Three pig bioassays and two digestibility trials were conducted to determine the true digestible Ile requirement for maximal weight gain and minimal plasma urea nitrogen (PUN) of growing (25 to 45 kg) pigs. In Exp. 1, an Ile-deficient basal diet was developed and confirmed to be markedly deficient in Ile, yet fully efficacious when fortified with surfeit Ile. This diet contained corn, red blood cells, and soybean meal as Ile sources, and was analyzed to contain 15.5% crude protein, 0.34% Ile, and 0.95% lysine; metabolizable energy was calculated to be 3,430 kcal/kg. True digestibility of Ile in the basal diet was 89% based on digestibility trials in ileal-cannulated pigs and cecectomized roosters. The first growth trial (Exp. 2) involved six dose levels of true digestible Ile (0.38 to 0.58%), which resulted in a quadratic (P < 0.02) response in weight gain by growing pigs over a 21-d period. The weight-gain data were fitted to both a single-slope broken line and a quadratic fit, and when the quadratic response curve was superimposed on the broken line, the point at which the quadratic curve first intersected the plateau of the broken line occurred at 0.50% true digestible Ile. This (objective) requirement estimate was similar to that determined by taking 90% of the upper asymptote of the quadratic fitted line. In Exp. 3, a replicated 5 x 5 Latin square, five barrows (square 1) and five gilts (square 2) together with five 4-d feeding periods and five levels of true digestible Ile were utilized. A linear (P < 0.01) decrease in PUN occurred as Ile was incremented, with an apparent plateau occurring at 0.50% true digestible Ile. The results of these experiments suggest that the true digestible Ile requirement of grower (25 to 45 kg) pigs is 0.50% of the diet, or 1.46 g/Mcal of metabolizable energy, somewhat higher than the 1.38 g/Mcal metabolizable energy estimated by the 1998 National Research Council Subcommittee on Swine Nutrition.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of different fermented soybean proteins and the apparent ileal digestible lysine levels on weaning pigs fed fermented soy protein (FSP)‐amended diets. In Exp. 1, 70 crossed piglets (6.25 ± 0.40 kg) were used in a 5‐week trial to evaluate two different FSP. In Exp. 2, 20 weaning barrows (6.15 ± 0.45 kg) were used in a metabolism trial to determine the effects of the apparent ileal digestible (1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5%) lysine levels in weaning pigs fed FSP (5%) diet. In Exp. 1, pigs fed the diet containing Lactobacillus spp. FSP showed higher nitrogen (N) digestibility (P < 0.05), lower blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels (P < 0.05) than those fed the Aspergillus oryzae FSP diet. In Exp. 2, increasing dietary lysine levels increased the average daily gain, apparent dry matter, N digestibility, N retention and essential amino acids in the current study (P < 0.05), with the 1.5% showing the highest value. In conclusion, pigs fed Lactobacillus spp. FSP had a higher N digestibility than those fed A. oryzae FSP. The optimal apparent ileal digestibility lysine level in fermented soy protein diets (3550 kcal/kg metabolizable energy) for maximizing growth performance and N utilization in the first 7 days (6.25 kg) was 1.5%.  相似文献

