A dynamic model of transmission system for a marine gear is established considering time-varying mesh stiffness, mesh damping and tooth composite error. The solution efficiency is improved by taking contact line length change of gear pair instead of instantaneous gear mesh stiffness change and making mesh damping and tooth surface equivalent to viscous damping. Multi-objective dynamic optimization design is put into practice to improve the marine gear transmission system using vibration acceleration and mass as target function. The results show that the optimization method can effectively reduce the vibration level and mass of marine gear. 相似文献

Based on the prototype workpiece which is manufactured according to the high-order oval gear envelope method,a measurement method of high-order oval bevel gear is proposed in order to verify the correctness of design and manufacture method for this gear pair. The mathematical model of measurement and evaluation is established according to the spatial gear engagement theory. Then the coordinate point set obtained from three-dimensional measuring machine is analyzed and filtered based on the actual measurement on prototype workpiece. Therefore,the ideal element is available. And then the aberration curve of pitch curve,individual circular pitch error and accumulated error can be obtained after analyzing the point set. Finally,the conclusion that the high-order oval bevel gear pitch error evaluation method is feasible can be obtained because the measurement and analysis result dovetailed basically with the theoretic calculation result. 相似文献

The current cycloid reducer drive has the shortage of needing special output mechanism, large volume and high vibration. To solve this problem, a new gyratory fixed spindle cycloid drive is designed. The drive principle of the reducer is introduced. Formula for calculating the basic parameters and tooth profile equation of cycloid gear are derived. On the basis of discussion of the mechanism and the principles of gear connection, a prototype is designed and manufactured. The results of the prototype test on the gear test rig indicate that the transmission efficiency of the new drive may reach 91.9% at rated operating conditions, the biggest vibration velocity effective value is 3.09 mm/s, and the biggest structure noise is 101.6 dB. 相似文献

Reference efficiency of a pair of gear drive without planetary motion is the base to calculate efficiency of the whole planetary gear train. The authors find reference efficiency for speed increase is higher than that of the same drive used for speed reduction. This is different from the earlier viewpoint. New equations are derived for correctly calculating the reference efficiency of spur gear and helical gear with internal conjugate and external conjugate either in the state of speed increase or speed reduction respectively. The manufacturing quality and technology of gearbox, which is a core component, is the key guarantee for the superior performance of wind turbine. Wind turbine gearbox manufacturing is a comprehensiveness technique involved multiple disciplines. To realize the digital lean manufacturing, the in-depth research on the fundamental process theory and the process control method should be carried out by taking full advantage of the existing techniques. Also, some new technologies, new processes and new materials should be investigated and applied. By considering the structural features and the actual operational condition for wind turbine gearbox and combining production practices, the requirements and characteristics of the process techniques are summarized. The research state, existing problems, applications and development tendency of high-performance wind turbine gear manufacturing, housing manufacturing and planet carrier manufacturing are analyzed. Then some methods are proposed to improve the manufacturing efficiency and control the heat treatment deformation. Finally, the test techniques for wind turbine are introduced. Spray Forming technology gets involved with new materials preparation techniques in multiple domains such as powder metallurgy, fluent metal atomization, rapid cooling and non-equilibrium solidification. High performance alloy and metal matrix composite with high density, low oxygen content and microstructure featuring rapid solidification can be fabricated by spray forming. Spray forming, which is of short process flow, low cost, high deposition efficiency, flexible manufacture system, becomes a kind of near shape forming and rapid solidification technology with great prospect. Therefore the developing process history of spray forming technology is introduced and the current research and development status of spray forming technology in the fields of aluminum alloy, steel material, magnesium alloy, copper alloy and high temperature alloy and metal matrix composite is described. Based on the investigation of engaging points' displacement of gear pump with three idle gears ,the radial components of instantaneous hydraulic pressure and the engaging force of the compound pump are analyzed .The research comes to the conclusions that the instantaneous radial forces acting on center and inner gears can be balanced so long as the center gear has triple times tooth ,and the idle gear of even tooth makes less radial hydraulic pulsation than those of odd ones. With the rapid growth of curriculums in colleges and universities and the number of students,automatic course arrangement method based on calculation algorithm has become an important issue of algorithm design and research. Based on Genetic Algorithm, a new binary encoding mechanism and classroom position filling method is put forward, which is applied to improve the load and efficiency of course scheduling system. In accordance with the ratio of weights in Fitness Function, this method abandons the way of random search, directionally and randomly generates chromosomes, simplifies the quantity of chromosome information, greatly shortens the running time of the system. In the aspect of management mechanism, user intervention is introduced,dealing with initial population with high proficiency and eliminating conflicts. Data from simulation experiment proves the astringency and high efficiency of this method.
