostic significance of bone AP activity in neoplastic and metabolic diseases of bone. 相似文献

Animal experiments were carried out with osteoconductive bone substitute beta-tricalcium phosphate (beta-TCP), with the aim of assessing the effects of the growth factors synthesised by thrombocytes on the speed of beta-TCP incorporation and on the quality of newly formed bone. The question to be answered was the extent to which platelet-rich plasma (PRP) accelerated the resorption of beta-TCP and the formation of new bone. Two teeth were removed symmetrically from each side of the mandible of 12 Beagle dogs; the resulting cavities were filled on one side with beta-TCP alone, and on the other side with a mixture of beta-TCP + PRP (obtained from autologous blood). The quality of the newly formed bone and the effects of this PRP were studied by histological and histomorphometric methods. In week 6, bone formation was already more effective when PRP was applied in comparison with beta-TCP alone, and in week 12 the growth was significantly greater. The results demonstrate that the use of PRP accelerates the remodelling of new bone created by beta-TCP. 相似文献

Composite biological and synthetic grafts with progenitor cells offer an alternative approach to auto- or allografts for fracture repair. This study was conducted to evaluate osteogenesis of autologous serum-derived albumin (ASA) scaffolds seeded with canine adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (Ad-MSCs) in a canine segmental bone defect model. ASA scaffold was prepared with canine serum using cross-linking and freeze-drying procedures. Beta-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) was mixed at the cross-linking stage. Ad-MSCs were seeded into the scaffold and incubated for one day before implantation. After 16 weeks, the grafts were harvested for histological analysis. The dogs were divided into five groups: control, ASA scaffolds with and without Ad-MSCs, and ASA scaffolds including β-TCP with and without Ad-MSCs. ASA scaffolds with Ad-MSCs had a significantly larger area of increased opacity at the proximal and distal host cortex-implant interfaces in radiographs 16 weeks after implantation compared to the groups with β-TCP (p < 0.05). Histomorphometric analysis showed that ASA scaffolds with Ad-MSCs had significantly greater new bone formation than other groups (p < 0.05). These results suggest that Ad-MSCs seeded into ASA scaffolds enhanced osteogenesis in the bone defect model, but that β-TCP in the ASA scaffold might prevent penetration of the cells required for bone healing. 相似文献

Epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) is one of the most widely used diagnostic immunohistochemical markers for human meningioma. To date, no published study on EMA expression in formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) tissue samples of canine meningioma is available. Here, we describe the results of an immunohistochemical study on 25 FFPE canine meningiomas using a monoclonal anti‐human EMA antibody. All meningiomas showed positive staining for EMA with cytoplasmic pattern, in nine cases associated with membranous staining. Area and intensity of staining were highly variable among cases. No clear relationships between tumour subtype/grade and area/intensity of staining were found. However, epithelial‐like patterns showed a higher affinity for EMA compared to the mesenchymal one. The present study provides the basis to explore the potential diagnostic application of this marker in canine meningioma. To investigate EMA expression in other central nervous system tumours of dogs are necessary to assess the specificity of this marker. 相似文献

The present study was conducted to compare the effects of xenogenic bovine fetal demineralized bone matrix (DBM), commercial DBM, omentum, omentum-calf fetal DBM, cortical autograft and xenogenic cartilage powder on the healing of tibial defects in a dog model to determine the best material for bone healing. Seven male adult mongrel dogs, weighing 26.2 ± 2.5 kg, were used in this study. Seven holes with a diameter of 4-mm were created and then filled with several biomaterials. Radiographs were taken postoperatively on day 1 and weeks 2, 4, 6, 8. The operated tibias were removed on the 56th postoperative day and histopathologically evaluated. On postoperative days 14, 42 and 56, the lesions of the control group were significantly inferior to those in the other group (p < 0.05). On the 28th postoperative day, the autograft group was significantly superior to the control and omentum groups (p < 0.05). Moreover, calf fetal DBM was significantly superior to the control group. There was no significant difference between the histopathological sections of all groups. Overall, the omentum and omentum-DBM groups were superior to the control group, but inferior to the autograft, commercial-DBM, calf fetal DBM and calf fetal cartilage groups. 相似文献