本研究旨在评价棉籽浓缩蛋白的营养价值及其替代大豆浓缩蛋白对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化率和血清生化指标的影响。试验1:将12头生长猪随机分成2组(每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪),分别饲喂玉米基础饲粮和棉籽浓缩蛋白饲粮。采用全收粪尿法和套算法测定棉籽浓缩蛋白的消化能和代谢能。试验2:将12头生长猪随机分成2组(每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪),分别饲喂无氮饲粮和棉籽浓缩蛋白饲粮。采用指示剂法和直接法测定棉籽浓缩蛋白的粗蛋白质和氨基酸标准回肠消化率。试验3:将192头断奶仔猪随机分成4组(每组6个重复,每个重复8头猪),分别饲喂棉籽浓缩蛋白水平为0、2%、4%和6%(等量替代大豆浓缩蛋白)的试验饲粮,试验期28 d。结果表明:1)风干基础下棉籽浓缩蛋白消化能、代谢能和总能消化率分别为16.51 MJ/kg、15.38 MJ/kg和89.78%。2)棉籽浓缩蛋白的粗蛋白质和氨基酸标准回肠消化率89%和75%~94%。3)不同添加水平的棉籽浓缩蛋白替代大豆浓缩蛋白对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化率及血清生化指标均没有显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,棉籽浓缩蛋白在断奶仔猪饲粮中可以完全...  相似文献

Four nursery experiments were conducted using a methionine (Met)-deficient feather meal-corn-soybean meal-dried whey basal diet (20% CP; 3,250 kcal of ME/kg, .11% choline, .19% Met, 1.00% cystine) supplemented with lysine, tryptophan, and histidine to determine the Met requirement of 5- to 10- and 10- to 20-kg pigs. Based on a true Met digestibility value of 81.6% estimated by a pig ileal digestibility assay, the Met-deficient basal diet contained .155% of digestible Met. A preliminary experiment (Exp. 1) indicated that pigs fed the Met-deficient basal diet when fortified adequately with Met could produce weight gains similar to those of pigs fed a 20% CP practical corn-soybean meal-dried whey diet. In Exp. 2 and 3, crossbred pigs weighing 5.8 kg initially were fed diets containing graded levels of digestible Met between .195 and .355%. Average daily gain increased quadratically (P less than .05) as the level of Met increased. When the data of Exp. 2 and 3 were examined together, the digestible Met requirement of 5- to 10-kg pigs was estimated to be .255% of the diet. In Exp. 4 and 5, crossbred pigs averaging 10 kg were fed digestible Met concentrations ranging from .155 to .315%. Average daily gain increased quadratically (P less than .05). The digestible Met requirement of 10- to 20-kg pigs was estimated at .255% for maximal weight gain, which was similar to that of 5- to 10-kg pigs. We conducted three experiments to determine the apparent ileal digestibility of amino acids (Exp. 1), metabolizable and digestible energy (Exp. 2), and feeding value (Exp. 3) of dry extruded-expelled soybean meal with (DEH) or without (DENH) hulls compared with solvent-extracted soybean meal with hulls removed (SBMNH). Soybeans used to produce DEH were unadulterated prior to extrusion, but those used for DENH were dehulled prior to extrusion. In Exp. 1, six nonlittermate barrows (initially 39 kg) were fitted with ileal T-cannulas and used in a replicated 3 x 3 Latin square design digestion trial. Experimental diets (0.80% total lysine) were cornstarch-based and contained soybean meal from one of the three different sources as the sole source of lysine. Apparent ileal digestibilies of nutrients were similar (P > 0.10) for DEH and DENH. Apparent ileal digestibilies of CP, Lys, Ile, Leu, Arg, Phe, and Val were greater (P < 0.05) for DEH and DENH than for SBMNH. In Exp. 2, six barrows (initially 41 kg) were fed three corn-based diets containing 25% of one of the three soybean meal sources. A fourth diet was fed at the end of the trial containing all ingredients except soybean meal, so that energy values of the soybean meal could be determined by difference. Digestible energy and ME contents were similar (P > 0.10) for DEH and DENH and both had greater (P < 0.05) DE and ME contents than SBMNH. In Exp. 3, pigs (n = 216, initially 10.6 +/- 1.3 kg and 35 +/- 3 d of