A combination of a microbial laccase and wood vinegar was used to treat the shell surface of boiled eggs. The laccase enhanced the sterilization effect of phenolic compounds contained in the wood vinegar and resulted in prevention of microbial infection of the boiled eggs after storage for 21 days at 40°C and 75% relative humidity. Significant phenoxy radicals, formed by the catalytic reaction of the laccase, could be detected in the shell of the boiled eggs. 相似文献

试验旨在探讨基础日粮中添加不同比例木醋液对蛋鸡高峰期生产性能、肠道菌群和在粪便上喷洒木醋液对舍内氨气浓度的影响。试验选用体重相近的产蛋高峰期180日龄海兰灰240只,分4个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的木醋液。试验期45 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,1.0%木醋液组显著提高平均蛋重、平均采食量和产蛋率(P<0.05)。0.5%、1.0%木醋液组的平均产蛋重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。1.0%木醋液组、1.5%木醋液组的大肠杆菌数量和沙门氏菌数量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与喷洒前相比,木醋液在喷洒后的第7~14 d的7:00和16:00舍内的氨气浓度显著降低(P<0.05),16:00舍内氨气浓度整体上高于7:00的舍内氨气浓度。试验表明,日粮中添加适量的木醋液可以显著提高蛋鸡生产性能和降低舍内氨气浓度,缓解蛋鸡夏季应激反应,维持肠道健康,提高免疫力。 相似文献

We comprehensively evaluated meat quality in chickens fed a diet consisting of wood charcoal and vinegar (WCV) using food scientific and histological approaches. In culled hens, lipid and fatty acid in Musculus semimembranosus, cooking loss and sensory tests of whole thigh meat, and meat texture of breast meat were observed. In male broilers, cross section of M. semimembranosus was used for observations on muscle area, perimysium, non‐collagen total protein and total collagen content, and anti‐collagen I and III reactions. In frozen male broilers, conventional morphology of M. semimembranosus as well as chicken anti‐collagen III reaction to selected muscles of thigh meat and breast meat were compared between the control and WCV‐fed birds. Increased lipid and fatty acids, decreased cooking loss, high score in total evaluation for sensory test of thigh meat, and decreased meat texture values were observed for culled hens fed WCV. The higher values of muscle area, total collagen and collagen III were observed for broilers fed WCV. No perimysium collapse for M. semitendinosus or increased collagen III reactions of M. tensor fasciae latae, the flexor muscle group and M. pectoralis superficialis were observed for frozen muscles in the WCV group. The application of high doses of mineral feed additives in the form of inorganic salts increases the growth performance of animals, but at the same, due to their low bioavailability, can contaminate the environment. Therefore, there is a need to find a replacement of administering high doses of minerals with an equally effective alternative. The application of lower doses of metal-containing nanoparticles with the same effect on animal production could be a potential solution. In the present review, zinc, silver, copper, gold, selenium, and calcium nanoparticles are discussed as potential feed additives for animals. Production of nanoparticles under laboratory conditions using traditional chemical and physical methods as well as green and sustainable methods – biosynthesis has been described. Special attention has been paid to the biological properties of nanoparticles, as well as their effect on animal health and performance. Nano-minerals supplemented to animal feed (poultry, pigs, ruminants, rabbits) acting as growth-promoting, immune-stimulating and antimicrobial agents have been highlighted. Metal nanoparticles are known to exert a positive effect on animal performance, productivity, carcass traits through blood homeostasis maintenance, intestinal microflora, oxidative damage prevention, enhancement of immune responses, etc. Metal-containing nanoparticles can also be a solution for nutrient deficiencies in animals (higher bioavailability and absorption) and can enrich animal products with microelements like meat, milk, or eggs. Metal-containing nanoparticles are proposed to partially replace inorganic salts as feed additives. However, issues related to their potential toxicity and safety to livestock animals, poultry, humans, and the environment should be carefully investigated. 相似文献