This prospective study evaluated the utility of bone marrow aspirates (BMAs) obtained from multiple sites for staging of canine lymphoma (LSA) and mast cell tumours (MCTs). Forty dogs (LSA, n = 24; MCTs, n = 16) were enrolled, but only 33 (82.5%) had diagnostic bone marrow (BM) aspirates obtained from two sites for inclusion in the study. Nineteen dogs with LSA were included, and 6 (31.6%) had BM involvement. Neoplastic lymphocytes were present in BM from both sites in all of these dogs. Fourteen dogs with MCTs were included, and 3 (21.4%) had BM involvement. Neoplastic mast cells were present at both sites in two dogs and at only one site in the third. These results indicate that BMAs from multiple sites may not be needed for accurate staging of canine LSA patients, but more studies evaluating the pattern of BM infiltration in dogs with high‐grade MCTs are warranted. 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To compare shear stability of simulated humeral lateral condylar fractures reduced with either a self-compressing pin or cortical bone screw. STUDY DESIGN: In vitro biomechanical tests. SAMPLE POPULATION: Bilateral cadaveric canine humeri (n=18) without evidence of elbow disease. METHODS: Lateral condylar fracture was simulated by standardized osteotomy. Bone fragments were stabilized with a self-compressing pin or a cortical bone screw (2.7 or 3.5 mm) inserted in lag fashion. Specimens were mounted in a materials testing system and the condylar fragment displaced in a proximal direction until failure. Mechanical testing variables derived from load-deformation curves were compared between stabilization methods using a Student's paired t-test. RESULTS: There were no statistically significant differences for mechanical testing variables between pin and screw stabilized specimens at expected walk and trot loads. Three yield points subjectively coincided with yield of the interfragmentary interface (Y1), bone at the implant interface (Y2), and implant deformation (Y3). Displacements at Y1 were 48-156% greater for pin than screw stabilized specimens. Y2 and Y3 loads were higher for screw than pin stabilized specimens, but likely supraphysiologic for dogs convalescing after surgical repair. CONCLUSIONS: A self-compressing pin or a cortical bone screw inserted in lag fashion both provided adequate strength in applied shear to sustain expected physiologic loads through the repaired canine elbow during postoperative convalescence. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Because self-compressing pins were easy to implant and mechanical properties were not significantly different than cortical screws at expected physiologic loads, pins should be considered for the repair of traumatic humeral condylar fractures. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to compare measurement of spermatozoal membrane status using computer‐assisted spermatozoal quantification (CASQ) and eosin‐nigrosin (EN) staining with manual counting after CFDA/PI staining. Analysis was performed on both fresh and thawed cryopreserved canine semen. Membrane‐disrupted spermatozoa (MDS) were counted using CASQ (n = 311) in an untreated sample and a completely membrane‐disrupted sample, and the percentage of membrane‐intact spermatozoa (MIS) calculated: (Total count ? Untreated sample count) ÷ Total count × 100. Spermatozoa were stained with a one‐step EN stain (n = 501), and then, at least 100 spermatozoa were manually examined under ×1,000 magnification and classified as MDS (stained with eosin) or MIS (non‐stained). Spermatozoa from the same samples were also stained with CFDA/PI, and then, at least 200 spermatozoa were manually examined under ×1,000 magnification and classified as MIS (completely stained by CFDA) or MDS. The percentage of progressively motile spermatozoa (PMS) was determined by both computer‐assisted semen analysis (CASA) and subjective methodologies, and the data were subsequently analysed to measure the agreement between the CASQ and EN methods with the CFDA/PI technique using Bland–Altman methodology. Pearson's correlation was measured between the MIS and PMS percentage samples and correlation coefficients compared. The mean MIS percentage was lower for CASQ and higher for EN than in CFDA/PI for all comparisons. The agreement of MIS percentage between CASQ and CFDA/PI was ?20.2% to 32.0%, and between EN and CFDA/PI was ?32.9% to 14.9%. In all methods, the MIS and PMS percentages were correlated (p < .001). Measurement of CFDA/PI appeared to be the most reliable and accurate method of determining MIS percentage in dogs. Further investigation is required to determine whether the CASQ technique can be improved. Eosin‐nigrosin staining also appeared to be unreliable at MIS <80% and overestimated the MIS percentage. 相似文献