age) were blocked by weight and allotted to six dietary treatments. Corn-soybean meal-based diets (0.95% digestible lysine and 3.44 kcal/g ME) containing DEH or DENH were compared with similar diets containing SBMNH or solvent-extracted soybean meal with hulls (SBMH). In addition, a diet containing a second expelled soybean meal with hulls (ESBM) was compared with a diet containing SBMH and soy oil. Growth performance of pigs fed diets containing DEH or DENH was not different (P > 0.10) than that of pigs fed corresponding diets containing SMBH or SBMNH. Pigs fed ESBM had lower (P < 0.05) ADG and G/F compared with its corresponding SBMH and soy oil diet. In conclusion, DEH and DENH are more digestible than conventional soybean meal and can be successfully used in swine diets.  相似文献

Three pig trials were carried out to determine the true digestible Ile requirement for maximal weight gain and minimal plasma urea nitrogen (PUN) of late-finishing (87 to 105 kg) pigs. In Exp. 1, an Ile-deficient basal diet was developed and confirmed to be markedly deficient in Ile, yet fully efficacious when fortified with surfeit Ile. This diet contained corn and dried red blood cells (RBC) as Ile sources, and was analyzed to contain 10.5% CP, 0.25% Ile, and 0.63% lysine; ME was calculated to be 3,475 kcal/kg. True digestibility of Ile in the basal diet was 88% based on previous digestibility trials in ileal-cannulated pigs and cecectomized roosters. Experiment 2 was a growth trial that involved five graded levels of crystalline Ile supplementation (0.02%) to generate five dose levels of true digestible Ile (0.25 to 0.33%), Diets 1 through 5, respectively. Gain and feed efficiency showed a linear response to incremental doses of Ile (P = 0.003 and 0.036, respectively), with an apparent plateau at 0.31% true digestible Ile. In Exp. 3, a replicated 5 x 5 Latin square, five barrows (Square 1) and five gilts (Square 2) were used in five 4-d feeding periods, with five levels of true digestible Ile (0.22 to 0.30%). Using feed intake as a covariate, a linear decrease in PUN occurred in gilts (8.9, 8.6, 8.0, 7.0, and 5.5; P = 0.004) and in gilts and barrows combined (9.5, 9.2, 9.2, 8.5, and 7.6; P = 0.006) as Ile increased incrementally. The PUN results for barrows (10.5, 10.0, 10.2, 9.9, and 9.7) were not affected by dietary Ile (P = 0.417). The results of these experiments suggest that the factorial requirement estimate of 0.30% true digestible Ile for high-lean, late-finishing pigs suggested by the NRC Subcommittee on Swine Nutrition is accurate.  相似文献

研究旨在评定猪对脱酚棉籽消化能和粗蛋白表观消化率,并比较脱酚棉籽蛋白(DCP)与豆粕(SBM)之间差异。选用体重(36.2±1.6)kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪6头,采用套算法、双3×3拉丁方试验设计,试验日粮分别为脱酚棉籽蛋白日粮、豆粕日粮和基础日粮,每个拉丁方阶段包括5 d预饲期、5 d正式期,整个试验共30 d。结果表明,脱酚棉籽蛋白、豆粕消化能含量分别为12.41 MJ/kg、13.62 MJ/kg。脱酚棉籽蛋白、豆粕中粗蛋白表观消率化分别为73.35%、82.05%,表观可消化粗蛋白含量分别为37.92%、35.45%。脱酚棉籽蛋白是新型蛋白质原料,其消化能含量为豆粕的91.11%,粗蛋白表观消率化为豆粕的89.39%,可消化粗蛋白含量为豆粕的106.99%。脱酚棉籽蛋白在猪饲料中的应用具有广阔的前景。  相似文献

The three-step technique was used to determine the requirements of total amino acids (TAA) and the first-limiting amino acid (AA) in growing double-muscled Belgian Blue bulls (BBb). In Exp. 1, three double-muscled BBb weighing initially 306 +/- 28 kg received a basal diet consisting of 30% meadow hay and 70% concentrate that was poor in digestible protein but had adequate NE because of continuous infusion of dextrose into the duodenum. The intestinal apparent digestibility of essential AA (EAA) was defined according to their duodenal and ileal flows. It averaged 72% but varied between 60% for Met and 79% for Arg. In Exp. 2, five double-muscled BBb (334 +/- 22 kg) received the same diet supplemented with duodenal infusions of dextrose and four doses of Na-caseinate (28, 56, 84, and 112% of intestinal digestible dietary AA) in a 4 x 4 Latin square design with one additional animal. Nitrogen retention for the basal diet alone and the four increasing supplements of Na-caseinate reached 49, 61, 70, 80, and 86 g/d, respectively. Nitrogen utilization improved from 34.3% without Na-caseinate supplementation to a maximum of 40.6%, with the third dose supplying 788 g/d of apparently digestible AA. Based on patterns of plasma concentrations, Met, Phe, and Arg were probably the limiting AA when animals optimized N utilization. In Exp. 3, six double-muscled BBb (315 +/- 25 kg) fed the basal diet received duodenal infusions of dextrose and AA, equivalent to the third dose in Exp. 2, except for digestible Met (9.3, 14.4, 18.4, 22.4, 26.4, and 30.4 g/d) in a 6 x 6 Latin square design. Three studies were performed to examine the effect of starch and protein digestion rates on N retention in grower pigs. In Exp. 1, the glycemic index (GI) of corn, a malting barley, and a slow-rumen-degradable barley (SRD-barley) were measured using 6 barrows (BW = 18.0 ± 0.5 kg). The GI of malting barley was greater (P < 0.05) than that of SRD-barley (71.1 vs. 49.4), and the GI of both barley cultivars was less (P < 0.05) than that of corn (104.8). In Exp. 2, the standardized ileal digestibility of AA and DE content of the 3 ingredients were determined using 5 ileal-cannulated barrows (BW = 20.7 ± 2.3). The apparent total-tract energy digestibility values of corn (86.1%) and malting barley (85.7%) were greater (P < 0.05) than that of SRD-barley (82.3%). The standardized ileal digestibility of Lys was 94.0, 92.6, and 92.4% for corn, malting barley, and SRD-barley, respectively, and did not differ among grains. In Exp. 3, 6 diets were formulated to equal DE (3.40 Mcal/kg), standardized ileal digestibility of Lys (8.6 g/kg), starch (424.9 g/kg), and digestible CP (180.0 g/kg) using the values obtained in Exp. 2. Three GI [high (corn), medium (malting barley), and low (SRD-barley)] and 2 rates of protein digestion [rapid (soy protein hydrolysate) and slow (soy protein isolate)] were tested in a 3 × 2 factorial arrangement with 36 barrows (BW = 32.2 ± 2.5 kg). Pigs were fed 3.0 times the maintenance energy requirement daily in 2 meals for 2 wk and were housed in metabolic crates to collect feces and urine separately. At the end of the study, intestinal contents were collected from 4 equal-length segments of the small intestine. The percentage of unabsorbed CP in segment 1 relative to dietary CP was greater (P < 0.05) for the soy protein isolate diet than for the soy protein hydrolysate diet (170.3 vs. 116.5%). The percentages of unabsorbed starch in segments 1 and 2 were greater (P < 0.05) for the SRD-barley diet than for the malting barley or corn diet. Nitrogen intake and fecal N excretion were greater (P < 0.05) for pigs fed the malting barley and SRD-barley diets than for pigs fed the corn diet. Urinary N excretion was greater (P < 0.05) for pigs fed the SRD-barley diet than for pigs fed the corn or malting barley diet. Pigs fed slowly digestible starch (SRD-barley; 46.6%) had less (P < 0.05) net N retention than pigs fed corn or malting barley (54.7 and 54.1%, respectively). In conclusion, slowly digestible starch sources such as SRD-barley may not be suitable to support maximum protein deposition in restricted-fed grower pigs.  相似文献