Canine hyperadrenocorticism (HAC) is one of the most common causes of general osteopenia. In this study, quantitative computed tomography (QCT) was used to compare the bone mineral densities (BMD) between 39 normal dogs and 8 dogs with HAC (6 pituitary-dependent hyperadrenocorticism [PDH]; pituitary dependent hyperadrenocorticism, 2 adrenal hyperadrenocorticism [ADH]; adrenal dependent hyperadrenocorticism) diagnosed through hormonal assay. A computed tomogaraphy scan of the 12th thoracic to 7th lumbar vertebra was performed and the region of interest was drawn in each trabecular and cortical bone. Mean Hounsfield unit values were converted to equivalent BMD with bone-density phantom by linear regression analysis. The converted mean trabecular BMDs were significantly lower than those of normal dogs. ADH dogs showed significantly lower BMDs at cortical bone than normal dogs. Mean trabecular BMDs of dogs with PDH using QCT were significantly lower than those of normal dogs, and both mean trabecular and cortical BMDs in dogs with ADH were significantly lower than those of normal dogs. Taken together, these findings indicate that QCT is useful to assess BMD in dogs with HAC. 相似文献

Canine cutaneous mast cell tumour (MCT) is the most common malignant skin tumour in dogs and can exhibit variable biologic behaviour. Dysregulated signalling through the receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) KIT can promote cell proliferation and survival, and assessment of its dysregulation via detection of activating c‐kit gene mutations or assessment of KIT protein localization is associated with multiple features of malignancy. The aim of the current study was to use a previously validated immunohistochemical (IHC) assay to directly measure phosphorylated KIT (pKIT) in order to investigate its association with other established prognostic markers, response to therapy, progression free interval (PFI) and overall survival time (OST) in dogs treated medically for measurable MCT. Tumour tissue from 74 dogs enrolled in a prospective study comparing toceranib and vinblastine for MCT treatment were evaluated for pKIT immunoreactivity. pKIT was variably expressed, with some degree of positivity observed in 49/74 cases (66%). pKIT immunoreactivity was significantly associated with aberrant KIT localization, high mitotic index and high histologic grade. On univariate analysis, pKIT immunoreactivity predicted shorter PFI and OST in the entire patient population as well as shorter PFI in the toceranib treated group, and was the sole predictive factor for OST upon multivariate analysis, while mitotic index was the sole independent predictive factor for PFI. These results demonstrate that IHC detection of pKIT correlates with several features of aggressive behaviour, and may confer information that is complementary to other prognostic factors. However, the role of pKIT in predicting outcome needs to be studied further before recommendations can be made for its routine use. 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To compare ease of insertion, load to failure, and mode of failure of cortical and cancellous screws, BoneBiter, IMEX, and TwinFix suture anchors in canine metaphyseal tibial bone. STUDY DESIGN: Experimental biomechanical study. ANIMALS: Canine cadaveric tibias. METHODS: One investigator inserted all anchors and subjectively evaluated ease of placement. Anchor systems were loaded to failure along axis of insertion with audio-video recording to determine failure mode. RESULTS: BoneBiter was the most difficult anchor to insert successfully. Mean+/-SD loads to failure were cancellous screw (711+/-193 N), IMEX 4.7 mm 18 g wire (661+/-163 N), IMEX 4.0 mm 18 g wire (661+/-165 N), cortical screw (635+/-184 N), BoneBiter #5 Kevlar suture (393+/- 109 N), and TwinFix 5.0 mm #2 polyester (267+/-73 N). No significant differences were noted among the cortical screw, cancellous screw, IMEX 4.7 and 4.0 mm, all of which were significantly (P<.001) greater than BoneBiter and TwinFix . Failure modes were pullout of bone, suture-wire breakage, eyelet breakage, or no failure to 1000 N: screws (18,0,0,2), IMEX (18,1,1,0), BoneBiter (2,8,0,0), and TwinFix (0,10,0,0). CONCLUSIONS: Fixation devices were user friendly, with the exception of BoneBiter. Mode of failure is dependent on suture material and anchor design. Cortical and cancellous screws, and IMEX anchors with 18 g wire have significantly greater load to failure compared with BoneBiter and TwinFix suture anchors. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Based on load to failure, ease of use, design characteristics, and cost, IMEX anchors may have advantages over other comparable soft tissue fixation devices. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to compare measurements of spermatozoal membrane status in dogs using computer-assisted spermatozoal quantification (CASQ) after staining with SYBR-14 and propidium iodide (PI) with manual counting after CFDA/PI staining. CASQ was performed on fresh (n = 11) and thawed cryopreserved canine semen (n = 91) using (1) a red long-pass (LP) filter on an untreated sample (membrane-disrupted spermatozoa, MDS count) and in a sample with all cellular membranes disrupted (total spermatozoal count, TC), (2) green LP filter for a TC and the red filter for an MDS count and (3) a green short-pass filter to obtain a membrane-intact spermatozoa (MIS) count and the red filter to obtain the MDS count, which were added to give a TC (red–green filter CASQ, n = 50). Spermatozoa were also stained with CFDA/PI, manually examined and classified as MIS or MDS. All measurements were performed in duplicate. The percentage of membrane-intact spermatozoa (MIS) was calculated. The percentage of progressively motile spermatozoa (PMS) was determined subjectively. The data were analysed to measure the agreement between the CASQ and CFDA/PI methods, repeatability of the methods and correlation between the MIS and PMS percentage. Compared with the CFDA/PI method, the agreement of MIS percentage with red filter CASQ was −12% to 34%, green LP filter CASQ −42% to 47% and red–green filter CASQ −23% to 29%. The repeatability of the CFDA/PI and red–green filter CASQ methods were the highest. The MIS and PMS percentages were always correlated (p < .05). Measurement of MIS percentage using red and red–green filter CASQ appeared to be the most reliable automated methods. 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate postoperative complications, limb function, and tumor control after intercalary resection and reconstruction for preservation of limb and joint function in dogs with high-grade malignant tumors of diaphyseal bone. STUDY DESIGN: Retrospective study. ANIMALS: Seventeen client-owned dogs. METHODS: The bone tumor database and medical records were reviewed (1986-2002) for dogs with diaphyseal tumors treated with intercalary resection and reconstruction with either an allograft or irradiated autograft. Clinical presentation, diagnostic findings, surgical management, and outcome were determined from medical records and telephone interviews with veterinarians and owners. Statistical analyses included chi2 to test associations between intra- and postoperative variables with complications, and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis for disease-free interval, metastasis-free interval (MFI), and median survival time. RESULTS: Intercalary limb-sparing surgery was performed in 17 dogs with diaphyseal tumors: osteosarcoma (OSA) (15), histiocytic sarcoma (1), and solitary metastasis from a pulmonary adenocarcinoma (1). One dog was excluded from further analysis when the spared limb was amputated 4 days postoperatively because of incomplete tumor resection. In 16 dogs, limb function was good to excellent. Complications occurred in 5 dogs (31.3%) and included superficial infection in 2 dogs (12.5%) and implant failure in 4 dogs (25%). All implant failures occurred in the ulna and there was a significant association between implant failure and non-cemented allografts (P=.042). Non-union of 1 or both osteotomies was diagnosed in 10 dogs (83.3%) and, despite lack of clinical signs in all cases, was significantly associated with the use of intracavitary locally released cisplatin (P=.046) and cemented intercalary grafts (P=.046). Local tumor recurrence was diagnosed in 1 dog (6.3%) and metastatic disease in 12 dogs (75.0%), including 10 dogs with OSA. The median MFI was 137 days. The local disease-free and overall limb-salvage rate was 94% and 100%, respectively. Overall median survival time was 393 days and the median survival time for dogs with OSA was 449 days. CONCLUSION: Intercalary limb-sparing surgery results in better postoperative limb function with fewer and less severe complications than historical reports of dogs treated with non-intercalary limb-sparing surgery. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: In dogs with diaphyseal tumors, intercalary limb-sparing surgery preserves normal joint function and results in good to excellent limb use with few complications and good local tumor control. 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine the efficacy of two antimicrobial-chondroitin sulfate ophthalmic solutions in the therapy of spontaneous chronic corneal epithelial defects (SCCED) and ulcerative keratitis associated with bullous keratopathy in dogs. ANIMALS STUDIED: Eighty dogs with SCCED and 14 dogs with ulcerative keratitis associated with bullous keratopathy. PROCEDURE: Following manual debridement of nonadherent epithelium, dogs were treated topically with a chondroitin sulfate ophthalmic solution containing either tobramycin or ciprofloxacin. Patients were re-evaluated at 2-week intervals for 4 weeks. RESULTS: After 2 weeks of treatment, 53.6% of eyes with SCCED and 17.6% of eyes with ulcerative keratitis associated with bullous keratopathy had healed. After 4 weeks of treatment, 81.0% of eyes with SCCED and 23.5% of eyes with ulcerative keratitis associated with bullous keratopathy had healed. There were no statistically significant differences in healing percentages between the tobramycin-chondroitin sulfate solution treatment groups and the ciprofloxacin-chondroitin sulfate solution treatment groups. Two dogs with SCCED, one treated with the tobramycin-chondroitin sulfate solution and the other treated with the ciprofloxacin-chondroitin sulfate solution, developed sterile corneal stromal abscesses during the study. CONCLUSIONS: Topical therapy with an antimicrobial-chondroitin sulfate ophthalmic solution combined with manual debridement of nonadherent epithelium compares favorably with other published medical and surgical therapies for SCCED; however, these compounds are only equivocally more effective than therapy with manual debridement alone. These solutions appear to be ineffective in the treatment of ulcerative keratitis associated with bullous keratopathy. The significance of the two cases of corneal stromal abscessation is unknown at this time and warrants further investigation. 相似文献