A comparative slaughter experiment was conducted to determine the energy values of cassava chips for weanling pigs. A basal, highly fortified diet was fed to all pigs at 3% body weight daily. Treatments consisted of the addition of cassava chips at 0, 1, and 2% of body weight daily. The apparent digestion coefficients (ADC) for dry matter and energy increased but the ADC for nitrogen decreased with the addition of cassava chips to the basal diet. Digestible energy per gram decreased linearly and quadratically (P less than .01), but metabolizable energy and net energy per gram remained constant with the addition of cassava chips. Metabolizable energy as a percentage of digestible energy increased linearly and quadratically (P less than .01) with the addition of cassava chips to the basal diet. Daily gain of nitrogen, ether extract, and energy increased linearly (P less than .01) as cassava chips were added to the basal diet, but daily gain of ash remained relatively constant. Pooled energy values determined for cassava chips in kcal/g of dry matter were: gross energy, 4.04; digestible energy, 3.58; metabolizable energy, 3.48; nitrogen-corrected metabolizable energy, 3.22; and net energy, 2.57. Net energy of cassava chips for weanling pigs is close to that of corn.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to determine effects of feeding corncobs of various mean particle size (MPS) on ruminal, digestive and metabolic characteristics of early-weaned lambs fed pelleted 74.9% concentrate:25.1% corncob diets. The MPS of corncobs in diets was 6.5, 5.4, 1.4 and .8 mm, respectively. As particle size decreased, percentage starch decreased and percentage neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and cellulose increased. In Exp. 1, 28 crossbred rams (seven/treatment, avg initial wt, 15.3 kg) were used in a randomized complete-block design. In Exp. 2, lambs from Exp. 1 were re-weighed (avg initial wt, 16.8 kg) and fed the same diets as in Exp. 1. In Exp. 1 and 2, lambs ingested dry matter (DM) equal to 2.68 and 3.74% of body weight, respectively. In Exp. 1, apparent DM digestibility was unaffected by corncob MPS; however, in Exp. 2, DM digestibility was highest (68.8%) for lambs fed the 6.5-mm diet and lowest (63.8%) for those fed the .8-mm diet. Apparent starch digestibility was high (greater than 98.8%) in both experiments. Neutral detergent fiber and ADF digestibilities were highest for lambs fed the 1.4-mm diet (50.5 and 43.6%, Exp. 1; 39.6 and 28.9%, Exp. 2). A dramatic increase (6.8 to 39.1%) in acid detergent lignin (ADL) digestibility was observed in Exp. 1 as corncob MPS decreased. In Exp. 2, ADL digestibilities were similar for lambs fed the 6.5-, 5.4- or 1.4-mm diets (avg value, 5.9%) and highest for those fed the .8-mm diet (29.7%). Nitrogen metabolism was unaffected by corncob MPS. In Exp. 1, digestible energy intake, corrected for urinary losses, did not differ among treatments but in Exp. 2, lambs consuming the 6.5-mm diet had higher corrected digestibility energy intakes (1,926.6 kcal/d) than did those fed other diets (avg, 1,832.4 kcal/d). Ruminal pH sampled 4 h post-feeding was highest for lambs consuming the 6.5-mm diet (6.25) in Exp. 1 and the 1.4-mm diet (5.89) in Exp. 2. Lowest ruminal pH (5.30 and 5.36, respectively) was for lambs consuming the .8-mm diet in Exp. 1 and the 5.4-mm diet in Exp. 2. Ruminal lactate concentrations were variable within and among treatments. Total ruminal volatile fatty acid (VFA) concentrations were similar across treatments but in Exp. 2, there was a shift in molar proportions from acetate to propionate as corncob MPS decreased.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 400 WORDS)  相似文献

Abstract

Digestibility, energy metabolism and nitrogen utilization of a barley-based diet with increasing inclusion of lucerne leaf meal (LLM; 0, 5, 10 and 20%) were studied in a change-over experiment with growing pigs. In addition, digestibility and nitrogen utilization of the diets were evaluated with rats. The apparent digestibility of fibre increased with LLM inclusion, whereas the digestibility of organic matter, crude protein, fat and energy all decreased significantly. There was a significant reduction in the dietary content of digestible and metabolizable energy with increasing inclusion of LLM in the diet. Nitrogen retention and utilization were significantly increased with an increasing inclusion of LLM.  相似文献

In a previous study with limit-fed gestating gilts, we observed that gilts fed 6 times/d had greater ADG than those fed the same amount over 2 feedings. To confirm these earlier responses, we used finishing pigs as a model in two 42-d trials and two 28-d trials to evaluate the effects of restricted feed intake and feeding frequency (2 vs. 6 times/d, floor fed) on pig performance between 68 and 114 kg. In all experiments, pigs (10/pen) were housed in 1.8 × 3.1 m pens with a half-solid, half-slatted concrete floor. Pigs were fed a corn- and soybean meal-based diet formulated to 1.15% standardized ileal digestible Lys and 3,294 kcal of ME/kg. In Exp. 1 to 3, energy and Lys were supplied to pigs according to NRC (1998) calculations to target an ADG of 0.80 kg. In Exp. 4, the diet was supplied to pigs to target an ADG of 0.80 kg (low feed intake) or 0.95 kg (high feed intake) to determine if the amount of energy above the maintenance requirement and feeding frequency affected pig performance. Pigs were fed by dropping similar amounts of feed onto the solid concrete floor either 2 (0700 or 1400 h) or 6 times (3 meals within 2 h at the morning and afternoon feedings) per day with an Accu-Drop Feed Dispenser (AP Systems, Assumption, IL). In Exp. 1 and 2, pigs fed 6 times daily had increased (P < 0.02) ADG and G:F compared with pigs fed 2 times per day. Greater feeding frequency increased (P < 0.05) the duration of time spent feeding and standing and reduced the lying time. In Exp. 3, a third treatment was included to determine whether the improvements in performance were due to decreased feed wastage. This treatment was designed to minimize feed wastage by dropping feed closer to the floor for pigs fed 2 times per day. Pigs fed 6 times daily had improved (P < 0.05) ADG and G:F compared with pigs in either treatment fed 2 times per day. No difference (P > 0.05) in performance was observed between pigs fed 2 times per day when feed was dropped from the feed drop or by the modified method. In Exp. 4, increasing the feeding frequency from 2 to 6 times per day improved (P < 0.01) ADG and G:F for pigs fed the low feed intake and tended to increase (P < 0.06) ADG and improved (P < 0.05) G:F for pigs fed the high feed intake. In limit-feeding situations, increasing the frequency of feeding from 2 to 6 times per day improved pig performance, which confirmed our earlier findings in gestating gilts.  相似文献