Abstract: Canine hemophagocytic disorders were studied to better understand the cytologic features that differentiate benign and malignant disease. Of 286 canine clinical bone marrow reports evaluated retrospectively, 13 (4.5%) noted at least 3% hemophagocytic macrophages. Macrophages comprised between 6% and 44% of nucleated bone marrow cells. Clinical diagnoses for dogs with hemophagocytic disorders included malignant histiocytosis (n = 2), myelodysplastic syndromes (n = 4), round cell neoplasia (n = 2), immune-mediated disorders (n = 2), and idiopathic hemophagocytic syndrome (n = 3). Differentiation of benign and malignant forms of histiocytosis was problematic. Two dogs with a diagnosis of hemophagocytic syndrome had macrophages with atypical features similar to those described for malignant histiocytosis. Furthermore, only 2 of 11 dogs with presumably benign hemophagocytic disorders had exclusively mature macrophages in bone marrow. Other dogs had variable numbers of large reticular-type cells characterized by lacy chromatin, anisocytosis, anisokaryosis, and prominent and/or multiple nucleoli. On the basis of these results, cytomorphologic evaluation of bone marrow alone may not be adequate to consistently differentiate benign and malignant forms of hemophagocytic disorders. 相似文献

Growth differentiation factor 9 (GDF‐9) and bone morphogenetic protein 15 (BMP‐15) have pivotal roles in oocyte development in many species, therefore the aim was to investigate these factors during in vitro maturation (IVM) of canine oocytes. Canine cumulus oocytes complexes (COCs) were cultured in six groups for 72 hr in a supplemented TCM199‐Hepes medium as (a) Control group; (b) GDF‐9 antibody (Ab); (c) BMP‐15 Ab; (d) recombinant human (rh) GDF‐9; (e) rh BMP‐15 or (f) rh BMP‐15 and GDF‐9. Data were evaluated by ANOVA. The Abs against GDF‐9 or BMP‐15 had a negative impact on meiotic development. Higher (p < 0.05) number of oocytes was arrested at GVBD stage when they were incubated with either GDF‐9 Ab (64.4 ± 2.1%) or BMP‐15 Ab (67.2%± 4.9%) in comparison to those in control group (32.4 ± 7.8%). In contrast, more (p < 0.05) oocytes in control group reached MI (37.4 ± 1.3%) and MII stages (10.2 ± 2.1%) comparing to those groups with GDF‐9 Ab (23.1 ± 4.7% MI; 0.0% MII) or BMP‐15 Ab (16.4 ± 2.4%MI; 5.9% ± 2.1 MII). Higher rates (p < 0.05) of oocytes in control group stayed still arrested at GV (19.9 ± 8.6%) in comparison to those cultured with either rhGDF‐9 (3.7 ± 0.4%) or rhBMP‐15 (10.9 ± 0.7%). However, there were no differences in MII rates between oocytes cultured with GDF‐9 (14.7 ± 3.1) and BMP‐15 (7.8 ± 2.5) separately. But, more oocytes (p < 0.05) reached the MII stage (20.5 ± 3.8%) compared to those exposed to each protein separately and to the control group. These results suggest that these proteins likely contribute to the meiotic development in dogs. 相似文献