Two experiments, each with 36 barrows with high-lean-gain potential, were conducted to evaluate apparent nutrient digestibilities and performance and plasma metabolites of pigs fed corn-soybean meal diets (CONTROL) and low-protein diets. The low-protein diets were supplemented with crystalline lysine, threonine, tryptophan, and methionine either on an ideal protein basis (IDEAL) or in a pattern similar to that of the control diet (AACON). Amino acids were added on a true ileally digestible basis. The initial and final BW were, respectively, 31.5 and 82.3 kg in Exp. 1 and 32.7 and 57.1 kg in Exp. 2. In Exp. 1, the CONTROL and IDEAL diets were offered on an ad libitum basis or by feeding 90 or 80% of ad libitum intake. Pigs were fed for 55 d. In Exp. 2, the CONTROL, IDEAL, and AACON diets were offered on an ad libitum basis or by feeding 80% of the ad libitum intake. Pigs were fed for 27 d. Pigs fed the CONTROL diet had greater (P < 0.05) ADG and feed efficiency (G/F) than pigs fed the IDEAL (Exp. 1 and 2) and AACON diets (Exp. 2). As the level of feed intake decreased, ADG decreased (P < 0.05), but G/F tended to improve (P < 0.10) for pigs fed 90% of ad libitum in Exp. 1 and for pigs fed 80% of ad libitum in Exp. 2. In Exp. 1, the apparent total tract digestibilities of DM and energy were greater (P < 0.01) for pigs fed the IDEAL diet than for pigs fed the CONTROL diet. In Exp. 2, the apparent total tract digestibility of protein was greatest in pigs fed the CONTROL diet (P < 0.05) and was greater (P < 0.05) in pigs fed the AACON diet than in pigs fed the IDEAL diet. Plasma urea concentrations were lower in pigs fed the IDEAL diet than in pigs fed the CONTROL diet, regardless of feeding level. For pigs fed the CONTROL diet, plasma urea concentrations were lower when feed intake was 80% of ad libitum (diet level, P < 0.01). In summary, pigs fed the IDEAL and the AACON diets gained less and had lower plasma urea concentrations than pigs fed the CONTROL diet. Based on these data, it seems that the growth potential of pigs fed the IDEAL and AACON diets may have been limited by a deficiency of lysine, threonine, and(or) tryptophan and that the amino acid pattern(s) used was not ideal for these pigs.  相似文献

本研究包括2个试验,试验1旨在评定大豆磷脂油的有效能值;试验2旨在研究大豆磷脂油对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清脂质代谢及直肠微生物数量的影响。试验1(代谢试验):选用16头平均体重(27.54±1.20)kg的"杜×长×大"去势公猪,随机分为2个组,每个组8个重复,每个重复1头猪,分别饲喂基础饲粮和4%大豆磷脂油替换基础饲粮的试验饲粮,预试期5d,正试期4 d。试验2(饲养试验):选用54头23日龄断奶、初始体重(6.50±0.48)kg"杜×长×大"仔猪,按体重相近原则随机分为3个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复3头猪,分别饲喂基础饲粮(含2%大豆油,对照组)、1.0%磷脂油饲粮(大豆磷脂油等量替代基础饲粮中50%大豆油,即含1.0%大豆油+1.0%磷脂油)和1.5%磷脂油饲粮(大豆磷脂油等能替代基础饲粮中50%大豆油,即含1.0%大豆油+1.5%磷脂油),试验期35 d。代谢试验结果表明:大豆磷脂油的表观消化能为31.32 MJ/kg,表观代谢能为30.07 MJ/kg。饲养试验结果表明,与对照组相比:1)第15~35天,1.0%、1.5%磷脂油饲粮组仔猪平均日采食量(ADFI)分别提高了6.23%和3.13%(P0.05),平均日增重(ADG)分别提高了6.66%和5.28%(P0.05);第1~35天,1.0%磷脂油饲粮组仔猪ADFI和ADG分别提高了5.34%和5.64%(P0.05)。2)1.0%磷脂油饲粮组仔猪腹泻率和腹泻指数分别降低了5.81%和13.41%(P0.05)。3)1.0%磷脂油饲粮组仔猪血清甘油三酯和游离脂肪酸的含量分别降低了10.91%和12.80%(P0.05);1.5%磷脂油饲粮组血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量分别降低了7.27%、5.33%和10.53%(P0.05)。4)第15天,1.0%和1.5%磷脂油饲粮组仔猪直肠粪便大肠杆菌数量分别降低了4.88%和4.12%(P0.05);第36天,1.0%磷脂油饲粮组仔猪直肠粪便大肠杆菌数量降低了4.88%(P0.05)。综上可见,大豆磷脂油的表观消化能为31.32 MJ/kg,表观代谢能为30.07 MJ/kg;饲粮添加1.0%大豆磷脂油等量替代基础饲粮中的大豆油,可一定程度提高仔猪ADFI和ADG,降低腹泻率和直肠粪便大肠杆菌数量。  相似文献

A 4 x 4 Latin square design was used to determine ileal apparent digestibility of amino acids (AAs) in corn, soybean meal, feather meal and dried whey in young pigs. The data were then to be used in formulating a basal diet for studies on AA metabolism in young pigs. Eight castrates T-cannulated at terminal ileum (average initial body weight 12.5 +/- 0.62 kg) were divided into 4 groups on the basis of body weight and transferred to individual metabolism crates. They were then fed four experimental diets containing the four feedstuffs to be tested (corn, soybean meal, feather meal and dried whey). The trial lasted 20 days, which included 4 five-day periods for ileal digesta collection. It was found that the digestibility of the AAs was similar to that reported in literature. Based on the findings a basal diet for this research was formulated according to an ideal protein model for the 10 to 20 kg piglet, on the basis of digestible AAs and containing 14.13 MJ/kg digestible energy, 18.22% crude protein, 1.04% digestible lysine and 0.23% digestible histidine.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted with second-parity sows fed either 5 or 50% alfalfa meal diets (Exp. 1) or 5, 50 or 95% alfalfa meal diets (Exp. 2) beginning 30 d after breeding and continuing through lactation, 21 d postpartum. Diets in both experiments were calculated to be equal in crude protein, but different in metabolizable energy content. Feed intake was restricted to 2 kg/d during gestation and ad libitum during lactation. Sows were tethered in metabolism crates 45 d after breeding. Total feces were collected during two 5-d collection periods, 60 and 100 d after breeding. Digestibilities of dry matter, fiber components (neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, hemicellulose and cellulose), protein and energy were determined in both experiments for all diets and periods of gestation. In both experiments, there was a reduction (P less than .05) in digestibility of dry matter, fiber components, protein and energy with increasing fiber levels for both periods of gestation. In Exp. 1, the decrease in digestibility of dry matter, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, cellulose and energy was greater at 100 d gestation than at 60 d in sows fed 50% alfalfa. In Exp. 2, 50 and 95% dietary alfalfa reduced 60-d digestibilities of dry matter, all fiber constituents, energy and protein; these digestibilities were further reduced (P less than .05) at 100 d of gestation. 本试验通过在生长猪上测定辣木叶和辣木枝的消化能、代谢能和氨基酸标准回肠消化率,旨在评定辣木在生长猪上的营养价值。选择24头回肠末端安装T型瘘管的“杜×长×大”去势公猪,平均体重为(39.80±1.06)kg,随机分为4个组,分别饲喂无氮饲粮、玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮、辣木叶饲粮和辣木枝饲粮,每组6个重复。预饲7 d后,进行4 d消化代谢试验,收集全部粪尿,用于测定消化能和代谢能。消化代谢试验结束后,继续2 d收集回肠食糜用于测定氨基酸表观回肠消化率和标准回肠消化率。结果表明:与辣木枝相比,辣木叶含有较高含量的营养成分,尤其是粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和钙,含量分别为26.29%、6.25%和2.70%。辣木叶的消化能、代谢能和总能表观消化率分别为9.35、8.24 MJ/kg和49.26%,辣木枝的消化能、代谢能和总能表观消化率分别为7.51、6.03 MJ/kg和40.81%,辣木叶的有效能值和总能表观消化率显著高于辣木枝(P<0.05)。辣木叶总必需氨基酸、总非必需氨基酸和粗蛋白质标准回肠消化率分别为42.05%、42.59%和49.03%,而辣木枝总必需氨基酸、总非必需氨基酸和粗蛋白质标准回肠消化率分别为35.13%、37.31%和40.15%,辣木叶的总必需氨基酸、总非必需氨基酸和粗蛋白质标准回肠消化率显著高于辣木枝(P<0.05)。综上所述,辣木叶的消化能、代谢能和总必需氨基酸标准回肠消化率分别为9.35、8.24 MJ/kg和42.05%,而辣木枝的消化能、代谢能和总必需氨基酸标准回肠消化率分别为辣木叶的80.3%、73.3%和83.5%。因此,辣木叶具有更高的营养价值,更适合作为生长猪的蛋白质饲料原料。  相似文献
